Time durations have been translated to human, 2005, terms, for human benefit.
A group of Visiting lifeform species joined together to resolve a problem which they shared a perception of:

Disharmony on the Earth resulting in a degradation of Spiritual energy radiation from the planet and a degradation, rather than an adaptation, of interspecies lifeforms and physical sustaining habitat.

Some of those invited included:
Florettes, Gosamers, Octopods, Klatics, Ziolaks, Jilbries, Dacclli, Facijbces, Hirbcirs.
** Of NOTE: none of these receive Spiritual Guidance, though some are aware of it, and would respect it, IF, they trusted anyone to accurately receive it.

They met to consider:
1. Harmony in the Universe;
2. Destructive influences on the Earth;
3. Origin of these influences;

5. Consensual resolution:

There was an expectation that if humans were left to continue their historical trends in behavior they would initiate the self-destruction of a large proportion of their numbers and provide an opportunity for redevelopment of a more spiritually harmonious attitude, behavior, and culture. Some ways in which this could occur, not exclusively separate, are:

• environmental toxicity leading to disease,
• nuclear war leading to environmental degradation,
• intergroup and inter-national genocides,
• bioengineered viruses,
• mutated viruses through environmental challenge,
• overcrowding leading to starvation/disease.

2005-10-05 Conference of Earth Visitors, Conclusion.

By late in the day on October 05th, 2005 (October 06th for half of the Earth), the attendees of the Conference had accomplished the following:

1. The attendees quickly reached an awareness that they were all seeking to assist in promoting HARMONY as defined by inter-species and species Contentment (low environmental, social and inter-species conflict) and Synchronicity (supporting a Balance of numbers and activities for Life and Survival with no resulting expansion in numbers or domination of others beyond that of material subsistency and relative good health and longevity).

2. During the first, second, and third days of the Conference, it became apparent to all that NONE of the participants had enough personal or historical experience to mandate one or more solutions which the other attendees could support, and in some instances, understand. If agreement could not be reached, they would be best to all leave and admit defeat in this challenge rather than make the situation worse. They began looking to other species in the Universe who might have more relevant experience in resolving the problem to a Long-Term Constructive outcome.

3. Invited the Joblixtic, Ibci, Tocliobcz and 5 other Extraterrestrial species to assist in resolving the self-destructive and Universe harmony authoritarian attitude/behavior of humans and Octopod-X. The former agreed to make the trip and contribute. The latter 5 declined on the basis of maintaining a focus on their own harmony.

4. The Joblixtic, Ibci, and Tocliobcz, are to provide leadership and coaching, based on their own experiences and on their sympathy and empathy for humans, and, empathy for the Octopod-X. They are aware of the potential long-term destructive influence of bioengineering and the usual destructive influence of materialistic authoritarian cultural patterns. Their development of Positive alternatives which induce harmony with responsible freedom, within their own species/culture, was considered sufficient to fit them to their requested Role. The other conference attendees agreed to defer to their expertise and either assist their efforts, or, if disagreements arise, leave.

5. Returned to the Earth with an Agreement, Partnerships, and a Plan.

2005-10-27 The Ibci and the Tocliobcz work together to frustrate a Spiritually Guided couple by making one excessively tired and inducing a severe viral headache in the other due to transferred negative stress they are directing towards them.

2005-10-31 The Ibci and the Tocliobcz frustrate the health of several Spiritually Guided persons, who have just moved, and distract them so severally with constant intense problems regarding the setup and use of a VOIP system that they cease to make contact with or daily assess and acknowledge the contributions of Visitors for almost 2 weeks.

2005-12-02 The Bixlans, Glosbies, Reds are growing tired of trying to assist Spiritually Guided persons against the destructive interferences of the Joblixtic and Tocliobcz.

2005-12-03 The Facijbces leave the Earth. They are disappointed in the destructive spiritual contribution by some of the most powerful of Visitors and their manipulation and deception of many others. They do not consider the Ibci, Joblixtic, Swaptabs, Tocliobcz, and any other negative energy contributors as capable of positive influence in the direction of Spiritual strength and refuse to degrade their own values to those of conflict, coercion, and violence.

They do understand the nature of Spiritual Guidance, unlike many of the more Spiritually oriented Visitors, yet they do not receive it themselves. Many others are unaware of the availability of Spiritual Guidance for them, or, their God does not afford them it. Without a common ground of Spiritual Guidance to unify them together with the ability to communicate with all of the others, the only option for opposing the negative contributors, other than departure, would be aggressive action.

2005-12-08 The Swaptabs and Tocliobcz start preparing a new, extended and more powerful strategy for disabling the attempts of Spiritually Guided persons to encourage Spiritual awareness and skill in others.

