The Brief Version.
The numbers make every concept both simpler, direct, and, when relevant, meaningful in terms of the DEGREE of benefits, disadvantages, strengths, weaknesses, and, options for change and stability. That is, with numbers one can EVALUATE the underlying Risks, Rewards, Potential, Capability, and, Wisdom that can be applied to outcomes. About 2/3rds of you Visitors are quite aware of this characteristic of NUMBERS. You are also aware that numbers are statistics and such are only as relevant as their integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and the ability of the participant using them to INTEGRATE them into a larger view. So, for those of you who wish a numerical perspective, this page is for you. And the ultimate BRIEF version is this:
Since the imposition of the Original Addiction on humanity, its influence has steadily multiplied towards an eventual threshold of implosion/explosion destruction by the obvious (as anyone NOT addicted can understand) extension of outcomes which have consistently grown from it. In other words, HUMANITY, without intervention, is Doomed! It is for YOUR intervention, that I have been Spiritually Guided to put these pages together for you.

NUMBERS: Source and Integrity of.
It all adds up.
Numbers QUANTIFY a fluid range of possibilities into finite and definable steps.
Often, these "STEPS" are assigned Names so that others, who become familiar with these names, can communicate clearly to others about the reality in question, to be altered, or, to be created. Common examples which many humans in different cultures use include these: colors, temperature, moisture, distance, frequency, speed, tone, size, time, money, wage. We assign names to specific major colors, and, with the acceptance of authority, these "Names" are taught to all members as representations of the SPECIFIC color being spoken of. When the name "RED" is applied to describe an object, many other people can imagine, as a projection of the sanctioned and taught meaning of the word "Red", what the color of the object, unseen and unexperienced by them personally, is likely to appear like. This applies with all other Quantitative TERMS, including NUMBERS.
Numbers are consistent observed and recorded realities, often used comparatively as "statistics". Such are only as relevant as their integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and the ability of the participant using them to INTEGRATE them into a larger view. The following can only loosely be alluded to by humans in 2013. Many superstitions, denials, inaccuracies by lack of completeness, lack of recorded relevant history, and self-limiting narrowness of awareness .. make any human derived numbers irrelevant. All of the numbers noted in this document have been derived by my ASKING for the answer from Spiritual Guidance, RECEIVING a reply while being open and non expectant of that answer, VERIFYING those numbers by a secondary or confirmation CHECK (re-ask or confirmation of answer), and with the dependability of having developed and strengthened this skill through its use MILLIONS of times over a 27 year life experience. I have a consistent accuracy ratio of 99%, which I humbly challenge often from the awareness of the many factors of interference and the reality that an inaccurate answer is worse (less useful) than none at all.

HORMONE: Activating Influence.
Raising ACTIVITY & INTENSITY capability by a factor of 60.
The Original Human Addiction has distorted human experience and perception of reality in much the same way that other mammals enter a lust-driven state of attitude, behavior, and need .. for up to 2 weeks of every year. During this highly intense experiential period, the mammal is DRIVEN (Compulsively motivated) to take ACTIONS, which would be self-sabotaging of its survival if it pursued them long-term. It is currently known (2013) from research that has been carried out, that elephants, during their rutting season experience the influence of a concentration of the hormone testosterone in its system 40 times greater than at other times of the year. I use the term "testosterone" here as the term of human choice. As you can check, there is a significant alteration of 3 hormone strengths for the neurotoxic influences. Humans are only currently aware of and have defined one: testosterone. Both males and females can experience this temporary change. Typically, 80% of males are FORCED into Activity which is Aggressive, Imposing, Controlling, and, Creativity (Completing). Also consistently observed, about 20% of females are FORCED into a RECEPTIVE state of Accepting, Attracting, Manipulating, and, Creativity (Beginning). Were these influences to extend longer in elephants, both male and female would die from over-exertion, inadequate calories, accidents and injuries through aggressiveness.
Humans originally shared the above Mammalian annual Spring rutting cycle.
Some aboriginal cultures (i.e. The Algonquins) maintained this pattern for the harmonizing influences it enabled within their communities. Each Spring, likely in April (Northern Hemisphere, central Canada), they would hold a communal sexual celebration at which time all adults gathered in a "long house" community center. All members were sanctioned to have intercourse with any member and as many members as were willing. This removed feelings of possessiveness, infidelity, individualism from the daily life for much of the remaining year. ALL children were considered to be the responsibility of the community. ALL women and men were respected as individuals and any lustful feelings towards other than one's own committed mate were able to be sublimated (delayed/deferred) for acting out until the Spring event .. with the knowledge that, if the prospective sexual partner were accepting, a resolution of one's desires could be had then. Many human cultures expanded on their unconscious and bioengineered hyper-sexuality by promoting the benefits of power, wealth, and acceptance. Those who gained or accumulated such status typically acted out abuses to those considered less than them. Community abuses of slavery, poverty, and exclusion encouraged the majority of "lost" to choose a more intense lifestyle commitment in hopes of joining the elite.
The larger, more structured, more powerful, and more energy blocked the members of a culture became, the more they constructed physical and emotional environments, supplemented by dietary sanctions ... that embraced the Original Human Addiction. With a constant presence of HIGH levels of testosterone, it became necessary to maintain high levels of ACTIVITY, compared to what had been a balance. The libido driven orgasm became the sought after frequent endorphin stimulant. As with any addiction, as soon as one drains away from the stimulated emotional HIGH of ecstasy, there is a sense of a depressive loss or LOW .. which stimulates desire to re-engage. While the male elephant often experiences a hormonal rise during the temporary rutting season, of 40 times what will be NORMAL for the remainder of the year, the human rutting hormonal level was raised by a factor of 60, and maintained excessive! This bioengineered level reset the balance threshold upwards, with no variation.

