Syclovir, plankton diatoms

Our studies indicate there are some simple and practical things that you can do to interrupt the production of yeast and kill or destroy overgrowth in the human body. You may also be interested in knowing that there is a new non toxic product that can 'nuke' Candida overgrowth from the moments after you ingest it. You will actually feel yeast being killed off in your body.

This powdery substance is actually plankton diatoms that are very very good at what they do. ...

The greatest health threat to human life today is ... very likely a largely unknown or underestimated enemy, Fungus Overgrowth in the human body. It may be the greatest threat because most ignore it while others deny its existence. Doctors are not required to report any fungus caused diseases or deaths. And as you’ll see doctors even contribute to the dangerous Candida overgrowth in our bodies. ...

This helps explain why there is no simple solution to 'Chronic Fatigue, diabetes or heart disease, cancer, Fibromyalgia, and many more diseases.’ A host of some of these disorders are called a syndrome, in other words they are your fault. And where do the great scientists of our time say all these diseases come from? No one knows. ...

What is the fungal immune system?
Initially in a adult it is about 4-8 lbs of friendly bacteria in the lower gut. This comprises about 85% of all organisms in the bowels. The remaining 15% is fungus. It takes this ratio to keep the fungus in check. Fungus is the aggressor and is much more powerful than the bacteria. Fungus has no anti-bodies to protect itself but it produces very deadly mycotoxins. ...

Once the fungus takes over the bowels it migrates upward until reaching the small intestine where digestion and assimilation of all nutrients takes place. However, when the small intestine fills with fungus this process cannot take place. Organs and glands are deprived of its building blocks and systems begin to fail.

Hypoglycemia
Symptoms begin to show up and are usually viewed as individual diseases themselves.

The fungus in seeking its main food of SUGAR upsets the body’s whole sugar system. The person deprived of the chaperone minerals needed to escort sugar and insulin into the cells…… becomes hypoglycemic. They now have low cellular sugar, a perfect playground for fungus to feed. However, now the cells do not have enough sugar to burn for energy so we become weak if we do not eat often and we surely do not have enough sugar to keep us alive during the night!

The brain now signals the adrenal gland to send out adrenal hormones to keep the body functioning during the night, which it does. But the side effect is that during the night the person may get hot or they may even have night sweats!
The adrenal gland is now working 24 hours per day! ...

This fermenting begins the failure of the THYROID to get its building blocks to produce it's hormones in order to regulate body temperature and important help towards the making of some neuro-transmitters.

Not only does this lack of thyroid hormone produce some fatigue and make the person’s hands & feet cold but it can effect the brain in several ways. One is foggy thinking. It seems to physically interrupt short term memory because of Candida’s alcohol by-product. Alcohol is documented to cause brain and nervous system damage. ...

The alcohol by-product can make you semi-drunk and foggy minded. ...

Depression
The other is in the form of depression since the thyroid may be deprived of Iodine and the amino acid tyrosine because of mal-absorption. A severe case of hypo-thyroid-ism may result. Often however, upon examination the thyroid will fall into a low-end-zone of what is considered medically OK. In most cases no hormone is given and the condition continues. ...

.. the thyroid is also involved in the production of some neuro-transmitters. Without these they may soon feel they require a drug for problems with depression. ..

Progesterone
Ever wonder why so many women have to use progesterone cream? It is because fungus devours it and changes it into prednisone. ...

***
Prednisone is just one of the many powerful mycotoxins of the fungus that can kill bacteria. This explains why most women are estrogen dominant. Not that they have a lot of estrogen but they lack progesterone due to fungus.

These imbalances can cause the face to break out, breast to lose firmness, hair problems and the most significant…. Depression even migraines. Aside from these problems a woman’s skin can become so sensitive she can’t stand to be touched. The skin can become so painful intimacy becomes impossible. ...

In fact the mycotoxins secreted by the fungus confuse the immune system and these unwanted invaders can hide in open view without an immune response.

