What it took
to provide these pages.

Why so few must do so much.

Value = What information is New
that will enable you to Recover.
The result is still up to YOU.

Even though I have been doing sickness, I deeply and completely accept myself. I choose to enable a greatness of health for myself. God loves me and I love myself. With the Love I Receive, I have love to Give and Share.

  1. How did this section get started ?

I began this CFS-ME section after I had turned the corner towards Recovery. That was November 10/11/12 of 2008. I began doing the activities and sharing in the involvements I had been unable to do for more than 6 years. That is how long I had been living the severe, and changing symptoms of CFS-ME. Within days, I was swimming several times a week. My wife, Liliana, had also been as severely ill with CFS-ME as myself, although with some same and some differing components. She made her crossing of the recovery threshold at the same time. She began going skating several times weekly. At the same time, we made the effort to do cross country skiing. Liliana had not done any in almost 10 years. I had never done any. I was beginning at age 63 and an altitude of 8,000 feet.

Traveling, appointments, and a short vacation found us back home and getting settled during early December, 2008. After 6 years of struggling to keep up with the urgencies of home and business administration, we began to get our paperwork up to date. We continued to require effort to rebuild our health systems after at least 6 years of critical health challenges and degrees of toxin buildup and muscle strength and tone deterioration in spite of our considerable efforts. Liliana also uncovered injuries and health imbalances which had been present for her, some, since birth or earlier. After many decades of compensation, ... reorientation and retraining, would involve a lot of effort over many months. Some sharp falls and upsets for me on icy snow during my early trips to the ski trails were not helpful. We began to enjoy getting out and socializing once again.

During mid February, 2009, I was Spiritually Guided that I would be best, for my Mission, for our health, and for the benefit of many other people, to compose this section. God would assist me, as God always has, since I began to directly ask assistance from God in 1988. On February 20th, I began the INDEX page and getting the Guidance for the structure, number and names of the webpages and other details for this section. As always, the subsections on each page, and all of the content of each part, was gathered and acquired with the direction and assistance I received by way of Spiritual Guidance.

2. The Motivation behind this work.

There have been 5 motivations for me to provide this section, added to the earlier sections I have done. Briefly, they are:

  1. Personal Survival:
Whenever I have been ill in the Past, I have always sought ways to Recover.
During my life, I have encountered numerous SEVERE Acute and Chronic illnesses. I never accepted that I would simply remain ill, because there wasn't a known cure, or, because a doctor or other expert told me I would never recover. Partial recoveries are not an option, for me. I also know, from many experiences, that a repair, or a recovery, is neither effective in quality, nor lasting, UNLESS, it is completed to the greatest degree. I knew that I had reached a partial recovery. I knew that I could not have found the remaining "pieces" until I had regained quite a bit of my health. Now, I would finish the job.

  2. Aggressiveness:
My Basic Personality has this as one of its Strengths.
That translates into my having an easy capability to take ACTION.
When presented with a problem, I have easily looked for a solution.
Many other people would just wait for someone else to do the research, take the risks, make the effort, and show the way. Most people do NOT have this as a Personality factor. Traits are not pluses or negatives. They simply ARE. Some have this one. Some make use of it. I went ahead and devoted a great amount of action during and after CFS-ME, to bring this section together.

  3. Joining In/Politics/Sexuality:
My Basic Personality also has this as a Strength.
I've encountered my share of challenges in this area and developed a number of insights from my experiences. On Earthtym.net you will find many pages devoted to issues concerning these topics. In particular, Balancing Therapy, is a joining in to assist others. It is also political in that if everyone could be helped to release their energy blocks, most of the ills and urgencies of the world would be remedied for greater personal contentment and greater relationship harmony. The CFS-ME section is another, and, more intense application in this area.

  4. Independence/Freedom:
This is another of my Basic Personality Strengths.
I don't search out ways to demonstrate this, yet, having CFS-ME has given me lots of opportunity to WIN by expressing my independence of thought and action. I have not been content to listen to the "experts", and sanctioned human authorities. I would have died many times over during my life, even if I had never acquired CFS-ME, if I had listened to their statements of defeat. I risked entering newly available careers, and discovering new ways of doing and of designing things. I innovated to discover Spiritual Guidance and receive the many thousands of answers I have ... for my own benefit and that of others. My wife is alive, and, you do have the benefit of this information as an extension of this trait ... which often does bring with it conflict, frustration, and elation.