Population increases from stability, to expansion .. a constant amplification of 4.
How 2 "infected" persons grew in number to become 7 billion, ...
with a created demand 16,000 times greater than at the beginning of the change.
The BAND organized societies, which typified the earlier human communities for at least 1.2 million years, seldom grew in size. They averaged between 22 and 35 members, including children. They lived in climates and locations which required little planning or provision for habitation. Such housing was usually temporary as the band moved several or more times each year to an area with plentiful food supply. Once the excess food in that region had been utilized, it was time to move on to a new Eden. One learned what was of benefit from one's elders, who had learned in the same way before them ... partly from the knowledge gained through experience by others, and, partly from the experience one had oneself.
Larger families became an extension of the Original (Reproductive) Addiction.
With larger families came a need for larger housing, larger supplies of food resources, larger communities, and, more outward definitive communication. The ADDICTION provides a baseline of anxiety and guilt together with a driving hormonal push for constant action and almost paranoiac sensitivity: impatience, projection, tension. With these characteristics, the previous communication style of calm, centered, confident telepathic harmonizing ... present amongst some remote aboriginal cultures until about 1910 A.D., disappeared. This EXTERNAL necessity of communication encouraged a development of and dependency on spoken and written communication. Larger communities necessitated leadership which transformed EQUALITY biased band groups into AUTHORITARIAN biased tribal groups. Requirements growing for greater food resources required more frequent "village" relocations. Soon, territory exclusivity became accepted as a means of stabilizing food supply and location. These challenges made such humans receptive to the potential of industrial planting and harvesting as a significant transition from the previous hunting and gathering of nature sown and companion planting of food sources. The addiction had brought many needs which could only be restrained from destructive behaviors by increasing complication of every aspect of lifestyle and community.
The human gene pool was small, in earlier times, compared to that of 2013, and its mixing was largely restrained to the local area in which neighboring bands lived. After more than 7,000 years of aggressive expansion of population numbers and the attendant locational spread, the current (2013) human gene pool accommodates mutations which have enhanced immunity to significant biological and viral illnesses. Yet, throughout the same progression of expansion, the conflict generating attitudes and behaviors acted out by the Original Addiction infected persons, has constantly introduced new energy blocks into the genome. As in other instances of hereditary transfer, a mix of some of the energy blocks held by each parent are inoculated in their offspring. This sensitizes the child, from birth, to readily build additional energy blocks from their personal and group experiences. With so few ways of releasing energy blocks effectively, it is remarkable that humanity has endured through thousands of years and 100s of generations to reach the threshold point of 145 resident energy blocks per person applied to a significant percentage of the global population. My work confirmed, repeatedly, that an approximated total of 145 energy blocks was a threshold at which the physical body of humans is so distracted with REACTIONS that it increasingly FAILS to safeguard itself from disease.

DURATION: Longevity of membership.
Living longer with greater support: from average age of death rising from 35 to 75.
Longevity increases resource demand by a magnitude of 1.2.
Parasitic diseases were often endemic amongst prehistoric band organized societies. They lived in intimate contact with a lush environment without a climatic need for extensive clothing and footwear, later required for less hospitable environments. The influence of such infestations, when present, was physical depression .. which enhanced the calm and harmony of the community and reduced any stimulation of anxiety, doubt, fear, or, aggression. Life was both stable, and, exciting in the daily exploration and discovery of hunting and gathering. With an annual, short "lust" cycle, there was constant appreciation for and enjoyment of sensual form and touch ... without the potentially destructive, imposing, and aggressive behaviors of the lust-driven individual. Interpersonal grooming (touching), snuggling, and companion sleeping was a significant part of the daily lifestyle. Average age of persons has been suggested as 35 from the anthropological indicators and reality indicators of the last remaining vestiges of such communities before their infection and destruction by "modern, socialized, commercialized, educated, territorial" groups.
Gestational fertility amongst these uninfected (by the Original Addiction) humans was reduced further through extended duration breastfeeding. Breastfeeding children until the age of 5, was common. For many females, breastfeeding sustains a hormonal balance such that prolactin, encouraging breast milk availability, nullifies the influence of hormone producing estrus cycles (menstruation) and fertility. That equals the possibility of NO children for 5 years, and, NO receptivity (looking for) sexual impregnation (motherhood). That does not exclude sexual intercourse involvement; it just excludes pregnancy and added population growth. Without the physical and social constant stimulation of "lust", sexual maturity was unlikely before age 16. With a potential childbearing duration of a further 16 years, and a normal childbearing ratio of 1 child per pregnancy, the bearing potential of each female was 3. Of these, 1 would die from disease or health complications before the age of 2 years. A 2nd would die before sexual maturity as a consequence of disease, accident, wild animal attack. This left 1 child to replace 1 adult. One could say that males were replaced by the unusual statistical addition of multichild births, lower rates of disease in a specific community, better education and skill development of children, and, a greater heritage of herbal remedy wisdom and use.

