Lung blood clots: a Second Look.
Venous thrombo-embolism; Embolus; Tumor embolus
Could be a cancer estrogen producer, parasites (bacteria, fungal, viral, worms),
pneumonia, aspergillosis overgrowth.
Often misinterpreted until too late to treat.
Often treated for symptom relief, NOT diagnosis & resolution.
Often, there is a non-treat policy for the elderly and poor.

Blood Clot: Who is at Risk?
C Index
Clots occur when blood passing through the deepest veins flow so slowly that they form a solid clot,
also known as deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
Blood clots are (considered) rare (by the medical community).
They (are reported to) affect 1 or 2 people in every thousand, mainly older people.
It is very rare to have a solitary blood clot. In fact, most cases have multiple clots involved.
The clot travels up to the lungs in as many as 1 in 3 cases.
Blood clots or DVTs occur most often in people ...
- who have NOT been able to exercise normally ...
- who have long-term LOW blood pressure,
- who have blood disorders,
- with liver or kidney health problems,
- who have experienced heart attacks or strokes,
- after major surgery, following accidents and injuries,
- with fractures if there is internal bleeding,
- with a broken leg, because patients are unable to move their leg, for instance.
- during pregnancy, and, childbirth,
- with advanced cancer, and/or chemotherapy,
- who drink alcoholic beverages often,
- (women) taking the pill are up to 4 times more likely to suffer a DVT compared to other women,
- (women) on hormone replacement therapy,
- who smoke tobacco (which reduces blood pressure),
- who play contact sports (which can result in bruising & fractures),
- taking estrogen or testosterone,
- who are overweight,
- when they travel.
ONE or more of the above can present a significant risk,
There may be a particular risk with air travel because of the combination of inactivity and dehydration, which makes the blood more sticky.
FEW patients are aware of most of these factors, and few are alerted to many of them by their doctor or pharmacist.
In rare cases, an artery in the lung can be blocked by something other than a clot, like an air bubble or part of a tumor. If you break a big bone, sometimes fat from the bone marrow can come through the blood and cause blockage.
In some cases there is a genetic predisposition present, often mirrored in chronic health problems.
Often there are lifestyle and environmental factors contributing.
Increasingly, individuals have minimal control over air and water pollution and
whether food items have been genetically modified or contaminated with anti-health chemicals.
Estrogen contamination of foods and water supplies is another contributor.
Blood Clot: Symptoms of a blood clot.
C Index
Common signs and symptoms of pulmonary embolism are:
- Shortness of breath, feeling smothered,
- Chest pain that worsens with larger breaths,
- Pain in the shoulder, arm, neck, or back,
- Lightheadedness, dizziness, blacking out,
- Leg pain or swelling, including soreness to touch,
- Excessive sweating, or sensitivity to heat,
- Palpitations or Tachycardia,
- Irregular heartbeat,
- Wheezing (noisy breathing),
- Anxiety, or Frustration over restricted activities,
- Coughing, especially if blood is coughed up,
- Blacking out during heavy physical activity,
- Pleural effusion (collection of fluid around the lungs),
- Chest pain that may extend into your arm, jaw, neck, and shoulder,
- Quick breathing,
- Memory loss,
- Sudden cardiac death.
Many of these do NOT feel as if they relate directly to one's LUNG.
In addition, symptoms may begin with only ONE or several indications, which are added to.
This makes personal awareness and recognition and healthcare worker and physician diagnosis difficult.
Perhaps as many as 78% are mistreated or misdiagnosed and result in death ... which is often ruled by a Medical Examiner (within the regulations of what and how they report as set out by the provincial or state political authority) to be caused by
- stroke,
- heart attack,
- internal hemorrhage,
- other organ failure.
While all of these generalized) assessments have their own and true diagnostic realities, the Reality of a blood clot, or clots, in one or more lungs is a possibility. Ignoring the Reality hides the significance of the health failure and effectively avoids possible political concerns and citizen awareness of what measures could be taken to AVOID such fatalities.
