A Plan activated by Russia, China, North Korea, and ... for the removal of the USA from interfering, restraining, and complicating their past and present realities, and, the long-term USA continuing political and military aggression.

Fears and anxieties have been encouraged in the political administrations and cultures of these countries as an extension of the USA involvement in their own histories in addition to the proudly advertised USA manipulation of the political systems of other countries. These actions are NOT efforts of a nation whose stated belief in Freedom extends to action. In a true democracy, regardless of euphemistic labeling such as Capitalism, Communism, Socialism … factual information and global awareness are made available to each citizen, and, encouragement for the participative involvement of each citizen is mandatory for social and political harmony. Large size of population and territory defeat this reality in any nation. The sharing of facts also demands humility, honesty, and responsibility on the part of political representatives. In a commercialized economy, the attraction of monetary and power influence gain by manipulation, deception, denial, fear mongering, and other destructive communication tactics has always taken precedence in ANY mass political system since the beginning of human history. 2020-10: By now, significant CONTROL systems and networks operating and moderating 20 key USA infrastructure hubs have been hacked, quietly tested, and prepared for either a permanent shut-down by OVERRUN, or, a disengagement by the reversal of numerous sensor-indicators connected to thermocouples and solenoids. With a short Trigger Program of software instructions, all will be activated near simultaneously. Most will not be evident immediately as their influence will depend upon one or more operators making normal control adjustments which will result in the opposite to what was expected, and escalate to crescendos and thresholds of self-destruction. What can happen when a Fail-Safe fails to fail safely?

During mid-October, 2020, "The Trickbot botnet is a network of nearly 1 million hijacked computers run by Russian-speaking hackers that Microsoft referred to as the world’s most “prolific distributors of ransomware.” ... Microsoft says it’s detecting new cyberattacks from Russia, China and Iran targeting American voters and both campaigns. ... “these hackers have a decade of experience and they aren’t wasting time with small, two-bit outfits. They are going after the biggest American firms, and only American firms.”

It was later reported that hacking, likely from Russia and Iran, presumed to be acting separately, were targeting and shutting down the administrations of USA hospitals with a possible plan of influencing as many as 400 hospitals across the USA. It is particularly telling here, that what Korea was planning was completely unknown and not related to the other hacking activities. Was that because they were so expert? Or that the attacks on the hospitals and some voting infrastructure was intended to be used as Distractions before the USA Presidential election?

The REALITY is that most of the EFFECTIVE massive hacking efforts were devised and tested by Korean sources, and then sold to Russians, Chinese, and other participants. The Koreans programmed in secretive indicators (Easter Eggs) into the products they sold so that it might appear to counter threat agencies as if the hacking participants were from that country. That is, Russian participants using Korean created hacking dynamics would appear to have no reference to their Korean programming and strategy sources. This apparently worked as USA agencies, taking their cues from USA Private companies alerts, NEVER suspected the Koreans as participants in ALL the hacking efforts.

During 2019 ... "More than 40 municipalities have been the victims of cyberattacks this year, from major cities such as Baltimore, Albany and Laredo, Tex., to smaller towns including Lake City, Fla. ... the sources of the hacking, ... many have come from Eastern Europe, Iran and, in some cases, the United States. ... Beyond the disruptions at local city halls and public libraries, the attacks have serious consequences, with recovery costing millions of dollars. And even when the information is again accessible and the networks restored, there is a loss of confidence in the integrity of systems that handle basic services like water, power, emergency communications and vote counting.

If the MONEY is also a Distraction as well as a Chaos environment spreader, it could be that the true possibility is to disengage the electrical utilities across the USA as well as disrupt and arm/disarm weapons in place at a particularly distracting political time. Several of these "Distracting Political Events" occurred BEFORE the USA presidential election. In addition to financing adversary government hacking efforts, the hacking attacks also encouraged individual hacking participants to add anarchy to the outcomes and counter-intelligence services as well as have them act as advertisements for employment, and protection, from the governments of Russia, Iran, and China. The North Korean sourced designs have been so perfected and so targeted, as hidden sabotage triggers, against more critical infrastructure that, in most cases, they are not even suspected yet (2020-10-31). The election also presented another distraction. And, the expected after election chaos would present yet another.

The COVID-19 development in early 2020, was an unexpected additional distraction that the FOUR countries could not have welcomed more. While the USA media predictably focused on the lies and misdirection of the Republican party and its spokesperson, Donald J. Trump, the Chinese quickly tracked down the 2 American scientists who developed the virus and then hired an unwitting ecologist to go to China, hunt down specific animal species, and infect them by taking blood samples from them with infection laced syringes. The 2 scientists had separately entered the USA from oppressive countries. Like a number of scientists decades before them, they had taken an almost obsessive attitude towards destroying their home country, or, a country they came to believe was an enemy of the USA. They could prove their "Love" for the USA by the degree of "Hate" they evidenced towards an accepted USA enemy. They each became aware of some of the details contained in the early version of this Report and joined forces to independently bioengineer the COVID-19 virus. They hoped that it would destable the Chinese government and murder hundreds of millions of people. But the Chinese government took effective actions to control it, and, it migrated to the USA ... where it would create the greatest conflict, infection spread, and, death toll.

It would be of NO benefit to identify the 2 originating Americans.
They would certainly not admit to their efforts and there would be no dependable way of confirming the reality.

By January 15, 2021, programming changes had been made so that if the USA President were to enact the nuclear launch codes, the targets would be AMERICAN cities. As Donald J. Trump had come to respond to Russian president Vladimir Putin, as a loving surrogate father ... who like his biological father had rescued him from financial distress with what Trump received as a $50 million gift on a house resale, the dynamic was in place that PUTIN could call TRUMP and "warn" him that the USA was in danger of an attack from Iran. This was particularly a possibility when Donald J. Trump was Impeached a second time, when all of the obstructive legal challenges he had demanded had failed, and, when the insurrection of his own government by his cult followers (encouraged repeatedly for months by himself, most Republican senators, and many Trump promoting media hosts) resulted in murders and many police injuries ... it was a time ripe to enact such a strategy. If Trump did not take the bait, it was not because it was not offered, nor that it would remain active for any future American president.

Testing and demonstrating it has been a cautious policy as revealing and demonstrating the reality in any but a minor degree would then alert those one might wish to use it against, and, would encourage those entities to capture, reverse-engineer, acquire plans by way of bribery and espionage, and, to use the presence of as an excuse for military aggression.

This form of technology has proven effective in certain extraterrestrial contact experiences dating back to the early 1960s.

Employed in the vicinity of industrial plants, the untimely and erratic disruption of manufacturing processes could result in catastrophic accidents and robot and machine breakages as parts of assembly lines shut down intermittently. Applied to the USA nuclear power plant reactor design, which unlike the early developed CANDU design, does NOT have an automatic shutdown procedure in the event of electricity loss to gauges, valves, and other regulating devices ... The use of high intensity lasers and low frequency transmissions to remotely detonate explosive materials was developed by various military from 2004. The reality of such dangers has been known for over 70 years as radio signals from shortwave, FM and cellphones can detonate explosive materials unconnected to active detonators, most commonly known to the public at roadway construction sites.

This form of weapon is now (2018) commonly employed on USA aircraft carriers, Russian aircraft, and planned for Chinese drones (active as of September 2020). Used in more compact delivery systems, it could explode fuel in vehicle fuel tanks, break pipelines, destroy sea- and air-borne tankers, detonate bullets, and, ignite propulsion fuels in rockets. This technology is currently (2018) in development for smaller scale deployment.

Individuals from each of 4 nations have been deployed to the USA (and no other nations) with harmless looking (concealed) electronic devices taking a variety of shapes and designs with outward practical and workable technology. There is a special opening system, known to few others than the individual, which allows for access to an internal single button activation of wavelength projection to halt or disable nearby combustion driven vehicles and motors. The individuals have been given a "package" of 4 activation conditions which will signal them to begin using their devices to create traffic blockages and commercial/industrial "accidents".

Each of these individuals will know they are part of a Plan "to save the world", yet will not be aware of the overall significance of their efforts or of the existence of or number of similar agents employed. They will perceive themselves as having been given an opportunity to become a hero with little chance of detection or danger. They will know to make plans to return to their country-of-origin for the "death of a relative" shortly after their activation and disruptive efforts.

These individuals will NOT be aware that they will likely lose their lives, along with much of the American population in the ensuing Armageddon of American technology and infrastructures being turned against itself. EVERY culture recorded in archeological or in-person records as "dying" has done so when a technology on which they became dependent while building a mass culture driven by an authority system, to construct politically controlled large Power aggregations ... Failed catastrophically. These dramatic changes have happened in as little as MONTHS to as long as Decades. Sometimes, the technologies concerned have been self-sabotaging because they were Confidently and Proudly used in areas of irrelevancy that led to a destruction of benefits. Small, clean (neutron, hydrogen) nuclear weapons, i.e. 20 kiloton, will be placed at over 50 ocean floor locations within the frequently used routes of USA nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers. These have been designed to mimic visually rock outcrops, small coral mounds, sand hills, ... such that they may be quickly “dropped” into place without noticeable detection by observational satellites or other means. They will be signal receptive and NOT transmit any signals. They will be capable of activating at any time, within minutes, to detonate when a mass of significant size (submarine or aircraft carrier) passes near them. The resulting explosion will create a massive upwelling of water that will begin a local tsunami. Their activation will come by a signal sent from a satellite to a low, tethered aerial. All will be activated within 12 hours from the IGNITE signal received from any one of 64 ground stations. These ground stations will be located within urban areas situated across 18 countries. Only 3 persons will have the knowledge of the location of each primary transmitter.