Lower rates of endemic illnesses typified communities formed of persons infected with the Original Addiction. A host of interconnected factors encouraged more formal and structured housing, food growing and accumulation, hygiene, and, political support. ALL of these factors were acted out in catastrophic failures as well as fortunate enhancements. Typically, population growth developed larger and more dense groupings of persons ... who through equally degrading conditions of hygiene, nutrition, and interpersonal communication ... resulted in highly fatal epidemics, economic segregation into classes, widespread conflagrations, and increased rates of injury through social conflict. Eventually, these conditions and repeated events stimulated the development of and acceptance of increased presence of infrastructures (sewers, water supply, garbage disposal, food storage, power availability, more permanent road structures and bridges), building and behavior codes, and, services (administration, policing, fire fighting, insurance, banking, medical, education, entertainment, other-than-reproductive addictive behaviors).
Population DENSITY increased the need for clothing, gender role separation, and sublimated lust, if constant conflict and abuses were to be minimized. This spawned and sanctioned the concepts of monogamy commitment, religious membership, slavery (wages) to afford basic physical necessities and avoid exclusion from the community, and, social and political rituals of membership. Breastfeeding was increasingly discontinued, and, fecundity increased. With the constant lust influence of the Original Addiction, increased childbearing, increased commercial concerns, increased political conflict, increased role separation, decreased sensual expression, increased possessiveness, increased material-based identity, and, a considerable degree of suppressed interpersonal conflict ... wars became a necessary relief value for extracting the young (usually male) frustrated, aggressive, reactive members of the population to kill each other on a distant battlefield. Better to have political power than to have social unrest. The overall population-resource ADDITIONAL drain on resources was thus kept to a small increase to 1.2 beyond the band-organized demand ratio of 1.0.

CLIMATE: From Adequate to Less Than.
Expanding from self-sufficient to total dependency: overall factor of 16 times as great use of and requirement for resources.
Between 1348 and 1666 A.D., plague reduced the European population by up to 50% as well as reducing the Asian and Indian populations by an unrecorded amount. The spread of these was partially connected to the general increase in and translocation of people which made it easier for rodent and other disease carriers to spread the illnesses. Increasing densities of people and of numbers and sizes of cities generated increasing concentrations of garbage and sewage which themselves fostered and amplified disease generating conditions. The spread of disease has been associated with the influence of seasonal (Fall) and sunspot cycles variations. More variable weather conditions, giving rise to warmer and cooler temperatures on the same day, tend to stress human immune systems experiencing alternating experiences of chills and sweats.
Moderate term climactic changes (spanning several hundreds of years) have resulted in some significant technical adaptations by humans. During a mini iceage/cold spell between 1600 and 1800 A.D., winters in North America and Europe were colder than for many centuries previously, or since. Several centuries earlier, a similar though not as intense period of cool climate had happened. With this return of challenge, there were now resource accumulations which enabled some persons to take risks with innovation in search of greater comfort and stability. With the resulting earlier loss of so many of the population, the largely total poverty of the masses had been transformed into both a grown middle class and a small, non-nobility upper class of economic worth. Half as many people now owned all of the land, possessions, and savings of the previous whole. The poverty of many families became transformed into "comfortable", and, the previously "comfortable" often elevated into the "respected" ... a euphemism for the material lusting for wealth of jealousy, greed, covetousness, and, envy.

Many of those who had previously been desperate, financially, were now increasingly goaded by the demonstrations of wealth by others .. to take a leap of faith in the confidence enabled by envy of the success of others. Commerce bloomed. Banks were formed and sanctioned by rulers to lend out imaginary monies (credit) on the fallback default insurance of 10%, or less, in actual deposited currency reserves. The rulers effected this in order to finance their WARS. The success of financed wars began a commercial addiction to credit and power, sanctioned by AUTHORITY, who could make, break, and change the rules, regulations, and laws applicable. As more non-rich wanted to become involved in the high risk ventures of the surplus privileged, companies were formed with shareholders who spread and shared the capital/credit sacrifice, the losses, and the gains. Shipping promised to return from distant lands with treasures of precious metals, furs, exotic foods ... to sell to the nouveau riche for huge profits.
High demands for cheap labor to populate the industrial farms (plantations) of foreign lands, stolen from their aboriginal residents, opened markets for slaves purchased from African tribes in exchange for trinkets. If one consults the records of Lloyds's Insurance, England, one will find that tens of thousands of merchant ships sunk, with the hopes of the many, while those who weathered the seas successfully returned high wealth to their owners. The minority who succeeded were proudly and emphatically publicized .. by the owners looking for new investors and crew, by the banks looking for new borrowers, by the insurers looking for new clients, and, by company founders willing to share the potential for riches with others rather than be excluded from the shark frenzy of lustful envy.

Addiction sanctions (makes acceptable) that which feeds its weakness.
An obsession of attitude or a compulsion of behavior is a weakness for it has no threshold of ENOUGH.
There is no point of BALANCE which will indicate a reality of sufficiency such that the ACTIVE state of aggressive involvement and creativity can be relaxed to allow for the relaxed, more passive state of growth, maturity, blossom, fruiting, surplus, harvest, storage, security, and sustenance. With the influence of the Original Addiction, there is no PAUSE to appreciate and enjoy the fruit of the seeds sown. Instead, there is a rush to seed, an impatience to allow to grow, a tearing up and spreading out, and a resowing. One is always busy working and sacrificing towards a balance of financial SECURITY and ACCEPTANCE .. which is unattainable. That is because an addiction is constructed on associations which often link to EXTERNAL realities. Those externalities elicit comparisons with other participants, and, with stories of earlier exploits .. which may now be irrelevant, even, unattainable. The weakness is in setting a goal which moves further away as one seems to approach it. Whatever the numerical target is, the dynamic of an addiction propelled system is that it will expand to exceed whatever you can provide.
Boundaries and limits are integral parts of successful planning.
A plan works well when it takes a goal and accounts for all of the constructive and destructive factors which can influence one's attaining that goal. If one is inexperienced and too proud to research the experiences of others, the historical variations of the market, the strengths and weaknesses of the product or service design, the amount of pre-sales cost involved in prototyping, testing, and, distribution ... there is no basis on which to ensure that adequate energy (physical, skill, and financial capital) is available to enable success. Without such planning, the risk of failure and loss is high. If you are sailing across a sea without knowledge of the wind and sea current, the subsurface dangers of reefs and ice, and the climate of the destination .. you may never reach your destination. Even if you do reach the destination, a much colder and drier climate than you sailed from as your home, could mean death through starvation, hypothermia, or, malnutrition. For HUNDREDS of years, crews died of scurvy before reaching their destination. The ship drifted until it sunk ... by hitting an obstruction, by flooded through lack of piloting, or, through deterioration as it sailed by whim in calms and circles. The only plan any addiction has is to cast off and sail towards what is believed to be a salvation of riches ... not just enough, but a surplus that returns the relaxed comfort and harmony which pre-addicted persons experienced daily. Planning for a changing valuation of a FUTURE "surplus" has an endless complexity. Planning for "enough" is a simplicity based in NOW.