Little known fact: Candida suppresses the production of macrophages, one of the main components of the immune system. And when engulfed by a macrophage, fungus is able to destroy the macrophage.

***
Fungi secrete enzymes to digest cells, then the body releases chemicals – unfortunately more tissue death. Then when the immune system arrives on the scene to clean up the damaged cells as it is supposed to do, it often gets blamed for all the death and destruction. An example is the destruction of Beta cells on the pancreas that makes a person an insulin dependant diabetic. ...

Migrating into the ears the fungus causes ringing, doctors give it a name and treat it as a separate disease like all of the other symptoms of fungus overgrowth. If the ears are ringing the next step is to move further in and cause dizziness and loss of balance. ...

.. Epstein Barr virus, or another large viral colony which hides in the spinal fluid and also in the midst of Candida’s mycotoxins which confuses the immune system. ..

.. Syclovir:
Syclovir is an mFG (marine food grade) compound that may absorb 1,000 times it’s own weight by volume of bacteria, parasites, viruses and toxins. It safely contains them so the body can easily eliminate them by passing them through the bowels thus enabling the body to heal itself.

Bathing in this product also helps relax & detoxify the body through the skin.

One of the base ingredients in Syclovir is made from unique diatoms specifically processed for human consumption. This crystalline powder is a pH balanced, buffered, absorbent compound 100% safe. ...

The product does not cure anything.
However, users worldwide report that it efficiently targets viruses, parasites, worms, Candida and toxins, etc, allowing the body to heal itself. This product has the distinction of being our best seller for 2 years running.

Ingredients in powder: A proprietary blend of mFG diatoms, certified Kosher distilled vinegar and exfoliate grade pure cane sugar.
COST: US $39.00/11 oz jar.

Candida Albicans - The Yeast Connection
AUTHOR: Barratt & Wilders, 2005

Candida infections have been viewed for many years as a minor infection that affects mucous membranes such as the vaginal passages and mouth. However, evidence presented during the past decade suggests that it is more than an opportunistic infection. It has now been associated with a variety of conditions ranging from mental disorders, deranged immune system, food intolerance, gastric upsets, premenstrual tension, infertility, ovarian failure, sexual function difficulties and fatigue.

The rise of this organism as a causative agent in many disease processes follows on the increased use of broad spectrum antibiotics, oral contraceptives, steroid drugs and other immune suppressive drugs [and heavy metal and mercury toxicity].

Candida albicans suppresses both cellular and humoral defence systems. It also acts as a cross reactive antigen with the parietal cells of the [***] stomach, ovary and thyroid cells. This may result in an auto immune response to these cells and give rise to abnormal function of these organs and cells. It can also be an indirect tumour growth promoter and thus must be controlled in any individual that has cancer. More and more people are tracing various health problems to stubborn, yeastlike fungi called Candida albicans. ...

.. Candida albicans produces a variety of toxic metabolites with immuno-suppressive characteristics. It produces [***] corticosteroids and oestrogen that may play a role in immuno-suppression. These hormones potentiate each other and cause a broad suppression of cell mediated immunity, increase in serum antibody production and decrease in secretory IgA. Decreased secretory IgA increases susceptibility to mucosal colonisation by potentially pathogenic organisms and may allow increased uptake of highly antigenic intestinal contents. That is, increase the risk of food intolerance or allergic reactions. ... Because this fungus travels through the bloodstream to many parts of the body, various symptoms may develop.

.. An infected mother may pass the fungal infection known as thrush to the newborn. Most often the baby's tongue will appear red and be covered with white spots that resemble milk spots. Thrush may also infect the baby's buttocks, appearing as a rash. Because there is no simple, accurate test, this infection is difficult to detect. ...

Some tests that have been used are "Chronic Fungal Disease Profile", performed on blood serum samples, the Candida Immuno Assay (CEIA) and the Candida Albicans Antibody Titer Test (CAATT), which also requires correlation to a questionnaire. ...