Blood Clot: Diagnosing Blood Clots on the lung.
C Index
There are numerous techniques and strategies which one may find stated on the Internet.
Be surprised if your doctor or Emergency Department use 1 or more.
The quandary you may find yourself in, is that if you suggest other means you are now aware that they have not considered or utilized, they may simply regard you as a hypochondriac and minimize their treatment of you in suspicion that you are either seeking attention and mimicking symptoms, or, that your are questioning THEIR expertise and authority.
In many cases, a lung embolism can be hard to diagnose.
This is especially true if you have an underlying lung or heart disease, such as emphysema or high blood pressure.
When you visit your doctor for your symptoms, they (may) ask about your overall health and any pre-existing conditions you may have.
Your doctor will usually carry out one or more of the following tests to eliminate some possibilities and reveal others:
-
Electrocardiography (ECG):
This test measures your heart’s electrical activity.
-
Chest X-ray:
This standard, noninvasive test allows medical professionals to see your heart and lungs in information, as well as any problems with the bones around your lungs. Higher resolution scans reveal more, yet are seldom done as they require increased time and cost more.
-
CT scan:
This scan offers your doctor the capability to see cross-sectional images of your lungs.
A special scan called a V/Q scan might be ordered.
-
MRI:
This scan uses radio waves and an electromagnetic field to produce comprehensive images.
Higher resolution scans reveal more, yet are seldom done as they require increased time and cost more.
-
Lung angiography:
This test involves making a little cut so your doctor can direct specialized tools through your veins.
Your doctor will inject a special dye so that the blood vessels of the lung can be seen.
-
D-dimer test: A kind of blood test.
-
Venography: This is a customized X-ray of the veins of your legs.
-
Duplex venous ultrasound:
This test uses radio waves to imagine the flow of blood and to look for blood clots in your legs.
Blood Clot: How the Body Clears Clots.
C Index
When your body senses that you’ve healed, it calls on a protein called plasmin.
Here’s the clever part: Plasmin is actually built into the clot itself.
It’s there the whole time, but it’s turned off. It just hangs out and waits.
To turn it on, your body releases a substance known as an activator.
It wakes up plasmin and tells it to get to work tearing things down.
That mainly means breaking up the mesh-like structure that helps the clot work so well.
Blood Clot: How are they Treated.
C Index
Doctors (may) prescribe a drug called heparin for the first few days after the clot has been diagnosed.
After a few days, the patient is then given another drug called a blood thinner, such as Warfarin, Xarelto, Eliquis, and others. Side effects of these drugs can themselves be life threatening and can include
- tachycardia (fast beating heart),
- nausea,
- trouble breathing,
- easy bruising,
- coughing,
- severe headache,
- persisten tiredness,
- difficulty swallowing,
- excessive blood loss,
- weakness on one side of the body,
- trouble speaking,
- sudden vision changes,
- blacking out,
- confusion,
- chest pain,
- swelling, pain, or warmth in the legs,
- rash or itching,
- other.
and these (symptoms) can be encouraged by
- epidural/spinal puncture,
- NSAIDs such as ibruprofen, naproxen,
- asperin
- other surgeries,
- anti-depression drugs
- anti-fungals,
- St John's Wort
- fever reducing drugs,
- diets high in protein or carbs,
- CBD (hemp oil products) .. which can LOWER blood pressure,
- and other drugs.
Blood thinners is a misnomer as they do not make your blood thin.
They slow the process of new clots forming and prevent the already formed ones from getting bigger.
Some of the encouraging factors (above) can provide significant health Benefits, so, there can become a conflict between treating another illness condition and avoiding life threatening blood thinner side effects, or, increasing the risk of blood clot formation or continuation.
People on blood thinners would best not overexert themselves physically.
When taking these blood thinning drugs patients usually have regular blood tests (hematocrit/hemoglobin, red blood count (RBC)) to make sure they are getting the right dose and are not at risk of further clots or bleeding ... and that they take the medications long enough.
