The ancients

Bismuth is a white, crystalline, brittle metal with a pinkish tinge.
Bismuth is the most diamagnetic of all metals, and the thermal conductivity is lower than any metal except mercury. It has a high electrical resistance, and has the highest Hall effect of any metal (that is, the greatest increase in electrical resistance when placed in a magnetic field). Bismuth is stable to oxygen and water but dissolves in concentrated nitric air.
All bismuth salts form insoluble compounds when put into water. Sintering of bismuth and manganese powders at 300 °C produces a permanent magnet and magnetostrictive material, which is used in ultrasonic generators and receivers working in the 10–100 kHz range and in magnetic memory devices.

As a metal, bismuth was known in ancient times, but often confused with lead, tin and antimony.
Bismuth is derived from the German language and means “white mass.” It is a naturally occurring and stable heavy metal and about 86 percent as dense as lead, but much less toxic, which is why alloys of bismuth are now used as replacements for products that have traditionally been made from lead, such as buckshot.

The free element is 86% as dense as lead.
Bismuth was long considered the element with the highest atomic mass that is stable.
However, in 2003 it was discovered to be extremely weakly radioactive: its only primordial isotope, bismuth-209, decays via alpha decay with a half-life more than a billion times the estimated age of the universe. Because of its tremendously long half-life, bismuth may still be considered stable for almost all purposes.

The spiral, stair-stepped structure of bismuth crystals is the result of a higher growth rate around the outside edges than on the inside edges. The variations in the thickness of the oxide layer that forms on the surface of the crystal causes different wavelengths of light to interfere upon reflection, thus displaying a rainbow of colors. When burned in oxygen, bismuth burns with a blue flame and its oxide forms yellow fumes. Its toxicity is much lower than that of its neighbors in the periodic table, such as lead, antimony, and polonium.

Applications
Bismuth metal is used in the manufacture of low melting solders and fusible alloys as well as low toxicity bird shot and fishing sinkers. Certain bismuth compounds are also manufactured and used as pharmaceuticals. Industry makes use of bismuth compounds as catalysts in manifacturing acrylonitrile, the starting material for synthetic fibers and rubbers. Bismuth is sometimes used in the production of shot and shotguns. Bismuth was also known to the Incas and used (along with the usual copper and tin) in a special bronze alloy for knives.

Bismuth oxychloride (BiOCl) is sometimes used in cosmetics, as a pigment in paint for eye shadows, hair sprays and nail polishes. This compound is found as the mineral bismoclite and in crystal form contains layers of atoms that refract light chromatically, resulting in an iridescent appearance similar to nacre of pearl.

Some manufacturers use bismuth as a substitute in equipment for potable water systems such as valves to meet "lead-free" mandates in the U.S. (began in 2014). This is a fairly large application since it covers all residential and commercial building construction. The European Union's Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) for reduction of lead has broadened bismuth's use in electronics as a component of low-melting point solders, as a replacement for traditional tin-lead solders. Its low toxicity will be especially important for solders to be used in food processing equipment and copper water pipes, although it can also be used in other applications including those in the automobile industry, in the EU for example.

Bismuth in the environment
The most important ores of bismuth are bismuthimite and bismite.
Bismuth occurs naturally as the metal itself and is found as crystals in the sulphides ores of nickel, cobalt, silver and tin.
... bismuth's status as a byproduct of extraction of other metals such as lead, copper, tin, molybdenum and tungsten. In the Earth's crust, bismuth is about twice as abundant as gold. Native bismuth is known from Australia, Bolivia, and China.

Bismuth is mainly produced as a by-product from lead and copper smelting, especially in USA.
The chief areas where it is mined are Bolivia, Peru', Japan, Mexico and Canada, but only to the extent of 3.000 tonnes per year. There is no reliable estimate of how much bismuth is available to be mined, but it seems unlikely than there will ever be a shortage of this metal.

Bismuth travels in crude lead bullion (which can contain up to 10% bismuth) through several stages of refining, until it is removed by the Kroll-Betterton process which separates the impurities as slag, or the electrolytic Betts process. Bismuth will behave similarly with another of its major metals, copper. The raw bismuth metal from both processes contains still considerable amounts of other metals, foremost lead. By reacting the molten mixture with chlorine gas the metals are converted to their chlorides while bismuth remains unchanged. Impurities can also be removed by various other methods for example with fluxes and treatments yielding high-purity bismuth metal (over 99% Bi).

