PREFACE
This page is an example of how one can take the original description of the spiritual Principle addressed by the specified Bach Flower Remedy noted in the reference, at the bottom of this page, and reframe it into a learning tool to assist you to build a new coping skill --- a constructive attitude and behavior pattern.
The description in the book is BEST for a person who has the energy block or is going through a session to release that block. The description by Scheffer is largely of what a destructive attitude and pattern of the spiritual Principle would be like if one had this particular type of energy block. That description enables awareness to increase and allows the Reptilian Structure to more inclusively bring together the components of the block concerned, when indicated, so that it can be released.
AFTER the energy block is gone, one May still find it helpful to counter the still present IMPRINTING that has also been imposed on the Identity by the person's environment. This is NOT always the case. Only about 37% of my clients would benefit from this. Only 11% (usually the more intense) need this benefit to make their improvement assured and hopeful against an environment that encourages the negative Principle.

OLIVE relates to the soul qualities of Regeneration, Peace, Restored Balance.
A person who has found it necessary, by their Mission, Spiritual Guidance, or responsibility --- to withstand the great demands of enduring a long illness, long hours without sleep, a long duration of inadequate sleep, change, or unhealthy diet --- and continues to look completely to Spiritual Guidance for direction will receive the energies they require for continuance or recovery --- is in a positive Olive state. Such requirements may take the form of years of voluntary work in addition to multiple low paying and high involvement positions, or, a higher responsibility professional career. Their passion for their Mission extends from their faith in Spiritual Guidance and reverence for God.
Persons who have reached a point of absolute systemic exhaustion have responded to the above environments with more involvement by their Identity factors. A Reptilian Structure burdened by energy blocks and spiritually negative patterning will have expended much energy in inner conflict and resistance to the directions of Spiritual Guidance. An invasive Ego of personal values will have increasingly brought an unconscious or conscious awareness to the lack of personal needs and wants fulfillment. A well-intentioned SuperEgo of social expectations and standards will have found and noted many instances in which one's Guided direction does not garner social respect from receipt and possession of power in the form of financial wealth, political influence, or, social respect and recognition. Spiritual sources of energies have been blocked and available energies have been wasted.
To constructively cope with the real and presently acute demands of an extended Olive environment, activities of energy regeneration include the following:
- sleep as and when Spiritually Guided;
- relaxation in nature and solitude;
- shared and private intimacy for pleasure;
- yoga, tai chi, Qijong -- to balance flow;
- prayer and/or meditation focusing on reverence;
- negative energy release through visualization;
- full body exercise: walking, swimming, sexuality;
- food intake suitable for one's blood type;
- take Olive Bach Remedy drops, when indicated.
The Basic Personality of a person in an Olive environment must exercise great self-control and self-discipline in order to discern the elemental times and duration during which activities of regeneration can be participated in. Delaying too long may lead to physical, emotional, or spiritual breakdown in which the individual loses direction and may sabotage their earlier efforts. Involvement too soon, too often, or, for too long in such activities can sabotage one's Mission by a failure to maintain a relevant level of performance as demanded by time sensitive opportunities and responsibilities.
Excessive control, devotion, or pride can sabotage.
For an Ego or SuperEgo which has sincerely accepted their role in one's Mission, great humility may be necessary to maintain a constant contact with one's Holy Spirit and accept that sometimes completion of a part may require postponement or continuation when it seems that such change creates inner conflict projected from an expectation of external resistance from others. The reality is often that others are appreciative of or unaware of our efforts and are not the source of the demands we fear to pace.
