In great brevity, granite bedrock aquifers running through Carbonate (hard water) sediments NORMALLY carry uranium particles. These are almost impossible to remove without distillation. Any plants that are watered with this water will themselves carry a small amount of uranium. This geological source runs under the Canadian Shield through northern Quebec and Ontario and through some of the Rockies, including the Okanagan Valley mountains. The groundwater from some wells in the Oliver and Gallagher Lake area carry high levels of Uranium, which is why my Urine tests after leaving B.C. showed HIGH levels of Uranium toxicity.
We humans have made this sourcing of uranium toxicity even more widespread and complicated by our mining and refining of uranium ores, refining of the uranium, and experimentation and development of concentrated uranium for use in atomic bombs and nuclear reactors. Contamination of groundwaters AND surface waters from the Hanford Nuclear facility in north central Washington State has spread contamination throughout the Columbia River watershed, including through the southern Okanagan Valley, including the Oliver and Gallagher Lake areas. There are many other localized areas of similar design throughout the world now. For me, that sources uranium into my body from both groundwater and surface water.
As can be seen from my Monograph on Uranium Toxicity, symptoms include a wide range of health weaknesses from acute diseases to chronic illness problems. Medical systems in most Canadian provinces specifically do NOT test for such toxicities, their doctors are not aware of same or their effects, and, there are no known protocols for avoiding or treating such toxicities. There are suggested foods and supplements which can be utilized to either lessen the uptake of uranium, or, to assist in detoxing it.
Potassium Iodide is known to guard against the uptake of uranium-iodide radiation but does NOT have any benefit against any other forms of uranium contamination. Toxicity levels from overdosing on KI (potassium iodide) can produce significant symptoms or even be fatal ... so dosing is both individual, and, particular.

Briefly, this is a MICRO parasite known throughout eastern Europe and Asia for centuries, and, reported sporadically through the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario over the past decade. It has spread quickly through the environment and the medical community has been directed to minimize and ignore its presence ... possibly because the only recovery option is SURGERY (expensive). It is usually only found during autopsies, and, during invasive surgeries in expectation of finding and remedying something else in the torso. In the few cases in which the latter has been reported, the invasive nature of the parasite has been such that any surgery done to eliminate its presence has largely been VERY extensive.
In my PERSONAL experience, I have NEVER found a medical doctor who has ANY interest in knowing anything about this or any parasite, even though the Alberta Health Network has a monograph of its own to inform its doctors.

Experiences are often better than any academic or theoretical projections, especially when given by a person whose awareness has been clarified by using perfected skills of Spiritual Guidance and/or Muscle Testing, and, a critical review of much research and the successful coping with many previous challenges.
This scenario does seem to be happening more often, even endemically.
The Health Services available to me and the doctors employed by it had NO interest in diagnosing or treating, or even hearing about this parasite ... which is why it is almost never diagnosed until you are on the autopsy table, if then.
There are several symptoms which are singular to its presence ... a consistency of "nightmares" accompanying sleep, an inability to maintain lucid spoken communication with others for more than 15 minutes, and a SUDDEN increase in weight and bulk of the abdomen, with a possibility of intestinal blockage symptoms which do not relate to anything INSIDE the intestines. I found my own 5 years plus ordeal to become increasingly sensitive to the amount and frequency with which I included animal protein in my diet, complicated by the reality that I cannot digest the common alternative, pea protein. This can make determining WHEN, HOW MUCH, and WHAT protein to eat both VERY particular, and, variable. A FAILURE to meet this balance resulted in INCREASES in size and weight, almost impossible to decrease.
The BALANCE of NOT encouraging and of discouraging further proliferation of the MICRO parasite are highlighted by its protection from herbal and pharmaceutical anti-parasitics by its inclosure in tumor like structures, NOT connected into the circulatory system directly. Often, taking enough anti-parasitics to INFLUENCE them, is enough to kill a human.
My major concern is WHEN they reach the brain.
One of Two opposite results are most likely. It would seem that the most usual is that persons so afflicted gradually become more and more weak, tired, disoriented, and capable of experiencing transient stroke-like symptoms such as regional numbness, sudden body temperature changes, short-term communication problems, temporary eyesight blurring, "pressure" headaches, digestive difficulties, pinprick sensations, (all of which I have) ... eventually leading to stupor, coma, death. The second possibility, apparently NEVER considered at this point (2021-12) in suggestive circumstances can be the complete personality breakdown of the individual in which they become the REVERSE and suppressed Destructive identity they are capable of, though have NEVER expressed ... violent, calculated, enraged, murderous, uncommunicative missile.
Not pleasant for me, I am sometimes Guided to incur such experiences so that I can be aware of the critical nature of something, in this case, DIET, and so that I can share same with others, such as yourself.

There are 3 very different forms of pituitary tumor; each with their own set of symptoms.
I requested that my Alberta physician check this possibility 3 years ago as an extension of a decade long persistent indentation in the upper left of my forehead which continually produced scaly irritated skin. Also, my scalp had become irritated whenever my hair grew to longer than 1/16 inch and the only coping with the ITCHING was to keep my hair cut shorter by using a razor 2 to 4 times daily. It was only in late 2020, that I discovered that physicians in Alberta, including those in the Emergency Departments, NEVER intensively and diagnostically read digital scans (MRI, X-Ray, CT, Ultrasound). Doing so requires up to a 40 minute effort by a reviewer with at least several YEARS of Experience.
Beginning in September, 2019, I began to add more weight and girth.
This happened periodically, and resulted in a SUDDEN addition of 5 or more pounds of weight and increased size to my feet, legs, torso .. within several DAYS. This eventually made it necessary for me to purchase larger sizes of shoes, boots, briefs, undershirts, and shirts. Indications were later proven to show that the increased gains were NOT a resulted of added fat. Increased bone and tissue growth produced the result. This GROWTH result, especially in persons older than 25, is a result of a particular kind o pituitary tumor. If this is a tumor sourced result, it has been demonstrated to by periodic and immediate to some form of biological trigger. Such triggers have not yet been discovered in the medical research.
Surgery is the only recovery option known.
An avoidance of or pausing of or neutralizing of the tumor activation by some supplement is possible if a personalized discernment of either the trigger or the inactivator can be discovered and addressed.

