They have no assessment of human sexuality for it is not available to them as an option and they can only assess its functionality and benefits or disadvantages from the behavioral outcomes they observe from the humans they contact or survey. They are aware that there are many factors about human sexuality that they do not understand and it is of no primary importance to them.

2005-10-05 Conference of Earth Visitors, Conclusion.

By late in the day on October 05th, 2005 (October 06th for half of the Earth), the attendees of the Conference had accomplished the following:

  1. The attendees quickly reached an awareness that they were all seeking to assist in promoting HARMONY as defined by inter-species and species Contentment (low environmental, social and inter-species conflict) and Synchronicity (supporting a Balance of numbers and activities for Life and Survival with no resulting expansion in numbers or domination of others beyond that of material subsistency and relative good health and longevity).

  2. During the first, second, and third days of the Conference, it became apparent to all that NONE of the participants had enough personal or historical experience to mandate one or more solutions which the other attendees could support, and in some instances, understand. If agreement could not be reached, they would be best to all leave and admit defeat in this challenge rather than make the situation worse. They began looking to other species in the Universe who might have more relevant experience in resolving the problem to a Long-Term Constructive outcome.

  3. Invited the Joblixtic, Ibci, Tocliobcz and 5 other Extraterrestrial species to assist in resolving the self-destructive and Universe harmony authoritarian attitude/behavior of humans and Octopod-X. The former agreed to make the trip and contribute. The latter 5 declined on the basis of maintaining a focus on their own harmony.

  4. The Joblixtic, Ibci, and Tocliobcz, are to provide leadership and coaching, based on their own experiences and on their sympathy and empathy for humans, and, empathy for the Octopod-X. They are aware of the potential long-term destructive influence of bioengineering and the usual destructive influence of materialistic authoritarian cultural patterns. Their development of Positive alternatives which induce harmony with responsible freedom, within their own species/culture, was considered sufficient to fit them to their requested Role. The other conference attendees agreed to defer to their expertise and either assist their efforts, or, if disagreements arise, leave.

  5. Returned to the Earth with an Agreement, Partnerships, and a Plan.
    1. Participation is by Choice.
    2. Contribution must be Positive by consensus.
    3. Prior Success is Acknowledged as Strength.
    4. Imposed strength is Destructive.
    5. Dissenters are to leave.

    6. The Joblixtic partner with the Tocliobcz.
    7. The Joblixtic BELIEVE they understand the human predicament.
    8. The Joblixtic have lived in Harmony for 117 million years.
    9. The Ibci (Ib-Kee) will seek to influence humans Spiritually.
    10. The Ibci have lived in harmony for 106 million years.

    11. The Tocliobcz BELIEVE they understand human physical capability-limitation.
    12. The Tocliobcz will act as Managers of the efforts.
    13. The Hirbcir agree to work with the Tocliobcz.
    14. The Jilbri agree to work with the Tocliobcz.
    15. The Glosbies agree to work with the Tocliobcz.

    16. The Bijhavics agree to work with the Tocliobcz.
    17. The Gosamers agree to work with the Tocliobcz.
    18. The Avaequants agree to work with the Tocliobcz.
    19. The Dacclli agree to work with the Tocliobcz.
    20. The Moanies agree to work with the Tocliobcz.

    21. The Octopods agree to work with the Tocliobcz.
    22. The Greübie's agree to work with the Tocliobcz.

    24. The Ziolaks agree to work with the Tocliobcz.
    25. The Myrhines agree to work with the Tocliobcz.

    26. The Octopod-X agree to leave by October 9th, 2005.
    27. Responsibility of involvement is only for assistance.
    28. Humans will determine their Survival through Choice.
    29. Human change will depend upon their willingness to Receive.
    30. Assistance will be provided to the extent that it is not a disadvantage to the contributing species. They will individually determine when their assistance is of no further benefit and when they are best to return home to continue in providing benefit to their own specie.


A number of Significant Realities would become known later as a result of the inadequacies of these
Good INTENTIONS and the Destructiveness that resulted. Some of these are ..
    • A consensus on what each understands to be a POSITIVE result, is best detailed, for clarity.
    • Any prior performance of "Success" must be noted relative to the degree of commonalities ..
      1. Species attributes of physicality, spirit, emotional and intellectual capacity.
      2. Biogenetic creation, forms of modification, influence of environmental challenges.
      3. Historical trends of cultural patterns of associations and interactions within the species.
      4. Historical trends of cultural patterns of associations and interactions with other species.
      5. Definition of "success" ... control, limitation, flexibility, individuality, community ....