Following detonation of the submerged explosive, the targeted submarine or aircraft carrier, will be forcefully and quickly lifted to a greatly reduced external skin pressure, likely above the water surface, and then, by weight and gravity, it will plummet down through the low pressure air vortex created by the explosion, likely to the ocean floor. On reaching the ocean floor, at speed, it will either/and break apart, and be crushed by the extreme rise in water pressure as the water level resumes over the temporary hole. All systems intended to launch ballistic missiles will be disabled almost immediately after the ROCK has been activated, which can be at any time after they are dropped, individually, into place. Sand or other ocean floor rubble will be swept in with the returning water volume and currents to often completely cover and conceal all debris. Nuclear powered energy sources aboard the targets are likely to detonate to both further disintegrate and conceal the remains of the targets.

While all “nuclear mines” will be activated in synchronicity, they will be detonated only and as target masses approach that are detected NOT to be living lifeforms, such as giant whales, sharks, or giant squid. With the quick-on disabling of satellite communications, there will be little, if any, shared communication about these incidents happening, or, what may be their source or meaning. A potential danger of this tactic is that cruise ships, fuel tankers, and massive cargo (shipping container) vessels could also detonate these mines. Most of these non-military ships do NOT intersect or follow the military routes. In addition, an effort has been made to construct an information network which would automatically and quickly alert all shipping to avoid such areas as presently military action dangers, or, dangers from icebergs, or floating debris. This network might only be active in the short-term to the degree that it may partly depend upon satellite capabilities. That time duration would be adequate, in most cases.

2020-10: In addition to the "Rocks" planted earlier, there are now 400 "Whale" devices buoyed/weighted to "wave" about at depths of 700 to 800 foot depth mimicking large whales. These have been made of plastic gelatin-like material that sonar duplicates flesh, with support members which sonar duplicate bones. Once activated, they will be detonated, with the same explosive power of the original "Rocks" when triggered by the proximity of a large metal mass. Their influence will be similar, creating a huge gas bubble into which the ship or submarine will fall, implode, bottom, and pull silt over it, in minutes, killing all aboard in seconds, and preventing ANY alerting of other ships or command networks.

Satellite BURN Strategy. INPMR Index
Remote controlled satellites will be launched into 4 atmospheric heights at which ALL satellites from every nation are located in their orbits around the Earth. These BURN satellites will carry small, ball bearing sized and shaped metal objects of at least 10,000 per satellite, that can be released, without explosive force. At a chosen time and sequence, these will be released from their source satellite and spread out in a fan-like cloud following their carrier, traveling at the speed of thousands of km per hour, similar to the speed of the source satellite. Initially, these “accidents” will be publicized as the breaking up of “harmless” satellites due to their unforeseen destruction by small asteroids followed by a knock-on effect of the pieces of the early accidents interacting with the satellite population to produce a satellite Armageddon. These will, within 3 Earth orbits, destroy or fatally damage ALL satellites. The end result will be that all services, originally developed for military purposes --- observational spy satellites, GPS navigational satellites, Internet, communication, and mass media satellites --- will be terminated. Disabling the USA based GPS service will also disable the navigational capabilities of most USA armaments … which are totally dependent upon GPS targeting.

Releasing the fragments into space with some at a slight upward incline will enable a parabolic spread that traverses 100 to 200 miles to disable anything in those altitudes within a duration of minutes to hours. Gravity will bring both those mini projectiles and any satellite debris descending. As they enter the atmosphere, they will burn up like meteorites with the exception of larger pieces of satellites. Of course, a reality is that a real meteorite storm could enter the Earth's magnetosphere at a glancing angle and accomplish the same result. The difference here is that a human-driven event enables the timing and extent of the event to be known and planned for.

The disabling of communication satellites will highly limit the availability of the basic services required for most highly commercialized industrialized nations including television, radio, Internet, and cellular phone services … in addition to remote operational monitoring and management of power and industrial operations. This will mostly influence the USA and western European countries who have chosen to adopt this form of dependency. Chaos, confusion, anxiety, fear, and despair will follow within populations in which the citizens have been actively encouraged to minimize their relationships and life experiences to this form of desensitizing, self-centered, distracting, and often manipulating feature of technical dependency. Pre-emptive or other military aggression against other nations, by the USA in particular, and, other nations in general, will be severely minimized.

On June 13, 2020, the day after the North Korea (Kim Jong Un) and USA (Donald J. Trump) summit in Singapore, the Chinese space station, Tiangong-2, dropped 60 miles closer to Earth and remained there for 10 days. News had been circulated about the possibility of the space station becoming defunct and of it possibly falling out of orbit and crashing sometime in early 2018. By decreasing the altitude of the station to this Very Low orbit, it might be protected from destruction by a Satellite BURN action in which “garbage” from itself or other satellites could be released to destroy most, if not all orbiting satellites. This could have been a plan to complete an activation if the USA president had acted aggressively towards Kim, as he had previously communicated publicly many times.

2020-10: The above strategy has been modified, simplified, and made more easily concealed by the transporting of tons of ball bearings to a space station, or three. At an agreed upon time, astronauts will take space walks and cast handfuls of ball bearings outwards and upwards, from a relatively low altitude, much like hand sowing seeds across a field. Adding to the cruising speed of the space platform, the bearings will accelerate outwards and upwards in arcs which will engage and destroy any technology above the altitude of the low orbit space station. In turn, these fragments will make any safe exploration of the upper Earth atmosphere or beyond by Earth origin satellites unlikely for the following 132 years. The astronauts will immediately return to the Earth surface. Time to accept the Earth as our home and all life as valuable.

Since the information was received from the Van Allen Radiation Belt satellite investigations in the mid-1960's, it has been clearly known that true outer space cosmic radiation would fry astronauts to death on flights beyond the 6,000 to 10,000 mile magnetic shield that surrounds the Earth, in less than 100 days. So-called Space Stations at altitudes of 250 to 300 miles altitude expose their crews to 1.2% of the radiation they would receive in true space. NASA has published (internally), on a frequency of once per decade or less, the REALITY that they have neither developed ANY effective and affordable shield against cosmic radiation, and, have no clue as to how to do so. The "Space Race" began as, and has always been, a military project. The public have been successfully and fully brainwashed with science fantasy movies, TV serials, and cartoon-like documentaries into believing the likely ease of space travel, its child-like play toy adventure, and, its lack of significant impact on capital expenditures and resource wastage.

The full activation of ALL of the actions of the plan was always considered necessary for its success.
About the time of the first issue of this Report, the European Union, Russia, and China either had launched their own GPS systems or were about to. While each of the FOUR countries noted here and working together had already hacked and utilized the American GPS system data to the level of military resolution, each of China and Russia did not want to lose their own networks by acting too soon. This presented both hesitancy on the activation of the plan, patience to see how far the American political system could destroy itself, and, the inclusion of other political developments (COVID-19, the impeachment of Donald J. Trump, TWICE, the MANY leaks and publications about the ILLEGAL and long-term actions of USA President Donald J. Trump, and the increasingly INTENSE conflict attitudes encouraged by Mr. Trump amongst his supporters.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin worked as a KGB foreign intelligence officer for 16 years, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He served as Director of the Federal Security Service (FSB) and Secretary of the Security Council, before being appointed as Prime Minister in August 1999. During his first tenure as president, the Russian economy grew for 8 straight years, with GDP measured by purchasing power increasing by 72%, real incomes increased by a factor of 2.5, real wages more than tripled; unemployment and poverty more than halved and the Russians' self-assessed life satisfaction rose significantly.

What has been forgotten or ignored in the North American media is that hundreds of millions of dollars were "invested" in Russia during the early 1990's, mostly from the USA, in expectation that money would seed American capitalism there. Most of the monies never made it to the poor, the rural, and the distant from Moscow citizens. As the American form of capitalism has demonstrated for decades, it encourages widespread Bribery, Monopolization, and Technical Dependency at the loss of the Privacy, Democracy, and Media Independence. Putin and a select Intelligence team researched 4 possible long-term American QUIET (unknown to themselves) spies. They focused on Donald J. Trump from 1987 as the most easy to control, deceive, and predict the actions of. Time has proven the effectiveness of their choice.

Mr. Trump's father died. His father had been his financial rescue angel countless times whether paying bribes for good grades, saving mortgage defaults from falling into foreclosure, and enabling D. J. Trump to continue with yet more failed business efforts when someone else without such a financial well would have been forced to emotionally and socially mature, or fall into social oblivion. Putin, personally or through handlers, showed Trump how to retain his real estate franchises and other business fronts by selling units and shares to Russian oligarchs, inflating or deflating his assets and liabilities on loan and tax forms, and, repeating self-promoting lies frequently without censure by the American legal system. This laundered billions of dollars for the Russians. At particular financial stressful times for Mr. Trump, Putin and Associates arranged to buy properties from Trump at seemingly lucrative (i.e. $50 million profit in one case) amounts ... which Trump perceived to be GIFTS from Putin. Putin became his new Father ... showing him how to succeed at (illegal forms) of business, and, receive continual Praise and Encouragement for acting like a son trying to get approval.