The prognosis for patients is generally good.
The body has a very efficient system for dissolving clots.
The great majority of people make a complete recovery even with a large blood clot on the lungs.
Between 2017 and 2020, new versions of blood thinning drugs became popular and available.
The newer forms typically enabled the patient to take a lower dosage of the drug two or more times daily.
This reduced the potential for serious side effects and minimized the number of side effects experienced.
An example is that 1 daily dose of Xarelto 20 mg, was potentially replaceable by 2 daily doses of 2 tablets of Eliquis, 5 mg., and that might be replaced by 4 daily doses of 1 tablet of Eliquis ... where the patient was confident and capable of maintaining the 4 dose regime.
A Caution is that subsequent blood clots on the lungs may develop if the individual is both unable to take remedial drugs long enough (often costly), and/or if they do not or are unable to reduce their Risk factors.
Blood Clot: Less frequently available Treatments.
C Index
-
Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments.
-
Thrombolytic therapy (“the clot busters” or “clot dissolvers”) to dissolve the existing clots.
-
Surgery may be needed to remove a very large, life-threatening clot.
-
Compression stockings may be useful to prevent the recurrence of pulmonary embolism, as most of the clots in the lungs originate in the legs.
-
A vena cava filter may be surgically placed in a large vein of the abdomen called the vena cava.
It can ‘filter out’ or catch blood clots from the legs before they reach the lungs.
Your Medical system (by Province or State) may AVOID or even dissallow some therapies and medical approaches (both within government provided services and potential privately funded services) . Self-directed possibilities may be restricted by cost, availability, or difficulty in changing longer-term reinforced lifestyle choices.
Blood Clot: Recovery time & Permanent Damage.
C Index
A DVT or pulmonary embolism can take weeks or months to totally dissolve.
Even a surface clot, which is a very minor issue, can take weeks to go away.
If you have a DVT or pulmonary embolism, you typically get more and more relief as the clot gets smaller.
The pain and swelling from a DVT usually start to get better within days of treatment.
Symptoms from a pulmonary embolism, like shortness of breath or mild pain or pressure in your chest, can linger 6 weeks or more. You might notice them when you’re active or even when you take a deep breath. Exercise can help with this.
A blood clot puts serious stress on your body.
So it’s not just about clearing it away, but also giving your body and mind time to recharge.
Sometimes a clot can leave behind scars and other damage that can cause problems.
Almost half of people who get a DVT may end up with post-thrombotic syndrome.
That’s where swelling, pain, or skin color changes last much longer.
You also may get sores called ulcers.
About 4 in 100 people with a pulmonary embolism have long-term lung damage known as pulmonary hypertension. This means you have high blood pressure in your lungs, which can lead to issues like shortness of breath, tiredness, and chest pain.
In 2020-10, it was common practice in the Province of Alberta Emergency Departments to treat blood clots on lungs with a 6 MONTH treatment of blood thinners.
Blood Clot: Blood Clots and Cancer.
C Index
What is blood made of?
Blood serves a multitude of important functions in the body, so it is naturally composed of many different things.
What we think of as blood – the red and white blood cells, along with platelets – makes up only 45% of blood. The rest consists of liquid called plasma, which is primarily made up of water but also contains proteins, glucose, mineral ions, hormones and carbon dioxide.
Distributing energy.
The vascular system helps ensure that energy is absorbed and distributed throughout the body.
This starts with the lungs. As oxygen enters your lungs it is being rapidly infused into your blood in exchange for the carbon dioxide waste that you exhale out (called “gas exchange”). The now freshly oxygenated blood cells will travel to a compartment in the heart called the left atrium, through to another compartment called the aorta and on to an intricate network of blood vessels that supply oxygen to our organs and muscles.
Blood also plays a huge role in processing the foods and drinks that we consume.
