Environmental Hypersensitivities
You can get them, or, avoid them.


BRIEF REVIEW:

What?




Remember this:
The longer we ignore and deny the requirements of our body, the louder and more intense it will respond to get our attention.


Why?




Remember this:
You can become hypersensitive to anything to which you have been exposed ... with the exception of pure glass.

Remember this:
The only known shared strategy was to get away from whatever was triggering the reactions while trying to remain as calm and relaxed as possible.

Remember this:
A traumatic experience is an intense emotional and/or physical reaction to a potential or real threat perceived by the brain to be either momentarily or eventually life threatening. We are usually not consciously aware of the significance of the original event either due to emotional denial, rational confusion, or lack of awareness.

Remember this:
Survival intelligence depends on one having relevant constructive coping skills.

Remember this:
Interpersonal relations are expendable to the Reptilian Structure when survival is in question. Had I known what is on these pages then, or, known someone who knew it ... and, had others around me who understood what hypersensitivities were ... there could have been other choices. You really don't want a hypersensitive reaction to control your life.

Food?




Remember this:
In a materialistic capital-based society, if you decrease the availability of services and affordable products to the individual, increase the degree of sacrifice required to participate in a competitive workplace, and continue to compromise the basic nutritional and Ego rewards in reality --- such imbalances will create disease.

Remember this:
Any food which the Reptilian pattern driven Unconscious part of your brain associates with a consciously experienced or unconsciously identified traumatic experience can be reacted to as if it was a poison.

Remember this:
Dependency always encourages complacency, routine, and reduced levels of flexibility and awareness --- all factors which encourage the development of ill health. There are few absolutes in reality. One is that it is always more healthful to be aware of and skilled in several alternatives than to be solely dependent upon one solution.

Take a moment and consider what the most "primitive" of human band organizations have always known and that we have "forgotten".
Most living things remain healthy when they are subjected to a minimum of negative stress ... dramatic, confusing, frustrating, coercive, traumatic, unprepared-for activity and change. This also means most living things survive best when they are subjected to a maximum of positive stress ... gentle, prepared-for, anticipated, invited, appreciated regular activity and change.

Robot!



Take a moment and consider what the most "primitive" of human band organizations have always practiced. It is how we are born. We then learn to forget where we put it.

Survival depends upon always looking for and appreciating the wonders around us; taking action to turn fears into knowledge and skills; learning what is possible by listening to the experiences of others; knowing what one wants and focusing one's efforts towards getting it; participating because one wants to; constantly wanting to do one's best and to improve one's best; working with one's limitations and building on one's strengths; working together with others for communal benefit and safety; recognizing the importance of how others understand you; making sure that others know what you mean and that you know what they mean.

Remember this:
When you no longer have the time to build constructive communicating and coping skills, you no longer have time to provide respect for your self and the selves of others. No respect is abuse. Abuse develops from destructive coping methods and contributes to further destruction. Environmental illness is a form of self-destruction by an unwilling and unaware participant who has been promised what he or she will never have ... without fundamental change.

AFTERNOTE:

The aim of an optimal lifestyle is neither to over-stimulate all our organs into burnout nor to relax them into inactivity. Either can be fatal. We help our body the most when we supply enough stimulating and relaxing factors to it for adequate intake of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other micro-components ... while pacing the vitality of each organ relevant to the negative stress challenges it is having to cope with. These requirements are dynamic. They change as often as our acknowledged and unacknowledged stress levels change. Dramatic changes can occur within hours.


Remember this:
The above factors are POTENTIAL triggers of hypersensitivity reaction symptoms. Activation of one, several or many --- are the direct consequence of your heritage and your experiences and exposures. In a confirmed set of over 100 participants, no two demonstrated a similar profile.

Once an individual begins to become hypersensitive to environmental factors, the number of intolerances continue to rise according to the challenges experienced. In my research and counselling, every hypersensitivity was associated with an Energy Block. All who followed the advisories outlined on these pages released their hypersensitivities --- quickly, and apparently, permanently.

Where?





Remember this:
If you surround yourself with unhealthy factors, expect those factors to influence your health.

Remember this:
A failure to plan for survival in a complex, competitive, dense, materialistic, individualistic society --- is a strategy for physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual degradation. Effective lifestyle planning must include considerations for each of our physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual environments.

Remember this:

    Less dependency
    • = greater freedom of choice
    • = greater variety of options
    • = greater potential for innovation and creativity
    • = greater sense of self worth
    • = greater hope and optimism
    • = stronger health.

Remember this:
You will experience lower levels of negative stress, with few exceptions, if you plan your lifestyle around recurring positive patterns of behavior. This refers to work and sleep periods, meals and diet, social interaction, exercise, sexuality, meditation and prayer, hobbies, and play.