Bismuth and its salts can cause kidney damage, although the degree of such damage is usually mild.
Large doses can be fatal. Industrially it is considered one of the less toxic of the heavy metals. Serious and sometimes fatal poisoning may occur from the injection of large doses into closed cavities and from extensive application to burns (in form of soluble bismuth compounds). It is stated that the administration of bismuth should be stopped when gingivitis appears, for otherwise serious ulceration stomatitis is likely to result. Other toxic results may develop, such as vague feeling of bodily discomfort, presence of albumin or other protein substance in the urine, diarrhea, skin reactions and sometimes serious exodermatitis.

Bismuth compounds were once used to treat syphilis, but are now better known as gastrointestinal remedies.

Bismuth is found naturally in very small amounts in some foods and its sulfide and oxide compounds are important for use in cosmetics and medicines. Elemental bismuth is found in some foods, especially those classified as roots, tubers and sea vegetables. Maca root and kelp are sources of bismuth, but contain very small amounts of it.

In industry, bismuth metal is used to manufacture alloys, catalysts, ceramics, cosmetics, magnets, paints, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and x-ray contrast media. Poisonings from this source are seldom reported. In contrast, toxicity from the medicinal use is not uncommon, and may even occur in epidemic form. In the 1970s and 1980s there was an epidemic of bismuth poisoning mostly confined to France and Australia. This was generally attributed to sales promotion of cosmetic preparations containing bismuth salts. Another factor was the increased use of bismuth to treat the increasing number of colostomy patients. Naturally such therapy is long-term, and this greatly increases the chance of bismuth intoxication.

... some salts of bismuth have the additional toxicity potential of the anion apart from the metal component.
The average dose of bismuth subsalicylate contained in Pepto-Bismol has a dose of salicylate almost equal to that of an aspirin once the compound dissociates in the stomach. Those allergic to aspirin may suffer as will children susceptible to Reye's syndrome. With prolonged dosage, actual salicylism has occurred. Likewise, preparations containing bismuth subnitrate taken orally may cause nitrite poisoning.

Bismuth toxicity like that of other heavy metals is attributable to its predilection to combine with sulhydril groups.
Because sulhydril groups are components of many vital enzymes, the effect of bismuth is to denature and destroy the function of these enzymes. Bismuth is toxic to all living organisms who depend on these enzymes. There is little selective toxicity for a particular cell type and the degree of injury depends upon the concentration that develops in a particular organ. Renal toxicity in acute poisoning is evident early because bismuth is excreted mainly by this route, only 10 percent appearing in the feces after an oral dose. In chronic poisoning, all organs are affected. In the skin a lichen planus-like rash, in the mouth stomatitis with a blue black gum line. Inflammation and inclusion bodies in the liver, kidney, and bone are characteristic. In the brain, the lesions will cause encephalitis. ... signs of encephalopathy including confusion, disorientation and rarely seizures, and black stools.

Bismuth is not available as a supplement because it is not essential to your body.
Bismuth doesn’t provide any nutritional benefits directly, although it can be of help with gastrointestinal disorders, which is why it is used in brand-name products such as Pepto-Bismol and Kaopectate. It works by helping to slow the growth of bacteria that might be causing the diarrhea. This product should not be used to self-treat diarrhea if you also have a fever or blood/mucus in the stools. These could be signs of a serious health condition.

This medication is used under a doctor's direction with other medication to treat stomach ulcers caused by a certain bacteria (Helicobacter pylori). Do not use this medication to self-treat ulcers. Bismuth subsalicylate is a salicylate. Salicylates can cause serious bleeding problems when used alone in patients with ulcers. Check the ingredients on the label even if you have used the product before. The manufacturer may have changed the ingredients. Also, products with similar names may contain different ingredients meant for different purposes. Taking the wrong product could harm you.

Bismuth is absorbent and reduces acidity, which is why it is used in medicines for stomach upset, heartburn, diarrhea and some gastrointestinal diseases, such as peptic ulcers, according to the “Compendium of Pharmaceuticals and Specialties.” Specifically, bismuth subsalicylate is used as an anti-diarrheal and is the main ingredient in Pepto-Bismol and Kaopectate. Bibrocathol is another bismuth compound used to treat infections of the eye. Devrom contains bismuth and is used to reduce odor in the bowels.