Most of the nutrients we eat are digested and absorbed through the small intestine.
From there, our blood helps transport and distribute these nutrients throughout the body.
Filtering waste.
As blood spreads oxygen and nutrients through the body it also helps the body transport waste products.
The blood carries carbon dioxide waste back to the lungs, and it also plays a part in ensuring that the liver and kidneys are able to filter the blood for waste products.
Transporting messages.
Your blood ... transports messages throughout the body in the form of hormones, which tell our cells what to do – everything from growing hair for a beard to triggering our instinct to sleep.
Finally blood also keeps us warm by helping to moderate body temperature.
Contrary to popular belief, it does not become thicker or thinner in order to keep the body warm.
When the body is cold, blood vessels contract (shrink) in order to reduce blood flow to outer areas like the skin, fingers and toes. This ensures that the body’s vital internal organs stay warm. On the other hand when it is too warm, the blood vessels dilate (expand) in order to release heat from the body.
What are the symptoms of DVT or PE?
DVT symptoms can range from unnoticeable to mild discomfort or even pain.
If you experience any level of pain in one particular area, such as the legs or arms, be aware of DVT.
The site may also be warm, tender, swollen or discoloured.
The symptoms of pulmonary embolism (PE) are very different.
Watch for shortness of breath, chest pain, coughing and dizziness, or an irregular heartbeat.
In some cases, people with PE cough up blood.
... One common suggestion is to avoid standing or sitting in the same position for extended periods of time during the day.
... People who have developed DVT in the past are at a higher risk for getting DVT again in the future.
Cancer treatment
While your treatment is vital to fight your cancer, it may also increase your risk of blood clots (DVT).
Chemotherapy and surgery can damage the walls of your blood vessels affecting the way they function.
This can also lead to a blood clot. When chemotherapy kills cancer cells, certain substances that can cause clotting are released into the blood stream. Some types of chemotherapy drugs are less likely to promote clotting than others. It’s a good idea to ask your doctor about this so that you can be informed of any risks associated with the treatment you have been prescribed.
Activity
Staying active while you fight cancer might feel like a challenge, but even light activity can be very beneficial.
Staying active will help you keep blood moving through your veins so that you are less likely to develop a clot in the first place. Don't worry! You do not need to start an extreme fitness regime to get these benefits. Start by going for a brisk walk or playing with the kids. If you are on bed rest, ask your doctor if it is okay to walk around the house a bit. In any case, it’s good to find small, low-impact ways to keep your legs moving and your blood pumping.
How the clot forms, from platelets to fibrin
What happens when your blood begins to coagulate, forming a clot?
As soon as your body detects an opening in the vessel wall, platelets are sent to the injury area and begin to form a plug. If that is not enough to stop the bleeding, your body will trigger a process called “coagulation cascade”, which triggers millions of proteins to gather, forming strands called fibrin. Fibrin weaves a web-like structure that reinforces the platelets’ plug. As the coagulation cascade continues to trigger fibrin formation, the clot grows. At some point you want that process to stop though, before you get too much of a good thing.
Blood clots shouldn’t stay too long
The body is meant to contain a healthy balance of proteins that both build and break down blood clots, allowing them to not only form but also to dissolve after the blood clot has served its purpose. In certain cases this balance can be thrown off, causing your body to continually produce (and thus grow) the blood clot. Want to know more about DVT risk factors? Click here. This can become a real problem when a blood clot forms in an artery for example, or in the case of thrombosis, within a “deep vein”. Deep veins are especially important because they lead directly to the body’s largest veins, called the venae cavae, which lead straight to the heart and on to your lungs.
Clot formation here is called deep vein thrombosis (DVT). DVT typically form in the calf, thigh or pelvis / groin, although they can also appear in other locations like the arm or chest. The good news is that the condition is treatable, especially when caught early. You can read more about key symptoms to watch out for in this article. If you believe that you may have DVT but have not been diagnosed, you should contact your doctor.
Clots that break away can create complications (PE).
Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) can trigger pulmonary embolus (PE), which can be life threatening if not treated early.
Note: doctors and nurses often refer to deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolus together as “venous thrombus embolism” or VTE.
Development of a pulmonary embolism is the primary concern with DVT.
Our bodies normally handle blood clots by simply dissolving them, but if the body is unable to do this in time, a piece of the clot (called an embolus) could break off and begin to travel through the blood stream. Because blood pumps through our bodies in a matter of seconds, an embolus can travel relatively fast, moving all the way up and through the right side of the heart and on to the lungs.
A larger embolus can end up blocking blood flow to a bigger portion of the lung, while a smaller embolus might continue to pass down and only block a smaller portion of the lung, creating a PE. In both cases, the affected region in the lung is no longer able to provide oxygen to the body.
Blood Clot: Parasite Influences.
C Index
While almost no healthcare workers in North America ever ask about or are aware of the significance of LOW Blood Pressure in the diagnosis and treatment of circulatory and other health problems, they also seldom consider, and actively AVOID any consideration of the influence of Parasites. Parasites are any lifeform which feeds off of a Host, and, may also feed off their nutrition. Some can be constructive and necessary for Good health and process food which humans cannot, as well as producing hormones and nutrition which are benficial to humans. Unfortunately, and increasingly, with increasing population density, degrading environment, increased exposures to flooding and forest and grass fires, in addition to a multiplicity of addictions to toxic substances ... North Americans have generated an increasing wave of chronic illnesses. Specialized knowledge, an appreciation for individual differences, and access (both locational and financial) to experienced therapist and practitioners and effective protocols is required for effective balancing of one's health.
In a political structure such as the Provincial Health policies in Canada, universal minimal health support is provided to all, significant care is provided in a minimal way, privately funded health support is effectively illegal, and the training of physicians includes the restriction that services must be provided within a stated minimal of time irregardless of their complexity. The most efficient way of working within these limitations is to simply GUESS as to which pharmaceutical may fit with the symptom of the patient. Frequently, especially with chronic illnesses, patients have a multiplicity of symptoms. Considering only ONE symptom per office visit can lead to many misinterpretations, projections, and both useless and dangerous pharmaceutical use. It is estimated by one medical statistics agency that as many as 60,000 patients in Canada die EVERY year from prescriptions which kill. As Medical Examiners (Coroners) in many provinces are forbade by provincial regulations from denoting a cause of death as physician error or prescription error, there is no avenue for responsibility, learning, or improvement.
The Clotting possibilities with Parasites is raised by those which burrow into or through tissues and endanger short-term internal bleeding and clot formation. Parasites, like most life on the Earth, leave behind their own waste products, which can thicken the blood. Some also proliferate to such a degree in a location that their density can encourage clotting. Some parasites actually live on human blood and endanger the formation of clots at their locations of activity. Parasites include fungi (many), bacteria (many), viruses (many), ropeworm encased combinations, helminth and other worms, as well as microscopic tapeworms. Once an immune system is compromised, the genetic evolvement of destructive parasites from friendly ones, and the support of destructive ones carried in with food and usually protected against by digestive acids and enzymes, proliferate. In more recent decades, it has become known that parasites can mutate WITHIN an individual to produce unique offspring. These are, or can become immune to any herbal or chemical parasiticide that is not taken in sufficient strength to kill the human, YOU.
Research, not commonly shared or communicated to the general population, confirms that many persons judged to have died from Cancer, actually died from a parasite overload, heavy metal toxicities, and clots formed by chemotherapy chemicals and parasites ... more often than by the cancer itself. Yet, NONE of these is generally understood, diagnosed, nor treated by sanctioned medical staff and healthcare workers. The recent COVID-19 viral epidemic has also been intensified in its deadliness by the formation of blood clots from these sources ... leading to loss of Lung Function as well as other organ functions. One reason why a higher percentage of Americans have been dying from the "virus" is because a higher percentage of them, compared to other global populations, have health deterrents from heavy metal toxicities, recreational and illegal drug use, obesity, fungal infections from previously water damaged homes and offices, exposure to widespread forest and grass fire smoke and stress, increasing numbers of Energy Blocks from the PTSD training and exposures dominating military service, satanic versions of religions (which promote conflict, abuse, hatred, and pride), together with increasing poverty, homelessness, and malnutrition for many.
