MARS Base Populations.

Introduction.

ALTERNATIVE 3 is a project devised under the leadership of independent minded persons possessing considerable power by virtue of authority conveyed through political, military, or scientific achievements considered high on the scale of human value according to those granting the power.

ALTERNATIVE 3 accepts the predictions of representative scientists in anthropology, meteorology, peace research, environmental sciences, and futurists - who have stated since the 1950s that humanity, on the Earth, will destroy itself before or shortly after the year 2000.

ALTERNATIVE 3 participants accept the predictions of several spaceperson societies which have repeatedly communicated to a variety of humans that the prospects of massive human, and possibly planetary destruction is expected before the year 2000.

ALTERNATIVE 3 was devised under the deception of a secret project, secretly and massively funded to save a portion of humanity from ultimate destruction for the perpetuation of the human species by relocating a community to Mars in as large numbers as possible before the critical date. This project has been carried out with the minimum of support personnel under the greatest secrecy with sanctions to terminate (murder) anyone suspected of intending to break this code of silence.

Alternative 3 was much planned, partially carried out, and is still, by many, considered possible and necessary.


The below represent the least optimistic projection figures set forth by strategists and the targets towards which Alternative 3 supporting decision-makers were guided and motivated. Technological and intellectual pride provide the basis for the assumption that simply because such a design can be intellectualized, it is therefore possible.

The persistent problem of having the capacity for rationalization in the minds of the ignorant is that such beings frequently, by denial, are too proud to be aware of and to admit their level of ignorance and acknowledge the wisdom of spiritual guidance. The below charts represent a reality which is entirely possible IF ....

The 1st team: Engineering/Construction personnel to build the stations.

Ten Proton rockets were used as launch vehicles over the previous decade.
The above numbers represent those carried to Mars from the Moon base.
A "flying base" took these personnel to Mars.

The 1st team: Engineering/Construction personnel = station housing units.
The 2nd team: Biologists, Botanists, Agronomists, Farmers = food supply.

Accidents: space environment hazards.
Sanctions: "substandard" batch components.
Replacements: persons who died of age or illness or who received special authorization to return to the Earth and for whom a replacements was sent.

Batch components were experiencing psychological difficulties with the alterations (reproductive, mental and digestive) which physically set them apart from the Designated Movers.

Two different incidents occurred with station #4, killing most residents.

In addition, station #4 had 2 severe terminal disease outbreaks occurred. Much of team 4 losses stemmed from forms of component rebellion.

Team 1 lost many persons when some new construction collapsed on the workers.

Accidental deaths and sanctioned deaths were down considerably for this period indicating greater technological successes and recruitment refinements including better bioengineering of Components.

These figures represent the number of persons "disappearing" worldwide.

Components usually disappear in larger groups.



The "Alternative 3" description is of an event which academic planners, political representatives and military officers - together with the general public - expected was possible at this time. With a basis of reality fed by science fiction movies, television programs, and cultural technical fantasy in the schools - strategists to students believed the above was possible and that their culture and political system could effect it.

That is, North Americans and the British believed they had the knowledge, money and technology to go to the Moon, set up a base, and, relay onward to Mars. It was an age of endless expectation and paranoia. It was obvious that the major governments were concealing the truth about many things from their citizens.

The author of Alternative-3 built on the perceived reality and the felt concerns to piece together an apparent reality. Alternative-3, as presented here between 1974 to 1978 is an excellent example of the disinformation style which had become a standard for the military, the intelligence agencies and the mass media. It was, and would continue to be, used to discredit the reality of UFOs, the nature of one's own government and cultural inconsistencies and weaknesses, and, to promote the essential state of denial and awe which form the foundation of all human authority-based systems.

Alternative-3, the story, would be suppressed, not because it was wrong, but because it came too close to the truth of real intentions. If it could have been carried out, it would have been. Like any previous, present or future expression of disinformation, the effective style would be to take 80% fact, remove 20% fact, and weave the result with 20% fiction.

In the end, only the most self-directed, widely experienced, high esteemed, and spiritually guided individual - would be able to decipher what was the true reality. Not even the authors would know where the line of reality should be drawn. Those probing for a dramatic media story were getting too close to what had been planned and what covert authorities wanted to happen. The real deceptions of the "space race" and space exploration, by humans, now had to be taken from public front-line news, or, the political house of cards would fall.