Before taking bismuth subsalicylate, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you are allergic to aspirin, to salicylates (such as salsalate), or to NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen, naproxen, celecoxib); or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. If you have gout ... consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a bismuth medication. Bismuth medication may contain aspartame. If you have phenylketonuria (PKU) or any other condition that requires you to restrict your intake of aspartame (or phenylalanine), consult your doctor or pharmacist about using this medication safely.

A bismuth drug contains an aspirin-like product (salicylate).
Children and teenagers should not take this product if they have chickenpox, flu, or any undiagnosed illness or if they have recently received a vaccine. In these cases, taking aspirin or aspirin-like products increases the risk of Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness. During the first 6 months of pregnancy, this medication should be used only when clearly needed because of the salicylate. It is not recommended for use during the last 3 months of pregnancy due to possible harm to the unborn baby and interference with normal labor/delivery. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is unknown if this medication passes into breast milk. However, similar drugs pass into breast milk and may have undesirable effects on a nursing infant. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Before using a bismuth medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and nonprescription/herbal products you may use, especially of: valproic acid, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors (such as acetazolamide), corticosteroids (such as prednisone), methotrexate. This medication may increase the risk of bleeding when taken with other drugs that also may cause bleeding. Examples include anti-platelet drugs such as clopidogrel, "blood thinners" such as dabigatran/enoxaparin/warfarin, among others. Check all prescription and nonprescription medicine labels carefully since many contain pain relievers/fever reducers (NSAIDs such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or naproxen) that are similar to this drug and, if taken together, may increase your risk for side effects.

Although the half-life of bismuth is generally short for most of your tissues, it can accumulate in your kidneys and liver with long-term use, causing toxicity symptoms and reduced function, according to “Human Biochemistry and Disease” by Gerald Litwack. This medication may react with other medications (such as tetracycline antibiotics, chloroquine), preventing them from being fully absorbed by your body. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist about how to schedule your medications to prevent this problem.

Persistent vomiting/diarrhea may result in a serious loss of body water (dehydration).
Contact your doctor promptly if you notice any symptoms of dehydration, such as unusual decreased urination, unusual dry mouth/thirst, fast heartbeat, or dizziness/lightheadedness. Tell your doctor right away if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: ringing ears, hearing loss. This drug may rarely cause serious (rarely fatal) bleeding from the stomach or intestines. If you notice any of the following unlikely but serious side effects, stop taking this medication and consult your doctor or pharmacist right away: vomit that looks like coffee grounds, black/tarry/bloody stools, persistent stomach/abdominal pain.

Too much bismuth leads to a dark colored tongue, black deposits within the gums of your mouth and black stools, which are similar symptoms to lead poisoning. Skin and respiratory irritation can also occur following exposure.

According to the Department of Physiology at the University of Tübingen in Germany, anemia is another potential negative side effect of exposure to bismuth and caution is advised when taking any medication containing bismuth. Additionally, certain metals are known to reduce sperm metabolism and contribute to infertility in men. Bismuth has been suspected to be one of those metals.

The increasing use of nanoparticles is prompting many discussions about their safety.
The absolutely tiny size of nano particles has presented new concerns about how easily they’re absorbed and how toxic that can be to our health. The NanoScience Technology Center at the University of Central Florida warns that bismuth nanoparticles are more toxic than other bismuth compounds.

This medication may interfere with certain radiology exams (x-rays of the intestines using contrast dye), possibly causing false test results.

A simple, reliable, and fast bedside test is the modified Reinsch's test.
It can identify mercury, arsenic, antimony, and bismuth.
Use 10 to 15 g of gastric contents or tissue homogenate.
Add 3 ml of concentrated hydrochloric and insert a copper wire spiral.
Heat gently for two hours.

A silvery deposit is mercury; shiny black is bismuth; dull black is arsenic; and purple is antimony.
Confirmatory tests such as the Gutzeit test can confirm each deposit, and they can even be quantified.

Bismuth poisoning can occur and has according to some reports been common in relatively recent times.
As with lead, bismuth poisoning can result in the formation of a black deposit on the gingiva, known as a bismuth line.