  5. Spiritual Guidance:
With the help of the detailed information I have received from a Source through this avenue, I have been able to personally recover from many hypersensitivities, founded Balancing Therapy, assisted hundreds of persons to better lives and relationships, have had a great many experiences which have magnified my awareness and deepened my spiritual strength, and, recovered from or avoided many other life threatening instances. It has kept me and my wife both alive through these ordeals. It brought me and my wife, Liliana, together. Without her assistance, love, and input, neither of us would have survived and you would not have this Resource. Spiritual Guidance and my experiences make this work much more personal, accurate, and relevant, for YOU than any academic distillation or projection.

Motivations vary with different people and for different projects.
Mine are a considerable benefit for YOU. If money had been a primary motivation for this, you would never have seen it. I could have made a lot of money doing something else rather than dwindling my resources further. If my motivation had been fame and popularity, I would never mention Spiritual Guidance, for few people are aware of it, most are skeptical of it, and many will likely class me, into some category of weirdo for having the honesty and integrity to acknowledge it. I humbly do not present myself anywhere as an expert or savior. This makes me a poor choice for others to try and promote for them to build a business and income around. It can only be a PLUS for YOU, those you know, and, myself. I have nothing to promote or impose. I do have something to Share. I have volunteered a lot of effort and time to bring this to YOUR reality. That is worth whatever small cost it may require of you, IF, you want a stronger, longer lasting, improved Lifestyle.

3. Solutions require Sacrifices.

Throughout the Spring and Summer of 2009, there were numerous "interruptions" in my continuing with the CFS-ME webpages.

  • Lightning Process Training:
This is the training and skills which had triggered the health turnaround for both Liliana and myself. The process was to be continued, as required, for as long as necessary, even life long, to maintain one's recovery. For me, not for my wife, I was Spiritually Guided NOT to continue with the benefits of the Training, until AFTER completion of the CFS-ME webpages. This was a SEVERE test of the effectiveness and permanence of the influence. After 3 days of training, my symptoms of CFS-ME had diminished 90%.

I was a poor student and after the 3 days I did not use the training as often as I could have. After less than 2 months, my use of the process had diminished a lot. From the time I began the CFS-ME pages, until finished, I did not use it at all. Its initial effectiveness was retained at the 85% level for over 10 months. It was a necessary RISK. Had I returned to 100% health, including 100% working income and 100% personal intimacy, this section would never have been started or completed. And, errors which I could have made later, without the awareness of all that is here, could have then seen a return to CFS-ME. I am a good learner and researcher.

  • CFS-ME Intense Association Stress:
Many people who recover from CFS-ME symptoms want to NEVER reflect upon, remember, invite, or repeat the CFS-ME experience. If this is a factor of Denial, it is something which is constructive for at least 70% of those who have it. It is just too easy to use any of many destructive options, many of them covered in the CFS-ME section, to encourage a re-identification with the symptoms and their return. Most people do not have the constructive tools, awareness, and contacts detailed in this Package. They would reacquire CFS-ME before discerning them, by themselves.

  • Therapy Sessions:
Liliana and I continued to invest time and money in a variety of therapy sessions which were relevant for our continued strengthening of our recoveries into the longer-term. We recognized, and Spiritual Guidance confirmed, many times, that we could, and would be best to continue strengthening our health. This would maintain our recovery and bring it closer and closer to permanence, regarding CFS-ME. We have both had lives longer than 50 years, packed with activity and doing. We have each experienced, sometimes even before birth, severe health challenges. We had the individual option of a simple Recovery and a total change of lifestyle, or, some variation of Recovery plus ReGrowth.