In a self-sufficient environment and climate, the amount of effort required for survival (often contented) lifestyle is easily met, daily. There is no need or motivation to store provisions for a lean future or build strong barricades against storms, cold, or, blistering temperatures. Any passing variances in these aspects are short lived and can be remedied without significant difficulty. Duck into a cave or under a tree, repair a leak in a thatched roof with a leaf, curl up in the crotch of a tree, snuggle up with friends or relatives, gather around a fire .. all of these can provide or enhance short-term comfort against weather disturbances. Climate, however, pertains to longer-term continuing patterns of weather. Seasons are an initial step away from the immediacy of weather towards the possible decades, or centuries, long patterns referred to as climate. When human population numbers were much smaller than after 2000 B.C., there was minimal expansion required for the largely stable population. There were few motivations for people to leave their birth region and community locations and travel to distant and foreign lands, by themselves, unless they chose to reject their band.
The hyper fecundity of those infected with the Original Addiction change ecological balance into ecological disharmony. A constant growth in population necessitates an expansion of occupied territories. The increasing miscommunications blurting forth from verbal communications and words in place of telepathic feeling-images increasingly accelerate interpersonal conflict. The imposition of Authoritarian communication styles as an extension of the unconscious jabs of anxiety, haste, aggressiveness, guilt, and loss .. punctuate conversations with defensiveness, control, possessiveness, and, doubt. Children increasingly, with the generations, are more often to want the distance from their parents and the DENSE community so as to experience freedom, independence, and the excitement and risk of exploration and nature. Swiftly, population begins to ever search for new, more distant, more remote escapes. And, evermore, the further the distance, the harsher the climate becomes. Colder winters, drier or wetter and shorter growing seasons, hotter summers and new and both dangerous and nutritious plants as well as dangerous, domesticatable, or nuisance animals. The dream is always there. The reality fails if one emerges from the dream or fails to find some form of containment of the influence of the Addiction.

Resource loading increases personal dependencies as humanity expands beyond those regions offering an ease of self-sufficiency. It becomes no longer wise or sustainable for persons to harvest on an as required basis. Decreasing lengths of growing seasons increase the durations at which fresh food items are unavailable. Intensifying one's diet on living protein, cattle (domesticated wild animals) allow humans to sustain living sources of food long after the plant growing season ends. Sacrifices accompany these new surroundings of independence. Plant foods must be harvested and preserved and stored in strongly constructed buildings capable of withstanding cold, rain, snow, and, rodents, animals, and insects. To maintain living protein sources, shelters may also be necessary for them, and/or, a collected surplus of fodder for their winter sustenance. Preserving fruits and vegetables for off-season use will require energy intensive measures (cooking, freezing, drying, pickling) and containers which requiring energy to make them. And, fundamentally, warmth and security and stability must be energy bound into a residence for the pioneer family.
What happens when densities rise in what was once remote locations?
Cultural centers begin to build in these less sustainable surroundings. More and more once surplus resources must now be devoted to survival (lasting through the season to the middle of the next growing season). In the most distant locations inhabited, high on mountains, deep into jungles, or, resident in the cold deserts of the arctic and antarctic or the hotter deserts of sub-tropical Africa, America, or Asia .. total energy DEPENDENCY may require the importation of all infrastructure, living quarters, water, food, sewage treatment, electricity generation, heating, healthcare, and electronic communications. At these locations, the QUANTITY of resources required to MAINTAIN healthful life of humans increases to 16 times what is accumulated and utilized in a self-sufficient, non-technological, non-infrastructure settlement. Without this excessive form of expansion, compelled by the influence of the Original (Reproductive) Addiction, humans could live on a base of 1/16th the resource drag demanded in these areas. A range of 1 to 16 times as many resources are utilized by populations NOT living in the more opportune-for-humans areas of the Earth.

DEMAND: of Resources and Energy.
Environmental degradation and challenge increases by 180 times.
Self-Sufficiency is being in harmony with great stewardship.
That is because with a balance of energy building replacing energy usage, supply is maintained indefinitely. Once that balance is broken there is a mandate that at some point in the future, even with a stable population, steadily decreasing reserves and resources will result in inadequacy. Such a threshold in demand/loss/availability always leads to these throughout human history:

Increased frequency of illness (production loss, resource use increases) ... more deaths.
Increased population density, less privacy, more conflict .. more deaths.
Less availability of foods, water, clothing, supplements ... more deaths.
Lower quantities of energy resources (fuels, electricity) .. more deaths.
Increasing forms of pollution of water, air, ground, food .. more deaths.

All Addictions blind the infected, almost totally, to the weaknesses it AMPLIFIES.
Addiction attitudes and behaviors are NOT a part of choice. They can exist within an environment of Choice, yet they sabotage the continuance of that environment. Without the context of HOPE that the weakness (loss, depression, frustration, anxiety, guilt, pain) can be remedied, the only conscious awareness is the despair of hopelessness. If one is compelled to action in such an awareness, there are few resolution ACTIONS beyond that of suicide, or, acting out in RAGE ... an aggressive spewing forth of the negativity of injustice, imprisonment, abuse, and, deception which has been unconsciously accumulating. Human societies have endeavored to provide releases for such energies through the violence of sanctioned murder carried out in WARS against enemies which are more often targeted through inducements of projected hate towards groups of people characterized by their racial, national, political, religious, or economic membership. The reality is that these associations are manipulated by the social authorities to often deflect away from themselves the negativity which they may more correctly merit. Such associations are always amplified by the use of legalistic, fundamental, irrelevant assumptions, connections, and reductions. Hate is a symbol of social disharmony.