Vegetarian F.O.S. Fructo Oligo Saccharide Food Supplement. F.O.S selectively support the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria and form part of the group of compounds found in raw fruits and vegetables such as artichokes, chicory and dandelion. F.O.S encourages peristaltic motion and is water dispersible and acts as a bulking agent in the bowel.. Can be used as a nutritional support in candida and yeast free diets. F.O.S does not elevate blood sugar nor deplete B Vitamins from the diet. ...

Biocidin
... grapefruit seed extract. It is a herbal compound traditionally used to help maintain the correct balance of intestinal flora. Is beneficial when used in conjunction with a low yeast and low sugar diet. Biocidin Forte is also available at twice the strength and Paracidin in liquid from, is available for those individuals who have trouble swallowing capsules. Grapefruit seeds have antiparasitic and antifungal properties and is tolerated by individuals who are sensitive to citrus. ...

Evening Primrose Oil
.. Not actually a primrose at all, the evening primrose is related to the rose bay willow herb family ... its seeds contained as much as 15% oil, which was later found to have the benefit of a new fatty acid, gamma linolenic acid (GLA) - as well as the more usual oleic and linolenic acids. ...

Indeed, GLA helps to build healthy cell membranes in every single cell of the body and also converts in the body to prostaglandin E1 (PGE 1), which has numerous functions including preventing blood clots, inhibiting cholesterol synthesis, inflammation and abnormal cell growth.

GLA has also been found in oats, barley, borage, blackcurrant oil, in small amounts in cows milk, and spirulina.

Interestingly, human breast milk is another rich source, which is one of the reasons why breastfeeding is very important to the health of babies.

Evening primrose oil contains essential fatty acids belonging to the linoleic acid family and whilst there is no shortage of linoleic acid in foods, there are many things which can prevent it from being converted into GLA, such as a diet rich in saturated fats, cholesterol, trans fatty acids, more than moderate amounts of alcohol, sugar stress hormones, the aging process, lack of zinc, viral infections etc. This is why supplements of EPO can be so helpful. ...

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Our daily protein requirement is really a need for amino acids. Dietary amino acids are classified as "essential" or "non-essential." Essential amino acids (histidine, isoleucine, leucine, Iysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine) cannot be manufactured by the body and must be supplied in the diet or ill-health results. The non-essential amino acids are also essential for health but can be synthesized in the body from the essential amino acids. Both the essential and non-essential amino acids are reassembled as hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters (chemical messengers), antibodies and nutrient carriers. ...

L-Arginine: It is essential in muscle metabolism because it provides a vehicle for transport, storage and excretion of nitrogen. L-arginine is an important component in tissue generation and regeneration. It is highly concentrated in the skin and connective tissue and helps to remove ammonia from the body as part of the urea cycle. ...

L-Carnitine: Carnitine is actually a dipeptide - an amino acid made up of two other essential aminos, methionine and lysine. L-carnitine is important for fat metabolism, especially in heart and muscle cells. It is also necessary for the transport of long chain fatty acids into cell mitochondria where the acids are oxidized and burned for energy.

L-Cysteine: It is a sulfur-bearing amino acid with antioxidant properties. Important for keratin synthesis, a protein found in the skin, hair and nails. It also plays a role in energy metabolism and fatty acid synthesis.

L-Cystine: It is a disulfide, containing two cysteine molecules. It is important in the repair of hair and nail tissues. It often helps proteins hold their shape as they are carried around the body. Thus, cystine helps determine the form and mechanical properties of many animal and plant proteins.

L-Glutamic Acid: It is the most prominent amino acid in wheat. L-glutamic acid is involved in the metabolism of sugars and fats, as well as being important for brain function, synthesis of DNA, glutathione and other amino acids. It also helps in [***] removing excess ammonia from the body.

L-Glutamine: A major fuel source for the brain and the entire body, it is found in the cerebral cortex and in various regions of the brain. The concentration of glutamine in the blood is three to four times greater than all other amino acids. It is changed by the body into glutamic acid. L-glutamine has also been shown to be essential for healthy immune function.