diabetes insipidus:
This type of diabetes -- not to be confused with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, which causes an increase in your blood glucose level -- is mostly associated with larger pituitary tumors (called macroadenomas). Diabetes insipidus happens when your pituitary gland and the gland found just above it, the hypothalamus, don't produce enough vasopressin, a hormone that's in charge of maintaining the body's water balance. The most common symptom is constant thirst, which can lead to frequent bathroom stops from drinking so many fluids. This is because without vasopressin, the kidneys aren't able to hold onto water as they should and you get dehydrated, triggering you to be thirsty. This condition can also be a complication of some pituitary tumor treatments.
permanent hormone deficiency:
It's possible for a pituitary tumor to cause a permanent hormone imbalance.
If this happens, you may need to take medication to replace the depleted hormone.
For example, if your pituitary tumor causes a thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) deficiency, you may need to take thyroid hormone replacement to get your thyroid levels back to normal.
pituitary apoplexy:
This is a rare but serious complication that causes sudden bleeding into the pituitary tumor.
Pituitary apoplexy typically needs immediate treatment ... usually corticosteroids or surgery.
Symptoms include a severe headache and vision problems, such as double vision or vision loss. You can also have symptoms of hypopituitarism (when your pituitary gland releases low amounts of certain hormones). Symptoms of hypopituitarism can include excessive thirst (from diabetes insipidus), lightheadedness (from adrenal insufficiency), and cold intolerance (from hypothyroidism).
Not everyone with a pituitary tumor will experience all of these symptoms.
Symptoms vary based on what type of tumor it is (there are 4 main types of pituitary tumors), as well as its size and shape.
Endocrine disorders related to excessive hormone production by the pituitary tumor:
Acromegaly:
This is a growth disorder caused by an excess of growth hormone.
Enlarged hands and feet and misaligned teeth are a few main symptoms of acromegaly.
Cushing's disease:
This disorder is caused by your adrenal glands producing too much cortisol in response to a pituitary hormone made by the pituitary adenoma. Symptoms can include fat accumulation around your mid-section and a hump on your upper back.
Hyperprolactinemia:
This is an endocrine disorder caused by excessive production of prolactin.
Hyperprolactinemia symptoms include irregular menstrual cycles (in women) and infertility (in men).
Hyperthyroidism:
This is a condition that's caused by your thyroid gland producing too much thyroid hormone in response to a hormone made by the pituitary tumor. Hyperthyroidism symptoms include rapid or irregular heartbeat and weight loss.

Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN 1):
A small number of pituitary tumors are caused by this rare genetic disorder in the RET gene.
MEN 1 can lead to over-activity or enlargement of the pituitary gland.
Carney complex:
This disorder can cause several types of tumors, including tumors in the pituitary gland.
It's caused by a defect in the PRKAR1-alpha gene.
Abnormal changes in a gene called aryl hydrocarbon receptor interacting protein (AIP) is another risk factor doctors look for. These changes can be inherited from one of your parents, but they also can develop throughout the course of your life.
pituitary tumors are more common as you age
About 10% of people will develop a pituitary tumor at some point in their lives,
but some pituitary tumors do not cause any symptoms -- and many are never even diagnosed.
LED lighting.
LED lighting reduces the ability of the physical body to produce Melatonin.
This reduces our ability to go to sleep and to sleep deeply.
Supplemental Melatonin can be taken, but, it may be rejected or limited in its assimilation by a number of digestive factors in addition to the BRIGHT light factor of most LED lighting.

Removing a pituitary tumor may cause abnormal hormone levels.
That's because your pituitary gland may produce lower levels of some hormones (e.g., thyroid-stimulating hormone) once the tumor is gone. To get your hormone levels back to normal—and to keep them there—you'll most likely need to take hormone replacement.
Risks.

Several days into this process, I experienced what seemed to be an attempt for my left lower rear jawbone to reactivate growth. One of the many activities mediated by the pituitary is GROWTH. This activity happening after the ages of the twenties is highly unusually EXCEPT in the case of a pituitary imbalance ... as would be stimulated by a tumor. It was likely encouraged by too much of some combination of foods, including breads, blueberries, potatoes, animal protein. This IRRITATION was corrected and the growth symptoms ceased within a few days.

Gradually, during 2015 and 2016, I began to feel TIRED and exhausted more and more of the time.
By early 2017, this had become a chronic state with a feeling of shortness of breath and a feeling of non-panicked asphyxiation. After moving to Lethbridge Alberta in late June, 2017, a local doctor had me tested for LUNG deficiency .. with NO benefit to diagnosis. At the same time, I ordered and began using an early form of oxygen concentrator (to a max of 35% O2) from September 26th. I often used it while sleeping and sometimes during the day.
I experienced SEVERE symptoms in late 2018 and October of 2020 which while extremely different in symptom, were both assessed by Emergency Department personnel as Blood Clots on the Lung. In each case, I was treated with Blood Thinner prescription medication to which I added supplements I was Guided to. I queried each time if some test could be taken which would more closely define a diagnose of what underlying condition was leading to this outcome. Within a period of 3 to 5 months I was able to discontinue the blood thinner use without a return of symptoms.
Both before, during and afterward to these incidents, I experienced an notable increase in fatigue, tiredness, weakness, decreased stamina, and a constant shortness of breath. These were simply investigated as to whether there were acute abnormalities WITHIN my lungs.
By December, 2020, It became definite to me, confirmed by Spiritual Guidance and symptoms, that I was going into a
COMA state when I slept. This state would both enable me to "hibernate" and live on LESS oxygen, while enabling my Reptilian Structure to do more health enhancing activities unhindered by Ego and SuperEgo conscious and subconscious distractions. Immunity and detoxing would be optimized. The ratio of Normal to Coma-assisted sleep quickly increased in favor of the latter such that within several months, 99% of my sleep was of the Coma-Assisted form. Using the Oxygen Concentrator device during these periods now became MANDATORY, not just a pleasant option.
Most people including medical researchers and physicians are totally unaware of the differences in the states of Normal Sleep and Coma-Assisted Sleep. These are the ones I became aware of:
NORMAL Sleep
Hair continues to grow.
Eye dirt/Rheum continues to collect.
Often wakens feeling refreshed.
Able to be Active Quickly on awakening.
NO body temperature change BEFORE sleeping.
LOW volume and sudden sounds tend to waken.