ReGrowth meant determining which physical injuries, strains, and weaknesses we had both conscious awareness of and unconscious exposure to. Could these be healed so that we would not be plagued by their interference in the future. For those which could be, periods of intensive physiotherapy, linguistic and attitude reframing, and, extensive detoxing and muscular and nerve rebuilding were potentials. Financial cost was more a concern for us than time, though the duration of this phase was adverse to the impatience qualities we each share from our strength of Aggressiveness (Doing/Activity).

In most cases, this meant finding a constructive diagnostic and treatment modality and practitioner, and then, learning how to do as much of the work ourselves. My own efforts in these areas were severely limited by the nature (inside, seated, computerized, intense) and duration (long periods daily for many months) of the work demanded to efficiently complete this Package of info. ReGrowth meant becoming physically better than we had been born and that we had ever previously attained.

  • Physical intimacy between my wife and I was largely not possible during the time I devoted to the CFS-ME pages from beginning to completion. While my health improved in the libido area, the Passion required of me to effectively (with continual Spiritual Guidance), and efficiently (over long and continuous hours on many days), work on the pages, left few of these energies for personal pleasures. The choice, for me, was to try and balance my use of libido expressed as EITHER personal intimacy OR intensive Guided work, or, mess up both.

I could only focus on one at a time.
Personal intimacy had been a great Joy for me before I acquired CFS-ME. Delaying restarting a physical intimacy relationship was a great loss for both myself and my wife. Had I re-established physical intimacy at this time, it would have been a severe challenge for me to both share it, and then set it completely aside, perhaps for days or weeks at a time. For me, it had to be one at a time. That was my limitation, and boundary.

For me, Asking for and Receiving Spiritual Guidance continuously for many hours a day requires me to be in a spiritual and mental space with few or no distractions. Providing this environment requires some preparation and timing. It also requires a respect for one's Basic Personality. I LIKE the outdoors and activity. For many years, due to the demands of CFS-ME, and before, due to my commitment to providing Balancing Therapy, I had appreciated very little time out-of-doors. No distraction, meant working through the night.

Providing Balancing Therapy brought much pleasure and Joy to my Identity Factors, for many years. I am most suited to solving problems, innovating, helping people, and learning. Choosing NOT to do this, when I now had my energies returned and could have, was a considerable loss. It was NOT a challenge, for a long time, as my first commitment was to receiving and following Spiritual Guidance.

Over the longer term, setting aside personal physical and social pleasures which I had experienced earlier, and which were extensions of by Basic Personality, were challenges to the participation of many of my Identity Factors. These pleasures have a potential to provide us with energies that strengthen us in many ways. One must actually restrain and restrict physical processes, if their expression is restricted. This choice may be enhancing for the spiritual; it is weakening for the physical.

  • Minor surgeries were planned that could only be done in a distant province. There had been a medical need for these for as long as 3 years. They were delayed because of the CFS-ME. When they were done, in May, during a 5 week stay (May-June) away from home, severe complications developed. Much more time was devoted to the recovery from them than could have been imagined. A procedure which had been undergone many years earlier in a similar way, had taken less than 30 minutes of out-patient attention, followed by almost no discomfort. This time, a great amount of discomfort (pain, tension, tiredness, movement difficulties, pain) occupied almost 10 days and added complications to later dates.

  • Volunteer Work:
I participated in volunteer counseling and support of a few Balancing Therapy clients, as I was Guided, during March, April, May. This, together with the other commitments noted here, meant that I could not restart my Balancing Therapy services, after largely being without an income for 6 years. Not until the CFS-ME section was completed and the Health-4-All Package published.

  • Minimization of Social Activities:
During March, most of our social and recreational activities, which we had just happily been building and enjoying, were withdrawn from. I needed any time I could make available to work on the coding and detail of the CFS-ME pages. Setting these aside was difficult when we had, with more success than could have been imagined, taken them up during the previous months.

  • Furnace replacement:
During late August, removal of our very old furnace and replacement with a much newer and more efficient one, began. This had been planned from the previous November. Delays had accumulated owing to consistently cold weather, our absences for medical and business reasons, delays in the furnace provider receiving the final parts needed, and a serious medical condition which suddenly overtook our furnace person in late May. He was unable to ASSIST until late August and no one else would take responsibility. I ended up doing much of the work involved, over much of a week.