L-Glutathione: A natural sulfur-bearing peptide formed from the linking of three amino acids: glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. It acts as an antioxidant and detoxicant and is also involved in amino acid transport across cell membranes.

Glycine: It is a natural antacid and sweetener that is involved in the synthesis of DNA, phospholipids and collagen. Glycine also helps spare glucose for energy by improving glycogen storage.

L-Histidine: Children and adults can synthesize some histidine in their bodies, but most of the histidine processed in the body is from the diet. It is formed from histidine and is released by cells usually as an immune response. Lastly, L-histidine is significant for growth and repair of tissue.

***
L-Lysine: It is important for growth, tissue repair, and the production of hormones, enzymes and antibodies. ... beneficial role of L-lysine in effecting the herpes virus. L-lysine is found in large quantities in muscle tissues.

L-Methionine: It is a sulfur-containing amino acid with antioxidant properties. L-methionine is important for healthy nails and skin and for the synthesis of taurine, L-cysteine, phosphatidylcholine (lecithin), bile, L-carnitine and endorphins.

L-Ornithine: Combined with L-arginine, they both influence growth hormones and are necessary for proper immune and liver function.

L-Phenylalanine: It is a precursor to tyrosine which is used to manufacture certain hormones (epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopa, dopamine) and is better absorbed than tyrosine. L-phenylalanine is important for the production of chemical messengers in the brain called neurotransmitters.

DLPA (D,L-Phenylalanine): DLPA is a mixture of the natural form of phenylalanine (the L form) with its mirror image (the D form). DL-phenylalanine may have the unique ability to block certain enzymes (enkephalinase) in the central nervous system that are normally responsible for breaking down natural morphine-like hormones called endorphins and enkephalins.

Taurine: It is a simple sulphur-containing compound and is one of the most abundant amino acids in the body. It plays a variety of roles in the normal functioning of the brain, heart, gallbladder, eyes and vascular system. Basically, its function is to facilitate the passage of sodium, potassium and magnesium ions into and out of cells and to electrically stabilize the cell membranes. Taurine is an essential amino acid in pre-term and newborn infants because they cannot synthesize it.

L-Threonine: It is important for growth and maintenance of the thyroid gland and immune function. Combined with L-aspartic acid and L-methionine, it aids in liver function.

***
Tyrosine: It is a constituent of protein amino sugars and amino lipids which have important roles throughout the body. It is important to brain nutrition because it is a precursor of the neurotransmitters - dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine. It is also an important part of peptides such as, enkephalins, which serve as pain relievers in the brain. It is the precursor for hormones such as, thyroid and catecholestrogens (chemicals that are both estrogens and catecholamines) and for the major human pigment, melanin.

HERBS:
There are a number of herbs that can help control Candida. Studies from Germany, Russia, England and Hungary show that the fungi are inhibited by many plants whose essential oils are potent antifungal agents - cloves, cinnamon, tea tree, lavender, garlic and chamomile. In one impressive study, the fresh husk of the black walnut was shown to destroy Candida better than a commonly prescribed antifungal drug. Echinacea, valerian and berberine (from goldenseal, barberry or Oregon grape root) have been shown to inhibit Candida in various studies. ...

Potassium ascorbate
30 to 70 mg per day has been found to have anti-fungal activity. ...

***
High mercury levels can result in candidiasis. Mercury salts inhibit the growth of necessary "friendly" bacteria in the intestines. ...

http://www.aminoacidpower.com/currentHealth/mainDeficienciesCFS
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
AUTHOR: Dr. David Gersten MD, formerly known as Dr. Dennis Gersten.

Main Amino Acid Deficiencies in CFS

I. Neurotransmitters
There are 9 amino acids that are either neurotransmitters or precursors to neurotransmitters:

L-Tyrosine and L-Phenylalanine are precursors to norepinephrine. L-Tyrosine deficiencies are among the most common deficits seen in CFS

***
L-Tryptophan is the immediate precursor to serotonin - also a very common deficiency in CFS.

The other neurotransmitter amino acids are: glutamic acid, glutamine, aspartic acid, asparagine, glycine, taurine, and GABA.