During mid-2021, I became aware of the MEDICAL problem of

PRIONS were NOT included in earlier versions of this report.
I had the presenting symptoms in control, there were no testing resources available to me, there were no accepted treatment options and no recovery possibilities in the medical or scientific industries ... and I was Choosing to follow the directions offered to me by way of Spiritual Guidance. They were helpful, yet it was recognized from the beginning that once present, PRIONS would remain persistent and ready to proliferate if and when the conditions became advantageous for them. The ATTITUDE was that I would continue to do my BEST according to the assistance offered from Spiritual Guidance and Spiritual Beings RELATIVE to the Resources available to me. ACTIONS, specifically taken for Prion limitation, apart from the many ADJUSTMENTS I was taking for other ailments were few, and either dominant (all the time), or inconsistent (only as and when required to the degree of benefit). That changed at the beginning of April, 2022.
Speech Disturbance had gradually developed over a period of 12 months from late 2018.
I spoke with contacts on the phone on a daily basis, often for as long as 45 to 90 minutes.
Gradually, the duration that I could continue in the conversation diminished. I would SUDDENLY begin to find it difficult to recall words to finish sentences or phrases. Cognition of what I was hearing was unaffected. Cognition of what I was going to say to reply, acknowledge, or provide feedback on remained CLEAR. I KNEW what I was going to say, but, the words became LOST between my Consciousness and my speech. This active duration time slide down from almost unlimited to 10 minutes. It became necessary for me to mention to and remind frequent contacts that I would only be able to be on the phone for 10 minutes maximum per call. This INTERRUPTION of Speech was neither longer lasting, or, gradual. In most instances, 30 minutes off out of the conversation and everything was back to normal. The INTERRUPTION came suddenly and seemed to almost leave as suddenly. Activation of some neural sequences or brain areas triggered the Interruption. Unlike a stroke, blood clot, or something of that nature ... the Interruptions were CONSISTENT in expression, SUDDEN in activation and exit, and near TOTAL in functional break.
Writing-Typing neural losses appeared SUDDENLY in early April, 2022.
Changes appeared within a 24 hour period and have remained constant since April 01.
Particularly during the past 3 decades I have used a computer to type HTML code and content into hundreds of contact Profiles (which require updating), Health oriented and other Reports, and for e-mails and social media. While I sometimes find it necessary to correct the rare spelling mistake or grammatical error ... THIS was entirely unlike anything I had personally experienced, or, heard of anyone else encountering as a health neural aberration. While typing I would miss a SPACE between words and miss a character in the spelling of a word .. in almost every sentence. This has remained constant with no indication of it becoming more frequent or less. Neither do the BREAKAGES have any consistency in terms of words, phrases, position on the page, or how long I have been working. They begin when I begin; they end when I end. The dynamic is NOT associated with any of the other diseases I note above in any medical literature. They are associated, by way of Spiritual Guidance, with Prion sourced neural damage.
Prion diseases are infectious neurodegenerative disorders characterized by accumulations of abnormally folded cellular prion protein in affected tissues. Many natural prion diseases are acquired orally, and following exposure, the early replication of some prion isolates upon follicular dendritic cells (FDC) within gut-associated lymphoid tissues (GALT) is important for the efficient spread of disease to the brain (neuroinvasion). Prions accumulate in both small intestinal (SI) and large intestinal (LI) GALT. Persons with long existing intestinal dysfunctions (NOT diagnosed as DISEASE states) my suggest a weakness towards attracting, or, mutating PRIONS into presence.
Individuals who were cognitively normal at the time of death can nevertheless be diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease on the basis of autopsy findings alone, according to new guidelines (2012) endorsed by the National Institute on Aging (NIA) and the Alzheimer's Association.
TESTING can be done, yet, it is very difficult and costly. and, effective use of testing requires a high degree of knowledge, skill, and motivation in the doctors and scientists involved. Consequently, very few medical infrastructures provide any training or relevant disease awareness to their sanctioned physicians and specialists ... leaving them MORE ignorant than the regular population (because their attitudes and beliefs are based upon superstitions and hearsay), and lacking in ANY diagnostic skill or expertise.
Cerebrospinal fluid-based tests and MRIs can be diagnostically productive, yet, the potential for accidental or incompetent misuse of such resulting in False Negatives, or, medical injuries and disabilities .. is unfortunately HIGH. Will the test leave you in WORSE health than the current influence of potentially present Prions? Also, unlike bacteria or viruses, pathogenic PrPSc (prion basics) cannot be removed by regular alcohol or formalin sterilization processes, and cannot be decomposed by proteolytic enzymes. Moreover, it is resistant to heat, ultraviolet rays, and chemicals.

COMMENT: In colloquial terms, Prion fragments begin to disrupt neurological proteins when the brain in less active. Less activity seems to open the door to Prion fragments entering the space of brain neurons and beginning to twist and misfold the gene structures of circulating, normally inactivated, viruses and brain cells out of shape and function. Once those biological injuries are made, there is no treatment, cure, or way to reconstitute healthy neurons from twisted ones. Even if microsurgery were possible, it would create MORE destruction and complications in accord to the lack of technical expertise which humans are likely to continue with until 2044, or later, as to current rates of development.

The unrestricted and chronic immune response eventually leads to severe pain, pus discharge, irreversible tissue destruction and scar development. HS has profound negative effects on patients’ quality of life, which often culminate in social withdrawal, unemployment, depression and suicidal thoughts. The therapeutic options (largely inconsistent in effectiveness) for HS comprise antibiotic treatment, neutralization of tumour necrosis factor and surgical intervention together with lifestyle modification. Nevertheless, there is an enormous need for awareness of HS, understanding of its pathogenesis and novel treatments.
The exact cause of hidradenitis suppurativa isn't known.
It develops when hair follicles in the skin become blocked.
Experts think it could be connected to hormones, inherited genes and immune system problems.
Smoking, excess weight and metabolic syndrome also might play a role.
Hidradenitis suppurativa is not caused by an infection or being unclean, and some authors state that it can't be spread to other people.
The inflammatory cascade in HS involves tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-a, interleukin (IL)-17 and interleukin-1ß.
Recognizing HS as an autoinflammatory disease, and not a result of infection, has important clinical implications including the need to address comorbidities such as visceral adiposity, insulin resistance and hormonal factors that can activate or exacerbate the underlying inflammatory mechanisms. About one-third of patients have a family history of HS, and at least 23 potentially pathogenic gene sequence variants have been identified. The microbiome in HS differs significantly from healthy controls in both affected and non-affected skin. Bacterial infection, when it does occur, is likely to be secondary to skin damage and underlying inflammation rather than a primary contributor to pathogenesis.
Behaviours and conditions associated with HS include current or former smoking, elevated body mass index, polycystic ovary syndrome, pyoderma gangrenosum, pilonidal cysts, and other inflammatory conditions including rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease
(essentially, ANY Significant immune stimulation that becomes chronic).
HS is characterized by the inter-related features of pain, depression, anxiety, disability and impaired quality of life, and comorbid depression is common
Comprehensive care of HS should include encouragement of smoking cessation and weight control, wound care, and management of pain, itch and psychosocial health. Topical therapies alone may be effective in mild HS. Systemic antibiotics are widely used short-term for the control of acute infective episodes and long-term for their PRESUMED immunomodulatory properties.
Adalimumab is the only biologic registered in Australia and New Zealand for the treatment of HS. Surgery is an effective adjunct to medical treatment for HS. Laser therapy, photodynamic therapy and intense pulsed light can also be useful adjuncts to medical therapy.
Bleach baths and topical disinfectants such as chlorhexidine aim to maintain skin hygiene, reduce bacterial colonization and potentially suppress the triggers of an aberrant immune response. Laser and light-based therapies have the potential to reduce the frequency of painful flares by decreasing the number of hair follicles, sebaceous glands and bacteria in affected areas, and to ablate chronic problematic lesions. Ablative CO2 laser therapy has been used to deroof sinus tracts, vaporize them until no affected tissue is visible, and completely excise them along with perilesional skin.
Nearly a quarter of patients state that nothing relieves their symptoms.
Complications
Persistent and severe hidradenitis suppurativa often causes complications, including:
Infection. The affected area is susceptible to infection.
Scars and skin changes. The wounds may heal but leave rope-like scars or pitted skin.
Restricted movement.
Sores and scar tissue may cause limited or painful movement, especially when the disease affects the armpits or thighs.
Obstructed lymph drainage.
The most common sites for hidradenitis suppurativa also contain many lymph nodes.
Scar tissue can interfere with the lymph drainage system, which may result in swelling in the arms, legs or genitals.
Social isolation.
The location, drainage and odor of the sores can cause embarrassment and reluctance to go out in public, leading to sadness or depression.
ULTIMATELY, as of 2023-09-26 Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is
NOT caused by bacteria, fungus, virus, other parasite.
has NO lab test that is relevant as no cause is known to be tested for.
WITHOUT any aids that lead to a Recovery, and therapies are largely Guesses.