2005-12-17 The Jilbri leave the Earth, for the same reasons as the Facijbces.

2006-01-22 The Tocliobcz Contribution.
Beginning now, the Tocliobcz begin to reveal the true nature of their intent according to their actions. Their meaning for harmony is demonstrated by their extreme adversity to humans who choose to be Spiritually Guided. From this date they intensely interfere with such persons to ensure that new and substantial energy blocks are silently developed in these representatives of the God of the Universe in which humans are found.

With the development of new energy blocks, sometimes after a lengthy period devoid of any, and without the warning signs which have typically enabled such persons to avoid further block development under extreme stress by using Preventive Block Sessions or similar release tools, these individuals begin to make significant errors.

These block induced errors serve to compromise the Mission of such persons, towards Peace and Harmony, by diverting time and energy to other activities which act to significantly sabotage and increase the delay of the individual's Mission and that of others working with them.

This only becomes worse when previously highly dependable receivers of accurate Spiritual Guidance now become extremely deceived of Guidance only at particularly critical choice points. Unaware of these powerful and selective changes, the previously well Guided person is likely to develop further significant blocks as a result of the turmoil which arises from the direction taken and choices made under this highly Destructive influence.

During late March, 2006, the Tocliobcz implant a 6-week delayed action implant in the chest of at least one human receiving Spiritual Guidance clearly. When triggered, it will result in increased tension in the central chest and back of the individual and produce a burning pain. Lung, heart, spleen, and lymphatic functions will be reduced encouraging an increased toxicity and viscosity of the blood and reducing brain clarity. This will provide enough Reptilian Structure distraction such that conscious focus and thought will be made difficult and further access the Guidance almost impossible. This interference will often last for hours. Some form of electromagnetic interference from the implant will also result in erratic nearby computer operations after a period of 4 months, beginning in early August. The trigger mechanism remains unclear.

It is April 27, 2006, before the energy block damage is uncovered and the interference is revealed to some of those humans so abused. The Tocliobcz redouble their efforts to maintain control of their targets by imposing new and greater quantities of energy blocks to replace those released by the newly aware Spiritually Guided humans.

Through this program of interference, the Tocliobcz reveal:
1. They have acquired the belief of the Octopod-X's;
2. They want humanity to self-destruct, with prejudice;
3. They are completely deceiving the other Visitors;
4. They have chosen to represent Destruction rather than Renewal;
5. They are Very Powerful and cannot be stopped by any one other power;
6. They are very Selfish, Proud, and lacking in spiritual strength;
7. Humans need HELP from other Visitors who respect God.

On September 29, 2006, the presence of the implants in humans are discovered by Spiritually Guided persons and the information is relayed to the Qirellies, Carqlists, Xcrullites, and Padckyslts.

The Qirellies remove one Tocliobcz implant from one Spiritually Guided person during a multiple UVB-Blood treatment, with the help of the Xcrullites, and Padckyslts. This reduces the blood viscosity of the human involved below near critical levels. The person immediately feels 80% better.

2006-10-01 Another Tocliobcz implant has been activated and it is now determined that there have been 6 placed in the individual concerned. They are sequenced serially so that if one is removed or deactivated, the next is activated after 12 hours.

2006-10-05 The Emeralds, Qirellies, and Xcrullites successfully diffuse the second and third Tocliobcz implant intended to kill or permanently disable a Spiritually Guided person.

2006-10-06 The Emeralds and the Carqlists diffuse a 4th Tocliobcz implant from a Spiritually Guided person.

2006-10-07 The Emeralds and the Carqlists, with the Padckyslts and Xcrullites observing, diffuse a 5th Tocliobcz implant from a Spiritually Guided person. A 6th and final Tocliobcz implant is removed some hours later with the Spiritually Guided person using a HotHouse infared therapy unit for several hours to assist them in locating it.

2006-10-13 The Padckyslts and Xcrullites can work in parallel but not together as they cannot communicate with each other. Both can communicate with Spiritually Guided persons and through them they can communicate with each other. The SAPHIREs request that they work on diffusing the highly destructive (suicidal) post hypnotic suggestion (mind-warping) which the Tocliobcz have imposed on a Spiritually Guided person. They require 3 pieces of info to proceed:

1. Time of application: April 25, 2006
2. Activation date: 60 days later
3. Trigger experience: driving a car on a common route.

2006-10-14 The Crystals return to the Earth as critical parties in the provision of an energy reflective dome over Spiritually Guided persons who have been asking for assistance to counter the destructive influence of the Abaetdibs, Addcdbdc, Ibcis, and Tocliobcz. The Emeralds, Qirellies, and Reds are helping the Crystals and the Padckyslts are observing.

