Underground facilities are constructed by military engineers ostensibly to provide nuclear attack immune administration, research and storage facilities for U.S.A. military and political personnel.

In 1990, there were about 100 exits to a system of underground bases and interconnecting tunnels serving approximately 75 facilities of which 9 have joint housing and tunnel use by humans, GRAYS and BLONDS. GRAY-REPTOIDS were at 6 of the bases at that time.

Underground facilities take, on average, 2 years to complete and are thereafter continually upgraded. Shared facilities and ALL tunnels utilize GRAY technology for security, lighting, transportation.

GRAYs prefer subterranean facilities wherever they go as such protects them from solar radiations (not relevant on Earth, yet a long-held custom), provide them with interim anonymity, and is most often a less energy demanding habitation location shielded from climatic cold and heat.
