  On the Earth, the provision of choice to a conscious lifeform was beneficial for a period of 1,278,000 earth years until extraterrestrial lifeforms interfered with, in many ways and at many times, the genetic structure of humans as a species, and as races, and cultures. That destructive influence has largely impacted the last 12,000 years with the greater part of the damage (energy blocks, physical and political destructiveness) being done in the last 300 years.

They are Very favorable to the Positive expression of human sexuality as they do not possess physical bodies, as we know it, and cannot share pleasure and acknowledgement in this manner.

The expectation is that if humans were more aware, they would temper their energy-block induced behaviors and become more aware of access to Spiritual Guidance. If and when this happened, they would become more reverent and discerning, and, become more fully human without the internalized weaknesses which encourage destructive displays of pride, hate, rage, violence, possessiveness, materialism, and self-obsession. They found NO benefit from those efforts to 2012-12.

late 1948 Green fireballs were seen over Albuquerque, New Mexico.
From 1948 into 1951 numerous sightings of fireballs over the U.S.A. supersensitive Atomic Energy Commission installation at Los Alamos, travelling at an estimated speed of 27,000 mph were reported. Dozens of scientists, Air Force special agents, airline pilots, military pilots, and Los Alamos security inspectors submitted over 200 reports of huge half moons, circles, and disks flying at extreme velocities and emitting a green light so bright it caused the contours of surrounding mountains to glow momentarily at night. Some of the witnesses reported watching flat, disk-like objects travelling at equally high speeds and varying in colour from brilliant white to amber, red, and green.

A private pilot flying one night north of Santa Fe, New Mexico, encountered one of the fireballs and described it this way:

"Take a softball and paint it with some kind of fluorescent paint that will glow a bright green in the dark. Then have someone take the ball out about 100 feet in front of you and about 10 feet above you. Have him throw the ball right at your face, as hard as he can throw it. That's what a green fireball looks like."

The REDs were expressing their displeasure at the continued development of nuclear weapons even as they had tried to deter the use of bombers and nuclear weapons towards the end of the War during which time the majority of casualties were civilian. They knew that Japan was on the verge of surrendering before the nuclear bombs were dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima. Committed not to physically interfere with human history, they were treading a fine line in attempting to slow the reactionary and vengeful policies of those human participants for whom mass deaths were a balm for their hatred. They had hoped that the U.S.A. and Britain would have earlier shared their nuclear power technology peacefully with the U.S.S.R. thereby foregoing a nuclear power struggle. America had chosen otherwise. Now, it was possible that if the Americans stopped their development of the hydrogen superbomb, the Russians would also. Humanity chose otherwise through the decisions of those they allowed to speak for them: cold war.

The USAF hired Dr. Lincoln LaPaz, an expert on meteors, to solve the mystery, but LaPaz concluded that the phenomena were not of meteoric origin. He thought the fireballs were guided missiles being secretly tested nearby.

In the Fall of 2003, The REDs left the Earth, during a time when a number of other Visitors from the Universe were intent on destroying humanity for its abuses towards plants on the Earth as well as the wasteful destruction of their environment. The REDs believed that it would not be spiritually correct to battle against the other Visitors nor to rescue or save humanity when most of humanity was making no effort to be spiritual in nature and attitude.

By October 2004, The REDs began planning to return to the Earth after the Visitor's intent on destroying humanity had reconsidered their position, and, left the Earth.

They expected to arrive back during the late part of August or early September, 2005.
Their actual arrival date was September 11, 2005.
They did arrive, yet left almost immediately, September 29th, when they found many other Visitors present and humanity in an accelerated state of spiritual decline, material obsession, despair, denial, and conflict.

ANNA seeks to develop an improved "Shield" by greater discernment of Spiritual Guidance and to counter increasing presence and intensity of negative energies. Two analogies are given to provide a sense of the nature of the improved dynamic. Strength and usefulness is to be gained by bringing the concepts to consciousness throughout the day.

ONE: Like a sea sponge, it can soak up Positive energies like a sponge soaks up water. Additionally, it can block out negative energies, even as a sponge blocks sand from going through. Also, disorganized energies are blocked much like a sponge blocks mud. The sponge will also clear mud and sand from within, thus assisting in clearing ANNA of destructive energies.

TWO: Like a cape, it can be fine and delicate like the wings of a dragonfly. Yet, it will attract Positive energies, like a cape is warmed by the heat rays of the Sun. Additionally, it can deflect negative energies, even as a cape may direct away rain, and, protect from the exterior cold. It can also function like an antenna, attracting Positive energies to the inside, and enabling the transmitting of Positive energies to the outside.

The Positive Visitors are encouraged by ANNA to discern that, for humans, there is often a requirement for added motivation, stamina, and self-discipline and self-directedness, for a change is energy block attitudes and patterns to change .. if the use of Balancing Therapy is unavailable. This increase in self-participation is most important for their increase is self-awareness, self-esteem, self-empowerment, and reverence. If the Visitors simply RELEASE blocks, they will be effecting a "miracle" which preserves the subject as a Dependent, Passive, Needy person who looks to others for Direction and Control of their lives. Much more spiritually positive to empower someone than to reinforce their dependency.
 

Like is so often in the universe, do not allow your mind to assume characterisitics from the physical form. Influence varies both according to the awareness of the Visitor concerned, of humans, their degree of Spirituality, their access to Spiritual Guidance, OUR perception of them (FEAR - CONFIDENCE), and their ability and desire to work together within their own group, as well as with humans, or, with other Visitors.

A human WEAKNESS, based in an original Energy Block, is that NO entity (stranger, friend, intimate, relative, enemy, official, God, even oneself [paradoxically]) is influential on our lives, UNLESS, they possess an image of benevolence, and, are IMPOSING. This satisfies the symbol of the rescuer, miracle worker, and savior .. who takes OUR Responsibility from us .. to lift the Burden of Irresponsibility imposed by the First Energy Block .. which grew from Visitor bioengineering.