How much more energy do humans use today (2013-02) than they did in times of ecological harmony and cooperative community activities? Here are some examples of resources considered necessary in accord with the Quantity and Spread of today's population, yet, were meaningless and would have been considered useless 7000 years ago:

electricity generation
electricity transfer and regulation
institutional education, training, and research
municipal water well sourcing and pumping distribution
massive resource collection, refining, fabrication, distribution
commerce promoted credit resulting in overindebtedness & slavery
pipeline construction and transfer of natural gas and petroleum
mega-building projects to individually supply millions of persons
public bus, train, and subway mass transit transportation systems
role separation which removes empathy from intergender communication
workplace options with separation of worker far from home and family
huge chemical and mineral contamination of water and soil resources
centralized specialized commercialized conflicting healthcare options
sewage treatment plants and dump sites that sustain consumerism and waste
global marketing resulting in high transportation fees & slave production
millions of legal regulations that rigidify relationships & promote discord
armament development, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, delivery
property ownership resulting in elitism, privilege, greed, and, self slavery
decimation of worldwide stocks of fish, lumber, fresh water, energy reserves
long distance hauling of products affording access to exotic non-local goods
industrial farming resulting in decreases in the nutritional value of the product
political leadership that removes individual participation from group decision-making
space rockets, satellites, exploration using high cost components & extremes of fuels

Resource demand is hidden in modern (2013) society by most of the population having NO awareness of the amount of energy or the amount of physical or financial resources involved in their daily lifestyle. Consider the following:

From 1800 to 2013 the use of petroleum products has grown by a factor of 9 BILLION.
The amount of energy and time required to form petroleum reserves is unknown to humans.
A best guess, loosely stated in many articles, is that it has taken "millions" of years, during which it has been necessary to overlay the original resource of much algae, plants, and animals. A thick layer of deposited sediments bring heat to bear on the materials through the application of many feet of sediment. In 150 years, humans have drained away about 70% of all such reserves .. which took hundreds of millions of years to generate. At the current and highest rate of energy use and waste, about 750,000 YEARS of geobiological accumulated energy is used EVERY DAY.
The energy cost to produce steel is about 2 barrels of oil per ton of steel.
There are about 125 million tons of steel produced globally annually.
Other metals in common use, such as aluminium, require much more energy per unit.
According to IEA data from 1990 to 2008, the average energy use per person increased 10% while world population increased 27%.
The twentieth century saw a rapid twentyfold increase in the use of fossil fuels.
Between 1980 and 2006, the worldwide ANNUAL growth rate was 2%.
Energy consumption ... Japan and Germany with an energy consumption rate of 6 kW per person and the United States with an energy consumption rate of 11.4 kW per person.
Industrial users (agriculture, mining, manufacturing, and construction) consume about 37% of the total 15 TWh. Personal and commercial transportation consumes 20%; residential heating, lighting, and appliances use 11%; and commercial uses (lighting, heating and cooling of commercial buildings, and provision of water and sewer services) amount to 5% of the total.
The other 27% of the world's energy is lost in energy transmission and generation.
In 2005, global electricity consumption averaged 2 TWh.
The energy rate used to generate 2 TWh of electricity is approximately 5 TWh, as the efficiency of a typical existing power plant is around 38%. The new generation of gas-fired plants reaches a substantially higher efficiency of 55%. Coal is the most common fuel for the world's electricity plants.
Total world energy use per sector was in 2008 ... industry 28%, transport 27% and residential and service 36%. Division was about the same in the year 2000.

Can humans recognize weaknesses and dependencies in others which are present in oneself?
It must seem unintelligible, to Visitors, that human individuals, communities, cultures, and nations can seem to agree and act on the weaknesses of others, considered ENEMIES, yet, be totally oblivious to the possibility that the enemy could equally strike back against the SAME dependencies held by the Attacker/Authority. The majority of miscommunications between parents and children, intimate partners/spouses, relatives, religious sects, political parties, management and staff, and, self and stranger .. in 87% of cases, arises from the influence of the Original Addictions and any other energy blocks which the individuals have inherited or built. Effectively, this dynamic keeps the MAJORITY of humans at a level of mental flexibility and awareness .. that is less than that of Crows! It is with this degree of self sabotage that humans have not, and can not, stabilize or reduce their dependency on physical resources, including concentrated energy supplies.
Protagonists during major wars since the advent of technology and mass society and politics, have been quick to recognize that by destroying the infrastructure of their adversary, that adversary will have to accept defeat under threat of being unable to provide the BASIC needs to their CIVILIAN population. This was a major focus of Allied bombing of Germany during World War II. This was most markedly repeated in the first Gulf War, against Iraq. Power generating stations, bridges, manufacturing factories, municipal water supplies, and, sewage treatment and garbage disposal infrastructures were targeted early. Airports, highways, and fuel depots were also quickly "neutralized". Together, these disrupted services both expanded the requirements for medical care, and, food ... while making such extremely difficult to provide. Currently (2013), even though I, not a particularly intelligent person, have known for 15 years of 5 major infrastructure weaknesses in the USA society, no terrorist has made any attempt to exploit these, and, the general population are oblivious to what the impact of their loss would mean.

a few major pipelines supply most of the gasoline producing oil,
most roads infrastructures (bridges ..) are at a critical maintenance/replace age,
a few major pipelines supply most of the natural gas used for heating & power production,
ground water sources are receding deeper and deeper & becoming increasingly contaminated,
most manufactured goods and increasing supplies of food are imported by ship from China.
A termination of ANY of these resources, for a duration of 3 days or more could result in economic collapse.

