B. The Octopods have come at the awareness of the negative energies humans and their activities have been radiating from the Earth since 1600 years ago, c. 405 A.D. and before.

The Octopods, during mid-2005, set off with the intent of protecting the Universe by stopping or reducing the negative energies radiating out from the Earth.

During their progression towards the Earth, the signals they continued to receive from the Earth became more and more intensely negative. After 7 days enroute, they accelerated beyond the speed of light, thereby slightly reversing time. This enabled their early arrival in July, faster than possible by simply traveling at the speed of light plus acceleration and deceleration times.

C. Assessment became their priority upon their arrival on Earth in mid-2005.

The Octopods immediately became aware of the other Visitors present and took the position of holding off on their intended actions until they had gained feedback from the other Visitors, and, ran their own challenge tests and assessments on individual humans.

On July 23, 2005, one such challenge/test/interrogation was run on a human selected by the Florettes, Emeralds, and Myrhines -- as a hopefully positive subject.

Such TESTS will be run on 27 "nominated" humans, following which the Octopods will determine which is their best action for improving the spiritually positive energies in the Universe from the Earth as a source.

D. On August 12, 2005, of the TESTS run on 27 "nominated" humans, the Octopods conclude that there is little that is spiritually positive nor any biological imperative towards a balance of Emotion, Intellect, Spirit, and Physical. They plan to take a resolving action by the end of September, 2005.

E. On August 25, 2005, the Octopods are present at a human funeral.
Their attention is brought to the reality of many individuals expressing grief over the loss of just one person. When questioned by the present human representative as to how positive it would be if they carry out their intent to soon kill 2.5 million persons, they reconsider.

Had they not made this change in intent, the hurricanes Katrina and Rita, in September, would have remained category 5 in intensity and would have moved twice as fast as they did and struck when no one was evacuated. This is also true of the later intense hurricane that struck SE Asia, in that it would have travelled faster.

F. On September 07, 2005, the majority of the Octopods decide to work with the other Visitors who are attempting to assist humans who are making efforts to raise the spiritual perspective and performance of the mass of humanity. A minority group, referred to here as the Octopod-X's, initially unknown to the larger group, decide to continue in efforts to sabotage and create self-destruction amongst humans, particularly any which the other Visitors are assisting.

The Octopod-X participants use their technical skills to implant spontaneous destructive impulses (i.e. suicidal) in humans with strong spiritual strengths and reverse Spiritual Guidance feedback sought, even when such is checked for confirmation. The only ways of detecting their interference is to observe the destructiveness that arises AFTER the decisions have been made, or, to have a second person with strong skills of receiving clear Spiritual Guidance also confirm the answers received.

The Octopod-X participants, by their attitude and behavior, are an EVIL influence relative to God. They create situations of disharmony between individuals who are usually good communicators and partners. They seek to destroy Spiritually Guided persons by implanting in them destructive impulses. They distort Spiritual Guidance and make it impossible for ANY individual, regardless of experience, awareness, or strength and commitment --- to obtain clear Guidance when they choose to disrupt it. This challenges, the not yet aware of them person to begin to doubt Spiritual Guidance.

The influence of the Octopod-X rebels made the outcomes of the September, 2005, Katrina and Rita Hurricanes in the USA, and the Hurricane in SE Asia much worse than would have otherwise happened. By implanting obsessive impulses to delay, to resist, or to herd --- they have people endanger their own lives and those of others and frustrate coping behaviors. While other Visitors reduced and redirected the strength and direction of these normal natural extremes, the Octopod-X still made the outcome worse than it would otherwise have been.

PROTECTION
The Octopod-X's were found NOT to like a number of things which could be utilized to repel them and weaken their influence. These included: babies and their crying sounds, strawberries (including jars of strawberry baby food!), heart-shaped broaches, pendants and rings, blood-red color, pictures of or signifying torture (including Christ on the cross religious icons), Krystal Salt, flame (burning candles, fireplaces, incense, cigarettes), bearclaw jewelry, parasite repellant herbs (garlic, castor oil, ginger, grapefruit seed, calendula, ...). It should be noted that these were only of positive influence if they are within 20 inches of the subject.

