1. Call Customer Service - .. critical that you have a Return Authorization Number to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account. Call .. (1-877-522-2586) within the first 30 days of delivery of the product, and one of our Customer Service Operators will give you a Return Authorization Number (valid for 7 days).

2. Package Your Item for Return
   - .. pack the item in the original packaging, and remember to include all accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling).

3. Label Your Package
   - To receive the fastest credit possible, please use the "Return Label" on your invoice. .. You MUST write your Return Authorization Number clearly where indicated on the "Return Label". A Return Authorization Number is required for us to be able to refund your purchase price.

4. Secure Your Package
