KNOW THE PAST, TO PLAN THE FUTURE.
Your PAST has been structured by the decisions which you and others have made in response and anticipation of what was understood to be a truthful history of the past, an honest awareness of the present, and a sincere expectation for the future.

IF all of these factors had been correct for you and all other humans, why would human civilization be so destructive today and so tenuous in existence. Furthermore, why would the efforts of yourself and most of those whom you know frequently seem to be unsuccessful?

KNOW YOUR CAPABILITIES:
You are about to embark on a journey through time and space which will shock and enlighten you. If you do not know the REAL history of humanity, you do not know your capabilities. People who do not know or respect their limits and do not acknowledge their weaknesses frequently abuse their strengths, and fail. If you are a winner and wish to remain so, you will have to get a firm grip on reality. If you do not feel that you are in the winning segment of humanity, this is an opportunity for you to expand you mind, your spirit, your capabilities.

INVESTIGATING REALITY:

Every good detective or investigator has a cardinal rule about REALITY:

"If you want to know what happened, you must know the order of the events."

Motive, justification, intent, capability, relevance, participation, responsibility, evidence - none are meaningful without an association with TIME. This is one way an investigator records observations: in reference to designated times. Human memory frequently recalls first, those aspects of an event which are most idiosyncratically meaningful to the observer by way of previous emotional experience, intellectual study or specialized awareness.

Such recall distorts the record of the event and enables a human witness to become a commentator. Instead of relaying the true reality of the event, the original witness now undertakes to become a "storyteller" rather than a "reporter". The difficulty which is usually raised is that the storyteller may actually believe that what is being relating is the truth. It seldom is. It is usually partially true, partially assumption, partially expectation, partially norm, and partially rationalization. It is relatively easy for many criminals to be found "not guilty" in a "democratic court" because almost any human witness can be found to be inconsistent in their memory of an event, which they observed in a fleeting period of unpreparedness.

PUTTING THE REPORT TOGETHER:
For the "historical" files which follow, it is important that the events are in historical order - in the order in which they happened. In brief instances, a short-term history or background will be provided for an event rather than inserting numerous short references which, in themselves, never provide the reader with enough knowledge for a starting point. Personalized reflections, when these are added, are formatted in a typestyle different from the main text so that no confusion should result between what is included as fact, and what is stated as a suggested note of significance.

AWARENESS PROVIDES CONFIDENCE:
Much of the information in PROJECT EARTH is available to the public should someone have taken the time and shown an interest earlier. Again, the reader is reminded that numerous human authors have taken a number of incidents and grouped them according to some spurious factor apart from time. By so doing, those authors unwittingly try to force a conclusion or justify an assumption. In PROJECT EARTH, this approach has not been used.

In PROJECT EARTH, Time has been the organizing principle.
In nature and the universe much of reality occurs in cycles or patterns, yet these only become apparent when a timeline is constructed. If you can pick out the patterns, you can predict a likely future and you can be aware of the change requirements which would be necessary should anyone wish to modify the present processes for an improved future. You will find that a number of interlocking patterns will rise in your awareness.

WHO's ACTING and WHO's for REAL?
A quite challenging factor in the presentation of REALITY when one is reporting on the activities of non-human spacepersons and authoritarian political systems is that participants may be deceptive and manipulative in their communication and such will prove difficult to determine in the present.

The largest governments of the twentieth century, either with subtle or overt control of the mass media, have repeatedly betrayed their citizens with secrecy, cover-ups, misinformation, over-dramatization, romanticism, pride, ignorance, and, authority. In reading through the report you will conclude for yourself why this has happened and what human hardships have developed from such approaches.

POLITICS:
SELLING THE PEOPLE, Tell them what they want to hear.
The history of human politics is one of power accumulation, retention and expansion. Several generalized steps have resulted in the aggregation of power according to particular factors and how they have been exploited. Their influence on social and cultural reality have become increasingly invasive and antithetical to the experienced reality of the individual. Consider the following:

A. SIMPLE POLITICAL STRUCTURE:
This structure evolves when a group of individuals determine that, on an infrequent basis, either the success of the group as a whole is possible when the success of innumerable individuals is not, or, that the success of the group is more efficient at an individual level with group support than that of the efforts made solely by the individual independently.