II. Muscle Metabolism
The so-called "branch-chain" amino acids are involved in muscle metabolism and muscle endurance. These are: L-leucine,:- isoleucine, L-valine. L-Glutamine, although not classified as a branch-chain amino acid, is heavily involved in muscle metabolism.

Because of the physical weakness seen in CFS and GWS, one usually sees deficiencies in one or more the branch-chain amino acids as well as glutamine.

III. Glycogenic (Sugar Metabolism)
L-serine, L-alanine, and L-glycine are the glycogenic amino acids. Whenever one has problems with sugar metabolism, you will find deficiencies in one or more of the glycogenic amino acids. Symptoms related to diabetes mellitus, hypoglycemia, or generalized candidiasis are a function of sugar metabolism and hence L-serine, L-alanine, and L-glycine abnormalities. More about candidiasis later on...

IV. Immune System
***
L-lysine, L-arginine, and L-glutamine are indicators of immune system function. A deficiency in L-arginine is a strong indicator of a weakened immune system. A deficiency in L-lysine indicates the possibility of a chronic virus, such as EBV and CMV. However, almost all amino acids have complex functions. ... L-arginine is also involved in the production of human growth hormone as well as DNA synthesis. L-lysine is involved in protein synthesis in general and, if someone is lacking in L-lysine, they will have general problems in protein metabolism.

V. Other Common Deficiencies in CFS and GWS

  1. With allergy and chemical sensitivity you will see deficiencies in cysteine and/or methionine. With Gulf War Syndrome, in particular, one should be on the lookout for these deficiencies since chemical exposure may be an important contributing factor, especially for those vets who fought on Iraqi soil and who had more direct exposure to the burning oil well.

  2. There are estimates of 70 million Americans with generalized candidiasis. More than half of the CFS patients I have worked with have candida as a contributing factor. On rare occasions, I have seen it to be the main etiologic factor in CFS. The amino acid, Taurine, when deficient, is an indication of candida. It is not predictive, but does indicate that further testing should be done. The most important test to be done next is comprehensive stool analysis with yeast culture and sensitivity. ...

  3. Zinc deficiency is much less associated with CFS and GWS than are the amino acids discussed above, but it does occur and is associated with a deficiency in L-histidine. If your L-histidine blood level is low, zinc levels should be tested for.

  4. Low L-aspartic acid can be associated with low calcium and magnesium levels. Therefore, if one has this deficiency, calcium and magnesium levels should be checked. A deficiency in L-aspartic acid is not seen as frequently in CFS and GWS as are the other abnormalities listed above.

Amino acid chemistry is quite complex as you can see. It is not sufficient to merely know what your amino acid deficiencies are. You must also know what other tests to run . ..

It is more likely that a pathogen (virus, bacteria, fungus, parasite) sets the disease process in motion, creating a cascade of metabolic problems, which, in turn, cause a host of symptoms. While it is vitally important to get rid of the bacteria or fungus (and try to inactivate a virus), that alone is not likely to provide a cure, any more than picking up the pieces of grenade shrapnel is going to get rid of the wounds it caused.

Amino acid deficiencies, once set in motion, need to be replenished by supplementing the deficient amino acid. Healing will not be deep enough if one treats mycoplasma, for example, without repairing the damage left in its wake. That is, your amino acids will not go back to normal simply because you have identified mycoplasma as a causative agent and have taken antibiotics to kill it. The mycoplasma (bacteria, fungus, parasite, virus) may have been brought under control but now the metabolic havoc must be dealt with.

A word of caution:
The general amino acid deficiencies described above are not guidelines for how you or anyone else should be treated, if they have CFS, GWS, or anything else. First of all, there are no two amino acid profiles that are identical. Each person must truly be treated individually. Secondly, you cannot simply go to a health food store and begin taking the supplements that you think are deficient, now that you have some idea of the amino acid deficiencies seen in CFS and GWS. ...