Bismuth is not a significant contaminant of commercially-available food and daily intake is estimated to be on the order of 20 mcg/day. Bismuth shot is popular as a nontoxic replacement for lead shot, but can be ingested by waterfowl. One might conceivably have increased exposure to bismuth with steady consumption of wild waterfowl, as elevated levels of bismuth are found in the tissues of birds ingesting such shot. Gun enthusiasts who load their own shotgun shells may be exposed to bismuth through contact with bismuth shot. Significant amounts of bismuth may be ingested chronically in the form of over the counter preparations intended to alleviate GI symptoms such as dyspepsia, nausea, gastritis/ulcer pain, and diarrhea, and urine bismuth may be elevated in these situations. (DiPalma JR. Bismuth toxicity. Am Fam Phys 1988;36:244.)

Bismuth is found in cosmetics (e.g.foundation), as a "pearlizing agent" because it produces a shimmery, pearlescent appearance and has a fine white powder texture that adheres well to skin. In industry, bismuth metal is used to manufacture alloys, catalysts, ceramics, magnets, paints, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors. No toxicity from industrial exposure to bismuth has been reported. Bismuth is generally considered to be non-toxic in acute exposure.

Large (multigram) oral doses of absorbable bismuth are needed to produce immediate symptoms of toxicity.
Bismuth encephalopathy is a rare and often reversible complication of chronic bismuth ingestion. It has been mistaken for Alzheimer's Dementia (Summers WK. Bismuth Toxicity Masquerading as Alzheimer's Dementia.
J Alzheimers Dis 1998;1(1):57-59.) and can manifest in the setting of chronic ingestion of over the counter remedies, as mentioned above.

Symptoms of bismuth encephalopathy include fatigue, lethargy, changes in mental status, memory impairment, tremor, ataxia, and myoclonus. A characteristic linear blue-black gingival pigmentation ("Bismuth line") may develop with chronic bismuth exposure. Chronic bismuth toxicity may also present with a neurologic picture similar to Parkinsonism. There are older reports of such presentations in individuals treated with bismuth preparations for syphilis.

Bismuth is a naturally occurring metal used to manufacture solder, fishing anchors, shotgun pellets, and more.
Many cosmetics and pharmaceuticals also contain bismuth in various forms. Bismuth subsalicylate is an active ingredient in many popular, over-the-counter upset stomach remedies. Bismuth oxychloride is used in cosmetics. Bismuth subgallate is an active ingredient in products used to address flatulence odor. ...

Bismuth can be inhaled, ingested, or absorbed through the skin.
The most common exposure to bismuth happens by way of working in close proximity to the element.
For instance, a plumber may be exposed by breathing in soldering fumes (not good).
Consuming medications that contain bismuth, or using cosmetic products that contain bismuth will also put you at risk of exposure.

Some people who hunt wild game do so to feed on a free-range animal.
That can be a good intent, however, using lead shot can potentially lead to lead contamination in the meat.
Bismuth has been promoted as a more-safe substitute to toxic lead in ammunition.
But, a bioavailability study of bismuth shows that, like lead, bismuth can be measured in the urine and blood of animals.

Symptoms of Bismuth Exposure
While many people will tell you that bismuth is non-toxic in small amounts, sufficient exposure can produce nausea, headache, diarrhea, and pain.

The absolutely tiny size of nano particles has presented new concerns about how easily they’re absorbed and how toxic that can be to our health. The NanoScience Technology Center at the University of Central Florida warns that bismuth nanoparticles are more toxic than other bismuth compounds.

It’s also important to note that children overcoming the chicken pox should avoid stomach remedies that contain bismuth subsalicylate as it may cause Reye’s syndrome.

Uses of: Bismuth in Medicine. INDEX
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bismuth

Bismuth has few commercial applications, and those applications that use it generally require small quantities relative to other raw materials. In the United States, for example, 884 tonnes of bismuth were consumed in 2010, of which 63% went into chemicals (including pharmaceuticals, pigments, and cosmetics); 26% into metallurgical additives for casting and galvanizing; 7% into bismuth alloys, solders and ammunition; and 4% into research and other uses.

Some manufacturers use bismuth as a substitute in equipment for potable water systems such as valves to meet "lead-free" mandates in the U.S. (began in 2014). This is a fairly large application since it covers all residential and commercial building construction.

