The ZCSARs, Klatics, HALKTs, Gosamers, and EMERALDs assist the health of dog, Chelsea, at request of ANNA, by performing spinal surgery, vibrational healing, imprinting and hidden block removal, and diffusion of implants with the prospect of providing her with up to 5 more years of Quality life experience. This was possible because ANNA had energetically released Chelsea to be able to take in all that is available from other caring individuals. Kira and Andrew will also be encouraged to request assistance for Chelsea. The Bikliranyls and Salmoniques are asked to provide medicines as they are willing.
The health of Chelsea noticeably improves the next day, 19th.

The ZCSARs do their best to assist in treating/reducing the scalp breakout which JRS is experiencing. As can be the outcome, specific Visitors may volunteer to assist or aid one or more individual humans, yet not be able to. Human physiology and dynamics is much different than their own. Only experimentation and testing can significantly build an understanding of what choices of participation are RELEVANT. There is RISK in experimentation that one may leave the physical integrity of the subject worse than at the beginning. In such cases, spiritually strong decisions for participation are only made, first, with the awareness and support of the subject. Spiritually Guided input is always of significant Value, to both the subject and the experimenter/therapist .. when it is clearly discerned. Considweration must also be planned, as a constructive strategy for participation, that any modifications that are made .. be able to be reversed, if they demonstrate an overall reduction in healthfulness.

2012-08-02 The ZCSARs are best to have more info on humans before they decide to avoid or to assist humans. The ZCSARs reveal to a Spiritually Guided person that he has been Guided to record to a DVR and then view, edit, and record to a DVD, a variety of documentaries, serials, and movies from his television receiver .. for THEIR benefit. The ZCSARs have learned that they cannot communicate by or input information from any written resource or by human voice. Learning about humans by way of observation is extremely time consuming and limited, from their perspective.

The ZCSARs have also learned that by placing a form of neurological receiver-transmitter in the brain of a Spiritually Guided person, they can input for themselves whatever that person views, hears, or says, yet not what the person thinks. They have negotiated with his Source of Spiritual Guidance that he be directed to review from the resources available to him, whatever selections are most informative for them, the ZCSARs. He will now be continuing with this TASK as quickly as he can until enough information has been collected.

2012-10-14 The ZCSARs make a progress report on the data review and convey to Mr Sennett that they consider it 80% adequate for determining a resolution strategy ("Rapture").

2012-11-03 The ZCSARs make a progress report on the data review and convey to Mr Sennett that they consider it 92% adequate for determining a resolution strategy ("Rapture"). It is expected to be completed by November 20th.

2012-11-19 The ZCSARs indicate that they have acquired enough information from the save-view-record procedure involving intensive exposure to televised materials and digital versions of movies and documentaries. A SECOND part is now best to be tasked. JRS Sennett has made a number of Visitor Profiles from the research and experiences which he and ANNA DeNarda have personally has. Written notes have been maintained over the past 2 or 3 years and this data could be added to the Profiles, now much outdated.

The ZCSARs have always wanted to effect a Resolution to the eternal conflict addiction of humans, yet know with certainty now that they cannot do it by themselves. Neither is there time for them to find, contact, build a relationship (history-trust), canvass, and find compatible and constructive contributing partners before the most optimistic timeframe for humans to destroy themselves, actively (open conflict), or, passively (environmental or infrastructure degradation) occurs.

The ZCSARs would be best to have access to updated records of this nature so they would have some experienced and historical information from which to gain some discernment that would be helpful in their being more knowledgeable about who they might work with for the completion of their plans for a "Rapture" to safeguard some humans from the destruction of some human actions of pride, greed, denial, or fear. Mr. Sennett will begin reworking the Profiles, immediately.

2012-12-10 Mr. Sennett is Spiritually Guided NOT to speak with anyone, except minimally, during the next 10 days, to December 20th. This is both the only way he can reasonably complete his Visitor Profiles task, and, the only way not to speak too early about complex ideas and realities which are often not what they are. There is nothing positive about alarming others to dangers which they cannot influence. Working with the Profiles results in a necessity for Mr. Sennett to ask/receive Guidance as often as 100 times per minute when confirming selections from lists of possibilities for INTENTS, CRAFT, PROPULSION, and ACTIVITIES.

Much recoding is required to bring a degree of conformity to Form, as such Profiles were individually begun at different times over a period of more than 10 years and were initially to provide a simple consolidation of detail, and, with Spiritual Guidance, an extension of detail .. for the purpose of understanding and respect each Visitor as the separate identities they are. ALL of the original section titles were chosen with Spiritual Guidance, including the SEXUALITY one, the significance of which will be revealed before the end of December, 2012. On this revision of the Profiles, the relevant Visitor names for each of the 3 sections are confirmed and added, as necessary with the sections become more complete in this way as each 20 profiles are updated.

2012-12-17 The ZCSARs revise their earlier information requirements to include the completion of the reformatting and Spiritually Guided revision of the current Visitor Profiles, plus, the reading of the entries in the 3 archived Visitor journals. The deadline date remains December 20th, 2012.

2012-12-20 The ZCSARs reflect on the recent developments:

1. Only 4 humans out of 6 billion made any effort recently to provide them with the information they would be best to have if they were going to attempt to arrange for a Rapture event with the aid of other Visitors. Such persons would necessarily be aware of the existence and presence of Visitors and have a largely fearlessness attitude towards such Visitors, from their confidence and trust in the Spiritual guidance they ask for, receive, and are pleased to follow. They would have been open to contact from Visitors, with some degree of making an effort to communicate with same.