... you can take the wrong amino acids, too much of an amino acid, etcetera. Likewise, if you take the wrong amino acids at the wrong time of day, they can cancel each other out, so that it may seem as if you are not taking anything at all. ...

Scientists Develop 'Super Peptide' That Kills Candida Albicans
AUTHOR: Paolo Grieco, Associate Professor, 04-28-2003

"The power of this new alpha-MSH analogue against C. albicans appears to be significantly greater than any other known peptides, as it is super-potent, super-stable and super-durable," stated Paolo Grieco, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Toxicology, University of Naples, Italy, and lead author on the paper. "We've not only improved upon Mother Nature by developing a 'super' peptide that kills C. albicans, but also may have unlocked the key to understanding how alpha-MSH really works -- through a receptor in yeast which is yet to be identified."

Unlike viruses or bacteria, fungal cells such as yeast resemble the cells of the human body and thus, can be difficult to treat. There is increasing evidence that C. albicans strains become resistant to current treatments -- enabling these fungi to take on 'super' powers. ...

Zengen Inc.'s proprietary molecules were developed from more than 25 years of original research in the US, Europe and Asia on peptide molecules derived from alpha-Melanocyte-Stimulating Hormone (alpha-MSH). A naturally occurring molecule, alpha-MSH modulates inflammatory and immune responses.

James Lipton, Ph.D., Zengen's chief scientific officer, chairman of the scientific advisory board and director, and his collaborators first demonstrated that alpha-MSH possesses anti-inflammatory properties and uncovered the specific activity of the carboxy-terminal tripeptide region (C-terminal peptide) of the alpha-MSH peptide. These discoveries led to the development of Zengen's proprietary peptide molecules, including CZEN 002, a synthetic octapeptide. Zengen is currently conducting phase I/II clinical trials with CZEN 002 in vaginitis. ...

Herbal and Holistic Recommendations.
AUTHOR: anon

Calendula, goldenseal, marshmallow root, usnea, and yarrow can all be used in douche form to fight a yeast infection. Make a strong tea using one or more or these herbs and douche with it twice daily for one week.

Tea tree oil is effective against fungal infections and herpes, and has a healing effect. It is especially beneficial when used as a douche. Tea tree oil suppositories used with alternating hot and cold sitz baths are also effective.

Chamomile destroys fungi.

Cinnamon and dandelion inhibit the growth of the fungus Candida albicans.

Pau d'arco (also known as lapacho or taheebo) contains a natural antibacterial and antifungal agent and has a healing effect. It can be taken in capsule form or made into a tea and used as a douche. It has a alkaloid base and a small percentage of people may not benefit from its use. If you do not benefit from this tea, try clove tea instead. It is a good idea to alternate between the two, because clove tea has some benefits that pau d'arco does not have and vice versa.

Take supplemental acidophilus or bifudus to help to restore the normal balance of flora in the bowel and vagina. You can also mix a couple capsules of acidophilus with a cup or so of warm water and use the solution as a douche. Repeat this procedure after 12 hours. The acidophilus bacteria are able to overcome the yeast population ...

***
One of the oldest treatments for yeast infections is vinegar.
A douche solution can be prepared using 2 tablespoons of vinegar (I prefer apple cider vinegar myself) in a quart of water can be used. ... Vinegar can also be used in the rinse water for their cotton underwear, baby's cloth diapers, and can be used in baby's bath water for cases of thrush. Vinegar can also be used to wash the mother's nipples before breastfeeding as well to prevent reintroducing thrush back to the baby's mouth while feeding.

***
Boric acid powder capsules are effective 98 percent of the time against yeast infections. Boric acid is mild and is often recommended as an eyewash. It is obtainable at most drugstores in powder form for a few dollars. Either douche with approximately 1 tablespoon of the powder dissolved in 1 cup of warm water, 2 times a day for a day or so, or insert 2 gel caps filled with the powder high into the vagina. Wear a pad as there will be a watery discharge. One treatment will probably suffice, but it is okay to repeat, if necessary. This can be done during the day or overnight.

