In checking my usage, I found that I obtain 24 +/- additions, each to a glass of water,
with an equal amount of concentrated lemon juice, per bottle

sugar, water, concentrated blackcurrent juice, citric acid, ascorbic acid,
potassium sorbate, anthocyanins, sodium metabisulphite --- over 30% fruit juice.

Suggested use: Dilute 1 part Ribena concentrate to about 4 to 6 parts water

COMMENT:
The best available concentrated (less transportation and storage space and less packaging) juice, for me.
Has no GMO incredients and a minimum of preservative chemicals with no flavor or color additives.
Can be used in very small quantities, added to water with lemon or lime juice, by itself, or with other beverages.

I would NEVER knowingly use a GMO product, unless Spiritually Guided to do so, as most are health and soil diminishing.

I NEVER categorically accept the word "Organic" as having any specific meaning as there are many variables.
One grower told me that ALL his crops were "Organic" because they were biological and grew, as opposed to non-organic ... which he characterized as non-biological. Decades ago, I encountered the definition of "Organic" promoted by agricultural food organizations which were promoting organic farming and the potential benefits of the produce. Soil which had not been treated with CHEMICAL fertilizers, insecticide, fungicides ... for a period of 3 years was accepted as acceptable for growing crops deemed to be Organic.

ANY sincere and well informed scientist knows that the Chemicals and Heavy Metals so endemically present in the forementioned rarely leach out of soils to any extent. Ultimately, foods grown on soils never before used for factory (chemical and heavy metal assisted) farming, and, not subject to runoff or wind dispersal from soils so treated, Qualify, to me, as Organic. Brands may change practices. Production LOTS can differ in nutritritional and toxin presence. I always take the seconds of effort to access Spiritual Guidance and determine if the brand and lot are Best for me. I recommend that others do so also with SG or Muscle Testing.