   Facilitators, as they could be called, would also find it necessary, for the collection of any relevant and useful information, to have some form of dependable source of confirmation of content and accuracy. For humans that could only be expressed in the form known as Spiritual Guidance. These persons would have developed a significant skill in accessing and reconfirming all such details, and, to be confident, persistent, and aggressive enough to acquire more detail about factors and characteristics which could provide a basis for understanding the Visitors, as well as, having a good degree of pattern-of-action detail from a history of their interactions with current humans. Human cultures have, by the result, been extremely effective at minimizing this awareness and skill development.
   
   

2. The 4 persons discovered by the ZCSARs live in quite different and distant cultures and locations: China, Brazil, Chad, and Canada. A different language is spoken in each political territory: Chinese, Portuguese, French?, and English. Each have been born into and raised within a culture quite different from each of the others. With the differences in location, culture, and language, it is certain that these individuals would never, and will not likely ever, meet. For the ZCSARs, building a "Rapture" vehicle seems pointless, when considered from the point-of-view of understanding it to be a "school".

   Why would any being build a school that no one wants to attend. According to the ZCSARs, there are fewer than 200 persons who are aware, humble, and skillful enough to be able to set aside the religious, political, and socially encouraged beliefs taught and imprinted, and, be open and aggressive enough to find, accept, and work with the reality of those issues. Again, acquiring, accumulating, and devoting resources to the provision of a "Rapture" is irresponsible for less than 100,000 persons.
   
   

3. The ZCSARs communicate that they will NOT intervene with humanity at this time regarding the provision of a "rapture" incident. The addition of Visitor detail from the records maintained over the previous 3 years and yet to be entered into the Profiles, will no longer be requested, nor considered. This position may of course be modified in the future. It is possible that other Visitors could use such information as was intended here by the ZCSARs, yet, nothing is being considered at his time. Whether JRS Sennett continues to amalgamate this additional detail for such a possibility, is totally his Choice at this time with Spiritual Guidance NOT indicating any BEST direction regarding it. If undertaken, it is considered wise to retain a completion Guideline of February 27, 2013 -- with it being posted ONLINE shortly thereafter.

The Uibomipu, with the urging and assistance of the Sakinuks, again do their best to sabotage the efforts of Spiritually Guided (SG) persons to enable a Positive interaction between Visitors and humans leading to a regenesis of humanity. On request, the ZCSARs assist the SG persons by deflecting the negative energies. As is usual for the Sakinuks, repeated hundreds of times since their arrival ... once their participation is detected and identified, they do their best to redirect the responsibility to other innocent visitors.

In response to ANNA's request for Visitor assistance in preparing for a brainwave enhancement session at the Swingle Clinic in Vancouver and appointment with Michael Marianni, the Bnapcoms, Xcruelites, Rojharts, and SBALTZ (GRAY INSECTOIDS) attend. The ZCSARs offer to monitor, address, and reset the addictions which Andrew and Anthony have. They are enthusiastic about the latest writings and work which JRS has done on Addiction.

It is determined with Spiritual Guidance that the Sakinuks are bothering 1.2 million humans by imposing increased levels of anxiety, worry, tension, and spiritual torture .. which reflects to potentially influence 3.8 million persons. They will be held accountable for the negative consequences which will include some murders.

1. A PERSPECTIVE:
   The Sakinuks believe they are helping a long time pattern of behaviors to its eventual conclusion by taking demonstrated human weaknesses and magnifying and encouraging them.

2. HISTORY of REALITY:
   Current human attitude and behavior patterns of addiction (energy blocks // imprinting) are built on an original addiction which has been presence in the genetics for over 20,000 years, and especially invasive and imposing in the past 170 years.

3. IRREVERENCE: a dominant attitude/expression of many humans is to feel that they are powerful alone, or, powerless as part of the neutralized masses ... a dependency on the AUTHORITY equation such that one's future MUST be driven and controlled by oneself, as a leader, or, by someone else who one defers to as a leader. The PRIDE of the immature SUPEREGO leader demands the subservient immature EGO victim mentality of the follower, and, the subservient immature EGO victim mentality of the follower, demands the immature SUPEREGO of the authoritarian leader.

4. IMMATURITY offers Destructiveness:
   The Sakinuks, with an immature SUPEREGO, can harness more power of influence by bringing the human species to a breaking point, than it would be Proud of by using a mature SUPEREGO to empower the human species to resolve or limit their weaknesses and problems (Love your enemy-of-difference by wanting something better for them).

5. REVERENCE as a Strategy for resolution: a Community which looks to God for confirmation and revelation of Best Choices.

6. BIOENGINEERING as a Tactic for either humans or Visitors to return/advance the species to a more balanced and harmonious state in which they were created.

The Spiritually Guided constructive dynamic option for both humans and Visitors is to encourage any and all Positive Visitors who have the capability to release all Energy Blocks AND effect bioengineering to prevent their reoccurrence to intervene in such a way, preferably with the Spiritual Guidance of their God, and, only if they can be certain that such a modification is without any disadvantageous errors which support conflict, irreverence, immaturity, and hatred.
Current indications are that the ZSCARS are the most capable of those Positive Visitors present to coordinate such an effort into a Plan of Performance.

The Positive Visitors are encouraged by ANNA to discern that, for humans, there is often a requirement for added motivation, stamina, and self-discipline and self-directedness, for a change is energy block attitudes and patterns to change .. if the use of Balancing Therapy is unavailable. This increase in self-participation is most important for their increase is self-awareness, self-esteem, self-empowerment, and reverence. If the Visitors simply RELEASE blocks, they will be effecting a "miracle" which preserves the subject as a Dependent, Passive, Needy person who looks to others for Direction and Control of their lives. Much more spiritually positive to empower someone than to reinforce their dependency.