The BENEFITS of doing the CFS-ME webpages, for me, was considerable. I was not simply compiling everything I had learned during my personal search for Recovery for myself and my wife. Much had been gathered, though not fully compiled or coded, during the years of CFS-ME. Putting these pages together, with Spiritual Guidance, exposed me to much more detail and information that was relevant for a CONTINUED and STABLE and LASTING Recovery.

4. Your application = Your Benefit.

There are at least 3 ways in which YOU can benefit from this information.

  1. Use it to AVOID both CFS-ME and other illnesses.

  2. Use it to assist you in RECOVERY from CFS-ME, or other illnesses.

  3. Share it with other people who are important to you, so they may AVOID or RECOVER from CFS-ME or another illness.

  4. Buy the Package, or access to it, wholesale, and resell it to others for the retail price.

There you have 4 HUGE Benefits that you can have for a low cost and with a big reward.

5. A Quick Overview.

If you came here before using this section, here is the tiny version of what follows. The following will give you the seed of what has grown into a supermarket. The seed won't be of much benefit to you unless you plant it and encourage it to grow, within you. How large, strong, healthy, and nutritious that seed becomes will depend upon your care and feeding of it.
Do nothing, and it will die.

Put the seed in a pot in the good soil of a sincerely interested mind, and it will have a good opportunity to BEGIN growing. If the pot is always in the dark and you don't keep it warm or set it in the sun, while you are awake, it may not germinate. If you give it regular attention and water, in addition to a pot, good soil, and sun, it has a good chance of growing into an extraordinary bush with many branches, each bearing a different variety of vegetable, fruit, and protein.

First, you have to make THE difference in your own life. Why not?
What is the best that could happen?
THINK about it!

See the picture.

Go for it!

Why Not Free?

We have food to eat because someone else grew it, harvested it, stored it, marketed it, and made it accessible to us. Many of us then bought what we needed of the supply, stored it in a shelter someone else built, prepared it on a stove manufactured in a factory, using fuel acquired, refined and supplied by someone else, and sat down to eat it at a table and on a chair made by yet other people. ALL of these material things we have, were obtained by a fair (the market indicates that it was) trade between the provider and us. Unless someone else worked on our behalf and saved the money to buy these items, only to give them to us, we have had to sell some service we have, aptitude we share, or, product we fashion ... in order to have the option of obtaining them

Is the Internet Free?
Many people believe it is, yet this is so because so many users know so little about the actual commercial workings of the internet. The signals would not be available if networks of servers had not been purchased, housed at a controlled temperature, in a secure location, with a dust-free environment, subject to routine testing and maintenance, assured by power backup, connected by fiber-optic cabling (most), and powered on a continuous basis .. by an owner, or sponsor. These physical realities are all paid for by someone.

Where is Internet content warehoused?
The websites which are available for access are mostly hosted, at a monthly cost, on hosting services, which provide continuous storage of files and connection to a series of internet node servers. Many hosts are universities, who receive millions of dollars in grants from the government we pay taxes to. Other hosts include institutions and foundations, which receive funding through donations and grants which you may contribute to. "Taxes" means that YOU are helping pay for it in your income tax, and, in the business taxes paid by your employer (leaving less to pay you), and the business taxes paid by those companies you buy products or services from (raising their costs to you).

Other, commercialized hosts, provide internet marketing services, at a charge, to site owners, who wish to sell or promote services or products on the internet. Much money is paid to provide content to, and maintain content on, business internet sites. Programming a short webpage can cost the owner $50. Many sites have hundreds of webpages. Longer webpages can run in cost up to $200 including programming and data entry. More complex programming with much more customization and use of dramatic layouts and multimedia add more to the cost. Virtual stores and checkouts add yet more in cost to their creation, and, their maintenance. Going cheap is expensive. Experiences abound of businesses paying website developers $8,000, to end up with junk, and then having to hire the "pros" for $16,000, to provide a problem free, friendly, efficient site. Creation of new content add more cost.

