Steps in developing one's No-Emotion potential.

Acquire an awareness of the Benefits of the No-Emotion feeling;

Develop a strategy for increasing your awareness of No-Emotion;

Practice your strategy on a daily basis, no exceptions;

Involve those who are often near you in your strategy;

Know that a clogged consciousness is like a clogged engine;

Make a habit to hesitate before replying;

Avoid detractor factors (see below).