The body is encouraged to support and mutate destructive parasites by an increasing INTENSITY of heavy metals and chemicals. And, the body is enabled in the storing of these heavy metals and chemicals by a myriad of largely lifestyle factors, of which many can be modified:
- Low blood pressure,
- Shallow breathing,
- HPA Axis Imbalance,
- Minimal exercise and movement,
- Heavy calorie intake of sugars, protein, starches,
- High load of Energy Blocks and destructive stresses,
- Inadequate sleep, higher anxiety & motivations,
- Conflict generating emotions & relationships,
- GMO foods & contaminated water, air, foods.
While heavy metals weaken the immune system and encourage parasite presence, amplification, and damage, some of those same parasites stockpile heavy metals within themselves. That presents a potential danger in that eradicating some parasites may actually INCREASE your budy burden of toxic metals. This may make it wise and safer to reduce one's toxic metal load first, then one's parasite presence, then a second or third wave of heavy metals and toxic levels of normally healthy metals. If you want to lessen your susceptibility to Blood Clot formation and their propensity to result in Heart, Lung and other organ and limb failure ... you might CHOOSE to lessen the influence of these factors in your life and those you care about.
Blood Clot: Personal Experiences.
C Index
I have put this document together to answer the Question: What were you diagnosed with?
The short answer is Blood clots on the lungs. But, what does that mean?
Most people, including healthcare workers, are unaware of the significance, origin, prevention, and comprehensive treatment.
The physicians and pharmacists offered no further explanation unless directly questioned.
Then, it was described as blood clots forming elsewhere in the body often ended up in the lungs.
The source was detailed as significant surgery, a broken hip or other major bone fracture, or some form of infection.
I had not had the first two; I had encouraged doctors to diagnose an abdominal "infection" since 2015.
Neither in the province of British Columbia or in Alberta did doctors seem interested in diagnosing.
I had gone to the hospital on January 01, 2019 with very different symptoms and then been diagnosed same.
Was this phrase simply a means of excusing symptoms from diagnosing and justifying pharmaceuticals?
In 2018, there was no information on the Internet that I could find on this.
In 2020-10 there are a few articles.
Articles and reports on the Internet are not always transferred to the Internet when they are originally published in print sources such as journals, books, and research papers; hence, research papers from the 1950's or earlier may not reach the Internet until 2010, later, or not at all.
In January of 2019, 2 months after requiring a spinal epidural for pain that prevented walking or standing, I experienced difficulty in breathing, wheezing, INTENSE dry coughing, and dizziness. I had never experienced coughing that was so intense and continual that it could subluxate vertebrae in my back and neck ... resulting in yet more symptoms. It was diagnosed then as Blood Clots on my Lungs. The remedy given was a then common and strong blood thinner, Warfarin. Side effects to it were so dramatic ... tachycardia (racing heart), nausea, weakness, numbness in a foot and leg or an arm and hand or my chest, etc that I opted for a then new, expensive (largely unsupported by Alberta Blue Cross) blood thinner, Xeralto. It also had side effects that were troublesome, but not life threatening. After several months, I stopped taking the blood thinners, against the orders of my then Family Physician, who warned that if I stopped taking it I would be dead in 24 hours. My prayerful Spiritual Guidance indicated otherwise, and for me, it has NEVER been wrong. The drug side effects subsided within 72 hours, the original symptoms did not return, and I am still here.
