NEGATIVE STRESS CHARTS

Environmental Illness and Allergies
Where do they come from ?

Chronic long-term illnesses are personal --
they are tailored to your genetic and self-experience.

HOW MUCH Negative Stress IS TOO MUCH?

Below are three STRESS TEST charts which I have used in the past to evaluate negative stress loading. With Hypersensitivities, the result consistently suggests that each individual has a limit of how much accumulated negative stress the REPTILIAN structure of the brain will allow.

Once that limit or threshold is reached, the REPTILIAN structure begins to take control of your life and automate your behaviors with the result of ruthlessly eliminating negative stress sources without your choice. Check the listing of comparative stress factors below to gain a sense of your stress load.

Remember this:
A total score of over 300 points from either of the above 3 charts within a 12 month period indicates a high probability of developing an illness.

A score of over 510 points in any 18 month period is an indicator of potential development and display of hypersensitivity symptoms.

The Positive Stress scores of the 4th table may be subtracted from the Negative Stress scores of either of the earlier 3 tables to give an indication of the healthfulness of your lifestyle.

YOU CAN AVOID, diminish and recover from environmental hypersensitivities.
I had 36 hypersensitivities of which 5 gave me life threatening symptoms.
I recovered fully within a period of 2 years while experimenting to find out what was effective.

YOU CAN RECOVER, or, at the very least, cope better and live longer and happier with the information on these pages as a guide.

Change is Stress = Energy Activation.