Openness to causal uniqueness by diagnosticians is blurred by an obsession on treatments.

In mid-September, 2023, I finally found scientific and health reporting information on Scalp Mites.
Infrequently found in scalp biopsies, partly because the labs involved were NOT to test for them, physicians were encouraged to "diagnose" scalp irritations as folliculitus caused by bacterial pathologies. This led to reactive prescribing of drugs unsuited to this ailment, and, in cases of THIS burden, useless, or even aggravating of the condition to a potential point of fatality. As this possibility was seldom, if ever, considered in ANY form of Autopsy, physicians had NO encouragement to learn of the option and decrease their ERRORS which could result in long-term patient suffering.
In 2014, after more than 7 years of searching for a diagnosis for my Scalp condition, I found an article written by an American sports reporter who had been experiencing a skin condition that sounded like my scalp problem. He had been to promient dermatologists in 10 states across a period of 10 years. His last contact was the first to suggest a knowledgeable diagnosis. He was told that he had Hidradenitis suppurativa. Discouraging, he was also told that there was no known treatment for it or any chance of recovery. With this climax after coping with the ailment for longer than 10 years, and, with other illnesses coming into view that presented urgent health symptoms .. my efforts were focused on finding ways to cope with, or, recover from such individual complexities. Some diseases, as in the past, I would find or devise ways to recover from. Others I would eventually find solutions for, or, at least find a detailed description of WHAT they were. With Health Summaries and Reports continually growing in size and complexity, I soon forgot about including Hidradenitis suppurativa in them.
D. folliculorum mites live in or around hair follicles, feeding on the dead skin cells, oils, and hormones that build up there.
These mites usually live on the face, including the eyelids and eyelashes.
D. folliculorum mites are more commonTrusted Source in males than in females, with people aged 20–30 years old the most likely to be affected.
Demodex is infrequently found in scalp biopsies for hair loss and alopecia, and, in most cases, it does not seem to be pathogenic.
Occasionally, however, it is associated with folliculitis characterized by hair loss, erythema, scales, and pustules clinically; neutrophilic and/or mononuclear-cell folliculitis with occasional granulomas histopathologically; and a prompt response to anti-Demodex therapy.
Demodex is a saprophytic mite in humans commonly present in the pilosebaceous units, which has been implicated as a pathogen in several skin conditions. The clinical presentation and histopathology of Demodex folliculitis of the scalp have been described in only a few case reports. ... We have studied 333 consecutively submitted scalp biopsies performed for hair loss and alopecia. ...There were 17 biopsies (5.1%) with Demodex in at least 1 pilosebaceous unit. ... Demodex was considered to be nonpathogenic in 13 cases. The remaining 4 cases were characterized by hair loss, scalp erythema, scales, and pustules. There were 2 or more pilosebaceous units with Demodex along mononuclear and/or neutrophilic infiltrates around and in the involved follicles and occasionally granulomas. All 4 cases responded completely to metronidazole therapy.
... the National Rosacea Foundation estimates that rosacea patients have up to 18 times more Demodex mites than patients without rosacea.
Demodex mites are tiny eight-legged parasites that mostly live in hair follicles and oil glands on your face, neck, or chest.
As alarming as this may sound, they’re generally harmless. In fact, they can even help your skin by removing dead skin cells.
But if you get too many of them, they can cause an infection that irritates your skin.
They’re very common. Scientists estimate that from 23%-100% of healthy adults have them.
But you likely won’t know you have them unless your skin acts up. You can’t see them without a microscope.
Male and female mites usually mate inside a follicle opening.
They lay eggs inside your hair follicles and oil glands. Larvae hatch within 3-4 days and reach adulthood after 7 days.
The mites live about 2 weeks. They usually come out at night to feast on dead skin cells before retreating to their hiding spots to lay eggs.
When they die, they break down inside your hair follicles and sebaceous glands.
Demodex mites are contagious.
They move from person to person by contact with hair, eyebrows, or oil glands on the skin.
Two types of Demodex mites live on humans: Demodex folliculorum (D. folliculorum) and Demodex brevis (D. brevis)....
Both types have elongated, semi-transparent bodies made up of two fused segments, one of which has eight legs attached.
Scales cover their bodies, helping them attach to your hair follicles. Each has mouthparts designed to consume skin cells, oil, and hormones in your hair follicles and oil glands.
Symptoms of Demodex folliculorum infection
Rough skin
Scaly, flaky, or itchy skin
Redness or rashes
Skin sensitivity
Burning
Eczema
Inflamed papules and pustules that resemble whiteheads
Small numbers of Demodex mites can be beneficial because they remove dead skin cells and extra oil on your skin.
As long as the amount of mites on your skin stays under control, you are unlikely to experience any problems.
But sometimes, people end up with too many mites burrowing into their skin, leading to demodicosis -- the infection that causes skin inflammation.
Blepharitis.
This inflammation of the eyelids is caused by a blockage in the oil glands in that area, usually at the base of your eyelashes.
Demodex mites are often the reason people over 60 develop blepharitis.
Signs of blepharitis include:
Redness
Tearing
Burning or stinging sensation in your eyes
White flakes in your eyelashes
Feeling like something is in your eye
Sensitivity to light