Beginning about September 15, 2020, after moving at the end of June, and experiencing significant stress with apartment issues during July and August, I began experiencing significant and sudden back pains, on the right side between the bottom of my shoulder blade to the waist. These reminded me of an almost identical pain which I had experienced often, decades earlier after a period of high stress. They had responded so well and so quickly then to chiropractic adjustment that for a time I learned how to effect the movements myself when unable to go to a chiropractor due to work demands and appointment availability. I could not benefit these now myself. Dr. Chelsea Power, my current chiropractor did, initially find subluxations and relief did happen, albeit short-term, and, co-incidental.
As the days passed, the period between reocurrences decreased and we began to wonder if the source was internal rather than spinal. Added to the back pain susceptibility on any breath pressure on my lungs, a severe pain appeared at the top of my left shoulder and under the bottom of my left ribcage. These two areas acted in unison with each other and with the back pain though they did not feel connected. On October 01, the pain was INTENSE again and had continued for the previous few days when I had received adjustments. Now, no adjustments were required; it was clearly an INTERNAL problem.
On October 1st, I took a taxi to the hospital and after 2-1/2 hour wait was taken to the Emergency Department. Over the next hours, I received an electrocardiogram, blood tests, a chest x-ray, and a head and chest MRI. A nurse CARY, offered and found that morphine was of some benefit for me in reducing pain; most OTC painkillers are ineffective for me. I was diagnosed with blood clots on my lungs, mainly on the Right, BEHIND which was the original and continuing SEVERE pain during any-but-shallow breathing and any stress on the lungs. I was given a blood thinner, and almost immediately developed a frequent dry, shallow cough. Dr. Magda Lisztwan prescribed a blood thinner, Eliquis, for me which I was to take for 6 months. I was released to go home and to a pharmacy to fill the prescription.
With some time to reflect and research, other indicators and relevant details came to my attention that can be relevant for avoiding and dealing with Blood Clots on Lungs. Lifelong I have had LOW blood pressure. After intensively doing Yoga in my teens and practicing breath holding for free diving, I developed a learned automatic SLOW and SHALLOW breathing norm. In a number of instances, this ability had saved my life when I and peers had been exposed to toxic chemicals. They all died in their 40's and early 50's from heart attacks resulting from the toxic exposures. I am almost 75.
This breathing and blood pressure pattern are known to encourage blood clot development.
I had been more than average physically active from youth until age 50. That had given me greater than average muscle mass in my legs, in particular. Since that time, my work had been more desk oriented with decreasing time for exercise. Since my developing back issues in late September 2018, my regular daily walks had been halted. Lack of physical exercise and heavier body mass, muscle or fat or both, encouraged Blood Clot development.
Doctors and researchers typically have NOT experienced the health conditions they are studying, reporting on, and diagnosing. They often also don't take as relevant symptom reports of patients that don't seem relevant with their understanding of and assumptions around specific health issues. Yet, with a broader understanding of health and a personal exposure, understanding "side" symptoms can be gained. Beginning before the end of August, 2020, I began experiencing great physical weakness when attempting to do physical efforts. I also began having sudden episodes of dime and quarter-sized welts in my groin where the abdomen lymph system concentrates. Within seconds they could develop and become intensely itchy and raw. I experimented with many kinds of health enhancement creams including Neem, coconut oil, anti-fungals, anti-bacterials, anti-itch, hydrocortisol, others ... and nothing was of ANY benefit except a direct application of HONEY.
The welts were so bad and seemingly frequent that I went to hospital emergency.
I was given the choice of Prednisone or nothing. Prednisone turns off one's immune system.
Did not seem like a good idea. When I went to my then Family Physician for a refill, she was horrified at the diagnosis and declared that no one of my age should be on Prednisone for more than a short period of a few days. She used the usual quick projective thinking (superstition) so often used in North American medical diagnosis to determine that I would benefit from a HIGH dose of anti-histamine and an antifungal -antibacterial cream, Clobetsol. These did help, yet they were also ways of severely diminishing immune response. The ORIGIN of the problem was undetected, leaving whatever was ameliatory would diminish my immunity until I contracted some illness that would become fatal.