For example, many people looking for a lost child may find the child before it dies.
A singular effort may not be successful, regardless of the intensity of the effort.

One homeowner complaining to the city about a clogged sewer system may achieve nothing; all of the homeowners on a street complaining to their local elected representative will more likely result in some attention to the problem.

For added efficiency, a group of individuals may join together to conduct a hunt in which they form 2 opposing lines in the bush. One line advances towards the second, thrashing the bushes and hollering and whistling. In front of them they scare and drive the wild game towards the second line. The participants in the second line use all of the best skills and equipment possessed by all of the group to snare, select, capture or kill from the mass of wild animals rushing towards them in panic.

The result: the amount of effort expended on average by the individual is both better directed and returns a larger quantity of worth than if the individual had entered the brush on a singular basis, with the possibility of fearing for his or her life from a larger or better equipped beast of prey.

From FOOD & SAFETY to LEADERSHIP:
This simple form of human politics is practised on an intermittent basis by a group of people. Peacefully, and for the benefit of food gathering and personal safety, human band organizations have resorted to it. Frequency of application increased considerably when humans found themselves in strange, frightening, or challenging environments - for which they possessed inadequate coping skills. It was then that human fear and imagination used rationalization in an effort to quell anxiety and panic, and, created fantasy.

Largely by spurious association of events and perceptions, humans created a cause-effect religion from which they attributed the cause of shocking and confusing events with the actions of individuals or supernatural beings. The individuals associated with the events would become revered as leaders, chiefs, kings, oracles, witches, sorcerers, and devils. If you were neither murdered nor ostracised, you might be granted control over the decisionmaking of a group of persons - who would likely rationalize as to why you made certain conclusions or how you reached certain decisions.

Is this HOME, or, a FOREIGN LAND ?
The difficulty for humans using this form of aggregated power is that as their numbers grew, the nature and needs of the increased densities resulted in a relative scarcity of resources and a necessity to expand the amount of territory utilized to sustain the population. Over a period of time, an infringement upon the lands used by other groups to sustain their own lifestyle occurred.

At the same time, the spiritual expression of humans declined, physical want increased, resource availability decreased, dependency on consistent ecological and climatic influences increased and groups of individuals began to fight other groups of people about individual quarrels over who should have access to the resources: ownership became more defined as a principle.

B. PERMANENT POLITICAL AUTHORITY:
The faces change but the structure remains.:
This becomes a structure when a group of individuals determine that, on an ongoing basis, either the survival of the group is possible when the endurance of individuals is not, or, that the survival of the group is more efficient at an individual level than that of most efforts made on an individual basis.

For example, many people unified in defense against robbers, thieves, floods, drought (through group planning and storage), and other groups intent on possessing their lands and homes - will always be more successful in surviving than the individual trying to defend against a group.

For added efficiency, individuals within the group may specialize on a skill which contributes to the welfare of the group and for which they have shown an aptitude or a willingness to learn - usually through sacrifice in return for social prestige (higher sense of self-worth). With task specialization by a number of individuals, a greater technical refinement of ornamentation, clothing, food-gathering tools, food-growing implements, defensive technologies and killing or disabling instruments can be developed and shared by a number of persons in the group.

AUTHORITIES PROVIDE AN IMAGE OF CONFIDENCE AND STABILITY:
This permanent form of human politics is practised on an authoritarian basis by a group of people. Out of a constant fear of the invasion by others or the disruption of peaceful living by either disruptive entities or deceptive persons, - authorities are adopted, appointed, elected, or, take power. They intend to stabilize and improving the living standard of those who become dependent on the political system.

WHAT's MINE is MINE, and, I WANT YOUR's ALSO :
With this type of system, economic and skills competition within the society for resources is gradually augmented by an awareness that the acquisition of the resources of other groups of people temporarily lessens the conflict within the society. Thus larger political groups form to mount more powerful defenses and invasions against other human groups.

