These tests began on July 23, 2005, when the presence of other Visitors encouraged the Octopods to reconsider their original intent to destroy humanity as a negative weight on the Universe.

On August 12, 2005, of the TESTS run on 27 "nominated" humans, the Octopods conclude that there is little that is spiritually positive nor any biological imperative towards a balance of Emotion, Intellect, Spirit, and Physical.

They find:
1. 96% of fresh drinking water has been contaminated;
2. 95% of humans have some form of energy blocks/addictions;
3. 91% of Earth's ecology has been disrupted by humans;
4. 92% of depictions of Visitors in mass media are negative;
5. 91% of humans have disharmonious sexual relationships;
6. 89% of humans are economically codependent/interdependent;
7. 89% of humans fear, distrust, or do not know their God;
8. 87% of humans believe in idols to avoid self responsibility;
9. 87% of humans use spurious reasoning to make decisions;
10. 87% of aid programs to the needy are ineffective;
11. 80% of topsoil has deteriorated in past 200 years;
12. 78% of humans are purely selfish and do not consider others;
13. 73% represents the excessive number of humans on the Earth;
14. 73% of humans have endemic chronic illnesses;
15. 69% of humans use superstitous thinking;
16. 62% of the Earth's air has been polluted by humans;
17. 48% of humans are depressed; 27% are happy;
18. 27% of humans are violent, angry, or hateful;
19. 27% is the level of efficiency of human institutions;
20. 23% of averaged GNPs is spent on armaments/military;
21. 20% represents the number of births wanted by parents;
22. 15% of humans are open to assistance from Visitors;
23. 12% of humans have been exposed to Visitors;
24. 11% of humans are self-sufficient;
25. 02% of humans care about their Universe;
26. 01% or less request and use Spiritual Guidance.
