PREFACE
This page is an example of how one can take the original description of the spiritual Principle addressed by the specified Bach Flower Remedy noted in the reference, at the bottom of this page, and reframe it into a learning tool to assist you to build a new coping skill --- a constructive attitude and behavior pattern.
The description in the book is BEST for a person who has the energy block or is going through a session to release that block. The description by Scheffer is largely of what a destructive attitude and pattern of the spiritual Principle would be like if one had this particular type of energy block. That description enables awareness to increase and allows the Reptilian Structure to more inclusively bring together the components of the block concerned, when indicated, so that it can be released.
AFTER the energy block is gone, one May still find it helpful to counter the still present IMPRINTING that has also been imposed on the Identity by the person's environment. This is NOT always the case. Only about 37% of my clients would benefit from this. Only 11% (usually the more intense) need this benefit to make their improvement assured and hopeful against an environment that encourages the negative Principle.

WHITE CHESTNUT relates to the soul qualities of Tranquility and Discernment.
A person who can remain calm and focused while others around them and their environment tend to be chaotic, unpredictable, and ever changing is typical of someone in the Positive White Chestnut state. Their balanced emotional involvement enables them to restrain their Ego (Personal values) and SuperEgo (Social standards) from interfering with one's Personal Spirit access to Spiritual Guidance and thus safeguards them from many misunderstandings, projections, and fears.
A mother who has endured through her pregnancy against the constant stresses of fear, anxiety, turmoil, abuse, poverty, war, urgency, and/or chronic health problems is likely to bear a child whose Reptilian Structure assumes "normal" to be a negative White Chestnut state. Uncertainty and a lack of acknowledgement, encouragement, or acceptance in situations like those of working in a new job, starting a new career, sharing the home of one's new in-laws, or, moving to a new country which has a different language -- also present a base of emotional anxiety and over-sensitivity. If placed in an orderly, calm, and loving environment, the negative White Chestnut child, or adult, will likely react and re-make it into one of chaos -- the state it is most comfortable with as the constant imprinted upon it before birth. Rebelliousness and diminished self-esteem tend to develop.
Imprinted negative White Chestnut states will often be displayed by the person talking constantly, assuming an audience whether being listened to or not. When by themselves, an internal dialogue will be in progress making an effort to explore all possibilities to resolve a problem and find all possibilities of a problem with any changes made or in the making. With criticism, judgement, shame, and embarrassment sought to be avoided at all costs, one must control the interactions of the present so that no one has an opportunity to draw attention to the defensive victim. Considerable physical tension may be present and is sometimes displayed as cold in the extremities (fear), constipation (producing brain fag, abdominal swelling, and headaches), and a deficiency of silica. The presence of such anxieties in an environment of calm may be so emotionally contradictory between the Heart, Spirit, and Reptilian Structure that Herpes and other viruses may be reactivated. Mercury toxicity and a lack of freshly picked vegetables can further intensify these symptoms.
Energy blocks which are negative White Chestnut in pattern are often formed following a harsh and intense scolding of a child, or an adult, for an error not intended, not understood, or, not recognized as being one's responsibility. Mental distractions may now arise to accompany any decision with the purpose to prevent any error by attempting to project the standards and beliefs of all of one's mentors into the equation. Such projections can become quite involved, intense, and illusory as the individual attempts to formulate what persons may think or which standards an organization might apply, of which little is known, against a decision, about the subject of which little is known. At times the individual may become so distracted within their mind that they temporarily lose conscious awareness of their surroundings.
Negative White Chestnut behaviors are most likely to be triggered by experiences which the afflicted individual perceives to be of a nature of abandonment. An expected telephone call, e-mail, or letter not received. What could one have done to deserve such rejection! A decision made which returns unexpected realities. How could those particulars have been overlooked! A comment made which irritates an insecurity which is held in denial. How could that person have made such a cruel and tactless comment (even if it were true, which it is not)! There is a sensitivity to abandonment which builds from the constant need for attention and interaction. Many others cannot abide such a monopolization of their attention and choices by someone else and leave either physically or in spirit. Self-sabotaged, the dependent person is in danger of becoming paranoid, combative, angry, and depressed --- although these attitudes and emotions are often directed inwardly.
Unbelievably dramatic changes in one's life may also elicit shorter-term negative White Chestnut states which may develop into energy blocks. Having a marriage fall apart which one has always expected to and believed he or she had done everything possible to have survive, is one instance. Looking after one's own health and having a continuing interest in health matters and then falling ill to a chronic illness that threatens to become quickly acute and possibly fatal, and then being told by the medical experts that nothing can be done, is another instance. Entering a marriage or other intimate relationship in total commitment, trust, and faith -- and then have it fall apart through betrayal and deception by the one you placed total confidence in -- can also set off a negative Sweet Chestnut state.
A dramatic change in the ongoing nature of one's lifestyle can also initiate a parallel White Chestnut state that rises in intensity for a time in accord with the consistency of the change. This could happen if one participant in a marriage were to release all of their energy blocks, or, engage in other self-development skill-building -- and exchange decades of imprinted and energy blocked negative White Chestnut style lifestyle for one which was acknowledging, sharing, calm, and positive spiritually in a number of other ways. A reaction by one's Reptilian Structure to re-introduce a chronic negative White Chestnut state could take the form of physical anxiety mirrored in constipation, cold extremities, insomnia, lymphatic stagnation, tiredness, brain fog, poor assimilation, and difficulties with fixed ideas and periodic conscientiousness about trifles. Ironically, a less obsessive, less materialistic, and less interpersonally destructive lifestyle may precipitate the symptoms of a chronic illness!
Breaking the negative White Chestnut spell requires a self-awareness of one's being triggered, an understanding of the pattern origin and dynamic, and, a willingness to repattern one's Reptilian Structure to be able to accept calm and harmony as more "normal" than chaos; to adopt self-acceptance in place of emotional dependency. Here are a few alternatives:
-
Release your Energy Blocks;
-
Take White Chestnut Remedy and say White Chestnut affirmations.
[This is also true for other Remedy negative states.]
-
Practice meditation exercises to learn a pattern of calm.
[Yoga, Tai'Chi, breathing exercises, Qijong, knitting, painting, prayer, ...]
-
Acknowledge that God will help you with any problem you have and provide you with the optimal solution but only if you LISTEN -- and you MUST be calm, reverent, and open to receive the Spiritual Guidance.
"I dismiss all strange and outdated thought concepts."