War becomes a preoccupation of the leadership and soldiering becomes an occupation for the socially unfit. Whenever ecological population thinning is inadequate, military coercion and brutality seep forth to try and regain a balance of material prosperity for the masses, and, in particular, for those in positions of authority.

HABIT suggests SECURITY, PERMANENCE, SAFETY, RIGHTEOUSNESS:
At the same time, an increased specialization of skills and occupations allows for an endemic dependency upon agriculture and the introduction of industry. Food production, clothing manufacturing, furniture making, house building, transportation, and property ownership become increasingly specialized, homogeneous in method, and widespread in application.

In order to maintain political uniformity, confidence and loyalty, - educational and religious systems take on a role of imprinting and modeling the attitudes necessary for the evolution of politically and socially dependent humans rather than for the purpose of skill development for self-responsibility and autonomy.

The relevance of truth is quickly relegated to what the authorities want the commoners to know about them and their backgrounds - to the extent that such information supports the authority system and the authorities in particular.

SOCIAL INSURANCE - Keeping it in the Family.
Critical historians have been executed.
Scientific and artistic works, which by comparison demean the works of the current authorities, are purposefully destroyed. Activities undertaken by representatives of the authorities which fail through lack of skill, stupidity, panic, or pride - are revered and romanticised as brave and heroic. So are born the arts of deception, manipulation, national pride (ethnic and group intolerance), romanticism, social identity, political dependency, rationalization fixation, truth relative to power, and, a gradual separation of perceived reality from historical fact.

CONFIDENCE and POWER encourage PRIDE and DECEPTION.
Inadequate coping skills are replaced by the human psychological defenses of acting out and denial with a considerable emphasis on shame. Hatred joins fear of other groups to encourage abusive behaviours, increased imperialism and increasing exploitation. Intellectualization is encouraged by a universal paranoia, and greed to expand commercialization and build capital resources. Fantasy and competition yield a greater consideration of risk and from the successes and failures of such risk a distinctiveness of rich and poor classes grows - as do those of entrepreneurs and of workers.

Laws become the primary tool for structuring these human societies on the expectation that a consideration of information before an authority who was not directly involved in the affairs of those governed by the law would provide a fair and "just" decision when the guidelines had not already dictated the rights and norms of the individual.

Increasingly, the status quo is upheld by specialists who deceive and manipulate the perceptions of others through the intensive and theoretical rationalization of acts and events.

MASTER or SERVANT ?
Consequently, politicians, lawyers, religious leaders, entrepreneurs, and military officers become revered as more socially important than other contributing members of the society. A difficulty for humanity using this form of socialized and capital-based political power, is that regardless of the wealth and growth of the society, the nature and needs of the increased human numbers and densities result, again, in a relative scarcity of resources has a tendency to require expansion of the amount of territory utilized to sustain the group.

ENDEMIC LOSS requires GROWTH for a Stable Existence.
This time, the scarcity is largely the influence and increasing dominance of the inefficiencies of the specialist class of social contributors and the fact that they are totally dependent upon the participation of the commoner. These "authorities" must retain the support of the commoner. This increases the importance of the mass media, the school systems and religious modeling.

At the same time, the spiritual expression of humans declines still further; physical desires increase from stimulation and repression; resource availability increases for some and decreases for others; dependency on consistent ecological and climatic influences decreases for the rich and the powerful; and, groups of humans begin to fight other groups of people out of greed for wealth and power: imperialism and colonization become an accepted norm - whether for territory, slave labour, gold, or one's devotion to authority.

C. POLITICO-REALITY STRUCTURE:
Half Truths, Lies, Deception, Conspiracy, Coups.
This becomes the structure when a class of individuals determine that on an ongoing basis either the survival of the social and economic system is necessary for the benefit of the individual, or, that the survival of the true economic and political decision-makers, as a minority group is more beneficial than that of the collective discussion of representatives of the populace.