Launder clothing in unscented detergent, and avoid fabric softeners. Wear white cotton underwear. Synthetic fibers lead to increased perspiration, which creates a hospitable environment for candida, and also traps bacteria, which can cause a secondary infection. Change underclothing daily. Cotton underwear can be microwaved to destroy yeast. Wet the garment, wring it out well, and microwave it on high for 30 seconds.

Taking antibiotics also can cause a deficiency of vitamin K, which is manufactured by the "good bacteria" in the intestines. Eating plenty of leafy greens, alfalfa, strawberries, whole grains, and yogurt can restore the vitamin K balance.

....

Essential fatty acids
(Black currant seed oil and flaxseed oil are good sources.)
Important in healing and preventing the fungus from destroying cells. Enhances immunity, speeds recovery, and reduces pain.

L-Cysteine
500 mg twice daily, on an empty stomach. Take with water or juice. Do not take with milk. Take with 50 mg vitamin B6 and 100 mg vitamin C for better absorption.
Destroys Candida.

Oral Rinse for Candidiasis
AUTHOR: Demegen Pharmaceutical, 2004

Novel Candidiasis Therapy

.. The product under development by Demegen is an alcohol-free mouth rinse that can be swallowed to help protect the esophagus from infection. The rinse contains a novel active ingredient, P113, which is a 12 amino-acid antimicrobial peptide that has demonstrated a high level of in vitro activity against Candida albicans, including drug-resistant HIV patient isolates.

The benefits of this product over current treatments are its demonstrated safety in humans, which is related to its natural origin, and the reduced risk of drug resistance due to P113’s unique mechanism of action. P113 is based on naturally occurring antimicrobial proteins found in human saliva called “histatins,” which play an important role in the body’s natural defence against disease in the oral cavity. ...

P113 has been shown to kill cells as opposed to simply inhibiting their growth. Experiments conducted using P. aeruginosa have shown that P113 acts by binding to the cell surface, kills very quickly (within minutes), and acts by permeablizing both the outer and inner membranes of the cell.

P113 has been shown to bind to tissues in the oral cavity. In a clinical study, it was shown that approximately 30% of the peptide administered in a mouth rinse was retained in the oral cavity following rinsing.

PRESS RELEASE,
Pittsburgh, PA – March 22, 2005 – Demegen, Inc. (PRVG), a biotechnology company specializing in the development of peptides for the treatment of infectious diseases, announced today it had granted a license to Pacgen Biopharmaceuticals Corporation (Pacgen) for certain Demegen peptides for prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products to treat oral diseases.

Pacgen’s initial focus will be a treatment for oral candidiasis, for which Demegen already has an approved IND.

COMMENT

One of the more confusing and frustrating influences of systemic mutated Candida is impotence. This appears to be more prevalent in men than in women and is the result of the estrogenic compounds produced by the destructive and invasive fungus, FUIRERIA, fungal-virus or fungal-bacterial mutation. Impotency here is defined as a loss of sexual libido (desire/attraction) together with an inability to stimulate and maintain an erection. Persistent higher-than-normal levels of estrogen are known to encourage the development of cancers and adversely influence some other hormone levels.

The introduction of new and relevant supplements into the daily nutritional regimen will often provide a temporary return of libido. Like a phantom, it may remain present for a day, or for hours, or even minutes ... before once again dissipating. These apparent aphrodisiacs are nothing more than nutrients which are being totally absorbed, or neutralized, by the presence and metabolic activity of the fungal variation. The added supplementation returns reproductive system health to a norm.

This improvement fails to be maintained.
The fungal variation present quickly feeds on the increased supply, often to expand its presence or strengthen itself. Where such supplements are maintained, and even increased, over the longer-term --- it is quite possible that the fungal variation will mutate to further take advantage of this increased nutrient supply. Either way, whatever level of supplementation is present, it will quickly consume it, and, one is again back, in performance, to a level of zero!