If your doctor thinks mites caused your blepharitis, they’ll advise cleaning your eye area daily with warm water.
Warm compresses can help relieve swelling while they clean your lashes and eyelids.
Medicated ointments can help prevent the spread of Demodex mites from your eyelashes.
A doctor may recommend treatment with creams such as crotamiton or permethrin.
These are topical insecticides that can kill mites and so reduce their numbers.
The doctor may also prescribe topical or oral metronidazole, which is an antibiotic medication.
... a high-concentration alcohol solution applied to the skin will bring the Demodex mites to the surface.
A person can clean around their eyes using Demodex facial wipes or towelettes.
Suitable products include Cliradex and Demodex Control.
Some people use tea tree oil as a home remedy ...
Gently scrub your eyelashes with a 50 percent solution of tea tree oil.
Then apply tea tree oil to kill any eggs left behind. The tea tree oil should get rid of mites and mite eggs.
One study found it draws the mites out of your skin, which could make it easier for treatments to work.
But tea tree oil can irritate your eyes.
Who is at risk for getting Demodex folliculorum?
a weakened immune system
dermatitis
skin infections
alopecia
acne, especially inflammatory types
HIV
are taking corticosteroids, such as prednisone
have a history of cancer or liver disease
rosacea, though increasing evidence suggests the mites can actually cause this condition
Some other people may be genetically susceptible to D. folliculorum and thus more sensitive to the presence of the mites.
Prevention.
In most cases, D. brevis isn’t severe enough to warrant significant medical treatment.
Personal care is one of the main ways you can get rid of the mites and prevent widespread infestations.
Follow these hygiene tips:
Bathe daily to help remove excess oil that D. brevis feeds on.
Take a shower immediately after working out / sweating.
Use nongreasy lotions and sunscreen.
Exfoliate your skin every couple of days to get rid of dead skin cells, as oils can become trapped under dead skin.

Transient = Here, Gone, Returned, Repeat.
My experience, beginning suddenly, was that I could only CONVERSE for 10 minutes or less.
After that, I could not consciously form the thoughts and find the works to continue responding.
A 20 minute, or longer PAUSE in communicating and I could again begin interacting.
I could, when able to focus and with a clear brain, research, write, code, speak .. for hours.
In August, 2023, this ACTIVE timeframe was REDUCED to 5 minutes, or as little as 1 minute.
The REALITY which we seldom consider, is that Brain ENERGY required to communicated verbally
takes 8 times as much ENERGY as simply the one way utilization of speaking, writing, etc.
Transient Aphasia means that a part of the MASS of the Brain has DIED; it is NOT regenerable.
It’s an unnerving experience to lose your ability to communicate, but it’s not that uncommon.
Aphasia can occur anytime the speech center of your brain is obstructed in some way.
Permanent aphasia is the result of brain damage, while transient aphasia can be caused by any number of fleeting environmental conditions.
Although most cases of transient aphasia are not serious, temporary aphasia sometimes suggests an underlying health problem.
Transient Aphasia Symptoms
Aphasia can affect your ability to use verbal or nonverbal communication.
It can affect your comprehension of both.
Depending on the underlying cause, the effects can be mild or severe.
Someone with aphasia may struggle to read, write, speak, and understand others.
It’s also common to experience a loss of feeling in the left side of the body, reflecting the side of the brain involved with speech.
Transient aphasia symptoms include speaking in short phrases, using sentences which only make sense to the speaker, using incorrect words or nonsense words, and using words in an incorrect order. Someone suffering from aphasia may misunderstand figurative language or have particular difficultly with fast-paced speech. But it’s important to understand transient aphasia doesn’t impair intelligence, only the ability to communicate.
According to the National Stroke Association, strokes are the leading cause of aphasia.
A stroke is a debilitating affliction that can render a person incapacitated for the rest of their life in most cases.
Recovery rates for this condition are low, as the majority of survivors experience some form of change in their speech, and language comprehension abilities. Aphasia refers to the latter, and it can be troubling for both patients and their loved ones to live with.
The use of hand gestures and avoiding frequent topic changes mid-conversation have ... proved incredibly beneficial when talking to individuals with aphasia. Miscommunication will be less likely the less complex the discussion and method of delivery are. With frequent and consistent script-based speech formats in combination with participation in speech therapy and stroke support group classes, your loved one will discover new ways to tackle what may seem at this point to be an insurmountable obstacle.
In addition to working with your doctor to ensure they receive proper care and therapy for their condition, hiring an in-home care professional to provide assistance to your loved one with aphasia is also a good idea. PPA (Primary Progressive Aphasia) and stroke-related aphasia certainly makes communication harder, but not impossible.
Causes of Transient Aphasia
A severe migraine can cause you to temporarily lose half of your vision.
That’s because the human brain is like an electrical circuit. Disrupting the brain’s circuitry can produce any number of effects, including temporary loss of vision and temporary aphasia. Although most cases of temporary aphasia are the result of migraines, aphasia can be caused by any number of things that create electrical interference in the brain.
For example, another cause of transient aphasia is a transient ischemic attack.
Sometimes called a mini-stroke, TIA describes when blood becomes blocked to a part of the brain for several minutes.
The short duration of the attack means damage is unlikely, but TIA can be a warning sign of a more serious problem.
Suffering from a transient ischemic attack means you’re at much greater risk of stroke, which is the most common preventable cause of permanent aphasia.
Transient aphasia can also be caused by an extradural abscess, which is an infection causing pressure on the speech center of the brain. Even seizures produce electrical interference, causing temporary aphasia.
And otherwise healthy individuals can experience aphasia.
Transient expressive aphasia (TEA) is a special form of aphasia that can occur when someone travels to a high altitude.
When our bodies are not acclimated to breathing at higher altitudes, breathing lower levels of oxygen in the air can create an electrical disruption in the brain. The result is usually a fairly mild form of temporary aphasia.
(A Pulmonary Artery Restriction ... which limits oxygen transfer from the lungs,
through the heart and around the body including to the brain.. could also produce this result. )
Treating Transient Aphasia
Depending on the source and severity of the temporary aphasia, it may not require treatment.
For people who do require treatment, antiepileptic medications are sometimes prescribed as a preventative measure.
People who suffer from migraine aphasia can sometimes seek relief with Botox injections.
If you or a loved one experience bouts of transient aphasia, consider carrying a card explaining the condition.
It may also be useful to have a pad and pencil if reading and writing skills are unaffected.
Depending on how frequently transient aphasia occurs, diagnostic procedures may be necessary to look for an underlying cause, like infection. In other words, be sure to keep tabs on how often temporary aphasia occurs, and then keep your doctor in-the-know when it happens.
CAUTION: In this Personal instance, I found it most important, for SAFETY, to delay the use of some supplements, or minimize their strength more than they were needed and indicated, until others were in hand and could be combined with them. This is particularly true when what is a Positive in the treatment of one or more diseases, is Destructive and an Enhancer for other diseases. Getting the BALANCE of how much, at what time, with what else has been CRITICAL! The same applies to the FOOD specifics. Too little, or too much ... by as much as 1/2 capsule, can be Significant to one's Reptilian Structure when so many CHALLENGES are being balanced.
ATTITUDE is critical if you are going to attempt to participate in something with this many variables.
Attitude 1:
Being Calm, Focused, Cautious, Optimistic, Open ... RECEPTIVE.
If you are AFAID of dying, and most people have been imprinted energy blocked, trained, or traumatized to carry that ... either deal with it or set this aside as any form of suggested template to build on for yourself. Most people have Energy Blocks. The oldest Energy Blocks in one's genetic heritage typically IMPOSE an addictive feeling of Abandonment on the unconscious of the person. They ACT as if God has abandoned them and they AVOID participation with God, or, interaction with Spiritual Guidance. The REALITY is that it is THEY who have abandoned God. In my experiences, consistently, God is available 24-7, is ALWAYS Compassionate, Forgiving, Loving .. and wants the BEST for every person ... according to what is RELEVANT for the Resources the individual has. If you can cross this BRIDGE, death can be approached with Joy, as a return to Union with one's LOVING Creator. There is thus NO justification for becoming Fearful or Paranoid because one has arrived at a REALITY of many challenges ... introduced and imposed on oneself and many other people .. by People.
Attitude 2:
Being Thankful, Reverent, Learning, Accepting, Active ... JOYFUL.
Fear of dying raises defenses, turns DISCOVERY (Receiving, Interacting with) into Exploration (Taking, Imposing, Controlling). To SURVIVE in a Positive Way requires one to see EVERY Choice as an Opportunity and not as a Challenge; as a GIFT and not as WORK. Every personally defined confirmation of what you are BEST to STRENGTHEN your life system with today, how much of it to use, when to BEST take it ... are, in REALITY, steps FORWARD towards maintaining or improving your health. The Satanic, Energy Blocked way is to manipulate you into Passivity and Depression by implanting the suggestion that your God has Abandoned you and left you to Struggle and scrap out the knowledge you must have to survive. Such negativity is often effective at driving you into despair, and further abandonment of your God ... all Self-Sabotaging dynamics. They are a FANTASY intended to Deceive you into further WEAKENING yourself and others around you. If you KNOW the REALITY, you can Choose LIFE. And, now that you KNOW that these are the ATTITUDES available to you ...
What are YOU going to do?
It is likely that I had too much protein, vitamins, and minerals such that the Pituitary tumor and micro tapeworms were encouraged. For several days I had symptoms of SEVERE headache, brain inflammation, eyes closing and partial loss of sight, sensations as if something was moving through the artery in my Left Calf, an enlarged and deepened raw depression on the front left of my scalp, and severe blockage of my upper small intestine. Fortunately, I received assistance in clearing these before a possible trip to the hospital, if I had passed out.