For example, a senior political leader may decide the outcome of a war, rather than a general or a number of officers. A few persons, with the obedience and loyalty of other leaders and representatives who convey power to the decisionmaking few, may decide the outcome of a war and result in the saving or loss of hundreds of thousands of followers.

For rationalized added efficiency, individuals within the special often self-selected group will specialize on skills which aggregate influence to them (negotiating, networking, diplomacy). This influence is intellectually intended to contribute to the welfare of the masses with whom they have very little in common, while in reality, it seldom does anything further than to reinforce the status quo and increase the popularity and social power of the decisionmaker. With decisionmaking specialization by a few individuals, a more diverse technical refinement of and availability of entertainment, clothing, food, business competition, defensive technologies and annihilating instruments occurs.

ELITIST NORMS of MATERIAL INEQUITY.
This self-sustaining form of human political and economic decisionmaking is practised on an elitist basis by a small group of people. Out of a thoroughly imprinted and modelled dependency, - the result of a decade or more of educational conditioning and military style practice and repetition - the masses of the society seek for inclusion in a constructed social reality. This image of the material wealth and social respect which is used to motivate the individual is portrayed throughout the mass media in dramas, advertising, and pseudo-biographies.

A constant threat, in reality, of ostracism, encourages individuals to either strive for inclusion by strict dependency/follower behaviours, or, to a defeat of one's personal and social esteem, and - a reactive behaviour of acting out (petty crimes, swearing, increased social disobedience, tax evasion, substance abuse, lack of respect for self and others). Respect for authorities wavers between acceptance and scepticism or is lost altogether in despair and confusion.

ELITISM to Correct Indecisiveness.
With this type of system, political control becomes the means to power supremacy which is considered the basic requirement for the ability to make the best decisions for the majority of humanity. This is an elitist, paternal, authoritarian structure. Those in the pivotal decisionmaking (not necessarily publicly known) positions have personally reached a belief that the prior Permanent Political Authority is ineffective and that a more "informed", "experienced", or "practical" approach is required in order for timely results to be meaningful. They have seen how legislative and judicial decisions have been counterproductive: taking far too much time to reach a stage of action or resolution and then, frequently, resulting in too little action taken too late. Those who have created the original problem are encouraged, rather than discouraged, in repeating their social or political offense.

A rule of this approach is that most humans either are confused in times of urgent need for action by a false sense of compassion and fairness (idealist thinkers), a paranoid sense of failure (analyst thinkers), a confused sense of relevance (synthesis thinkers), or a weak-willed perspective of whether the option "looks good" (pragmatist thinkers). From their perspective (primarily that of realist thinkers), when an urgency presents itself, the true leader must "take charge" of the circumstances and make the decision which is most likely to result in a successful resolution of the problem - regardless of the cost.

To this elite, it would be better to save 100,000 humans in a catastrophe than to waste time trying to determine how to save the majority of humanity only to find that all were lost because of indecision. Yet those self-chosen to be part of the politico-reality recognize clearly their "obligations" to the masses within the Permanent Political Authority structure.

Strategy and Tactics becomes the keywords for the Politico-Reality.
Several guidelines direct such planning. Some of these are:

A. Never let everyone know what the complete plan is;
B. Always tell others what they want to hear;
C. Only trust those who have demonstrated their commitment;
D. Keep your perspective long-term and open to modification;
E. Expect that their will be losses;
F. Nothing is more important than the action you take;
G. Tell others what they need to know in order to be committed;
H. Replace people with technology whenever possible;
I. Control the media by threat, regulation, disinformation, ownership;
J. Destroy evidence of your participation in decisions;
K. Reduce criticism by creating confusion, distrust, and ridicule;
L. Eliminate opposition by character or physical assassination;
M. Focus only on the main issue: Survival of the human species;
N. Play your best hand, take your best shot, go for broke;
N. Do whatever it takes!