In the early 1990s, researchers began to evaluate bismuth as a nontoxic replacement for lead in various applications.

Medicines
Bismuth is an ingredient in some pharmaceuticals, although the use of some of these substances is declining.

  • Bismuth subsalicylate is used as an antidiarrheal; it is the active ingredient in such "Pink Bismuth" preparations as Pepto-Bismol, as well as the 2004 reformulation of Kaopectate. It is also used to treat some other gastro-intestinal diseases and cadmium poisoning. The mechanism of action of this substance is still not well documented, although an oligodynamic effect (toxic effect of small doses of heavy metal ions on microbes) may be involved in at least some cases. Salicylic acid from hydrolysis of the compound is antimicrobial for toxogenic E. coli, an important pathogen in traveler's diarrhea.

  • a combination of bismuth subsalicylate and bismuth subcitrate is used to treat the bacteria causing peptic ulcers.

  • Bibrocathol is an organic bismuth-containing compound used to treat eye infections.

  • Bismuth subgallate, the active ingredient in Devrom, is used as an internal deodorant to treat malodor from flatulence ("gas") and feces.

  • Bismuth compounds (including sodium bismuth tartrate) were formerly used to treat syphilis.

  • "Milk of bismuth" (an aqueous solution of bismuth hydroxide and bismuth subcarbonate) was marketed as an alimentary cure-all in the early 20th century

  • Bismuth subnitrate (Bi5O(OH)9(NO3)4) and bismuth subcarbonate (Bi2O2(CO3)) are also used in medicine.

Cosmetics and pigments
Bismuth oxychloride (BiOCl) is sometimes used in cosmetics, as a pigment in paint for eye shadows, hair sprays and nail polishes. This compound is found as the mineral bismoclite and in crystal form contains layers of atoms that refract light chromatically, resulting in an iridescent appearance similar to nacre of pearl. It was used as a cosmetic in ancient Egypt and in many places since. Bismuth white (also "Spanish white") can refer to either bismuth oxychloride or bismuth oxynitrate (BiONO3), when used as a white pigment.

Article: How to Detox Your Body of Bismuth. INDEX

For severe acute and chronic poisoning, chelation therapy with BAL is often recommended.
Many experts prefer to treat conservatively and expectantly, allowing the bismuth to be excreted gradually.
In support of this view, there is evidence that chelation therapy that solubilizes the bismuth leads to an increased concentration in the brain so some harm can be done by attempting to rapidly excrete bismuth. Other authorities feel that penicillamine is a safer chelator for bismuth.

There are few, if any, currently available (2017-12) references specifically to the detoxing of Bismuth high levels of toxicity. Most references to Bismuth refer categorically to the use of a "Heavy Metal Detox Protocol" or product which can be anything advocated for the detox of more commonly recognized toxins, such as Lead or Mercury.

Vitamin C
- vitamin c is an essential nutrient and potent antioxidant.
Many studies have demonstrated that vitamin c can be beneficial in the treatment and prevention of the common cold, respiratory ailments and urinary tract infections.

Citrus Bioflavonoids
(from natural citrus fruits) provide a rich source of antioxidants which research has shown to benefit the cardiovascular system, osteoarthritis and in the prevention of several other chronic diseases. in addition, research suggests that bioflavonoids may help increase intracellular levels of vitamin c, while protecting the vitamin c from oxidation.

Sea Buckthorn berries
are a fruit of significant nutritional value and are renowned from centuries of medicinal usage for skin, heart and liver health in both Europe and Asia. Sea Buckthorn is very rich in natural vitamin c, vitamin E, carotenoids, proteins and phytosterols, as well as being a potent source of antioxidants and essential fatty acids.

Rutin is a citrus bioflavonoid with studies suggesting benefits for the cardiovascular and circulatory systems.

Zinc is an important nutrient that helps to maintain a healthy immune function.

Combination Rationale:
Synergy C™ combines the benefits of 1,000mg of buffered mineral vitamin c with the enhanced bioavailability action of antioxidants and flavonoids. the pH neutral buffered mineral sources of vitamin c from calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium ascorbates are combinations of ascorbic acid bonded with minerals to provide maximum absorption of vitamin c, while avoiding indigestion and protecting kidney health, which can be compromised when taking large doses of ascorbic acid alone.