ROUTINE: Never question the obvious.
Denial is distraction with comfortable patterns.
Capacity for species generated species release of addiction: 0
An addict builds certain routines of behavior to match the obsessive attitudes of their addiction. Those obsessive attitudes are like an elementary routine on which all other routines are constructed. Any behavior or attitude which is rehearsed often becomes automatic. Automatic is reactive. Automatic means there is less and less awareness, choice, flexibility, and, more and more predictability, consistency, dependability. Humans infected with the Original Addiction (Energy Block) of ACTION/Reproduction are driven by an unconscious emotion of GUILT. This is the motivating origin of most human addictions. There is a distant awareness that something is terribly wrong. To this confusion and denial is added a component of Hope: with ENOUGH Effort, a solution, resolution, repair, atonement, or forgiveness will set the Balance back to one of Peace. Within that "Enough" there is a fundamental element of SACRIFICE. Humans have reacted to this NEED as an extension of the simplistic, forceful character of the Original Addiction: the scenarios of RESCUER, and, VICTIM.
The scenarios of RESCUER, and, VICTIM, never seem to be tired of in the stories, entertainment, interpersonal relationships, and political and institutional constructs of the modern, mass, techno-commercial civilization. We are not so much in an age of INFORMATION as we are in an age of DISINFORMATION. Data without boundaries, explanation, or Relevancy is nothing more than DISTRACTION. For many humans, flooding themselves with information is an extension of the ACTION compulsion. There is an emotional sense of having Value, as a person, according to the amount of Effort expended in being "informed". The sabotaging influence about indiscriminate accumulation of data is that the collector FEELS empowered to make decisions and take actions to INTERVENE, yet, lacks the responsibility, resources, experience, or power to do so. It is like planning for a trip which you will NEVER take. Eventually, the process and target become ever more bland. Either one resorts to seeking for more dramatic data and targets of interest, or, one slips into the emotional valley of acceptance (Victim). In that latter, the Valley, one recognizes that there are wrongs, evils, disappointments ... in the outer world, and, that one can do nothing about same.

The RESCUER has accepted the "Savior" way out of the predicament.
Their unconscious belief, action, and likely imprinting from dominant family members or peers, is that THEIR salvation will be guaranteed by the degree of their self-less and self-4-others sacrifices. They will offload all of the weaknesses, irresponsibilities, low self-esteem, hypochondria, greed, lust, and addictive obsessions of one or more others around them, and, save the day. This they will do by safeguarding the weak and troubled .. from themselves. There are many mass media and biographical stereotypes to support this belief and attitude. On the one hand, they acknowledge the Rescuer as a socially noble person. On the other side of the equation, they sanction the role of the Victim as an unfortunate and devilish role which justifies the excesses of the Rescuer and necessitates the protective institutions of the society. And those are: religion, policing, politics, armed forces, socialized services, and, financial services.
The VICTIM has accepted the more popular, easier, and, equally predictable role of the "Taker".
The fact that such a role is followed by a majority of individuals, and, that it sabotages itself to failure ... is acknowledged by the magnitude of popularity of so-called "Country", "Rap", and "Jazz" styles of music together with the dramatic styles of "Opera", and so-called "Classical" theater. Add to this the many "Soap Opera" serials together with many other forms of mass media and one cannot, except by denial, miss the focus: TRAGEDY. It is not the entirety of those styles which reinforce the "tragic" theme, but the majority. It would seem that the audience of the "Victim" relishes in portrayals of the tragedies they experience, emotionally. It is with that "peer" acceptance that they can momentarily release the burden of unconscious GUILT through this endorphin bonding with "It's OK, I am not the only one, and this story affirms that OUR tragedy is Normal, and, Noble." Seldom, in any of these forms of sanctioned media transferred imprinting, is there displays of skills, viewpoints, or constructive alternatives which would enable either of the FIXED role participants to escape into a reality of SHARED HARMONY.

The addictive self-sabotaging aspect of this Jekyll and Hyde civilized role structure is that it can only exist and be in balance as long as each role participant has its opposite. The balance is maintained by having enough Rescuers to service the demands of the Victims. This is maintained by having the patterns sanctioned as acceptable by the society (social imprinting), and, by the potential INTENSITY of expression of each role stimulating a righteous HERO involvement with one role or the other. At the most intense and rigid expression of each, abuses by the one stimulate new recruits to the alternative. A childhood experience of Abandonment is likely to stimulate the alternative role of the Rescuer/Overprotective parent in the grown adult ... whose abusive restrictions and authoritarianism is likely to stimulate the role of the Victim/Entitled in their children. Thus, to a small extent, there will be an alternating of opposing roles between generations. More often, the children will, and have, assumed the easier and more passive role of the Victim. Large groups of people, with the Original Addiction, cannot live together in some degree of Order .. unless, most are Victims willing and ready to take orders, or, react against those orders .. acknowledging the necessity for the Rescuer roles of the culture.
Magnitude of numbers requires AUTHORITY to maintain Order.
With a population almost devoid of Spiritual awareness and skills due to the internal influence of the Original Addiction together with the significant social conditioning of roles obsessed with physical realities, the interactive norm is DISHARMONY. With the altered normal state maintaining most members in some form of rutting state, the potential for violence exploding out of aggressiveness and action must be contained by the imposition of a role which bleeds away the excessive energies the addiction creates. We are talking about VICTIMS. The human species, contaminated by the Original (Reproductive) Addiction, will have about 10% of the population born with strong Identity Factors (one or more of Basic Personality, Personal Spirit, Reptilian Structure, Ego, SuperEgo). Those motivated by the IMPACT of the abuses of the Guilt driven Victims, will choose to become, or will more easily accept the role of, the Rescuer. The pot is always boiling on the fire of the addiction. If the heat of the Victim outbalances the cool of the Rescuer, the pot will boil over. If and when that happens, the fire, the water, and the pot may all be extinguished, disbursed, or, destroyed.

