Severe Headache:
After beginning to take this form of Mannerix, a virus is activated which imposes a severe headache, fatigue, and eye sensitivity -- for 2 or 3 days.

Heavy Metals ( COMMON Symptoms of Toxicity): Brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, headaches, a blurry vision, numbness of legs, feet, arms.

1998 -- I began taking Manerix (DIN:00899356), prescribed by an Ontario psychiatrist to counter PHYSICAL depression of my organs.
It was eventually discovered that I had HIGH concentrations of the heavy metals Mercury and Lead as providers of the SYMPTOMS of Significant Fatigue, Weakness, Mental Fog, Light-headedness, Lack of Intestinal Peristalsis, Fuzzy Vision ... which made work and employment not possible. This was following examinations and considerations by a urologist and a Team of medical specialists at the Scarborough General Hospital in northeastern Toronto, southern Ontario.

Heavy metals, particularly at that time, were/are extremely difficult to detox and frequently require a number of regimes undertaken over many years. Heavy Metals have been known, for decades, to disable IMMUNE functions and open the way to bacterial and fungal overgrowths and one or more of many illnesses. In addition, a failure to determine the SOURCES of the toxins will delay, deny, or complicate detoxification. In MY case, deteriorating dental mercury amalgams were the Major source. Once some of these were removed, my symptoms sometimes RADICALLY improved.

It was further discovered that an overgrowth of Aspergillis fungus in the intestines, partially from DIET and partially from Heavy metal toxicities, blocked the intestines and could also contribute to a lack of intestinal peristalsis. Manerix was the only Scientifically confirmed drug capable of being an antagonist against Aspergillis.

2015 -- The manufacturer changed the source-composition of Manerix this year (DIN:02232150) resulting in dramatically different Side Effects. At first, the new version had almost no significant side effects due to a reduced or non presence of collateral mouse endemic viruses.

Later in the year, I acquired a viral infection which would only respond and be neutralized by a virus carried in the earlier form of Manerix (DIN:00899356).

For a time, I requested and used, at ADDED personal expense, the former form (DIN:00899356).
This resulted in the then more recently acquired Significant virus, undiagnosable by Canadian medical procedures, to be neutralized. I then returned to using the newer 2015 released version of Manerix (DIN:02232150).

2015-2016 -- With the Heavy Metals largely detoxed, the rogue virus neutralized, other medical problems either resolved or coped with, and, ALL of my teeth and amalgam fillings removed ... I was able to go for more than 14 months with NO manerix and with intestinal integrity. This radically changed during late 2016 when I acquired a dramatic, known parasitic infestation (Echinococcus multilocularis) which lessened my immune functions, and, again, stimulated a constant Aspergillus overgrowth. Neither the British Columbia nor the Alberta Health Services (AHS) would make ANY attempt to diagnose nor treat (surgery is the only known recovery option) of the parasite .. even though the AHS has a monograph on the illness on its site for doctors and patients. I have never found a physician or specialist interested in reading the profile nor following through. Like others with the ailment, I have never been diagnosed or treated for it. Few diagnosed cases have been reported ... because, as per AHS admission, those discovered have been found during autopsies (50%) or during invasive surgeries for suspected OTHER ailments like a cancer (50%).

2017 / 2018 / 2019 / 2020 / 2021
I was back to the "improved" form of Manerix (DIN:02232150) during these years with a persistent aggravation of Aspergillosis.

2022: With a persistent use of MANY Supplements, a gradual and consistent detoxing of Heavy metals, a coping with and resolution of additional severe ailments, and a significant modification of DIET, the Aspergillosis retreated. Dietary changes included a full exclusion of refined and artificial sugars, an increase in the use of coconut oil, minimal use of bakery products (donuts, muffins, cakes, pizza, breads), a refinement in the selection of GMO products (corn, wheat, oats, soy, stevia, beets, may fruits), an almost complete ban on dairy products (milk, cream, cheese, ice cream, desserts). Continued minimal and varied selections of animal protein (beef, fish, chicken, veal, pork) continued. An increase in mushroom coffees, and a near total replacement of regular coffe with multiple herbal tea combinations also developed.

2023: A new FORM of Manerix (DIN:02232150) was introduced again (Modified, toxic) from SOILS which provided STRONG side effects of Heavy Metal toxicity, (Mercury) possibly because it was made from plants grown in soils with a HIGH concentration of heavy metal sludge! I requested refills of the previous FORM (DIN:02232150), again at added Personal Expense.

2024: A refill of the special form of Manerix (DIN:02232150) I had been taking resulted in an immediate experience of identical Significant side effects like that experienced with the earlier mouse derived form (DIN:00899356) -- extreme Headache for almost 3 days.

Could this have been an error in that someone was unable to find more of the more recent stock of (DIN:02232150) and substituted the even older FORM of Manerix (DIN:00899356) in its place?

I now have TWO forms of Manerix of which each carries with it SIGNIFICANT disabling side effects.

AA Pharma, a private company based in Toronto that will try to boost sales of the acquired drugs.
“We are constantly reviewing our portfolio of 300 products and it made business sense that another organization should sell these specific pharmaceutical products,” said Jack Kay, president and chief operating officer of Apotex.

“Apotex will continue to do the production of these products and hopefully AA Pharma will grow the sales.”
Norman Paul, CEO of AA Pharma, said “the acquisition of these Apotex prescription medicines gives us a portfolio to be able to expand our product offerings immediately.” Apotex employs more than 5,000 employees in Canada at 20 plants that make more than 300 medicines that are exported to 100 countries.
