Q38: How do I avoid wasting money to find out if an option will be suitable for me?
SUMMARY: Select them by way of Spiritual Guidance or muscle testing.
You can take all of the symptoms, desires, and goals that you are aware of and rationalize what you should need and be almost totally incorrect. How can this happen?
First, we are seldom very good at understanding ourselves and being aware of ourselves unless we have made a sincere effort to be. Even then, we have to have good resources and a good mentor to help us and be gently and painfully honest with us. It is just so easy to only see what we would like to see and to deny what we hope isn't there.
Secondly, it matters little what the subject is that we would like an answer to, we don't know all the factors and influences involved. We could be the most informed and expert person in that field but we still don't know everything. And quite often, if we knew what all the factors and influences were, their number would confuse us and their inter-relationships would confound us.
Thirdly, if any of your concerns involves your considering your interaction with another person, you have just multiplied your possible numbers of misinterpretations, assumptions, expectations, projections. Now, unless the other person is highly skilled at communication and self-awareness -- the fact that the two of you understand even part of what you are trying to communicate is almost a miracle.
Next, you want to consider that you may have a personal problem to which many people around you will contribute. Some may help. Some may hinder. Others will seem to simply be there. If you ask 20 experts which therapy or medicine you should take, you will likely get between 10 and 20 different answers. Each one has their own bias. Each one only knows so much about you. I often see people making themselves more sick or wasting their resources because in their rush to get better they combine health improvement approaches which together are counterproductive. They actually become worse than if they had done nothing.
If you want to take the most efficient (biggest bang for your buck) or the most effective (best selection for fastest change), only God knows the answer. Using prayer or meditation to beg to get your own way won't work. It is not that prayer doesn't work. It is that pride and greed don't work. If you learn to receive Spiritual Guidance, as is spoken of throughout this site, you will have only to ask, in Reverence and no-emotion, and, you will have the answer.
The only other way that I am familiar with which is consistent is the artful use of muscle testing.
Q39: What dangers should I always avoid?
SUMMARY: If you want to have good health, you have to work with God.
AVOID:
- Irreverence: assuming that God doesn't care.
- Desperation: hoping that enough money can buy it.
- Despair: feeling that only we can make it happen.
- Pride: assuming we know or have all the answers.
- Ignorance: pressuring yourself or others who don't know.
- Impatience: forcing rather than taking a steady approach.
- Greed: looking for the cheapest alternative.
- Disrespect: uncleanliness, self-indulgence.
If you fail to avoid the above, you will make yourself and possibly those near you sick.
Q40: OK, I'm avoiding the dangers but now everyone tells me I'm peculiar.
SUMMARY: Maybe that is why successful, healthy people are always in the minority.
Some day, take a few moments for yourself.
Take a position where you will be inconspicuous yet you can see most of the surroundings. How many people are there in the area. Deduct those who are smoking, who have drank more than a little, who are more than 15 pounds over-weight or underweight, who have allergic symptoms, who have nervous motions or anxious looks, who are not clothed relative to the weather, who are unhappily married or unhappily single, who have had 2 sick days off in the past month, who yawns long after getting up, who takes any prescription or other drugs, who tends to have predictable manners of speaking or behaving. How many are left? What is the proportion of healthy to unhealthy?
If you concentrate on how others treat you, then you are judging yourself by the standards of others. By those standards, you will never be enough of something, or, you will be too much. Learn to respect yourself for the skills you have and the values you choose to live by.
If you want to be healthy, you have to be willing to stand out.
You have to be willing to try something when you are confident that it will work for you, not wait until others have proven it for them. You have to be willing to take the time to perform the quality activities that others say they haven't the time for. You may have to decline, avoid, or refuse offers of items which provide short-term enjoyment for long-term health demand --- payment.
They will not be living with you when you die.
Their chances are that they will have gone long before you and will not have contributed much value to their surroundings. Or, they will live long beyond you in their private hell of thoughtless routine, emotion numbing materialism, and, risk free and fearful co-dependency. In the interim, you will have rejoiced in your spiritual perspective, opportunities for learning, passion for living, and respect for self and others. You are known by what you do, not long for what you are.
Q41: How do I get others to support my choices?
SUMMARY: Know the what and why of your decisions, respect the rights of others, and be assertive.
You cannot expect others to acknowledge you and respect you until you first do so of yourself. Build your skills of communication and your self-awareness. Become somewhat familiar with the options and factors involved in maintaining and improving health. The information on the earthtym.net site is only a start.
When you learn to be responsibly assertive and to strengthen your Personal Spirit and unite that with an ability to summon humility and reverence, you will no longer have to have everyone agree with you so that you don't feel insecure and rejected. No one will ever have everyone else agree with them. To do so would suggest a lack of free will and a homogeneity of experience, awareness, and informativeness.
Use the section on Energy Blocks to become more aware of the capabilities and weaknesses of others and yourself. Even as you may have energy blocks, so they probably do. They may not have the freedom to be mentally or emotionally flexible. You cannot persuade an addict or a machine and robots to not reprogram themselves. Expect the best of each person. Live in reality. Acknowledge that others must be allowed their choice even as you would like to be allowed your choice.
Part of respecting the rights of others and of maintaining your own strength is the awareness that other people are not always ready to hear all of the truth or all of the details. Learn to give them only as much as they want and can understand. To do more, is to force on others what they cannot understand, what confuses them, what raises fear in them. They will then oppose you, and you, will have increased their intolerance.