    • Dissenters may have valid concerns, creative solutions ... and these are best noted.
    • The Joblixtic showed they had NO understanding of the Visitor origined "human predicament".
    • The Tocliobcz showed they had NO understanding of the Visitor origined "human predicament".
    • Success or harmony within a species does not guarantee ANY relevancy for another species.
    • An agreement to "work with" another species does not indicate reciprocal Respect.
    • An EXPECTATION that humans could discern and enact a Significant CHOICE, was inaccurate.
    • An absence of definition for "disadvantage" left any participation unrestricted.
    • A lack of accurrate access to Spiritual Guidance doomed the outcome to anarchy, or, worse.
    • An inability of ANY of these Visitors to communicate with humans, created action by Force.
    • A lack of awareness by, and Positive expection from, 99% of humanity of Visitor presence.


2005-10-21 The Facijbces, Hirbcirs, Gosamers, and Swaptabs provide a positive influence to Spiritually Guided persons, while the Octopods, and Ziolaks encourage disharmony today.

2005-11-12 The Bijhavics, Crystals, Facijbces, Fredlings, Glosbies, Greübies, Klatics, Myrhines, Rust-Likes, Spirals, Violets (just returned), reappear in the awareness of distracted Spiritually Guided persons. The Ibci, Swaptabs and Ziolaks, continue to destructively influence this couple with dental and sinus infections together with computer and telephone malfuntions.

2005-11-14 The Greübies, FireFlames, Hirbcir, Octopods and Reds continue to provide support to Spiritually Guided persons while the Ibci and Ziolaks sabotage these efforts with excessive physical tiredness and dental infection.

2005-12-09 The Gosamers, Klatics, Ziolaks, and Swaptabs provide a positive influence to Spiritually Guided persons. The Swaptabs are acting by deception to try and determine what other Visitors are doing to assist with their intent to sabotage this contribution.

Assistance is requested from Qizzts, Bixlans, Bnapcoms, Cez's, Culwzi, Fudcus, Octopods, Putrackmo, VAGIDs, Ziolaks, Zjinics, for JOAN to help her with her Depression.

2013-02-15
The Ziolaks, Tunbn, and Lidoru effect interference with JRS in the early am such that his computer logon intially does not work, and then, his computer runs abnormally slow. He discerns the interference, rejects it, and carries on. Again, the CONSTRUCTIVE manner of reorienting DESTRUCTIVE influences is to remain Calm, Discern the/any source of distraction or degradation, Direct it away, and, with Spiritual Guidance, continue on one's path. This becomes an easier RESPONSE as one is triggered to, and Chooses to practice it. Which means that the more one may be interfered with, the more one can strengthen themselves against such interference.

The Ziolaks interrupt the ability for JRS to receive Spiritual Guidance in hopes that it will stop his work permanently and a major input into the possible survival of the human species. Their expectation is that without additional reports which he is preparing to produce, and Visitors currently present or yet to arrive, will have no basis for constructively assisting humans. On request, 3 Visitors (Joprt, Kxectidalezs, Xcruelites) choose to assist JRS by jamming the energies of the Ziolaks. The Joprts have not yet arrived, yet they receive the signal enroute requesting their assistance and choose to comply.

Like is so often in the universe, do not allow your mind to assume characterisitics from the physical form. Influence varies both according to the awareness of the Visitor concerned, of humans, their degree of Spirituality, their access to Spiritual Guidance, OUR perception of them (FEAR - CONFIDENCE), and their ability and desire to work together within their own group, as well as with humans, or, with other Visitors.

A human WEAKNESS, based in an original Energy Block, is that NO entity (stranger, friend, intimate, relative, enemy, official, God, even oneself [paradoxically]) is influential on our lives, UNLESS, they possess an image of benevolence, and, are IMPOSING. This satisfies the symbol of the rescuer, miracle worker, and savior .. who takes OUR Responsibility from us .. to lift the Burden of Irresponsibility imposed by the First Energy Block .. which grew from Visitor bioengineering. MOST Visitors, and humans, will never understand this, UNLESS, they become familiar with the concept and reality of Energy Blocks, expressed in the Balancing Therapy described on zoerh.info and the result of such sessions.




There is more recent information which could be added to this Profile.
Like all beings with CHOICE, the assisting-constructive / sabotaging-destructive contribution of anyone can change, at any time, for one or more factors, for interim or longer-term durations. Our GOD sometimes indicates a change of commitment or priority for us, as other factors and contributions have made such a change RELEVANT, for the Benefit of the Whole. And, how many times have WE acted proudly like a god to ourselves, and made such changes, without the counsel of our GOD, for our own infantile selfish, or self-centered satisfaction?

NO human is so perfect that they can say they have Never gone against the Will of their GOD.
Don't make others an Enemy until you know their motivations and can say that you have not made similar Choices. We are each RESPONSIBLE for our Choices, and whether we Learn from them, or, remain infantile in our self-centeredness .. a testament not to a Useless life, but to a WASTED Life!