Commercial sites survive because visitors buy products and services from them which include built-in "infrastructure" fees. In a bricks-and-mortar store, these "overhead" charges would be included in the margin part of the price above the wholesale production cost. If you don't buy directly from the commercial website you first visit, you may follow an advertisement on that site to another website and buy there. Often, the hyperlink taking you to the second or later site, tags your order to them with a code which ensures that the original site you visited receives a commission on your secondary visit purchase. Like the stock market, there are MANY people who lose money on the internet through advertising charges, and, a few who make large sums of money .. usually from the losers.

This is a brief and simple overview of where some of the money comes from to finance the presence of some of the websites so that you can visit them. Memberships to and charges for copies of electronic documents (which you print out at your cost, typically 5 to 10 cents per page) also add to YOUR cost of using the Internet. The direct charges, government involvement, complexities, and, deceptions regarding the infrastructure costs of the Internet keep us all in denial of what the personal cost is to us. Like so much of the political world, we are sold on the benefits and deceived about the responsibilities and costs. We think we are making money easier and getting access to more information. Do we know HOW to use the information? Are we becoming electronic slaves by surrendering our self-sufficiency?

An Exercise:
Paying for the infrastructure that is and that connects the server nodes which comprise the Internet is included in the "housing" here. A government over 30 million people pays grants and tax allowances of $30 billion to install a fiberoptic and (microwave-satellite) transmission network nationwide with dozens of large server hubs nationwide. This enables each citizen the right to pay for cable or WiFi access from a local private industry provider. The government pays off the $30 billion debt on an amortised rate of 30 years and an increased debt of 8% annually, on government bonds. Will the debt ever be paid off? What is the average tax cost to the income earning citizen on an annual basis?

The Internet signal is also important.
The information on the Internet is of no benefit to you or others if it stays in storage. The information is transmitted by digital signals to your location. It may arrive by a digital cable service, a WiFi hotspot, a library or Internet cafe connection or rental center, a home network, a satellite provider, or some other direct or intermediary connection to the Internet. Either you are paying a connection and usage fee, or, someone is paying it for you. That is usually quoted as a monthly fee, the amount of which depends on the provider, the quality of cabling which connects you to them, the speed of the signal transmission, and, your geographical location.
Signal transfer has a cost.

Translating signal into information.
At the very least, you require some form of receiving device to download information from the Internet. It may be a computer, a multi-use phone, or, a video terminal. Either it is yours, or, you have borrowed it, or, you have been offered access to that of someone else. In each case, someone is paying for the device.

Computers have a statistical life of 3 years in 2009.
That is how often users are replacing them; not, that they have fatally failed. If you are using a sophisticated cellphone, it will often have a buyout cost, plus a minimum monthly usage cost, plus, perhaps an excess bandwidth or minutes cost. Whichever device you choose, Divide your cost by 36 to determine your approximate monthly cost. How often you want to have access to the Internet, where, how, and in what degree of privacy, will contribute to cost.
Displaying the content has a cost.
Consider, $15 to $280 per month.

Safeguarding the receiver.
There are between 3000 and 6000 new virus programs circulated on the internet yearly. These primarily affect Microsoft systems, much less for MacIntosh operating systems, and almost absent for Linux systems. A virus failure can mean destruction of the content on your storage hard drive as well as the hard drive device. Replacement means an expense ($$) of the major cost component of most computers, and, exchange-installation cost, and, reloading and setup of an operating system, and, reloading and setup of ALL of the recreational, utility, and productivity software that you had on the original computer. Hopefully, you had a backup copy of those, and, your data files. Much time (yours, or, someone $$ else's) can be taken.

The only way to secure your Microsoft Windows computer from these internet risks is to BUY ($50 to $120 per year) a top performance (not necessarily top rated, rated by who?) Anti-virus program, get a high quality anti-trojan program (often free, yet, deserving of contribution), add a quality Firewall program, and, BUY some devices. The devices would include a Router ($50 to $175) and some form of fast transfer, large storage, file backup ($50 to $120). Two backups on different devices are minimum if your files have any value to you. On a monthly cost summary, you are looking at $16 to $30 per month for the first year; less for subsequent years if the devices last.

