NOTES:
You may find that printing out the form with an older version of your browser (I.E. Netscape 3.0) will show the cell border lines and that this will make completion of the chart easier and more neat.

Enter the Alphabetical number and the Bach Remedy Name in the "#- Remedy Name" cell as applies for the sequenced number of the block. Block sequence is important and relevant. In rare circumstances in which it is expected that adequate time will be available to finish the session, the drops may all be combined together and taken in one administration, although smaller amounts are still best taken individually and sublingually.

Enter the NUMBER relevant to the session and block in the column cells opposite the selected block for the "Drops", "Factors," and "Affirms".

Enter the quantities ("Drops") of those Bach Remedies indicated for the session in the column for that block across from the Remedy name.

"RHSPD" stands for "Read, Hear, Say, Pass, Discuss."
"Discuss" is rare and has only been Guided to for pre-teens.

NOTE:
"Sing," "Whisper," and "Unison" are also extremely rare options.
Enter the appropriate designation or combination in the box.

SUGGESTION:
You may wish to circle the numbers of the Remedies for which you currently have full bottles and to draw a square around those which you need to get.

You can plan ahead for up to 8 sessions this way and always be sure not to run out, not have to make more frequent trips to the supplier or order as often, and, you may qualify for a quantity discount.