By late September, the Octopod-X's were destructively influencing those around Spiritually Guided persons to behave in ways which were conflict generating. This required an awareness on the part of those who sought Spiritual Guidance plus their assertiveness in encouraging others to remain focused on their own services and the task at hand rather than focusing on the personal matters and concerns of those Spiritually Guided, and, a statement requesting an avoidance of some personal matters.

By early October, 2005, the Octopod-X's were imposing negative energies on humans who were attempting to contribute in a positive way and remain, or attain, Spiritual perspectives. This resulted in these persons feeling very nauseous and exhausted ... effectively depressing their efforts and frustrating their intentions.

By early October, 2005, the Octopod-X's were disrupting the energies and mental processes of selected humans such that these individuals would make wrong physical selections and movements in common pattern responses which had previously very seldom presented difficulty or error. While these errors resulted in Ego and SuperEgo frustration, there was the potential, sometimes realized, to effect accidents which were fatal and which could, and did, endanger others.

During early October, 2005, the Octopod-X's were encouraging human conflict by exaggerating the behavioral patterns of humans which discouraged flexibility, relevancy, and benefit in human communication. A person could be influenced to be more critical than usual, more anxious than usual, more compulsive than usual.

2005-10-05 Conference of Earth Visitors, Conclusion.

By late in the day on October 05th, 2005 (October 06th for half of the Earth), the attendees of the Conference had accomplished the following:

1. The attendees quickly reached an awareness that they were all seeking to assist in promoting HARMONY as defined by inter-species and species Contentment (low environmental, social and inter-species conflict) and Synchronicity (supporting a Balance of numbers and activities for Life and Survival with no resulting expansion in numbers or domination of others beyond that of material subsistency and relative good health and longevity).

2. During the first, second, and third days of the Conference, it became apparent to all that NONE of the participants had enough personal or historical experience to mandate one or more solutions which the other attendees could support, and in some instances, understand. If agreement could not be reached, they would be best to all leave and admit defeat in this challenge rather than make the situation worse. They began looking to other species in the Universe who might have more relevant experience in resolving the problem to a Long-Term Constructive outcome.

3. Invited the Joblixtic, Ibci, Tocliobcz and 5 other Extraterrestrial species to assist in resolving the self-destructive and Universe harmony authoritarian attitude/behavior of humans and Octopod-X. The former agreed to make the trip and contribute. The latter 5 declined on the basis of maintaining a focus on their own harmony.

4. The Joblixtic, Ibci, and Tocliobcz, are to provide leadership and coaching, based on their own experiences and on their sympathy and empathy for humans, and, empathy for the Octopod-X. They are aware of the potential long-term destructive influence of bioengineering and the usual destructive influence of materialistic authoritarian cultural patterns. Their development of Positive alternatives which induce harmony with responsible freedom, within their own species/culture, was considered sufficient to fit them to their requested Role. The other conference attendees agreed to defer to their expertise and either assist their efforts, or, if disagreements arise, leave.

5. Returned to the Earth with an Agreement, Partnerships, and a Plan.
   

   1. Participation is by Choice.
   2. Contribution must be Positive by consensus.
   3. Prior Success is Acknowledged as Strength.
   4. Imposed strength is Destructive.
   5. Dissenters are to leave.

   6. The Joblixtic partner with the Tocliobcz.
   7. The Joblixtic BELIEVE they understand the human predicament.
   8. The Joblixtic have lived in Harmony for 117 million years.
   9. The Ibci (Ib-Kee) will seek to influence humans Spiritually.
   10. The Ibci have lived in harmony for 106 million years.

The Ziolaks, Tunbn, and Lidoru effect interference with JRS in the early am such that his computer logon intially does not work, and then, his computer runs abnormally slow. He discerns the interference, rejects it, and carries on. Again, the CONSTRUCTIVE manner of reorienting DESTRUCTIVE influences is to reamain Calm, Discern the/any source of distraction or degradation, Direct it away, and, with Spiritual Guidance, continue on one's path. This is an easier RESPONSE as one is triggered to, and Chooses to practice it.