BRITTLE: Intensity, Inflexibility, Thresholds.
Force exerted and constantly increased eventually reaches a threshold called a Breaking Point.
The Breaking Point threshold for the Earth/Human SURVIVAL is rated as 22,000 demand units per person per year. Current demand (2013-02) is about 21,350 units. We are at 97% of RISK.
ONE Demand Unit, as referenced here, is the amount of resources which an Adult human would require, in an optimum location in wild nature, to self-sustain themselves. It is the amount of energy and resources used by humanity for about 1.2 million years living in band organized communities with a lifestyle of self-sufficiency. Significant to the modern era (Present, 2013), there was neither a need for nor a presence of the following:

electricity
permanent residence
administrative requirements
taxes, officials, leaders, politicians
roadways, cars, trucks, trains, freighters
petroleum sourced fuels: gasoline, oil, natural gas
electronics, radio, television, movies, computers, phones
office buildings, stores, malls, factories, warehouses, workers
money, credit, debt, wages, expenses, deferred payments
military, armaments, theft, wars, battles
agriculture, pesticides, fungicides
wardrobes of clothing, footwear
garbage, waste, sewer
ALL of the above require additional resources for them to be constructed, maintained, used, recycled .. than a self-sufficient lifestyle requires.

Dependency arises from one NOT taking responsibility for oneself.
Greater benefits for all participants is SOMETIMES a possibility if each member perfects, automates, and produces many more service units or product items than one needs, or desires, for oneself. A dynamic of interdependency can develop IF each member contributes willingly, dependably, and, relative to what they remove from the cooperative effort base. With the influence of the Original Human Addiction, interdependency quickly deteriorates into co-dependency. In that state, each of many participants, require the full participation of some or many others for them to be sustained. Co-dependency creates mutual enslavement together with often increasing balance fracturing abuses of ... greed, wealth, poverty, chronic illnesses, shame, fear, antagonism, abandonment, waste, obligation, depression, hate. After a degree of material extravagance has been reached, the underlying commercial lifestyle, and, the background self-restricting media .. create a perpetuating inadequacy of ENOUGH in the participants. In addition to the Original Addiction trait of chronic LUST/material need, there is a supporting ritual environment which promotes a continuous message that "Whatever level of material wealth and consumption you are at today, you will be 'less than' tomorrow".

Are Crows more intelligent than humans?
A documentary about birds, called "Crows" was released in 2010.
It detailed research and findings regarding the intellectual capabilities of these birds, found everywhere humans are, excepting Antarctica. To the surprise of the (human) researchers, the ability of crows to reason/learn at the speed of human toddlers was almost a shocking surprise. Further, elementary detail was found to support the possibility that crows have the ability to think about other crows and lifeforms (others) as being able to think independently from the thinking observer. This "Theory of Mind" has rarely been observed by humans beyond themselves. Crows expressing this mental ability suggest a level of mental functioning approaching some humans. Crows do not have the Original Addiction that humans are distracted with. Crows do not have energy blocks nor addiction behaviors. The presence of these in humans actually supports the reality that many humans never express an ability to view other humans as possibly being able to independently think different than they do. Frequently, supported by Authoritarian social behaviors, a human will express the attitude that anyone who does not concur with their personal beliefs and choices is either wrong, stupid, or, uniformed. This inability to set personal identity boundaries and invite differences in other individuals is a frequent extension of the fixed, inflexible thinking which the addict is compelled to act out .. with much miscommunication, sabotaging, and violence.
Self-Restricting mass media is the TONE and RELEVANCY of the broadcasting imprinting resource. Regardless of whether the information presented is regarded as news, entertainment, documentary, or "real life" ... there is always an editing process which has been effected by an authority. Monies are expended to make, present, and transmit such data and these must attract monies to make them profitable. No profit indicates an expectation of rejection or non-interest. The reality is that it is the advertisers, not the viewers and users, who are making this decision of acceptability. Various marketing tools and studies are used in an attempt to determine the "Turn On" benefit of a program. Do prospective viewers tune into the program, and stay. Often, what attracts attention is Drama, Violence, Mystery, Comedy, Suspense, and ACTION. In a balanced, healthy relationship environment, NONE of these "selling" factors are part of LIFE, beyond the minimum. Yet, who wants to watch or listen to the mundane, what one is experiencing and depressed about, what is about a culture or country foreign to one's awareness, or, about issues which demand one's attention and commitment to form, or affirm, actions, attitudes, and behaviors. This dynamic results in most of the mass media that washes over listeners to be restricted to what is often unreal, irrelevant, and, extreme. Listeners are constantly reinforced with the tone and attitude that THEIR lives are boring, useless, and, worthy of acting out ... a recipe for FAILURE, Passivity, Slavery.

SUMMARY: Racing, without brakes or gears.
Constant Acceleration:
The very nature of an addiction is that one's attitude is unrestrained (obsessive) and one's actions are out of a person's control (compulsive). With the above factors clarified, the activity/energy demand of the whole human species has continued to amplify with increasingly minor influences resulting in reductions. Some of these are:

Pandemics.
Pandemics in Europe during the "Middle Ages" reduced the population by up to 50%.
Pandemics in North and Central America reduced local populations by up to 95% from the arrival of explorers.
Possible pandemic influence in Asia and Africa have largely not been documented.
Endemic parasitic illness has reduced the birthrate, energy demand, and longevity of some population groups.
The increasing strength and widening prevalence of pestilence challenged human genetics has resulted in significant decreases in human fatalities from epidemics. regardless of origin. The compulsive expansion and mixing of different human populations continues to REDUCE population decrease from this factor.