As of 2009, most computer users could opt to use a powerful Linux system with hundreds of personally selected free programs to access the Internet, safely, and look after most of their entertainment and productivity preferences. Until 2008, most Linux systems were difficult to set up and maintain unless one had engineering or other technical training, or, was willing to learn it.

For high productivity users, most of what could earlier be done on a Windows system can now be done on either a MacIntosh, or, custom designed Linux system. Either alternative may cost you 20% more than a comparable Windows system. They will save you the added cost of hardware and software prudent for a Windows system. Greatest of all, once set up as you prefer, the Linux and MacIntosh systems will waste little or none of your time with program failures, and defective updates. Ultimately, you pay more sooner, or much more over the long-term.

Customizing the display.
Any person using the Internet has the choice to decide whether they wish to view only simply coded websites, or, to which degree of complexity do they want access. There are dozens of browsers available that will work on many operating systems. Most are free to the user. Some are more prone to importing viruses and trojans. Most have hundreds of add-on mini-applications which enable the playing of sound and video files and the opening of data and presentation files, other than the basic HTML or text-coded basic internet and browser display documents. Most of these are also free to use. Some do charge between $50 and $150 annually for a greater variety of presentation. These features are often available for a membership charge of $8 to $30 per month.

Using the content.
To use the content to any degree, you require a base location, your own computer, backup media, wordprocessing or media production software, and the skills to use them. Add to this a great amount of personal time and effort if you intend to participate in any, or many online communities, blogs, user nets, email commerce, or Internet transactions. You CAN do a lot of this and be homeless, yet using public access computers ... but such offers no privacy, no dependability, and considerable difficulty in timely and lengthy access.

The costs directly to you here are extremely vague, yet real, for you do pay for your housing and your "work" time does have a worth. At the same time, loss of personal intimate time or physical socializing activity, can be a personal expense which goes unnoticed until you feel the impact of loss, or, the depression of Internet deception. If your only contact with another person is by the Internet, you often have no confirmation of the real identity of the other person. For reasons of play, control, deception, manipulation, fraud, abuse, or pride, it is easy to communicate with identities who prove not to be what you think they are. This can result in a great loss of your time, your self-esteem, and, sometimes, large amounts of money. Interpersonal attitudes can be changed and existing real physical relationships lost.

Another Exercise:
Take the amount of your rent and your utilities and calculate a monthly balance. Divide that balance by 30 days. Take that subtotal and divide by 16 conscious hours daily that you could be making active use of the location. Draft a total of the number of hours you spend daily, for a month, using a computer connected to the internet, with the internet ON. Calculate the average hourly, active, accommodation cost and apply it to the number of hours on Internet use for the month. How much had the Internet cost you in accommodation expense?

      Simple example:
Monthly rent for self of $480.
      Divided by 30 days = $16.00
      Divided by 16 hours = $ 1.00
      Hours of Internet/month = 1 hour/day
Cost of use of the Internet: $30.00/month

Contributing to the content.
Much of the time, contributing to content on social networks is free of cost. If you count in the frustration time that may result, the cost can grow to a lage number of minutes or even an hour a day. Most social networks require you to sign up on a membership registration. Often, you receive "newsletters" from them reminding you that you have not shared enough information yet, in your personal profile, or, that you are not interacting as much as others are, or, that someone would like your attention that (perhaps for an ungraded, paid, membership) you might be allowed contact with. Other members may spam you looking for romantic partners, gossip buddies, or buyers of whatever they have to sell. Once you enter content, you may then be beseiged with feedback of the most uninformed or immature stature .. prompting you to defend against these attacks and misinterpretations .. with much more time and few more positive results.

Content contribution to billboards, blogs, and usergroups can afford you the pleasure of a few people thanking you for sharing answers or thoughts which they feel have assisted them in some way. Content added to one's own set of webpages can assist one in clarifying one's own thoughts and putting one's own experiences and discoveries into a format which has finite meaning. Others may find this helpful or informing or inspiring to themselves in ways you could never fantasize. Often the effort is high and the reward is minimal.