DOING WHAT IS NECESSARY, NOT NECESSARILY WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE

With the Politico-Reality, few of the important factors are what they seem to be to the public. This is because the reality of what has been done, or, is planned to be done -- is presumed NOT to be acceptable to the majority of humans; therefore, the majority must be deceived. The formal government must appear to be in control of decisions made for its government - and for most decisions it is. The media must appear to be free of manipulation and deception, and, most non-influential media do have that freedom.

The government must appear to be concerned about the health of its citizens, while it finances efforts and programs which are widely known to be detrimental to human health. The government must appear to listen to the concerns of its voters - who want peace, prosperity, better health, less expense - while it is raising military expenditures, deceptively and covertly inciting political violence, financing low grade housing, increasingly choosing mechanized labour over human labour, increasing the level of despair with a complex system of bureaucracy, treating injustice with imprisonment, and denying what it knows to be fact.

INSTITUTIONALIZED DEPENDENCY promotes a REGRESSION to Infantilism.
Intentional lack of political leadership in setting societal standards encourages an infantile behaviour in marketing imagery and social relationships. Preoccupation of the populace with self-centred activities provides the distraction and denial which the Politico-Reality elite require of the commoner for its success. The elite are left in isolation to make crucial decisions about war, economy, ecology, and international relations while the commoner obsesses on cars, sports, entertainment, clothing, alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, tea, food, sexual intercourse, and wealth.

The commoner has become a slave in denial.
This follower-human is controlled by addictive habits, constrained by debt, distracted by social and material obsessions and obligated to long hours of insecure work-for-pay in return for the services it has come to depend upon from the authorities in its culture and the paternalism of its institutions. Few person, including the Politico-Reality elite, are well informed about the true reality surrounding them.

A continuing sophistication in the skill level of the "follower" participants in the Politico-Reality result in an increasing dependency factor by humans and a lack of awareness or capability to understand the essence of the reality which will fashion their future. This constant surprise between what they have been prepared for and what becomes -- has a large influence on many: "living for the present", seems separated from the past which they have experienced; no perspective for the future is provided, save further inconsistencies.

The game played by the Politico-Reality elite is not one of protecting nations from each other, of rectifying differences or being compassionate towards others. It is one of political and economic global control.

A CURSE WORSE than the SYMPTOM ?
An increased dependency upon technology encourages endemic unemployment, capital dependency and social frustration. More measures are added to effect control over such elements: increased policing, increased national debt, deceptive measures to increase capital spending, a call for the populous to be self-responsible!

The arts of deception, manipulation, national pride (ethnic and group intolerance), romanticism, social identity, political dependency, rationalization fixation, available truth relative to power, and, a gradual separation of perceived reality from historical fact are now extended by the use of disinformation. This expands to become a secret industry played by the Politico-Reality elite against all of the world. It purposely introduces information to the public which it fears or knows is about to be revealed anyway. It exchanges crucial aspects of such information so that the relevance and meaning of the information is twisted and lost in confusion.

Evidence is both destroyed and manufactured.
Witnesses both appear and are deterred from appearing.
Rationalizations and suppositions by so-called authorities attest to the possibility or impossibility of certain occurrences or realities. Dramatic and ageing political fact is acknowledged as if to suggest a request for atonement, whereas the intent, is one of preoccupying the populace with older deceptions in order to distract them from a consideration or awareness of the current ones.

There becomes an intensification of inadequate coping skills as the human psychological defenses of acting out, denial, and toxic shame are plied with both effective remedies and gratuitous self-pity and victimization. Compassion, prejudice and intolerance confuse the populace while grand political schemes result in the loss of hundreds of thousands of human lives, a further despoiling of the Earth's environment, and a further centralization of global power over an increasingly fragmented political reality.

A basic expectation that human life will be severely challenged is now believed to be as evident as it had been to the Politico-Reality elite decades previously, with one exception. In the interim, the efforts of this well-meaning, spiritually deficient group of manipulators has increased the capacity for world-wide armageddon, increased the degree of suffering and starvation of peoples world-wide, have increased the direction of capital into the military-industrial community, have allowed defective social administration plans to proliferate and victimize, and have decreased the ability of their populace to cope with, deter, or modify a number of potentially devastating probable future events.