Leading up to October 1st, I kept making an effort to determine what the SOURCE was.
During September, I began researching CBD (Cannibinoid Hemp Oil) tinctures and creams, as I was Guided, for the potential benefit of two clients. I was eventually Spiritually Guided by my prayers to find compounds that were suitable for myself. One was a CBD cream. Applying it to my welts seemed to remove any itching immediately and heal the welts within minutes. A few of the welt-like skin areas had developed on a hip, on a thigh, and several places on my arms, as well as in the crease under my left breast. These also benefited from the CBD cream. It could benefit but not resolve, and, too much of it would prove toxic with symptoms of fatigue, digestive problems, additional LOW blood pressure, numbness, and, nausea ... ALL of which would encourage clotting. It turns out that this form of skin lesion IS an indicator of blood clots on the lung! CBD cream could help, but, there was a fine line between how much would help reduce the symptoms, and, how much would worsen the blood clot problem.
Diet is seldom referenced with any individualized relevancy to a patient or client by any healthcare provider.
Spiritual Guidance had also indicated clearly to me WHAT I was BEST to eat and How OFTEN. For the previous 3 years plus, I had been Guided to focus my diet on the use of frozen wild blueberries, coconut oil, iodized salt, and an infrequency of dairy, heavy starches, meats, and vegetables. At times during that period it was best for me to take multiple pills of dozens of supplements daily. These addressed a number of unusual and significant health deterrents that seemed to arise. In 2015 I had suddenly, within 3 months, added 30 pounds to my previous stable weight WITHOUT any lifestyle or dietary changes. I had a good sense as to the cause or causes, but, no doctor would consider testing to confirm or deny such. Something held my health down and susceptible to other illnesses.
As the symptoms which would eventually point to Blood Clots on the Lungs escalated in frequency and intensity and numbers, I began having more immediate reactions to specific food groups I was eating, even if only sparingly in my diet. Eventually, days before my hospitalization, I was able to conclude that ANY protein or starch (including starchy vegetables or fruits) would trigger the welts development. In consideration of the other factors promoting clot development --- LOW blood pressure, shallow breathing, low degree of exercise, heavier body mass of bones and muscle, decreased immune function by ??? --- anything making my blood THICKER would also encourage clot development. When we eat protein, dairy, starches, and some oils ... our blood becomes thicker and/or is slowed down by its passage between and through the intestines and liver until digestion and assimilation is complete. Articles on the Internet are transitory.
The publishers may remove them, change sites, change URLs, or change titles.
For the purpose of maintaining an availability of these articles for myself and you, I have reprinted parts in the relevant monographs with authorship maintained, coding simplified for error-free loading and minimal file size, and a LINK to the original document. Identity trackers and advertising bots have been removed from the original bloated and manipulative coding. NOTHING in writing is absolute; don't treat human opinion, projection, and observation as an Idol. Doing so can kill you, or worse, have you impose abuse on others.
I gathered and researched this data, mediated with the Grace of God through prayer as a benefit in my integrating discovered available digital information which would acquaint me with the overall content related to the health issues. I have found that God is ALWAYS available when we are Reverent in our Asking, open-minded in our Listening, and, Assertive in our Choice of Action. Doctors did not expect me to survive birth. In the past 25 years, medical and health "experts" have cautioned or directed me, more than 14 times, that I had little time left to live, or would die ... because THEY did not understand my challenges, were not motivated to professionally diagnose, or, chose to superstitiously recall as absolute previously flawed training. I am still alive beyond age 70. With the assistance of God, my Personality, the research and a lack of dismissiveness of a number of persons ... I have found resolution to numerous health challenges. This has enabled me to assist many others who had been abandoned, brainwashed, or traumatized. May my experience and successes also empower you. This is one document which you may find helpful as a BASIC introduction to maintaining and improving YOUR health.