Citrus bioflavonoids and rutin are powerful antioxidants which provide protection against the oxidative damage of free radicals. Some studies even suggest that bioflavonoids can help protect the antioxidant action of vitamin c. Bioflavonoids help increase intracellular levels of vitamin c and can also prolong the effectiveness of the vitamin c.

Sea Buckthorn berries contain naturally high levels of vitamin c. the health benefits of Sea Buckthorn berries can be found in the seed and pulp oil. CanPrev's Synergy C™ contains a complete whole pulp extract.

Zinc citrate has been added to complete this natural buffering activity, while supporting a strong immune function.

Glutathione (600mg) and Ca-EDTA (1,600mg), one month supply, comes with a FREE 'StopReabsorb' bowel cleanse.
Beats Detoxamin(R) and other similar EDTA products.

Over 3X more toxins are excreted.
The free StopReabsorb bowel cleanse cuts down on the reabsorbtion of toxins from the colon.

ToxDetox™ is a nutritional industry first - with never before available, professional strength reduced Glutathione (600mg) and CaNa2EDTA (1,600mg) in a cocoa butter based rectal suppository. As ToxDetox™ was researched and developed, a human study concurrently confirmed the powerful benefits of combined Glutathione and EDTA application for toxic removal:
3.8 times more toxins were excreted in the urine compared to EDTA only or Glutathione only applications [1].
ToxDetox beats Detoxamin(R) and other similar EDTA products.

ToxDetox™ raises the bar among detoxification products for efficiency, safety, and a broader spectrum of toxins removed, along with Glutathione’s immune boosting properties.

ToxDetox™ successfully targets the main health impacts of environmental and endogenous toxins:
mitochondrial toxicity, immunotoxicity, endocrine and neurotoxicity.

Suppositories provide very similar results to IV methods of administration since the ingredients in the suppository are absorbed by the wall of the rectum and carried straight into the systemic circulation (circumventing the entero-hepatic portal system where ingredients are broken down). Rectal absorption could be also compared to transdermal (through the skin) absorption due to the anatomy of the rectum.

De-calcification (EDTA) and immune boosting (glutathione) should be always a part of the best detoxification protocols.

CaNa2EDTA has been safely and widely used, since the 1950s, to bind and remove toxic heavy metal contamination in the body.

Lead, mercury, cadmium, manganese, iron, aluminum, arsenic, uranium, and other metals replace calcium, kept in the ring-shaped CaNa2EDTA, as it is being excreted.

Dosage
The recommended therapy is a minimum of three boxes of ToxDetox™.
Take and extra box for every ten years over the age of 40 (4 boxes over 50, 5 boxes over 60, etc.)
The total number of suppositories required depends on your toxicity level and exposure to toxic metals.

It is recommended to take a ToxDetox™ suppository every forth nights over the first two weeks for a slower start and every second days afterwards at bedtime, after a bowel movement, or as recommended by your health care professional.

Take your StopReabsorb bowel cleanse oral capsules 2 hours before you go to bed in the evenings, whenever you take a ToxDetox suppository.

There are benefits in going through with the whole detox program again a year later.
By this time the toxins from the deeper storage locations (e.g. from the bones) have time to come to more superficial places for effective detoxification.

Use one suppository weekly for maintenance.

    How to Use ToxDetox™

  • consider taking StopReabsorb™ bowel cleanse capsules 2 hours
before taking the suppository to stop the reabsorption of toxins from the colon

  • take your daily vitamins as usual

  • take your minerals at least 5 hours BEFORE taking the suppository (to avoid mineral-toxin competition)

  • it is recommended to eat your dinner and drink a glass of water 2 to 3 hours before your bedtime

  • empty your bowels before inserting the suppository

    • remove the plastic wrapping from one suppository

    • moisten the suppository or put a bit of coconut oil to the tip of the suppository for easier insertion

    • insert it gently into the rectum past the sphincter muscles with your finger (use a “sandwich bag” for cleaner insertion)

    • try not to empty your bowels overnight (or for a few hours)

  • keep yourself hydrated while detoxifying

  • preferably eat organic, non-GMO, and 50% raw food

  • try to reduce/avoid EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) radiation to increase the rate of metal excretion from your body(!)