The status quo -- the standards which fashion a culture and provide it with strength or weakness, has been diminished in influence by a lack of cultural leadership for too long a period. This cancer of weak-spiritedness has spread throughout the major societies of the human world and like a blight leaving only the intolerance of self-obsession and the intolerance of nationalist devotion: both destructive alternatives.

WHAT's NEXT ?
Other options exist, yet if you are unaware of the true reality you cannot become a self-directed leader in your future. Project Earth will provide you with a revelation of reality. Without such awareness you can only continue as, or become, a follower in the decision making which will decide your future.

When you have "lived" your way through the true heritage which you have, you will be able to find, acknowledge and initiate changes in your life to prepare for an inevitable future. Without such a reality, you will twist in the wind - indecisive, erratic, subject to the influence of many, no focus, no control, falsely hopeful or tragically resigned: the choice is yours.

What price salvation?

OPENING NOTE.
All of reality functions in patterns - some are simply more orderly and frequent than others. If your perception of reality is faulty by assumption, education, inattention, deception, manipulation, or mental confusion - then your understanding of reality must be incomplete and inaccurate. Success occurs more frequently when your data is accurate and complete.

Some aspects of the universe have a variety of choices of responses in any particular opportunity; others have no other reality than to respond in certain ways; others still, have a variety of choices but respond without an awareness of what most of them are. The latter provides humans with a sense of stability and security - it is dependable, predictable, and, frequently spiritually negative.

Give us Simplicity.
Many of the basics of the physical sciences of mechanics, physics and chemistry are of a nature of reaction to an action. Because the historical experience of humans seems so chaotic to the majority of humans whose daily lives are fraught with so much disappointment and loss, humans have developed a social and political obsession for the predictable.

Popular euphemisms for this obsession include tradition, character, trait, role, duty, obedience, rule, convention, status quo, custom, norm, culture, ritual, job, honour, obligation, assignment, function, rule, standard, average, and the like. All of these methods of imposing PATTERN on the choice of human individuals can lead to greater peacefulness among individuals when population densities increase and material sufficiency declines.

Humans are one form of life which have the freedom to choose from a variety of options. The responsibility which attends such freedom rests on the goals for which such means are selected.

GIVE us Rewards that we want.
Acting without an apparent goal is often referred to as "morality".
Such patterns of automatic response are adopted because an authority has defined them as right in a system of judgement where performing the "right" choice provides an expectation of reward from the moral authority, whereas, following the "wrong" or "bad" choice provides an expectation of penalty from the moral authority. Confusion enters the equation when humans fail to define or recognize a difference between human need-based authority and divine spiritual authority. The importance of this distinction will become apparent in the PROJECT EARTH report.

A purpose or goal is always present in an action taken where choice is present.
If the action is followed simply because social patterns dictate it, then the individual has selected as a motive the need for acceptance by the pattern-maker or the fear of the wrath of that Human entity. All human opportunities for response have at least three potential responses. If you are faced with a decision and believe that you have only one choice, you have been PATTERNED to deny the possibility of at least two alternatives. Your character-istic responses will be more a form of reaction response than a selected response.

Simplicity, or Slavery ?
If you look at life and frequently see only two choices in any opportunity, then, as a human, you have progressed little beyond the robot-like responses of the single-choice human. The greater the number of humans who are "patterned" by their cultures to follow a narrow status quo, without openness to or awareness of other alternatives, the more easily manipulated and deceived humanity becomes.

There are only leaders because followers surrender their power in expectation of material gain or preservation. If those masses are powerful in the amount of power which they surrender to their leaders, then their leaders have a great opportunity to change the world, constructively, destructively, or without consistency. The key to the future then lies in the goals which are either obvious, hidden, or forgotten - that truly motivate the actions taken.