Emotional survival of a relationship through and past this period of fractured physical intimacy demands maturity, self-discipline, self-direction, empathy, and knowledge like that on earthtym.net also helps. It is often not as great an Ego shock to a female partner in an intimate relationship for the male can continue to stimulate her through kissing and touch as well as assisted masturbation of her. For the male, culturally and physiologically more imprinted to share his love through intercourse, this indeterminate and longer-term impotency can be very frustrating.

The fatigue nature of the symptoms often accompanying systemic Candida and FUIRERIA disease add additional frustration through the physically depression of one's ability to interact physically with another person regardless of the level of love felt for the other person. When one feels too weak to get out of bed, too tired to go for a short walk, too foggy brained to be able to do more than barely maintain consciousness ... directed, even pressured, smooth gliding of one's touch over another person or oneself seems, and often is, impossible.

Forcing intimacy or physical sexual interaction is NOT constructive to an early recovery. Some authors writing on the subjects of beauty and physical fitness have noted as a focal point in their works that healthy sexual activity was considered an easy, effective, and enjoyable way in which to maintain healthy skin, optimum weight, and lean muscle tone. These results were the extension of the REGULAR cardiovascular workout, skin stimulation, energy meridian strengthening, positive emotional enhancement, and hormonal rebalancing which CAN be derived from sexual activity. They are, nevertheless, built, appreciated, and maintained on a base of moderate to good health.

A physical system under unrelenting, invasive, and strong attack is what every chronic illness experiencing individual has. This Reality must be integrated with the Reality that healthy sexual activity requires significant energy resources and balanced hormonal levels. Ignorance of these realities may be an excuse but denial of the awareness of them is simply stupidity and low self-esteem over-extending Ego or SuperEgo identity factors. Do you really want to starve your already weakened immune system into total collapse when it is trying to survive against seemingly impossible odds? Honest and open communication with your spouse is the only constructive avenue. Readiness for and relevancy of activity are best determined with Spiritual Guidance or muscle testing.

Patience and Pacing is mandatory if one is to recover from a severe immune failure such as that occasioned by any of the factors which encourage the development of systemic candida or a FUIRERIA. With one's health abused over a long period, or poisoned adequately to almost kill one, the first step must be to regain enough physical strength to allow one to use stronger methods of eliminating the other forms of parasites so often encouraged, or allowed. The level of toxicity of the anti-parasitic substances necessary to be effective is often capable of killing you if used while you are still quite weak.

The contradiction in recovery from so close to death with a fungal component in the illness is that whatever you eat or drink to provide you with increased energy and a possibility of a reduction in the often present multiple symptoms of inflammation ... the more you risk making the fungal component healthier also. With few exceptions, whatever is good for you will be good for either it or a bacteria or a virus. If these have mutated into ANY combination, or into a FUIRERIA, there remains Nothing you can eat or drink which will singularly benefit you and have no positive influence on them. Balance is critical and can only be reasonably maintained with continual selection of nutrients by muscle testing or Spiritual Guidance.

Only when you have been able to physically recover somewhat will it be SAFE to utilize effective anti-worm and anti-fungal compounds. During your strengthening period, you will likely have had to use weak or moderate quantities of these herbs, tonics, and drugs to prevent further infestations and to disburse the toxic die off residues. What has survived will have mutated under these challenges to become ever stronger and more resilient. Maintain the clear perception that you are slowly regaining your strength, and, restricting the size of your biological enemies. The General who attacks with troops who are too weak invites failure and death.

Final recovery will come when one is strong enough physically to utilize a comprehensive attack against these fungal combinations of such intensity that is would normally strain a very health person to the point of weakness. Successive die offs of these parasites take their toll in requirement of cleansing and this will be accompanied by symptoms of tiredness, weakness, nausea, headache, muscle and joint stiffness, and digestive distress such that it may seem difficult to know if one is getting better or failing faster. Emotional and spiritual health must remain strong to support the physical. Pacing and awareness through the proficient use of muscle testing or Spiritual Guidance are the only certain options I know of.