What we often assume or expect to be simple, direct, or obvious proves, in PERSONAL Reality, to be somewhat more SUBTLE, Multifactored, DYNAMIC.
Emotions which are usually regarded as negative or destructive, are often deserving of such categorization WHEN they are expressed in their EXTREMES, expressed irrelevantly ... as when attempting to receive attention, or, expressed in obsessive (Constant) or compulsive (Reactive) manners. When interrelated to illness and disease conditions, especially when more than one health challenge is present, an emotion which imposes restriction, tension, or Pause can be CONSTRUCTIVE in LIMITING the life, growth, or further maturation of parasites (bacteria, fungi, prions, viruses, amoeba, worms, etc.).
In such a presence, what we consider to usually be Positive EMOTIONS may simply ENCOURAGE these parasites to be MORE active. This places in significance and difficulty the optimization of emotional expression such that it contributes to the STRENGTHENING of the Immune system, while WEAKENING parasitic invaders. This can become even more demanding where multiple illness realities require a BALANCING of how much one assists ONESELF, and, how much one discourages, ATTACKERS.

It is used in a number of different processes in our bodies, the most important of which is production of thyroid hormone. Thyroid Hormone and Metabolism
The thyroid gland is located in the neck, and is the master gland controlling our metabolism and metabolic rate.
One of the major building blocks of thyroid hormone is iodine.
Your thyroid gland needs this mineral to manufacture optimum levels of the thyroid hormones thyroxine (T4) and triiodothryonine (T3). These hormones, made from iodine and the amino acid tyrosine, regulate your body's overall metabolism and also play a regulating role for other hormones produced by the body.
Thyroid and Goiters – Iodine Deficiency
There are regions of North America where iodine is lacking in the soil (and thus the diet) that are referred to as the "goiter belt" because of the high incidence of goiters. Goiter is the medical term used to describe the bulge in the neck created when the thyroid enlarges from overstimulation. Iodine deficiency causes insufficient thyroid hormone, which is a condition called "hypothyroidism". This occurs when the thyroid is unable to make sufficient thyroid hormone, and the pituitary gland sends greater and greater stimulatory signals (TSH), trying to boost production. This causes the thyroid to enlarge in an attempt to meet the needs of the body. The symptoms of hypothyroidism appear as: weight gain, low energy, poor concentration (brain fog), hair loss, depression, blood sugar fluctuations and other symptoms. Radioactive Iodine
Following a radiological or nuclear event, radioactive iodine is released into the air, and taken up through our lungs when we breathe. It can also contaminate local food supply and water supply and be ingested. Once present in the body, the thyroid gland will begin to rapidly absorb it/take it up. Potassium iodide competes with radioactive iodine at receptor sites. It fills these sites and prevents the thyroid from taking up any of the radioactive substance. Its action at these receptor sites lasts 24 hours, meaning the thyroid is unable to take up any iodine – stable or radioactive – during that time.
It is important to understand that potassium iodide does not protect the body as a whole from radioactive iodine, nor does it prevent any other body part from taking it up. Its actions are very specific to the thyroid. A one-time dose of potassium iodide is usually all that is recommended. If there is a threat that radioactive iodine will be in the environment for longer than 24 hours, public health officials may inform the public to take the supplement for a few days in a row. Please ask the advice of your local healthcare practitioner or public health agency.
Fibrocystic Breasts
Fibrocystic breast tissue is caused by hormonal changes in the body resulting in dense regions of breast tissue that change throughout the menstrual cycle. These dense pockets can often make performing self-breast-examinations more difficult, and often create false fear, where none is needed. Taking iodine has been shown in some instances to help reduce the signs and symptoms of fibrocystic breast syndrome.
Topical Use
Iodine has been used for hundreds of years to prevent and treat infections from minor scrapes and cuts in the skin.
When applied to the skin, it can kill the bacteria that cause infections.
Liquid iodine can be applied to wounds as needed to help keep them clean.
Some research has found success in using iodine to treat diabetic foot ulcers.
Dietary Iodine
Because of depletion of iodine in the soil, it has become extremely difficult to get sufficient amounts from diet alone.
In order to counter this problem, staple foods like table salt are enriched with iodine to help cover the gap.
In the case of iodized salt the inorganic form of iodine is added. Seaweed is often highlighted for its ability to provide a rich organic source of iodine. Natural sources of iodine, such as those derived from seaweeds, are much more absorbable and easier for the thyroid gland to use than the inorganic (mined) sources found in enriched foods.
In fact, one gram (a very small amount) of red and green algae can provide between 100 and 300 micrograms of iodine.
This can cover the daily requirement of most adults. One gram of brown algae can provide 500 – 8,000 micrograms of iodine, which well exceeds the daily requirements of most adults. Interestingly, with prolonged large intake of iodine, the body will adapt and will regulate accordingly. Sudden changes in iodine intake can impact the thyroid, as this element is the main building block of thyroid hormone. It may be beneficial to ease your way into these sorts of dietary changes.
Supplementing Iodine
Potassium iodide is a common supplemental and medicinal form of iodine because it is stable.
In a supplement form, iodine is usually derived from natural seaweed sources and is available in both liquid and capsule, or tablet, forms. The standardized types of these supplements contain a higher level of iodine and a consistent amount in each tablet – usually about 150mcg (0.15mg). This is the preferred form for clinical use in low thyroid conditions, while the un-standardized kelp is suitable for people in need of a daily supplement without an underlying condition.