The American Intelligence agencies were well aware of some of the preparatory and experimental attempts of Russia and China to launch Space vehicles that could facilitate the Satellite Burn strategy. Persistently, USA President Donald J. Trump would neither hear of such possibilities regarding Russia (Putin), even when they were noted worldwide in newspapers. Father Putin was his mentor, confidant, and, financial hero. And China, in the eyes of Trump, was too backward and politically weak to be a serious military threat. Where would you place your confidence for Success: A former leader of one of the world's longest operating and most successful Intelligence organizations for decades, or, a persistent business failure and scam artist/fraudster who has always relied upon either illegal or financial rescue means to deceive the public, and eventually, use the American taxpayer as a source of sanctioned emollients to himself?

Though the world's attention has recently been focused on the unveiling of China's first ever stealth fighter jet, the Chinese military has been busy investing in another type of furtive flyer: the humble messenger pigeon. According to reports in state media, late last year (2010), the Chengdu division of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) began training 10,000 pigeons as part of a push to build a "reserve pigeon army" that would provide support to the military's conventional communications infrastructure in the event that war rendered its plethora of modern technology unusable.

"These military pigeons will be primarily called upon to conduct special military missions between troops stationed at our land borders or ocean borders," air force military expert Chen Hong told China Central Television after the announcement. According to reports, the birds will be dispersed to communications bases across China's remote and mountainous southwestern region, particularly around the Himalayan foothills. The pigeons, flying at speeds of up to 75 miles (120 km) per hour, will be trained to carry loads of up to 3.5 oz. (100 gm).

** American military forces, arms dealers, and debt salespersons have interfered in the political realities of these countries, ALWAYS on the LOSING side of totalitarian dictators, elitist political parties, and American multinational plantation economy drivers. Many quite accessible documentaries have been available to reveal some of the moral, legal, and political abuse of the USA military against other nations with the sanction of the American president. Two of these are:

• Taxi to the Dark Side (2007).
  How an Afghan taxi driver was taken as a prisoner to the Bagram Air Force base and tortured for 5 days until he died. The taxi driver was later revealed to have been innocent. Under the encouragement of a reward program offered to civilian Afghanis by the American forces for identifying suspected terrorist, it was later found that a Taliban member had planted minimal evidence near THOUSANDS of innocent Afghanis to suggest their possible terrorist connection. The money this informant collected went to finance further terrorist activities. The EVIDENCE that led to the arrest of the taxi driver was part of a detonator found in the trunk of his taxi. Suspicion was ALWAYS treated as Confirmation. It was never considered that a passenger might have left it behind when removing baggage from the trunk. And, in their proud and confident racist expectation that all Afghanis were ENEMY, and, their known sanction of never being held accountable (as no one ever was for more than a decade) for their torturing and murder of presumed allies, the American forces interrogation crews continued their work without conscience. Trained and rewarded for becoming Sociopaths, how would they contribute to American society on their return to the USA?
  
  

• Dirty Wars (2013).
  Amongst the multiple countries INVADED by JSOC (Joint Special Operations Command) forces for the purpose of the rescue of kidnapped or captured Americans, and, more commonly for the assassination of SUSPECTED terrorists and their families, was Afghanistan. THOUSANDS were murdered, including pregnant mothers and their children (leaving no witnesses). Commanded by academic paranoid youthful analysts and leaders, misidentification was almost routine. In 2013, JSOC units were known to be operating in 70 or more countries, illegally.

Misidentification.
Within a period of 2 years, 1994-1996, I was misidentified within the Canadian province of Ontario, where I lived and worked, as other persons, FOUR times. During that period I made a few trips to towns during vacations or pleasure trips that I had never been to before, or not visited for at least 10 years. In a store in one town, the saleswoman was most annoyed when she recognized me as someone else, whom she knew well, and I did not respond accordingly. My double lived in a village 20 miles away and worked as a health services supervisor. The saleswoman stated that I looked EXACTLY like her friend, including face, height and build. At first, she thought I was playing a cruel joke on her. Other persons with my appearance were noticed, and reported to me by friends, in local television news broadcasts and elsewhere during the time. My friends were confused by my apparent working for a company in a location I had never been to.

About 2005, I did an Internet search for references to persons who referred to themselves exactly as I did, with a middle initial. I discovered FIVE persons in the USA who all were named exactly as I am. NONE were related to me in the last 4 generations. I had never met or known of any of them before that time. All worked in industries that I had either shown an interest in or worked in previously. NONE had my appearance in face or build, though all were within 10 years of my age. What if a murderer, sanctioned by the government was targeting one of them and found me. Or, what if such a killer was targeting me, and found one of them. And then, if that murderer was informed that they had killed the WRONG person, who next would they target ... if they only had a name or a face to go by? Who is looking for someone who looks like you, or has an identical name?

THOUSANDS of people were MURDERED for just such a form of misidentification.
The murderers were hired, trained, sanctioned, and financially rewarded by the USA government.

The resulting political structure being exported by the USA, has for decades, been a picture of American FREEDOMS: free to be poor, free to be deceived by political promises without results, free to be manipulated by advertising budgets of multi-nationals that promote fantasy products that are dangerous, free to have leaders whose values and actions are supported and twisted by bribery, free to be treated as marketing numbers and brainwashed purchasers without reference to their humanity. That is the glory of the Proud and imposing system of American Capitalism. If you are not on the privileged "take" you are one of the "little" people to be taken advantage of and increasingly enslaved in everlasting debt paying interest for the opportunity to worship those who buy the image of human god.

The USA is Hated by most non-Americans, and, due to the persuasive and fantasy images of Americans from their exported movies and TV serials ... Americans, the idealized citizen, are Envied. From the beginning use of mass media modalities, humans have been unable to discern, most of the time, unconsciously, the difference between dramatic projection and amplification, and, REALITY. In addition, the inexperienced, lonely, bored, depressed, and lustful ... are unable to mentally separate cartoon, fantasy, war, action, and propaganda, from REALITY.

A MEETING will be arranged between the leader of one of China, Russia, North Korea and the leader of the USA.
This will ensure a delay, by denial, distraction, and confusion of the USA political and military infrastructure to determine the reality of the disturbances, the possible and true sources, and, what form of military response to make. Essentially, this strategy is NOT a military attack as much as it is a widespread DISARMAMENT with a focus and greatest impact upon those who possess the greatest number of high destructiveness weapons. NO nation has ANY desire to invade or capture ANY part of the United States. Why would you lust after and sacrifice for a rotten apple when you have nutritious ones at home?

To the rest of the world beyond the Pride and Denial self obsessed perspective of the USA, the USA represents the most disharmonious nation and culture, by size and influence. It boasts the worst poverty within a highly commercial culture, the widespread addiction of citizens to drugs and mood altering substances, a higher rate of treatment for Depression than even earlier East European Soviet block countries, the greatest proportion of prison inmates to citizens, the most ineffective and unequal healthcare system across different states, the largest armaments industry and supplier (contributor to global conflict), the highest national debt per citizen, the most widespread unrestricted mass media acceptance of news lies and prejudices, the most endemic level of government representative bribery and self-interest, and, the most uniform level of citizen disorientation together with the most internationally dependent economy and capitalization infrastructures.

ALL of these factors have developed over many decades of legislative and leadership denial, avoidance, racism, and exacerbation. Any POSITIVE modification of these trends and realities would demand HUGE capital participation and co-operative leadership by a Trusted entity, for DECADES, and, the imprisonment of hundreds of citizens including senators, journalists, police officers, broadcasters, municipal officials, and more. With sincere, humble, and honest leadership and participating and aware citizens, ALL of the predictable approaching civilization Armageddon could have been avoided. But that is not what our addictive "human" compulsions are about. Instead, we use infantile rationalizations to justify our collective satanic insecurities of distrust and avoidance of God, amplification of and destructiveness of our rape of physical resources, and, inability to manage our population ... to continually dig ourselves deeper into the cesspool of pollution and co-dependency.

All but two failed "civilization" that we have unearthed through the discoveries of archaeology and paleohistory have a SINGLE, yet denied message. Human political leaders, sometimes assisted or urged by technologically advanced Visitors, have adopted industrial methods (mass rituals) to enable survival and physical gaudiness of large numbers and densities of people. The terms "biggest," "most powerful," "smartest," "richest," and "advanced" have been used to self-promote each empire on its road to becoming the most dependent, bureaucratic, abusive, ecologically ignorant political entities of their time of physical ascendency. Their destruction often happened over a duration of days or months; rarely years or decades. Living at the maximum demand they could impose on their resources there was no flexibility left to balance with the realities of a sudden loss of key resources that had been over-exploited with lust, seemingly "natural" cycles of weather change (sometimes promoted by their own mismanagement and ignorance or denial of their environment), and, the attraction of other aggregating political groups who chose to leave their physical desperation behind and take by force the wealth displayed proudly to them by an empire they would replace and replicate. The real result is that the "greatest," etc. becomes the "weakest."

Recent (2016-2018) actions within America have emphasized that the majority of the citizens have developed an experience supported Distrust of their political representatives, and of all authorities. Such a level of extreme insecurity, racism and isolationism has been encouraged amongst a loud minority that having the Humility and Calm to accept assistance from any non-USA source would be impossible. Their fantasy driven mass media have imprinted them, for almost a century, with ever more visually convincing movies and serials of their being manipulated by both political internal and external entities and forces to become ever more hopelessly poor, underemployed, and bereft of health. No informed and intelligent political agent wants to Depress their economy and culture by assuming Control over such a fractured society. By removing a serious irritant and the threats it represents, other nations can focus on the strengthening of their own societies without the burden of large military associated expenditures ... that largely benefit only the multinational corporate entities that encourage and profit from human injustice, despair, and conflict.