  • do daily high intensity, intermittent bouts of exercises to improve blood and lymph circulation (and spike your HGH levels). Ideally, these high-intensity interval trainings consist a total of 10 minutes of very intense exertion (swimming, sprinting, jumping) with short recovery periods in between. Combine this with 'SuperSlow weight lifting'

  • reduce your calorie intake or fast a day or two per week to open up your fat cells to release more (fat soluble) toxins

Our current diet and lifestyle conditions do not support high enough levels of glutathione and thus it must be supplemented.

Glutathione is the most important, natural, master detoxifier and the body's main antioxidant, protecting our cells and making our energy metabolism run well. Normally glutathione is recycled in the body -- except when the toxic load becomes too great.

Glutathione levels are significantly lower in chronic disease patients, suggesting either that glutathione deficiency contributes to the disease, or, more likely, that chronic diseases use high levels of protective glutathione. In either case, supplementation with glutathione could be expected to alleviate much of the cellular toxicity that contributes to diseases, which is why animal and human studies suggest an important role for glutathione supplementation in chronic disease conditions.

CAUTION:
ToxDetox™ should not be used during breastfeeding or pregnancy, as the toxins would then be passed on to the baby.
However, it is strongly recommended to detoxify months before conception for healthier, less toxic babies. Keep out of reach of children. Store at either room temperature or refrigerate. Never freeze.

[1] Effect of glutathione on the cadmium chelation of EDTA in a patient with cadmium intoxication.

EDTA has both strong 'antibiotic' effects on its own and through its profound bacterial biofilm disrupting effects. These dual actions can turn MultiDrug-Resistant (MDR) microorganisms into resistant ones (!), underlining the lifesaving role EDTA can play. In a study, EDTA treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms resulted in 1,000 fold greater killing than treatment with the antibiotic gentamicin

Most commercial fulvic acid products available on the market are “first generation” fulvic acids extracted from the fermentation of peat and sugar, or are a byproduct of coal manufacturing. The process of chemically extracting fulvic acid removes or destroys other organic acids.

A mature all natural fulvic source product will contain more than 70 trace elements and minerals and as many electrolytes, naturally occurring amino acids, vitamins and organic acids.

The pH of our MLG-50 Fulvic Minerals is 2.0-2.3 after extraction and it will remain stable without the addition of preservatives. Producers of products that have a neutral pH of 7 have used hydroxides in their extraction process and are therefore considered synthetic by the USDA and FDA. These neutral pH forms of fulvic require the addition of a preservative, most commonly potassium sorbate.

First generation (man made) products do not contain the same levels of naturally- occurring constituents.

If your body is toxic to any degree, you may have some reactions such as a strong body odor on the skin and breath, outbreaks on the skin, a rash, darker stools and a strong urine odor. You may also get a headache or experience aches in muscles or joints - especially if you have not been drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day, which is important to assist in the elimination process to remove the toxins that may have been laying dormant in "pockets" throughout the body. If any of these symptoms appear, they are generally temporary.

Key Benefits:

Articles on the Internet are transitory.
The publishers may remove them, change sites, change URLs, or change titles.
For the purpose of maintaining an availability of these articles for us, I have reprinted parts here with authorship maintained, coding simplified for error-free loading and minimal file size, and a LINK to the original document. NOTHING in writing is absolute; don't treat human opinion, projection, and observation as an Idol. Doing so can kill you, or worse, have you impose abuse on others.

I gathered and researched this data, mediated with the Grace of God through prayer, first, as a benefit in my interest in exploring available digital information which would acquaint me with the overall content related to the subject. I have found that God is ALWAYS available when we are Reverent in our Asking, open-minded in our Listening, and, Assertive in our Choice of Action. Doctors did not expect me to survive birth. In the past 25 years, medical and health "experts" have cautioned or directed me, more than 14 times, that I had little time left to live, or would die ... because THEY did not understand my challenges, were not motivated to professionally diagnose, or, chose to superstitiously recall as absolute previously flawed training. I am still alive beyond age 70. With the assistance of God, my Personality, the research and lack of dismissiveness of a number of persons ... I have found resolution to numerous health challenges. This has enabled me to assist many others who had been abandoned. May it also empower you. This is one document which you may find helpful as a BASIC introduction to the subject.