A daily one-time dose of potassium iodide is usually all that is recommended – for seven to ten days in an emergency. If there is a threat that radioactive iodine will be in the environment for longer, please ask the advice of your local healthcare practitioner or public health agency.
It is recommended that adults (18+) take a dose of 100 mg, children ages 3-18 years should take only 50 mg, unless adult-sized (at this time the adult dose is recommended). Infants and children between 1 month – 3 years are recommended to take 33 mg. And newborns are told to take 16 mg.

TIMING:

It may happen rarely, but, it did happen to me.
I began taking TUDCA at a dose of 2 capsules.
At that dosage, the result was a a burning anus when passing stool.
Two TUDCA capsules with 1 or 2 of the Mag Zinc /Vit D, Cal, again resulted in a burning anus when passing stool. BOTH tablets are to encourage bowel movements.
Taking 1 TUDCA and 1 or 2 of the Mag Zinc /Vit D, Cal did not present problems.
In MY situation, where I am required to do one or two Intestinal Flushes each day, Chyna from the upper small intestine can flow down into the large intestine and produce burning when it exits the anus. Chyna is the highly acidic (pH2) combination of hydrochloric acid, partially digested food, enzymes and water that exits the stomach and enters the small intestine. Unless you are taking a strong laxative, or doing frequent intestinal flushes .. this dosage particular may never be something for you to consider.

Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About
Giving Yourself an Enema and Were Afraid to Ask.
Sometimes important, preferential, or even critical procedures which we utilize on a frequent or daily basis, and which can become routine or of a personal "normal" status, can be overlooked in an outline such as this one ... even though the remainder of the protocol will FAIL without it or them. That is true of this one which I found necessary to perfect, as an ART and have used daily, or more often, from 2013. On 2011-09-02, I had a Sigmoidoscopy and Anal Flap/Fissure Surgery. Unfortunately, the surgeon involved performed a surgery which was either new to him, or, in which he was incompetent. I was warned ... he asked me 3 times if I was sure that I wanted the surgery done, and what I thought was a routine institutional legal caution I had misunderstood. He was telling me that he did not know how to do it. Afterwards, I experienced severe cutting anal pain for WEEKS. There was never any apology for any errors, no offer or suggestion of anything corrective, and, I was left with partial fecal incontinence. It was a straightforward result that an anal NERVE had been severed.
Neither I nor my Reptilian Structure liked the complication of having to add paper towel into my briefs and exercise accentuated and frequent anal cleansing. Gradually, over a period of likely a year, my Reptilian Structure adopted a habit of simply closing off excretion by sacrificing the normal peristaltic action of stool through the colon. This may have been promoted or assisted by an increasing toxic level of retained Heavy Metals and Uranium together with increasing difficulties with Aspergillus fungi bowel overload which resulted in intestinal blockages, particularly at intestinal valve/sphincter locations. Lack of adequate intestinal clearance is one of the most frequent, and most concealed reasons for cancer patients to die. They die of systemic auto-intoxication rather than the cancer, and, Aspergillus overload is the most frequent culprit. It has taken until 2017 for medical researchers to BEGIN to receive funding to find drugs to control this normally minor biome ingredient which explodes when intestinal flow is halted ... by blockage, lack of sufficient fibre presence, or, starvation/fasting. Excessive refined sugar and over processed foods also please it.
What I quickly discovered with the correction of the fecal incontinence problem and the introduction of the lack of normal stool excretion, was that toxins retained quickly contaminate the blood and lead to mental fogging, organ function depression (slows down), muscle fatigue from toxicity, irritability from reducing lack of control, and can result in passing out, coma, and death. I also quickly discovered that NO herbal or pharmaceutical preparation was of ANY benefit in releasing the stool into the colon or out of the body. I would experience, over the next 15 years, that neither of DOUBLE Adult doses of Fleet, Phoslax, Peglyte (polyethylene Glycol and Electrolytes), or any similar physician prescribed cathartic product had ANY influence on clearing my bowels. I would ALWAYS be left to do a manual intestinal flush, AFTER which, with my bowels largely cleared, the drugs/chemical/herbs would perform an Intense purge.
I describe intestinal flushing with an enema as an ART because the only SAFE way to effect it is to have long periods of patience and privacy with a considerable respect for one's Reptilian Structure, an acute awareness of internal pressures and physiology, and, an accurate access to Spiritual Guidance or Muscle Testing. On a DAILY basis, I must gauge as to HOW MUCH fluid to inject into and hold in my colon and/or lower small intestine which will be a beneficial ENOUGH and not the amount that could damage or split open the intestine. The latter can be fatal and in the least leads to a highly septic hidden health problem. This level of ENOUGH often varies from one procedure to the next. I define a PROTOCOL or procedure as the number of containers of water injected by an enema syringe into, and held in, the colon in one cycle of fill and release, and, how many cycles are BEST or necessary at a time for the optimum clearance of the intestines of stool and other substances such as biofilm ropes or strings, parasites, Aspergillus masses, gas, etc. The container I use carries 750 ml. A protocol can involve as little as 1 container and 1 cycle, or as many as a variety of 1 to 4 containers spread over each of 3 cycles. More than 3 cycles at any time is not safe or healthy for me.
Lifestyle changes are mandatory as well as Attitude adjustment if I, or anyone with a similar requirement, is going to survive. There is little assurance of the timing when an Intestinal Flush is health beneficial. Too early and there is NO benefit. Too late, and fatality can result. Optimal times can occur any time during the day or night. The most frequent timing (67%), over more than 5 years, has been within an hour of 3:00 a.m. In the beginning they usually involved 4 HOURS of effort, including a 20 minute shower and cleanup afterwards. I fortunately have a HIGH Pain threshold, so the pains my body are experiencing are evident, usually during a Flush Protocol only by the Reptilian Structure responses of grimaces, sighs, squinting of eyes, sudden gasps, sweat attacks, and certain body movements and postures. With the erratic timing involved, I learned during the first year of this health sustaining procedure that there was NO appointment, meeting, or activity which involved other people that could escape cancelation. It became best for me, and unfair for my wife, to just not make ANY social or recreational plans. With the influence of the Heavy Metal and Uranium toxicities, in particular, and usually present through these times, my Libido and energy level went from HIGH to low.
If one is married or has a significant other person sharing their life, and, they truly LOVE that person ... they will want that person to be happy and self fulfilled and strive to assist that person in such a direction. Being with a person who must, in a sudden and unplanned DAILY cycle dominate the bathroom for 4 unbreakable hours, act out being in significant pain or discomfort during that time, be unable to benefit from any loving assistance, sleep during and require quiet at all and differing hours of the day, have suddenly lost almost all libido and energy, must be focused on their own health and wellbeing constantly, be unable to engage in ANY social or recreational activities, and face life-threatening symptoms EVERY day ... will be experienced by the partner or spouse, eventually, by everyone except a totally co-dependent person with low self esteem ... as torture. When the medical profession CONSISTENTLY made NO effort to diagnose my condition or offer ANY health enhancing options, and, alternative health practitioners and therapists could not construct a viable treatment possibility, and, the REALITY was CONSTANT, it was time, as Spiritually Guided, to Free the one I loved. We separated, and a year later, divorced. We live 1000 km apart, speak with each other on the phone, an average 5 times daily, assist each other, and are the best of friends. How many other people would make such a Choice.