It may be initiated by cosmic factors that we, as humans in partnership with our God could have prepared for.
Our satanic purpose has been to go alone and proud; then, blame the God we have abandoned for our failures.
That is the essence of swearing ... and those who promote themselves as gods have so emphatically adopted such a form of endemic communication. One or more beyond-history massive volcanic, pole shift, asteroid impact, solar electromagnetic storm, or sudden ocean rise events could initiate a similar scenario.

The reality, technically, is that the power of our own devices will FAIL and begin a crescendo of disruptions which will destroy much of the infrastructures we have come to depend on for our DAILY survival. Anyone who has worked in the fields of machine and electrical and electronic servicing and repair (as I have) knows that EVERY technology will Fail, at some point. That point will be hastened by the Proud Overconfidence of the designers and managers involved, and, the bureaucratic and political lust to minimize the costs of and effectiveness of failure prevention services of maintenance and dependability. As the classical Greeks rejected, and as the Egyptians, Spartans, Romans, British, Germans, Russians, and Americans have adopted ... EVERY technology dependent human civilization on the Earth has and will fail from inside and/or outside forces.

2020-10: It is unlikely that any "Meeting" will be sought or arranged.
The "FOUR" had hoped, by their disorganization of the 2016 American election to bring anarchy to the political process. They were pleased with the Election of the Republicans to a majority position in the Senate controlling House and to Donald J. Trump into the Presidency. They suspected that the Republicans could be controlled, independently, by their willingness to accept bribes for voting performance and make as much effort as possible to retard any community building activities of the government as well as to excluding all concern for the survival of the common American through the regression of environmental and health promoting regulations.

They were sufficiently and confidently informed of the decades long development of Donald J. Trump as both an eventual informant against the USA State Department and Intelligence Agencies, and, a "spy" for any government willing to bribe him for political favors (like selling them military hardware if he gets a bribe/commission), treat him as a "king" and regale him with access to large sums of CREDIT in addition to laundered billions of dollars worth of criminally siphoned funds out of Russian conglomerates. This was evident and encouraged by an outline of the Trump Organization's hundreds of front companies and how thousands of frauds had been perpetrated over a period of 2 decades. The use of the term "spy" here will be foreign to most, if not all, North Americans. It is the use for one STYLE of spy, encouraged by the Russian secret police since the late 1700's. The ignorance of North Americans to this day about this Reality is a constant source of humor to Vladimir Putin and his Intelligence agency personnel.

In 1994, I graduated with high grades from a Canadian Private Trade school, C.S.P.I. (The Canadian School of Private Investigation & Security). Job opportunities at the time for me appeared to be in fields I ethically wanted to avoid (banking), in fields that were imploding or becoming bureaucratic (computer software and service), or, in fields where I had great skill but seemed to have reached an income ceiling (commercial sales). I had been vocationally tested as HIGH regarding detective work, surgery, psychology, sociology, or librarian. These had variously also been excluded, in Canada, for reasons beyond my choice. A ten year experience in police beat work was required before consideration for "promotion" to detective work. Yet, the skills and aptitude for the former were almost the opposite for the secondary. Perhaps that explained why I was later exposed to detectives with atrociously bad skills. Surgery, in Canada at that time, required that one be closely related to a doctor AND be under age 25. I was nearing 30 and did not have the genetics. So, out. I had studied psychology at university and written a number of extensive papers, but the prospect of continuing into a career with a 80% failure rate didn't enthuse me. It also was a slap down when I was downgraded for writing a thesis on a subject that the professor wanted a maximum 12 page paper on. In other words, I got a B- because my work was too good! While my marks in sociology were superlative. Several of my professors were open in their comments to me about feeling inadequate to evaluate my thesis-like papers. Yet, when I graduated the economy was in a slump and the jobs had evaporated. The prospect of becoming a librarian, at the time, suggested too much indoor work with little contact with people and a lot of routine ... not an attraction for me.

I quickly found on graduation from C.S.P.I. that the reality was unlike the movie, television, and novel renditions of the private detective job. In Canada, then, jobs were typically spread between 3 areas for private investigators. A third were employed looking for infidelities between spouses and documenting them. Another third were concerned with surveilling disability and welfare recipients to find benefit excluding infringements. And the third were somewhat geared to hunting down parole, visa, and extradition violators. These suggested more an ethic of NOT helping people at the time and were distasteful or not particularly self-rewarding. I wanted a steady job, reasonable income, straight-forward duties involving responsibility, skill, and helping others. Private Security opened the door for me. With the first and major company I went with I took every company training course which was offered (you provide the training time, unpaid). Within a year, I received two commendations for my innovative on-the-job work, apparently the first in the company history. I did the requirements, and added constructive extra reporting which added to the safety and security of the corporate client and their staff. Eventually, it was time to move on to better opportunities.

The better opportunities did not last. I returned to Private Security.
I was interviewed by the former owner of a major security company. He was now an executive consultant to the company. He asked me what I would best like to do. From my C.S.P.I. training and other interests I expressed an interest in undercover work. He took note of this and asked me to take a starting position as a Security Officer as part of a 24-hour team at a local university. While there, a large area of the complex was devoted to computer science studies (a new field at the time) with hundreds of personal computers and electronics devices spread across both enclosed (secured) classrooms and open study-library halls. After a shift one evening, on one of my evening walks to the transit stop, past an adjoining administrative and arts instruction complex I happened to meet a security officer from another company responsible for that location. We got to talking and he confided that just a few nights before, during an off-security overnight period, the building had been hacked (door locks to both the entry and to each office surpassed) into, and ALL of the personal computers had been stolen! It was suggested by the findings that all this had happened within an hour or two, including the elevator only access to the offices on the second floor where the administration offices were. This sounded professional, and possibly dangerous if armed enforcement had been planned.

In the following few days, I became more sensitive to a few irregularities that had not been obvious to me previously, perhaps partly because of personnel selection and the shift worked. I often worked graveyard, 11:00 PM to 7:00 am shifts, which is when the theft had happened from the other building complex. The site manager (usually worked a day shift) was now working with me. As a 2 person team, one of us remained in the office surveilling the security cameras, tending to entrances and exits, and answering phones and alarms; the other carried through an extensive inspection of the premises to ensure that doors were secure, utilities were running ok, and unusual occurrences were not happening. We were connected by wireless security phone. On several occasions, I called the office and raised no answer. On at least one return to the office, the manager was missing, and, not, accessible by phone. What if I had come across thieves breaking in and stealing a room full of computers, and, if they were armed! On his return to the office and my question of his absence, he brushed it off as his taking a snooze on a secluded couch. He was working a shift also for a competitor and considering quitting and going with them. He was unaware of the nearby major theft and unconcerned with the possibility of an armed incursion. This was of quite a concern to me. I could not report these variances to him, my manager, so I requested a secluded meeting with the former owner who had been instrumental in hiring me.

When I met with the former owner-manager and now executive consultant and told him my findings, he expressed surprise that I had not called him earlier to share the concerns. What I had been unaware of until then is that he HAD hired me to be an undercover officer. He knew from my elected trainings, certificates, commendations, and clear vision of my responsibilities as to where my ethical standards were. As long as they were in sync with what he knew would be necessary to place me clearly at odds with shady, lax, and fraudulent work habits ... he knew that I would notice, would find it intolerable, and, would report to him. I was his SPY. He had suspected that "something" was not right but no one was talking for fear of peer reprisal or from apathy, or, from lack of professionalism. He needed a witness and evidence. The instances noted above were not the only problems.

As it turned out, further formal investigation into the background of the site manager revealed that he was also endangering a young teen girl with stalking and impending sexual abuse and possibly rape. He was doing his job fraudulently for the company and sharing proprietary details with a competitor. I was offered a promotion to a supervisory position at another site. Undercover officers rarely receive, or are offered, any additional income beyond their regular officer pay. They often make the risk/sacrifice for their standard of ethics and the sense of fair justice and security for all. As it happened, I was offered by a previous employer a job back, with increased responsibilities and pay beyond that I held when I had left earlier, at the same time. Straightforwardly, I was a little hyped by the increasing sense of both possible life threatening Danger and Abandonment in this scenario and just wanted away from it for a time.

A "SPY" can be a person who is benefiting YOU directly by doing something and making decisions which their past patterns and evidence of behavior indicates they will do. Will they act to benefit themselves at the expense of many or everyone else? Will they quietly observe and take note of peculiar and unprofessional behaviors and attitudes and then eventually confide this to a Senior official who has the authority and power to balance things out? Will they request a bribe to look the other way and permit abuses? Are they easily motivated to take or avoid certain actions on the basis of personal financial or other benefit? Truly effective spies are often persons who have no concept of their being a spy. They are simply sharing their interests and concerns with someone else who appreciates such concerns and interests. That can mean that the "sponsor" is interested in the weaknesses about a client, yet, does not want to meet the client in person and signal that they are suspicious about the client, or, that they want to know how to threaten and manipulate them to do something of benefit to the friend, employer, benefactor, flatterer.

