  "According to Bob Lazar, the reactor provides energy to the ship and to the gravity amplifiers by a matter anti-matter reaction. The square shaped housing below was a type of particle cyclotron accelerator that provides the protons for reacting with Element 115. ... The protons are directed into the fuel housing through the guide tube shown on the left side of the reactor housing seen in the Figure 4 photo. When Element 115 is bombarded with protons, it becomes Element 116. Element 116 is unstable and gives up anti-protons.   Each proton/anti-proton annhiliation reaction generates 1,862 Million Electron Volts (MeV) of energy. One Uraninum-235 fissioning (splitting) in a Nuclear Reactor generates about 200 MeV of energy for comparison purposes. That energy is directly converted into electrical energy through thermo-electric generators that are also located below the reactor in the square housing.   Some people refer to this phenonemon as Accessing one's "Third Eye".
  This process also has some intersection points with "Remote Viewing" and "Unconscious Inception".
  There are some precautions for use/access by humans, and possibly other entities.
  If you are aware of the characteristics and inclinations of YOUR Identity Factors, and, you Manage them for the spiritually positive, going into a combined feeling state of Reverence and No-Emotion/Calm, and, focusing on a physical point located somewhere between the center front to the cranium and the back of the head (location determined individually), you will be able to access one or more of these skills of perception.

  Caution:
  If you have NOT develop an ability to receive Spiritual Guidance with 99% integrity, by double- and triple-checking answers, you may simply acquire Projections from your Identity Factors, or worse still .. from your Energy Blocks twisting the truth, sometimes as much as 100%. If you are under a great amount of destructive stress, you may be experiencing dream states which take you deep into Dream-Inception layers, of which Level 9 is death, no return.

  While humans CAN use this Travel medium, the high intensity of the experiences and information received is usually stored away in a Hidden memory, until it is relevant for use. An Error in this process may arise from the cellular memory of an individual Suppressing the received-by-travel information, rather than allowing it to simply be "stored". This will result in extreme tiredness and physical weakness for the person, after a long, and apparent sound, sleep.

  The Gravity Amplifiers focuses this mysterious gravity wave to cause space and time to bend / warp, similar to the intense gravitational field of a black hole.

  Inside the reactor, protons are bombarded into the nucleus of the Element 115 atom, transmuting it to Element 116. When this occurs the element decays and releases / radiates small amounts of antimatter which is released into a tube, protecting it from reacting with matter. One light-year, the distance light travels in a solar year, is about 5.87 million million miles.

The theory of relativity, most of which has been confirmed to be correct (1996) states that time itself is not absolute, and that a lengthening, a dilation, of time will occur in any system approaching the speed of light. This means that astronauts travelling at such speeds would eventually return to Earth to find that everything down here had aged much more than they.

Sebastian Von Hoerner computed the time on Earth and the time experienced by the crew of a spaceship and found that as the length of an interplanetary voyage increases, the difference rises steeply (exponentially).

Two years for the crew would only be slightly longer on Earth, namely 2.1 years, but ten crew years would be 24 Earth years, and 30 astronaut years would be 3,100 terrestrial years.

Doubling the crew years to 60 would amount to 5 million years on our planet.

Travelling at a speed faster than the speed of light would actually result in time going backwards.

Tachyons are particles which travel through space at a speed faster than light.

1947 - By September, the U.S.A. Magnetism and Propulsion Project had learned a great amount about magnetic forces. After 5 years of study under the utmost of security measures, over 1,600 scientists had made fantastic discoveries.

Meteors were composed of metals which actually make them giant magnets.
A rain of meteorites sometimes accompanies a comet's sweep past the Earth.

The scientists had found 1,257 magnetic lines of force to the square centimetre.
Atomic explosions could disturb magnetic lines of force. It had been shown in the laboratory that magnetic forces could lead to material disintegration, time suspension, immobilization of instrument boards.

Material form itself could be attributed to the existence of magnetic forces.
No two lines of magnetic force had ever been known to cross each other naturally. If forced to do so, or if crossed "by accident" disintegration and fire were the expected result. The potential for propulsion and for weapons of military destruction were awesome.

Magnetic fault zones had been found around the Earth.
Here "blow-outs" occur, similar to the perpetual eddying forces of permanent whirlpools in certain areas of the oceans and rivers. Areas around the states of Oregon and New Mexico represent such anomalies in the U.S.A. and may have contributed to some of the UFO crashes, past, present and future.

A craft, on automatic pilot, entering such a region without warning could be expected to behave as if its instruments were indicating to the crew conditions which did not exist and masking those which did require acknowledgement. Spacepersons relatively new in their discovery, or rediscovery, of the Earth may have been caught unawares in such regions of magnetic confusion, and, in seconds faced changes which disoriented their craft long enough to result in a crash.