Saving the content.
You may be an Internet Skimmer who simply likes to slide from one site to another, looking at headlines, pictures, and picking up phrases here and there. You are not looking for anything to help you resolve a personal problem or confusion, nor, for anything that provides you with a deeper understanding of a political, religious, health, or economic issue. For you, there is little need or desire to save files on your computer from the Internet pages you visit, and no intention to incorporate any of the information into your own reality or revisit it at length. The significance here, is that you save and record very few files. In most cases, you will require little or no backup storage. It is not a potential cost of YOUR use of the Internet.

An Internet Researcher is completely different in their use of the Internet and in their storage of files from it. They may be looking for movies to download for later viewing. They may be experiencing health problems which their doctor or health facilitator has not been helpful with. If so, they may wish to understand what the symptoms they have may mean and gain some options of how to remedy them, safely. They may have been diagnosed with a particular disease yet be told there either is no cure available, or, the conventional or medically acceptable response is not to their preference. They may simply want to download the specific musical tracks they like so they can play them when desired from their iPod, or MP3 or CD player. Podcasts and video documentaries may also interest them. They want the content saved for future review. They may keep it then, or discard it. An Internet Researcher may do any, all, or more of these.

If you download programs, videos, music, reports, or other data for present and future use and enjoyment, you are best to have some form of off-computer storage. This is because there is the possibility of computer storage disc failure from virus contamination, electrical source surge destruction of circuits and the drive, loss through accommodation fire, through theft, and, through eventual hardware failure. If there is a failure by any of those means, whatever you have stored ON the computer is in danger of being lost. In some cases, a Windows operating system failure can result in the same. More often, owner error in the use of computer codes, for ANY operating system can result in loss of data. The answer: A fast transfer, large storage, file backup ($50 to $120). Two backups on different devices are minimum if your files have any value to you. On a monthly cost summary, you are looking at $8 to $15 per month for the first year; less for subsequent years if the devices last.

Creating new content.
Many people create new content for the internet.
More than 1/3 of it is deemed to be for "entertainment" purposes.
Another 1/3 is stated beliefs, heresay, and opinions masquerading as fact. Much of this has been intellectually and emotionally instigated rationalizations of issues and details unexperienced by the writers, or, distorted by the writers. As much as 30% of the content on the Internet is focused on presenting companies and their products for the purpose of selling them to you. A small percentage of websites do their best to provide information in a usable and relevant context with an encouragement to the reader for them to discern what is applicable for themselves.

Adding commercializing and search features to one's webpages can increase visitor presence. It can take time to research these aspects and effort to modify the coding of each of one's pages so that it can be realized. Advertising added to information websites can be as annoying as any profusion of ads on commercial television. The difference is usually that one can record a television broadcast and replay it later, without the advertising distractions. This is not an available option with commercialized "free" websites. While you are reading the information on the page, you are being imprinted with the flashing advertising that surrounds and slides across the page. There are few information websites that have no persistent advertising. It is there for a purpose. You or others are attracted to those sites, services and products, and, spend money.

Programming of a website is never cost-free.
Even if you do all of the coding yourself, with free or low cost editing software, you will spend MUCH time creating your content and learning, from sometimes inaccurrate web resources, how to use the basic HTML codes. You must discern what level of sophistication your audience will not just be attracted to, but use. If you get drawn into fabricating complex page structures, you may find it necessary to purchase an HTML coding software package or use an online service that produces poor quality code (which you don't know how to repair). Beyond the cost of your extensive labor, which could be used and appreciated for an income elsewhere, costs for coding applications can run in price from $120 to $3200. The more you pay, the more likely there will be added modules later, for added cost.

Who pays 4 you? (Who is in Charge?)
As Internet usage exists in most countries in 2009, many of your choices for the cost of the Internet have already been made for you. Use it or not, you will be paying for it as long as you are making an income and paying taxes. The more intensively you use it, the more obvious and larger will be your contribution. Each person must decide what level of involvement is worth the price they are paying.

"+T" = the cost, extent, availablity of YOUR Time.