This form of "Quiet SPY" fits the pattern of the enticement and allure of Donald J. Trump into the club-membership-privilege partnership he developed with Vladimir Putin. As increasingly became public knowledge during 2016 to 2020, Donald J. Trump had been patterned by his father to be a sociopath like him ... taking from and imposing on everyone else without any context of shared responsibility or any respect for self or others -- Desperation for the Power and Privilege he perceived to be imposed on and against him by others. To this he added his signature form of abuse, bullying, twisting and negating the truth, victimizing, cheating, and scamming. His father favored him over other children as someone who showed an ability to take risks, to strive for family name popularity, and, to intimate that he would avenge all the slights he thought his father had been exposed to. Many times, the father rescued his son from poor grades, military service, business failures, loan defaults, and, self-responsibility. Donald J. Trump, like many losers, determined that if he could not win legally and fairly, he would be open to any form of transaction he could pursue to his benefit regardless of the deceptions, manipulations, lies, losses, pain and suffering, and frauds perpetrated on others. It was an easy pattern to reinforce.

What would Putin and his oligarchs have to benefit from bolstering the ego and career of Donald J. Trump?
He demonstrated consistently and persistently that he would worship anyone who gave him gifts of acceptance, encouragement, wealth or power. Especially after the media moguls fashioned a Hollywood IMAGE of Trump as a hard driving ruthless profiteer, which a large part of the American public bought, Russians and others saw a developing Trump legacy as one which might bring the adversary nature of a large minority of the American taxpayers into open conflict with the ideological middle class. The Republican Party was already making this distant possibility an increasing reality by targeted Gerrymandering of voting districts, preventing the disengagement of megadonations to electoral campaigns, preventing the increasing of the minimum wage, relishing in the financial support individual Senators and congress persons received from corporate slush funds via lobbyists, and, selectively deactivating the voting rights of citizens for an increasing variety of both large and small details and qualifiers. The American oligarchy had already shown its willingness to commit loyalty to personal gain and treason against the American public.

Why would a "Meeting" not be a benefit?
Larger every day, meetings were being arranged with the American Public by hackers, lobbyists, "deal makers", and through media manipulation and design. And the American political leadership were doing just what the Russians, Chinese, Koreans, and others Knew would WEAKEN America. They were impersonating enthusiast "Americans" who believed they had been ABANDONED by their lawmakers, police, social leaders, and younger educated persons. Searching for Acknowledgement, and attracted to and desperate for Attention, Americans reared by Television and Movies as their babysitters and by the prescription driven medical services industry, anti-Depression narcotics found an addictive source of apparent clear and passionate involvement in the many Social Media platforms. While moderators of early user groups and blogs mandated rules of public consideration, accuracy, respect, and maturity, they also reviewed new entries for policy adherence and could remove offensive entries and terminate the membership of those who abused community communication practices.

The ethical corruption of blogs and social media arrived with the participation of Google, Facebook, and others. Funded by advertising revenue, the owners soon added ways for advertisers to earn more by attracting more "clicks" to their ads. Immature, inaccurate, dramatic, and abusive entries incited responses by those who were shocked by their crudeness, or, simply driven to react with a kind of peer acceptance and power expression through apparent support for the interlopers. This increased and combative attraction of entries boosted advert "clicks", revenues, and, the identity tracking software that would record which phrases and words excite (angered, impassioned, attracted, stimulated, motivated) you and feed you more of the same. This was effective in boosting the income of such organizations while encouraging the satanic infantilizing behavior change on younger Americans. The "Anything for Money" rule of the leaders of American Capitalism, provided much EVIDENCE to Communist and Socialist economies of the ABUSIVE reality of the "American system."

With the American political lawmakers never understanding the significance of setting baselines of morality and responsibility for the mass media, including Internet use, as always, these value and attitude promoters were enabled to fall to the gross representation of the emotional level of frustrated and ever self-involved 2 to 4 year old children. You cannot reason with children of this age. Their brains, experiences, and imprinting have not equipped them to Pause, Listen, Reflect, and Evaluate. They are reacting to the growing realization that they are not in the womb and not a physical and mental extension of their mothers. It is a potentially trauma producing dynamic. You want all your needs and desires attended to NOW, especially if you have received a smothering of attention to this point. Parents who can set a Consistent Example of Joy, Respect, Problem Solving, Reverence, Responsibility, Empathy, Kindness, and Restraint help the youngster move beyond this threshold of Identity development. They have neither been Abandoned nor Rejected. They are being given the opportunity to Participate and be Acknowledged. But that is NOT the REALITY of the early years of most Americans.

Unfortunately, throughout most of North America, and those communities influenced by American media abroad, the socialization trend has been towards that of Abandonment: depression, paranoia, aggression, desperation, irreverence, selfishness, guilt, victimization of others, lack of self-restraint and self-respect, attraction to other satanic characteristics like the worship of magical thinking. Once one is long-term imprinted and traumatized into this world of destructiveness, there is little known which can grow the person to maturity and community participation. Surrounded by tribes which replicate these attitudes and values, there is no space for discussion, listening, co-operation, or trust. Nothing to be gained by a meeting.

1. Planetary changes that could be Sudden. G Index
   While global warming has been alerted to for many decades, the child-like and self-obsessed have controlled the balance of political policy -- as tends to become the dynamic of FAILING societies. The result is that a threshold between POSSIBLE change of beliefs and actions influencing the outcomes has passed to that of TOO LATE. There is nothing remaining that humans can do in enough time to prevent or slow continued climate and ecological imbalances. Floods, fires, drought, and tornadoes have and will continue to escalate. These leave behind the devastation of homelessness, poverty, increased medical requirements, relationship loss, and LACK of resilience. There could be so massive and widespread a disruption of previous normality that the political participants behind the plans outlined here could become so distracted that they temporarily, or longer-term, delay any activation of it.

   While the immature and uninformed are blaming REALITY (Mother Nature, God, Chance, Authorities) for their failures and challenges, it is, in REALITY, the result of self-sabotaging attitudes and reactive, selfish behaviors and choices which have weakened the roof over their heads. By being ADDICTIVELY driven by their inherited and self-build Energy Blocks, they have been obsessed in playing god, refusing to be Responsible for their choices, and, oblivious to the wonders that were around them which they have destroyed. Unable and unwilling to control their obsessive and continuous rut, thanks to the satanic interference of well-intentioned, yet proud and powerful visitors from a different world and with a different physiology. From our EXCESSIVE population, we have created endless waste and pollution which increasingly diminishes our collective health, sacrifices thousands of species, endangers the integrity of our food supplies, continually exposes us to political conflicts over resources, and, is excused by investing in fantasies doomed to fail ... rather than assisting those we have imposed poverty and fear upon. In our industrial race to militarily and with population density compete with technology, we may have already doomed ourselves to annihilation when our technologies fail, as they all do, in time.
   
   

2. Spontaneous dramatic political events. G Index
   Most spontaneous events are actually the result of dissatisfactions and media manipulations which have been in action for decades. They simply reach a threshold of "I'm not going to take this any longer!" The so-called Arab Spring was actually an extension of 3 years of social media manipulation by 5000 USA National Security Agency (NSA) personnel. During that time, each agent fostered at least 5 Internet personas to impose radicalizing attitudes and acting out encouragement to many thousands of young Arabs in Egypt and elsewhere. When the demonstrations, opposition, and riots began they created a market for national use of surveillance and identification technologies to catch and "remove" such citizen active participants. This POLITICAL need was, of course, in the world driven by money, satisfied by the private market. Eventually, this effectively sabotaged citizen demands for change towards political integrity and civic rights. The protests diminished as the sacrifices increased in likelihood and penalty.

   During 2020, it is predictable that the nations supporting the plans noted in this document LEARNED from the USA example of manipulating the political direction of a nation, and, applied it back on the citizens of the USA. They had a centuries developing tribe of Americans who would be easily deceived and manipulated through social media. They had a mass media (television, radio, documentary) support of the cable station RT (Russian Television). Ironically, Iran added strength to this conflict generating approach by hidden financial bribes indirectly (sponsors of ads) as well as personal ones to the owner of Fox Media. Advertising purchases can be easily used to hide political interference by a foreign nation. Such has been done for decades. The USA even proudly described how their spy agencies had financed and promoted political action groups in Italy after WWII with the intent of overthrowing the Socialist leaning government ... and their success there and elsewhere. Contributions to American ACTION groups as well as the media support encouraged such political disruption reporting to expand in numbers and passion. Long groomed to support their efforts to destabilize, and potentially self-destruct the USA was their Quiet SPY, Donald J. Trump ... together with FIVE influential USA Federal Senators.

   If America self-destructs before these plans are activated, that makes everything simpler and SAFER for the rest of the world. At least that is how it has been rationalized and this alternate approach has been promoted.
   
   

3. Incompetence of the Main Actor. G Index
   Most often, if someone is an ACTOR, they FOLLOW the script, written by a Screenwriter, based on a story Authored by someone else, they express the emotions of their character, as demanded by the Director, they orient their body according to the signals of the Camera person and Lighting master, and, their performance is constructed into trailers as specified by the Marketing department, assisted by reviews written by Reporters, and, are crucially chosen for the part by a Casting Director, approved by the Producer(s), and had their performance evaluated by the Editor(s). What almost always happens at the theater or when viewed on a TV or from a DVD, is that the audience person unconsciously, and often consciously, attach the characteristics of the entity played by the actor to the actor as an individual. If the audience is enthusiastic about the MOVIE or Cartoon character and their role in the STORY, the actor can often become typecast as Best, or ONLY Suitable for similar roles. It is not unusual for viewers to develop a HATE or LOVE for an actor based upon the REALITY projected by the movie and the part they have acted. Yet the personality of the actor may be quite separate from the part they have imagined and been choreographied into by others.