Self-induced health problems.
Many deaths occurring in modern, large, technologically and pharmaceutically institutionalized societies are the result of the personal choice of health sabotaging lifestyles. This factor is also suggested in a few archeological remains of dead cultures.

Infrequent exercise.
Inhalation of smoke from cigarettes, cigars ...
Dependency on alcoholic beverages, sugars, fats, starches, meats.
Absorption of toxins from a human contaminated environment.
Accidents resulting from technology (vehicles, electricity).

Population loss from these forms of health problems is complicated by the high energy/resource drain often associated with the last ten years of most adults. Specialized care, reduced or lack of earnings, pharmaceutical requirements ... all contribute to such accelerating energy demands.

Wars and massacres.
Wars are often a large energy drain in exchange for variations in numbers of dead.
Often, the pestilences following from the health degradations of the wars kills more people than the war. More people died, in a shorter time, from the "Spanish Flu", AFTER WWI than were killed during the conflict. In early wars, the numbers of combatants were small relative to the World Wars, and most died during or shortly after the war. With the technical power and numbers of combatants during the World Wars, large numbers of people were killed, combatants and civilians. With the increasing destructiveness of weapons during the last few decades, as well as the ability to deliver them at a distance easily and quickly, more civilians than combatants are frequently fatalities.
Recent experiences indicate that wars are poor means of reducing population numbers, excellent means of increasing energy demands (armaments, fuels, reconstruction), and, significant contributors to increasing the numbers of energy blocks carried by traumatized individuals. Persons possessing greater numbers of energy blocks tend to utilize higher quantities of resources than those with fewer blocks.

The cyclical hormonal (Action/Reproductive) levels of other mammals enables them to express the INTENSE expressions of mating for short periods of time with the bulk of their lifestyle and time given to a more relaxed hunting, gathering, and health building constant of diet, rest, social interaction, and exercise. It would appear, from recent documentaries, that some mammal groups are experiencing some of the often expressed territorial clashes of humans. With their free roaming territory decimated by human domination, food resources which previously provided more than adequate nutrition for the bands are now squeezing such groups into competition for resources, and resulting in increasing conflict. Humanity is quickly racing towards a threshold, driven by an increasing demand for resources by an increasing population and an increasing consumption per capita, and by, a decreasing supply of available resources. There is an increasing awareness of the standards of cleanliness of water and environment, privacy, basic healthcare, and, a nutritional diet .. for one to live without constant distress and compromised health. At the same time, there is an attitude of Victimhood and Denial with an expectation that one's leaders will find a constructive solution by magic.

NO Win without a Balance Level RESET.
The Earth has a Creation and Regeneration rate of resource units/year.
Over a period of 4 billion years, it has produced about 364,000 resource units/year.
During this period, other lifeforms and geological processes have extracted 112,000 resource units/year.
The resulting balance of available stored resource units, after 4 billion years was: 1,008,000 billion.

Humanity, since the advent of the Original Addiction,
--- has satisfied its energy demands with a total of 1,000,000,000 billion to date.
Current demand is 3.3 billion units per year, excess.
This exceeds what the Earth is building annually, by 2.1 billion units.

There will be a threshold overrun by October 2027,
with the Earth NOT having or producing enough energy resources
to satisfy the increasing demands of humanity.

Longevity increases resource demand by a magnitude of 1.2

The Breaking Point threshold for the Earth/Human SURVIVAL is rated as .54 demand units/person, as provided by Spiritual Guidance. This is as of March 01, 2013, after the world human population has exceeded 7 billion, and after human endeavors have diminished the Earth's accessible energy accumulations by 79% (reached in 2012).

NOTE that this number of units of demand is that amount in EXCESS of what is produced by the persons involved. In the case of natural gas, petroleum, and other aggregations of resources, the energies expended in finding, drilling, extracting, refining, and distributing the finished products is minor when compared to the energies required to grow, decay, and compact such resources. Our use of such a resource presents a constant reduction in the energy account which has been accumulated ... often over millions of years.

A DEMAND UNIT is a Quantity of energy of effort required to grow, harvest, store, cook, and dispose of the remains of foods, building materials, clothing fabrics, metal purification and fabrication, transportation costs, political changes, and, administration requirements. In commerce driven societies, in which currency is used as a medium of energy transfer, work and skill use is traded for currency which is traded for one's demands.

As of 2013-03-01, it would take humanity 15 years to enact and maintain the energy reduction/stabilization tactics necessary to reach a point of harmony between human energy demands and Earth energy creation and regeneration.

Workplace and residential locations to be harmonized.
Births to be restricted, by personal choice to replacement numbers.

Reduced population of temperate zones with their implicit energy demands.
Universal preschool education in Spiritual Principles with parent support.
ALL new residential and office construction to be placed underground.
Reduction of ocean and air transport of freight by 80% within a 5-year period.
Stabilization & reduction of numbers of vehicles (only replace, no additions).
Worldwide government restriction, by taxation, of media which promotes wealth/consumption.
Centralization of ALL means of production to within local borders with nationwide as the extreme.

With the government policies, social attitudes, glut of media sponsored greed/conflict/power, and dominance of the Original Addiction ... if you (Visitors) observe humanity worldwide for a period of 2 HOURS, you will understand that NONE of the above WOULD be effected at any time in the projected future.