Know that when they are ready to know more or go farther, they will indicate that to you with more questions. Allow them to hold as little or as much of the promise as they are ready for. This may be your greatest challenge for to know great wonders and to have to speak calmly and patiently, and briefly of them, demands great inner strength and humility.
If you are confident and persistent in your direction yet respectful of others, few will oppose you.
Q42: I'm removing my Energy Blocks and improving my environment but I still have strong symptoms.
SUMMARY: As you lessen the toxic influence of each substance, parasite, addiction, or health risk, the symptoms more directly connected with them will leave you. Until you have rid yourself of all, the newly more prominent ones will reassert their presence through the reappearance of symptoms indicative of them.
People who choose to release their Energy Blocks find that the blocks are arranged in layers or sets. One can only let go of the set which is presently active and dominant. Once that happens, the associated symptoms lessen, disappear, or change. The result depends upon whether the original symptoms were only a result of the dominant layer now released, or, were they shared by and an extension of the influence of more than one layer.
Be aware also that very different blocks and very different illnesses may be expressed with the same or similar symptom. It is necessary for us to become aware of the differences if we want the understanding. An example noted on the site is that of the symptom of headache. We tend to generalize the many varieties possible into a single description. We tend also to treat a headache as an illness in itself that we dope with aspirin rather than recognize it as a symptom of an imbalance that could be sourced in one organ or ranging through our entire system.
Be careful also that in your goal of regaining improved health if you try to expel too many toxins at once you may create more harm and acquire more severe symptoms. Various remedies may result in a die off of more parasites than your body is capable of excreting at once. That may result in the creation of a greater concentration of toxins in your blood or lymph which may be indicated through the development or stronger or different symptoms. A common symptom of toxin laden blood is a headache.
Be aware that the removal of a chronic illness pattern may now allow an acute illness to come into the openness of your consciousness. Always present and always hidden before, you have freed it. Had you not freed it, it would have always been hibernating there, always ready to attack when you least expected it, and, perhaps when you were weaker. Now you have the opportunity to remove or release it from your system. Once it is gone, it will no longer be a danger.
It may not be the timing you would choose, but then, when would you have chosen for that illness to arise. Is there ever a good time to become ill? Illness provides you with an opportunity for improvement and a means to become stronger. Appreciate that your illness will eventually be in the past leaving your future better than the present.
Particularly applicable to our modern culture, know that if you take shortcuts, you endanger the whole process of recovery. If you are endeavoring to undertake Balancing by yourself with the guidance of a mentor at a distance, they cannot supervise you. They are not beside you. If you choose not to follow the directions provided to release the blocks because you are lazy, timid, or lacking in self-direction, or self-esteem --- don't expect any recovery.
Neither expect any improvement if an herbalist provides you with a 6 component medicine and you exclude the one you don't like the taste of. Neither expect any improvement if a surgeon provides you with antibiotics to lessen or prevent the development of a strong bacterial infection, and, you just happen to forget to take them. Ultimately, the level of our healthfulness rests mainly with ourselves.
Q43: Is it true that analyzing the options rationally and then making a choice can be dangerous?

And quite often, if we knew what all the factors and influences were, their number would confuse us and their inter-relationships would confound us.
If you have any Energy Blocks, and most of us do, they will have the capacity to dominate your thinking. If that happens, you may not be able to recognize or acknowledge something which it appears everyone else sees as obvious. Once you release the block, you are astounded that you could not see what was so obvious. It was not a case of stupidity, but of intellectual filtering. We are in danger of doing this all the time.
Frequently, the more educated we are, the more intellectual filters we have. Sometimes they make our life and thinking much simpler than otherwise. They simply exclude the options that frequently don't apply or that we frequently would not choose even if we were aware of them. Sometimes seeing all of your options can be threatening. Now you have less of an excuse for NOT making the best decision, one that you don't like or don't understand.
Q44: I need to use more options to get better faster, but how can I afford to?
SUMMARY: We often need much less than we want.
First, are you certain that you Need to use more options, or, is it just that you would like to.
Secondly, Affordability is sometimes more a point of perception than reality. Have you considered payment alternatives. Sometimes volunteer work will bring benefits which we would otherwise have had to pay for: food, clothing, shelter.
Third, we can often have more by doing with less.
If I spend less of what I have, I have more for other expenses.
So, if I live within walking distance of my work, I need not have traveling expenses. If I choose to eat meals I prepare rather than buy prepared and served meals, I will often cut my food costs by 50-75%. If I obtain second-hand clothing, I can cut my costs perhaps by 25-80%. This even includes designer wear. If I cut my own hair, or arrange for reciprocal services with a friend, I can cut those costs by 96%. I can buy items on sale and save 20-80%. Every saving equals more affordability.
If I learn the skills to receive Spiritual Guidance, request it, and follow it --- I can save much more, afford much more, do much more --- get better as fast as is optimal. In the many health challenges I have had, the Spiritual Guidance I have received has always directed me to purchase just the specifics of what was required for recovery. It also has Guided me to only take the dosage that was optimum for that day, no more, no less, no waste. It has Guided me as to which store to go to on what day and at what time. It may even be for a product I have never heard of. And, I will know before I arrive where it is in the store, and approximately how much it will cost. Most of the time, it just happens to be on sale --- often for unique reasons and at "unheard of" pricing. I save time, effort, money, anxiety. You can't get any more affordability and optimized healthcare than that!