   There are many actors who began their adulthood with enthusiasm to become a singer, dancer, live theater participant, professional skater, or some other full-time entertainer. Particularly in the earlier stages, finding employment and generating a steady income are most difficult. If one becomes involved with a partner and the potential for a family, responsibilities often take precedent over the dream of popularity. Yet, some of these are enticed or encouraged to try an acting part to make some money. Everything works successfully, and, they may gain an immediate reputation and following as a promising actor. Repetitive successes make the trauma of unemployment and smashed dreams something to place secondary until they have been successful enough, and self-managed enough to make enough extra money to finance their dream involvement on the side. Yet, there are also actors who are slotted into a major role early in their career and find that the production is a total failure. THEIR performance may have been masterful, yet, the disaster of the movie for any of a host of issues not directly connected to them, ends up almost permanently tainting their career in the negative.
   
   

   In the modern era (1980 to Present), particularly in the USA, for reasons mentioned elsewhere, an Actor who has been given a simple yet dramatic role, which is greatly and successfully marketed, and which connects with the energy block trauma-driven emotions of a large group of the audience can come to be seen and BELIEVED to be the character they play. The resulting fantasy, for all media productions are FANTASY, becomes part of the starved for success and drama Reality of the viewer. Home after an exhausting day of routine, predictable, often lower earning, work that harbors an uncertain longevity ... a VIEWER may sit down to ADD into their Reality some Safe Drama, Action, Suspense, Humor, or Risk. They will NEVER lose out in this Positive reality, for them. Their Reptilian Structure part of their brain has for MILLIONS of years depended on protecting the owner and bringing it the most beneficial PHYSICAL options according to what it SEES and HEARS. Feeling and touching can also be important though largely with FAMILIAR and CLOSE objects and entities. Unless you teach yourself to be AWARE of the difference between the Constructed reality of a Performance and the Direct REALITY of your own Experience, your brain will never know the difference. Add Energy Block AUTOMATIC associations and reactions, and you have little chance of tagging the memory with the difference.

   In recent USA history, and repeated numerous times before in both the USA and most other large media driven nations, A TV or movie ACTOR can be viewed by a significant part of the population as embodying the character they may have PLAYED for a decade. Even when his REAL in-front-of-them actions, statements, promises, and lack of respect for others indicates that he is NOT such a person, the long term viewer MUST accept their historically consistent IMAGE of him. To do otherwise is to accept that they have been so WEAK and IGNORANT as to have been successfully deceived and manipulated to totally and for so long as to challenge their sense of Self, Security, and, Value. Particularly with no awareness of or understanding of how the brain works, that the Reptilian Structure is the most powerful of all the parts, of what Energy Blocks are and how they originate and how they can influence someone, and, that ALL Dictators with access to mass media have used it to manipulate their citizens ... there is no salvation for them. They will gladly elect a phantom with the hope and belief that if they just commit strongly enough, their fantasy will come true.
   
   

   The RISKY part to this equation arises in the degree of separation that exists between the PERSONALITY of the person and the CHARACTER they have been accepted as being. This is amplified by the strength of and immaturity of the person's Ego (personal values) or SuperEgo (social Values). The final factor that can be added to this equation is the degree of INTENSITY which the person indicates they are willing to exercise if they do not get the ATTENTION they expect. This attention is often a reflection of How Much RESPECT they perceive they are receiving, how much AVERSION they will receive if the Truth emerges about their personal decisions, how much MONEY and POWER they are at risk of losing, and, how much their own statements and decisions parody each other. The RISK is in how likely they are to take a dramatic move or decision in order to distract the electorate from their pending current judgement about him. A favored historically repetitive action is to begin a WAR in order to distract from political failures in the policy areas of national health, economy, civil rights, and/or elitism/racism.

   While the USA President, Donald J. Trump is the current (2016 to 2020) and recent example of such a RISK, others came before him. Mr. Trump has dramatically and clearly demonstrated to the rest of the global population and nations that the historical REALITY of the USA is a HYPOCRISY compared to the mythical Promises that the USA media and politicians have imprinted on each other and written into their histories. Here is a person who has demonstrated that he is a CONSISTENT liar, fraudster, tax evader, woman belittler and sex abuser, money launderer, bully and coward, promise breaker, racist, treasoner and elitist ... yet is elected as the BEST leader by 40% of the electorate; an electorate who has been made, and and rewarded for being, losers.

   These are established FACTS, not opinions nor judgements.
   These are descriptors he has EARNED. The fact that Republicans, business persons, the elderly, military veterans and active military personnel, middle class white suburban women, together with evangelical fundamentalist Christians also reveals the VALUES they truly support. If he is in danger of losing the 2020 election, will he declare a WAR? And WHO will be the selected nation that comes to his mind and that he instructs a special branch of the military to construct an INCIDENT to justify such aggression? And what if the country he sends his American patriots to attack suddenly gains OBVIOUS partners from ... which together can succeed. Better for them if they had sunk the USA BEFORE his temper tantrum. And, what if the war he begins is a Civil War in which he inspires the LOSERS who support him, to violently mount an insurrection against the government officials who have kept them poor, needy, discriminated against, bereft of justice, and unacknowledged for their contribution to the society?
   
   

4. Degree of Self Imposed Weakness. G Index
   Any good tactics person knows that for the easiest and most efficient kill of an animal you are hunting, it is best to be patient and allow the quarry to take any movements in your benefit before launching your attack. A good private detective will attempt to put themselves into a position such that they can detect, view, and record any behavior or conversation of their target which their client wants evidence of. That includes learning as much about the target as possible: their routines; their conversational patterns; their motivations; their preferences; their addictions/weaknesses; their relationships; their anger stimulating outbursts. Once you have this information, it can become easier to link these separate pieces of information into a certainty of their Values, Attitudes, and Prejudices. And, perhaps, what is expressed for SHOW (to deceive and manipulate others) and what is expressed by REACTION. The latter are the most predictable determinants of how THEY can be deceived and manipulated.

   When your target has been the current (2020) President of the USA, Donald J. Trump, and, you have access to the Defense Intelligence research from 4 countries on this person from his birth ... you have a great amount of information to base expectations of response on. As Mr. Trump has consistently displayed, openly, to the mass media of the USA, over decades, he is the showman who uses bullying, disrespect, drama, lies, and cowardice to maintain media attention. From both his own secretive stances, cloaked conditional truths, and the reporting of both family members, former associates, and legal representatives ... he has a consistent history of fraud, acting, money laundering, threatening, manipulating, and self-loathing. If you constantly express a paranoia about being taken advantage of, about having conspiracies aimed at you ... you are suggesting that YOU don't Trust anyone, and that everyone is your enemy unless they think as you do and agree always with you. In other words, you think and act as if your emotional development was halted at age 2. Your world is YOU. Why is your mother, and everyone else not doing everything you want them to and giving you everything you want when you want it.

   With this degree of Intense and consistent conflict raising attitude, the amount of disharmony you can bring to your environment is encouraged and amplified by how much power you are given, and, by how large an audience you can command. Consistently, for reasons expressed elsewhere, his god-like support arises from a most predictable 40% of the American electorate. For persons NOT growing up in or exposed to such a cultural reality, and, being overtly exposed to the American mythic fantasies so widely dispensed in American media, this presence and reality is astonishing. For those who would manipulate, this person is a wish fulfilled. For those planning the destruction of the USA, the question is always, Just how much can he WEAKEN the American political and economic structure BEFORE we help it along? Activating too early sacrifices a more complete destruction. Activating too late invites the paranoid to fantasize your rejection of him and for him to launch an attack against you.
   
   

5. Professional Integrity. G Index
   When I worked as a Customer Technician for a mini-computer company, long before the advent of microcomputers, I had received my training in the first Control Data course offered in Canada. This was well before there were any Computer Science courses or degrees at any universities or technical colleges. We were largely trained on mainframe computers. Unlike a strictly technical orientation, Control Data wanted their graduates to at least have a sense that operator and management communication, participation, and system understanding could precipitate what might be and what might appear to be hardware (machine) problems. I had graduated previously from several night school private trainings in software languages. I fortunately had a Basic Personality that had an interest in psychology and helping people so I became more sensitive than my peers to the non-verbal and emotional communication of the operators of the systems I became responsible for maintaining.

   Over a period of 5 years, I installed, maintained, and repaired systems both in city and remote town sites.
   For the latter, it might require traveling one or two hours one way to reach the customer. Doing a quick hardware test or device fix or software reload might only take 15 minutes. Leaving and driving all the way back to the office only to arrive and find that the system you checked earlier was down again was NOT efficient. There were no pagers, cellphones, or Internet then. I found that if I stayed 15 to 30 minutes or more AFTER doing my tests and adjustments I often found the REAL problem. In my experience, 50% of service calls related to the personal EMOTIONAL health of the operator. They had experienced a traumatic or very frustrating event or duration of events recently, or over the previous weeks or months and were distracted with these unconscious troubles. By my simply asking how they were and what was happening, and LISTENING, they eventually shared the whole Intense history of their emotion. I quickly developed the ability to not only sympathize but also to empathize with them. I hardly ever received a call-back. Some customers and operators would request me personally when others were offered first.
   
   

   Now, if I were enthusiastically employed in the North Korean computer systems hacking department tasked with planning, testing, and delivering results which would disable the systems of a nation whose political leaders were committed, by their actions, to threatening my nation, I would want to be absolutely certain that when MY Code was activated, it would be foolproof. If that certainty was the least bit uncertain, I would want as much time as possible to perfect it. And, if it was perfected, and I could see other ways to expand the degree of damage, I would want the time to effect those also. There would be times when there was a readiness to do the Basic damage, and then there would be later cutoff times, when ever greater damage could be done. This is the opposite outcome to my pleasured experience of fixing damage, yet, for the ACTION person, the boost of self-esteem is the same.