Equality of privilege is the status quo expectation of material-based cultures.
Accordingly, a rebel is one who believes that deception or manipulation has resulted in a loss of status quo reward. The individual follows all of the admonitions of the culture with a strength of will - and finds that the rewards so profusely presented in the culture for such devotion do not materialize. The frustrated person adopts the role of a rebel: a belief that force can be used to rebalance the scales of justice. The focus is on the values of materialism. The result of rebellion is usually the strengthening of the authority structure - roles change but not structure.

What is Real Change ?
A reactionary knows WHY the deception has taken place and WHY the system of justice has failed, and will continue to fail. Equality of opportunity is sought, and, in material-based cultures, such a concept requires a radical change of the authoritarian, hierarchical structures which support materialism. Spiritual values become the unifying commonality. Enlightenment is not based upon knowing who to blame; it is knowing WHY events happen - which could be prevented, avoided, or, constructively coped with but are not.

By being aware of the fourth dimension of history - TIME, humans can gain an appreciation for their limitations, their opportunities, and the dangers of their weaknesses. Limitations define what humans cannot easily do by virtue of their physical nature. Humans are fortunate in having a considerable degree of potential in the areas often referred to as the emotional, intellectual and spiritual. These are frequently weakened by both the individual's limitations and the PATTERNS which they adopt to subvert their opportunities.

Only by being aware of the patterns which bind you can you free yourself from them and "choose" your future. That awareness most easily comes from a wide and lengthy experience of reality in a non-threatening manner which allows reflection to be done. PROJECT EARTH will provide you with that opportunity. If you take it, your awareness of the fourth dimension will increase and that will be reflected in your capacity for the fifth dimension - Spirituality.

What is the Reward ?
Persons who make truly spiritually-directed decisions are usually successful in effecting constructive and beneficial solutions and achievements. If at times the information appears to be highly focused on the negative and destructive aspects of human history, it is because the reality is that the choices which humans have made have produced those results. Events which have influenced the lives of millions of persons have been reported more than those which influence thousands. Events requiring high expenditures of human effort and/or capital are more reported than those which are easily attained.

A Long Journey is Accomplished One Step at a Time.
Necessarily and naturally, in the human context, PROJECT EARTH becomes more complex and abstract as you read through it. If you read the report through in sequential order, at least once, you will have less likelihood of finding the information too complex, overwhelming or technical.

You will likely find that as you read through the material your mental conditioning (cultural teachings and experiences) will prompt you to feel negative emotions and encourage you toward negative behaviours. Note these destructive impressions on a piece of paper for later reference. They display the degree to which you have been unprepared for the future and the degree to which you have been conditioned to be dependent upon human-based authority. By the end of the report, you will have had the opportunity to release that dependency and proceed with more constructive attitudes and behaviours.

Said differently, if as a human you have any emotions left which have not been forced into denial or overlaid with the intense emotions of a programmed robot - you will feel betrayed, frustrated, angry, rage, revengeful, despairing, .... This is because the truth hurts when first discovered by someone who has been so skillfully lied to so as to place the person in an ego soothing fantasyland. Resist these negative reactions. Take a few minutes out when you experience them to practice prayer and meditation. If you have the feelings - you have proven to yourself that you need the coping skills. No one cares if you fail - except God.

THE FUTURE IS COMING.
The necessity for correct decisions is becoming more critical.
A time will come when virtually every decision you make will decide the life or death of yourself and those you care most about. At those times, no one else will be there to tell you what to do or what is right. You can learn to make better decisions - no matter your age, your race, your gender, your education. It isn't good enough to learn what a self-centred elite want you to believe: that is why the Earth is in such a turmoil now.

The first step is to learn what a positive culture teaches: learn what has already been tested and failed, or, found successful. Note the what, why, how, where and when. You will not have the luxury of relearning the mistakes and successess of 6000 years of human recorded history. The task is large; it is not impossible.

There are options.
Find the options and you will have hope.
Know the options and you will know confidence.
Practice choice built on a foundation of the awareness of real choices and you will live happier and longer than the many others around you. Pessimists may appear to be correct more often, but in their shortsightedness and lack of a fuller awareness they don't live as long.