Muscle Testing allows the user to question their Reptilian Structure directly and visually to determine what is best, and sometimes necessary, for their health maintenance and recovery. When I began testing for toxicity burdens in the late 1990s, it became evident that I had HIGH levels of heavy metals. While another person may only have a minor understanding of a mechanism such as a screwdriver, from my experience and use I am aware of the REALITY of a half dozen bits, differences in head size and shank length, and various forms of handles and construction materials in common use. Requesting an answer as to what TOOL would be BEST to take with me to effect a specific repair on a specific technology, someone else might simply receive the feedback of a "screwdriver". The answer, for me, might be "screwdriver with a Robertson head, size 2, on a shank of 8 inches, with a plastic handle, and a ratchet mechanism."

TIMING:
In reference to DETOXING benefits, the following may not be recognized as important by many users.
TENSE, stiff, spasming, and often sore or painful muscles and tissues tend to HOLD toxins, and, tend to have REDUCED circulation. More healthful tissues tend to be relaxed, easy-flowing in movement, sensitive though neither painful nor stiff, and, to have circulation relative to movement and use, and, to regularly detox of metabolized or toxic products.
The TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) form of therapy, greatly employed in this therapy system, uses electronically controlled, electrically driven physical movements applied to the skin to encourage circulation through involuntary and relaxed tissue movement. Often, and with this system, I can choose a variety of frequencies and patterns of pulsing according to what the area of the body is, the type of problem, and the intensity of the difficulty. Coping with Severe Mercury Toxicity (1996)
It has taken me YEARS to put together the Supplements I have included here as the BEST that is available, and potentially capable of effective improved health by diminishing or eradicating the confirmed and suspected diseases I have been acquiring and coping with for at least the past 6 years. There has been no half way or option of treating one-at-a-time approach, for the above. In testing situations, diminishing one ailment always INCREASED the presence and invasiveness of another. PERSONAL NOTE - COMMENT:
Currently (2021) there is nowhere in the USA and groundwater sources in Canada which are free of pollutants and toxins are decreasing in number and locations. Primary pollutants are heavy metals and both agricultural and industrial chemicals. Toxins can include parasitic lifeforms which infiltrate from runoffs and percolation.
In my Gallagher Lake and Oliver locations in B.C. (mid-2006 to mid-2017) it became apparent that there was Uranium toxicity in the ground water from a combination of water from basalt bedrock together with carbon and calcium (hard water) presence, plus, runoff from the Hanford Nuclear station in northern Washington state, through the Columbia river system. Through later years in the area, Reverse Osmosis filtered drinking water was purchased locally through grocery store fill depots.
Moving to Lethbridge in southern Alberta in mid-2017, a 5-stage Zerowater system was purchased and used over the following year. This is another section that almost was left out because it was so Basic, and, was more difficult to see as a fundamental part of the whole approach to health empowerment. As is noted in a number of the DISEASE overviews, certain diseases are encouraged or neutralized by the assimilation of specific types of FOOD. At the same time, my financial resources are minor, making it BEST for me to find foods which can be integrated into this necessarily complex approach to multiple and conflicting challenge health empowerment strategy.
QUALITY of foods is important as it has been known by some nutritionists for decades that FRESH foods grown in optimal soil and climate conditions afford as much as 100% more vitamins and minerals plus enzymes nutrition than those grown as monocrops in polluted environments, and, harvested, processed, and shipped many miles to a holding destination (grocery store or restaurant) ... from which they are obtained by the consumer and prepared later for digestion by cooking.
AVAILABILITY of foods that are of higher quality, lower in processing additives than the norm, free of GMO manipulation, and at a SALE price is very changeable on all factors. Optimal local acquisition and storage benefits from planning, familiarity with retailers, pricing cycles, and ones own space considerations and desire to minimize waste disposal.
In THIS report, there are some Disease situations which are aggravated by Protein; others by Carbohydrate. There are conditions that are improved by added fiber; others that are aggravated by same.