   The greatest Focus and the greatest Effectiveness requires the greatest Delay.
   Reactions, Defense, and Self-Obsession push early action, and, partial destruction.
   Human history has many examples of a nation experiencing PARTIAL destruction and then using that experience to motivate the construction and delivery of a Winning counter-attack. Wisdom dictates that if you want your enemy (made an enemy by THEIR actions) to be fully neutralized, you must find a way in which THEIR weaknesses can be used against them to equal Implosion.    This scenario is not so much an implosion of the United States of America and its military forces as much as it is a warning worldwide to the Empire of Economic Robots. Beginning small and localized over 500 years ago, an economic robot was created: The Corporation. It was given ALL of the Risk of investment with the mandate to expand those investments and avoid losses. Investment slaves or drones contributed sums of money they had saved from their own efforts, together with inheritances and borrowings. The Corporation was managed by human officer-specialists and a board of directors. The function of the directors was to fire the president if that person did not, in their collective opinion, lead the corporation according to its Purpose of Profit. The President and the other officers were responsible for devising and choosing strategies and tactics for their employees to follow, and, then ensuring that those rules, regulations, and practices were acted on efficiently (cost effectiveness).

   Particularly in the past 250 years, with a steady increase, both locally and globally, this FORM of Secular Life has dominated.
   Separated from spiritual and emotional values and principles, it became the Satanic (God-avoidance) director of human life.
   For purposes of profit, it would DEMAND many spiritually destructive actions on penalty of employment (income) termination with social, political, and even religious discrimination against those fired, unemployed, homeless, poor. Common and now widespread adopted tactics of competition towards profit include favoring of low wage employee hiring, deception of the customer by marketing statements and promises which proved well-intentioned at best and more often outright lies, and, manipulation of employee, officer, and purchaser choices by a range of direct and indirect forms of bribery.

   Since 1996, the most constant and profitable industry has been that of armaments designed to kill, maim, or impoverish nations, groups of individuals, and leaders. To this end, technology has been devised and encouraged which creates CONFLICT between persons and groups, often as an extension of effective forms of miscommunication and the encouragement of perspectives which are self-obsessed, vengeance targeted, pride directed, and, a true degradation of ALL Spiritual Principles including an awareness of and respect for ALL forms of life, together with veiled efforts to address overpopulation and its lack of responsible use of resources by the abuse and bullying of other groups identified as Enemies.
   
   

   The challenge open to the survivors of the above scenario is for them to extract themselves from this satanic cycle of irresponsibility. Can they, as individual or collective nations, choose to focus on contact with God through perfected skills of prayer and meditation, population limitation by informed personal choices, and the reallocation of taxation accumulations to an emphasis on self-sustaining energy use and food production practices. This would include significant restraints on the Purpose of Corporations with their statement of Purpose being reworded and supported by practices that bring Respect and Opportunity to all individuals. It would be an educational contribution for most members of the species to be aware of the destructiveness of the historical influence of Economic Robots (corporations) on the restrained and desperate direction of the human species. This challenge is unlikely to be met as the histories written by humans promoting perceived and proud achievements in denial of the abuses and murders committed ... is unlikely.

   In order for the survivors NOT to invite a similar outcome to befall them, or for they to impose on others, the BASIS for such disharmony will have to be modified from its present imprinted and powerful identity, recognized as a legal entity in the courts early in the 2000's. It is the satanic inheritance that the human species" was bioengineered over 20,000 years ago by technically advance life visiting from the universe. These extraterrestrial Visitors rationalized from their own state of hyper-consciousness, without the benefit and respect of prayer, that they would make the life of humans "better" if they imbued them with some aspect of themselves. What this faction of humanity has been demonstrating since is that when a lifeform plays god over a universe it did NOT create, the materialized ignorant outcome will be self-destructive. Armageddon is not about destruction by God; it is about self destruction by the satanic influence imposed upon us. This next, and possibly another later, Armageddon, will leave an EXAMPLE for all extraterrestrial life of what the outcome will ultimately be for any lifeform which proudly considers itself to be smarter, more intelligent, and more powerful than God. This may be the last chance for the human species to LEARN!
   
   

   There is NO way for the USA to avoid its implosion except that of the destruction of most of its military technology.
   There is no way to determine what the payload of any rocket is before or during its launch. When the payload is disbursed into the interspace above the Earth, NOTHING can retard the known outcome. There is no certain way for even the smallest component of every missile silo and similar at-home technology to be safeguarded from electronic hacking. A circuit switched from a stimulus induced ON from an OFF cannot be detected until it fails. In this case that is too late. There is no way to totally redesign and rebuild an energy infrastructure on an immediate or short-term basis.

   The current (2020) infrastructure depends upon centralized refinery stations distant from sources and served by long pipelines and transmission grids ... with key nodes. A failure at ANY node may trigger a series of catastrophic failures throughout the infrastructure. There is no way to immediately know WHO was the source of the changes. Was it merely an accident? There will be no way to determine what is and where are the nuclear ocean mines. And, the living will not even know when they activate or what happens to their ships and submarines. Education as to the REALITY of the LONG-TERM Earth carrying capacity for ALL life, including humans will become a baseline of awareness. A self-responsible acceptance of death rather than the current (2019) life at the cost of many resources in support of poor and worsening lifestyle and identity is a part of the strategy. Another part is a viable option for adults to form intimate responsible bonds for which a family of two children is an acceptable maximum. For this "steady-state" community size to be both positive and possible the global gross population would have to be reduced to 2.7 billion persons. A failure to accomplish this would perpetuate the population density conflicts of recent human history, encourage a recommitment to armaments and war, an a revisiting to a world in which MOST humans are being abused, starved, murdered.

   This option may NOT have been politically agreed to by the parties noted herein as yet (2019-05) which is one of the main reasons for this document being shared with such groups. A large number of one's own population will necessarily be best to be eliminated if the rest are to survive without a state of desperation. Either the majority of one's population in the aftermath will increasingly contribute to the destruction of their future, or, a survivable balanced number will have an opportunity to form a society in which all members are valued and accepted. This reduction can be done by the use of Neutron Hydrogen bombs set to detonate at a uniform time in the center of approximately the 100 largest urban areas. Mass media will be fractured at the time. News stories can be circulated and recorded to provide a "history" that each nation was attacked by USA missiles after their own systems imploded.

   The above LINKS reference articles that described realities that were active as much as 60 years previous yet were only more recently being admitted. The size of these nuclear devices were relative to the technology and logistical reasoning of the earlier time. During the 1950's, both the USA and the USSR had developed 50 megaton hydrogen neutron nuclear "clean" bombs. Today (2019) with more open borders and more relaxed transportation regulations, 42 megaton nuclear devices have been constructed and transported to 47 "urban" locations sourced from 2 countries. Near a detonation date, within a week, they will be removed from their current warehouses, barns, or abandoned houses ... transported to selected locations and left in out-in-the-open concealed locations. An early option, since improved upon, was to place the device in the bottom of a hard plastic, reinforced base garbage dumpster, cover the device with common garbage, and place in a central "back alley".

   All such devices, worldwide, would be armed at a similar time to detonate simultaneously, with global time variations observed, within a week of their placement. The timing devices would be constructed in such a way that any attempts to defuse them would initially result in a release of nerve toxin gases. Any further interference would result in a signal being relayed to a satellite which would relay instructions to all of the devices to synchronize and detonate together at an earlier-than-planned time. This would result in the overall strategy, noted in the steps above, being accelerated to be effected BEFORE these devices exploded. In some cases, most or all of some smaller territory countries would be swept clean of buildings and humans. Particular targets were sometimes chosen on the historical basis that severe conflict has frequent genetically traumatized the population and no present possibility for their genetic replacement of their compulsive generation of hatred, paranoia, and interpersonal abuse is non-existent. If the survivors are to appreciate ANY possibility of encouraging and mandating a human population capable of working together for widespread self-responsibility and respect for all life, they cannot be surrounded by populations of lust-greed-war obsessed humans.
   
   

   Technically, it has been known since the thermonuclear tests of the 1950's, that the use of such weapons would involve NO fallout. Humans would largely be vaporized or destroyed by the blast; survivors would largely recover fully; buildings would either be reduced to rubble or left largely intact. Much infrastructure would be destroyed. Newer design, more energy efficient forms could be chosen to replace them. No other means of mass population reduction has been developed that would be successful in numbers and as low in numbers of injured. For much of 100 years, tens of thousands of persons have been employed by multiple governments with the purpose of creating and designing biological, chemical. or other methods of gross population eradication. None were considered effective, efficient, controllable.

   If you don't like this option, find another one which is viable and that each of you agree to, and get to it.

   This document has only been directly shared (2018) with each of the FOUR countries and their political leaders who have been planning this scenario. If a wider population becomes aware of it, it will be the result of the officers-participants of your organizations spreading it. If I know your plans, procrastination will only lead to a messy outcome with some form or combination of a slow, yet increasing degradation of human life on the Earth, or, a more immediate destruction of ALL human, and much other life.

   A difficulty with organized groups of humans since Visitors corrupted the earlier genome is the abandonment of human individuals and authoritarian structures from their God. Working together for a common BEST goal, whether it be gathering foods for the next meal or repairing housing damaged in a recent storm, a telepathic-like synchronicity between group individuals and their God enabled all to receive a uniform spiritually Guided direction and proceed to act on it efficiently and effectively. This communication skill was observed to be practiced amongst some northern Canada aboriginal bands at the beginning of European colonization during the 1800s. Since the "Fall-from-Grace" and its genetic spread through the human genome, accentuated consciousness and unrestricted rutting patterns have hampered the maturation of the human Ego (Personal Values) and human SuperEgo (Social Values).

   This perpetuated identity infancy together with a now genetically imposed Energy Block of abandonment has made human interaction a norm of addiction to peer inclusion, obsession with sexual exhibition (coitus, parenting, co-dependency), and unconscious sense of guilt (fear of exclusion, anxiety concerning undefined penalty, pride of acting like a god in one's reaction to an assumed exclusion by God arising from one's choice to Deny God. This "modern" identity of most of humanity makes democratic participation in potentially group enhanced sharing of personal powers largely impossible. Every individual, in reaction to felt insecurity, wants to present and dramatize his or her god-like control and definition of what is best. There is little restraint, dependent upon humility in the reality of the presence of God and a lack of hyper-consciousness, to empathize with others, listen, or negotiate. Politics becomes the acceptance that working together for group benefits requires the sacrifice of Personal Choice and Opinion to a Group-god, often known as a chief, boss, leader, priest, politician, expert, etc. This further separation from God results in the construction of sectarian and institutional (Bureaucratic) values which construct Symbolic gods (Authorities, Experts, Corporations) as the perceived Best Informed - Demonstrated Winner - Most Powerful sink of internalized and educated values.
   
   

   In the present (2019) global segregation of humanity into national, religious, economic, and victim group identities, the perception that a COMPETITION must and does exist for resources, territory, and political control only leads us into a satanic winning-through-destruction outcome which encourages and sustains an enslavement to armaments production, sales, and, possession ... which inevitably through a historical pattern of miscommunication, deception, manipulation, and selfishness creates conflict. For stability, peacefulness, and happiness to be maintained through your combined presence after the USA-Dollar implosion and population balancing, you must set and maintain principles of group harmony. With China, Russia, North Korea, and ----- embracing these, international communication, trade, travel, and assistance with and to could be freely shared.

   Political entities outside these initial and dynamic boundaries would NOT be extended these benefits unless they agreed with these principles. There would be no threats and bullying expressed, no military incursions, and no penalties levied against those not willing to minimize their military and armament resources. If they want to waste their finances on such demonstrations of Weakness, that will be their burden to carry before their people. Some prospective principles might include the following and would best number 12 in total. A greater number would diminish the awareness of and perceived importance of those adopted. Less than a number of 8 would not provide a strong foundation and Values base to share and motivate with Balance.

      Every member will prepare to be tasked with the responsibility of providing employment to the infrastructure political services for a year between the ages of 20 and 30. They may beforehand request a placement for a specific task which they are attracted to and for which they will be open to acquiring some personal awareness, skills, and readiness. A moderate income will be provided for such persons during their active tenure. Transference of such personal responsibilities to others by way of financial gain, privilege, threat, or any other factor is denied. We respect and assist those who provide us with services which we in turn will eventually provide to them. We seek to do our best to make their tasks pleasant, rewarding, enjoyable, and efficient so that when we are in a similar position we may find our tasks equally appreciated.

      In the self-termed "Advanced" economic nations (especially The USA and Canada) there has become an imprinted satanic fear of death.
      Elderly and disabled persons who no longer express a conscious awareness of free have been maintained alive by abandonment and guilt traumatized relatives and career concerned health services staff for months to decades with total dependency on private and government funded services. This is a form of forced enslavement of others (abuse) in the service of others who harbor both low self-esteem and satanic pride in acting out self-perceived god-control, possessiveness, and institutional defensiveness.

      A number of aboriginal cultures accept that when a person can no longer contribute in any participative manner to the lifestyle of their family, band, or tribe ... the individual has the freedom to walk into the wilderness and either freeze to death, die from stroke or heart attack, or be killed by predators. Alternatively, their declining health status which exposes them to significant illness realities is not responded to in desperation by their family and community who accept death as a part of the life cycle. In this way, life is appreciated and revered spiritually in a daily manner and time is committed to sustaining Respect for others and self, communicating more clearly, and assisting others and the social group through a context of loving relationship rather than a social obligation.

      An encouragement of the awareness of these two opposing Values and the overall benefit of the second will increase the provision of self and other Respect and the reduction of wasted Resources committed to efforts of desperation. This does NOT prevent, restrain, or obligate individuals who have positive self-esteem, motivation, and consciousness participation to opt for additional health support so that they may continue to enact their Special Skills and Awareness to assist others, themselves, and the community.

      For a human civilization to survive, it is imperative, by the repeated demonstrations in human recorded histories, to encourage individuals to have a Value structure which acknowledges and rewards them for self-direction. Human histories have tended to be selfish interpretations of the reality that was for the self promotion of those in current command. If the above scenarios are acted out, the only Relevant "history" that can be conveyed to the citizenship is that humans were bioengineered in the far past to reject the Spiritual Intelligence available to them and assume a prideful hyper-consciousness. Repeated civilization failures ensued without any apparent self-awareness through the addictive patterns of attitude and action which were taken. THEY, as the citizens moving forward, and with the support of the infrastructures which THEY will help to build and maintain ... can avoid this self-sabotaging dynamic.

      It will be the responsibility of parents, servicepersons, and leaders to provide compassion and empathy to those of lesser experience and awareness and encourage them to individually appreciate that THEIR participation in and benefit from the community will depend upon THEIR making the effort to understand the complexities and demands of the surrounding and global ecologies, personal relationships, and group efforts forming their present and enabling their future. It is most advantageous if they Participate. Yet, it is destructive for them to force their participation from a standpoint of ignorance, selfishness, fear, lust-greed, or, dependency.       Communication can only be sincere, truthful, and responsible if one can express oneself with openness and honesty and be received with compassion and empathy to result in acknowledgement, encouragement, patience. Immature, ignorant, and traumatically experienced persons will not grow and bond with other members if their differences are met with anger, violence, penalty, avoidance, denial, and rejection. Such responses motivate fear, defensiveness, deception, acting out, and reactive forms of abuse and rage. Active listening and a desire to understand and negotiate with others will only maintain a community spirit of inclusion.

      ALL emotional expressions can equally be constructive and destructive depending upon their relevancy to the reality.
      INTENSE expressions are often lengthened, obsessive, rigid, perceptions of relationships which are prevented from dynamic liveliness by fear, pride, or power. Most CONSTRUCTIVE expressions of emotion are variable and shorter-term and enable a flexible interaction between 2 or more separate identities who may choose to share similarities and appreciate differences. The Maturing person learns to be sensitive to their own weaknesses and those of others and choose NOT to irritate and frustrate these.

      When humans are provided with the awareness of their historical genetic transformation by satanic interference, they will have the opportunity to recognize why the Plan of their GOD has become evermore distorted and manipulated towards a destructive lifestyle fueled by obsessions and compulsions which self-sabotage their efforts for love and harmony with the demented lust attractions of material surplus, minimized and co-dependent relationships in exchange for power, endemic attitudes of fear, pride, selfishness --- and, how we murder, abuse, and depress more of our species every decade. With such an awareness, they will be more motivated to choose a path of social self-direction in which one or two children encouraged to grow to become emotionally mature and environmentally respectful provides a much greater opportunity for harmonious relationships with a focus on ENOUGH.

   2020-10: It is a REALITY that before 2020-10-10, the President of the USA publicly broadcast a tirade of threats and abuse against Iran, Russia, North Korea, and possibly China. USA President Donald J. Trump has a great likelihood of NOT being re-elected. He faces prosecution for a multiplicity of money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, treason, multiple charges of sexual abuse, misuse of political power, bribery, and other charges ... as an American civilian. Authoritarian, dictator, and presidential power-driven persons have both advocated war as a way of resolving economic and civilian unrest, and, and effected same. It would appear that those who elected him did not expect to be sent to war as "fools".
   
   

   A Suggestion:
   You have possibly added the following to your plans.
   With all of the nuclear and other detonations in the scenario described, there will be extensive amounts of heat and carbon dioxide released. That will be enough to add to the global warming calculations. A means of offsetting this change and providing a climate modification to LESSEN climate changes for the longer-term would be to release some of the COLD sinks maintained in the Antarctic ice sheet and the central Greenland ice sheet. Presently, Earth-from-Space research reveals that Antarctica, in particular, influences global climate patterns by sequestering a large amount of COLD out of global weather patterns. Releasing these SINKS would integrate these areas back into the global system and REDUCE and Stabilize global temperatures and weather patterns. That would require the detonation of a 47 megaton device in the middle of each of these. Of course, as some aboriginal tribes have always known, ocean coastal communities would be flooded for the longer-term.
   
   

   As survivors, you have the choice to provide an infrastructure to support a growing presence of a calm, sharing, compassionate, resource adequate, self-directed, lifestyle choice for all humanity. Those incapable of accepting these positives due to their historical experiences, traditions, or beliefs can go to other nations beyond your borders. They do not want or appreciate what is sought for the members so why would they want to remain.

   Perhaps it is simply that they have never gained a mature identity.
   Why would they and when would they if they are never presented with a reality which demands responsibility from them for their actions and rewards them with benefits for their constructive participation? If they experience the losses of being losers, bullies, and cowards elsewhere, perhaps they will tire of such despairing and depressing surroundings and Choose to return and enjoy the benefits available to all members.