2010-01-xx The Tocliobcz are working with 2 other Visitors to create interference and disturbance in the Reptilian Structure of certain humans. They impose small measures which can yield long term impacts.

The Axperltals, Bukaholis, Corjhalia, Eicwaldz, Opitlkes, Sfrx, Tocliobcz, VOIRT, Vuw, Yslli, and Zjinic .. continue to influence (mostly Positive) JRS in his collection and presentation of information with the direction of Spiritual Guidance towards assisting persons to avoid and recover from Chronic Fatigue / Myalgic Encephalitis, to release and understand Energy Blocks, and increase peace on the Earth.

The Swaptabs and Tocliobcz bother ANNA by making her apartment and person chilled.
Their involvement was not immediately discovered as by their usual cowardly deceptions.
The unmasking of their interference together with the following lessened their influence.

1. The use of strong scents in the surroundings .. Peppermint/Wintergreen.
2. The use of a candle or other open flame (oil lamp) in the room one is in.
3. The avoidance of stimulants (i.e.. coffee) to enhance one's sense of energy.
   --- If they perceive that you are energetically defending against them, they will INCREASE their degree of interference, knowing that the more fearful and/or defensive a person is, the easier it is to deceive and manipulate them.

The destructive Tocliobcz construct an elaborate deception to remove JRS from participation (Life).

On August 13th, they construct their plan and determine that they will find 4 Significant Spiritual Attachments which will provide a Confusing and Anesthetizing presence by their inter-Identity discordance. That is, their influence will be so contradictory between them that the person so encumbered will be unable to consciously detect their presence by an awareness of any strident symptom, yet, together, and in FULL presence ... they will exert such a STRONG distraction, distortion, and demand as to "drown" the Spirit of the individual by their depressant Spiritual WEIGHT, and force the Reptilian Structure of the person into coma, resulting in the stoppage of their heart.

Their self-delusional intent is that they want to HELP the person avoid the emotional and spiritual hell of having to live through an extended experience during which millions, perhaps billions, of humans are both thrust, and slip, into experiences of terminal conflict arising from the Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO's) final destruction of their physical health, their food supply, and the surrounding living environment. The dynamic has already spread so far and continues to expand in coverage and depth such that it cannot be either stopped nor recovered from.

JRS is aware that there is NO Spiritual positive to alerting those around him to the dangers and the currently inevitable future for them as they have NO Capacity, either individually or as a group, to provide ANY constructive contribution ... other than "Prayer" to their God and to the Positive Visitors. Given the opportunity, 97% would decline such participation and contribute only further destructive spiritual negativity to the result. JRS is aware of the Reality, of the incapacity of humans to provide constructive participation, of the apparent impossibility for a change in this progression, of the Spiritual necessity for him to remain Calm, Reverent, and QUIET. As long as he continues to live, he will witness more and more pain, suffering, and tragedy amongst those remaining.

The more direct, and "unconscious" denial intent of the Tocliobcz is to prevent JRS from "solving" the GMO dilemma, which his capabilities, acquired research, and his access to Spiritual Guidance threaten to reveal ... within days ... IF such an answer can be found. The Tocliobcz want the "Human contamination" of Life to be "resolved" by way of human self-destruction, ASAP.

On August 14, the Tocliobcz collect 4 Attachments: SALMON, BLOOD, CARAMEL, CREME ... in that order.

On August 16th, JRS prepares a Spiritually Guided recipe of CHOCOLATE Pieces (Baker's Chocolate, Coconut Oil, Demerara Sugar, Water, Hemp Pro 70 Protein powder) placed into an ice cube tray. This is one of only 13 food items which are now BEST for JRS, under the influence of the GMO Chimera modifications he has received.

On August 17th, the Tocliobcz transfer the ENERGIES of the Attachments, evenly amongst the 12 pieces of the chocolate mixture.

On August 18th, JRS eats 3 of the 12 pieces, absorbing 3/12th of the mixed Identity construct of the 4 Attachments.

On August 19th, JRS eats another 3 pieces of the chocolate mixture throughout the late afternoon evening ... bringing 66% of the total energy impact onto himself. He becomes Very WEAK, Tired, and must physically rest. He contacts ANNA to check if he is being bothered by Visitors ... and she confirms that it is 4 Attachments, including a CREME one. JRS begins to discern the content of this entry.

Undetected, and especially if any more pieces of the contaminated chocolate had been eaten before their cleansing of destructive spiritual energies, the Spirit of JRS would have "drowned" under the WEIGHT of the destructive energies, his Reptilian Structure would have sunk into a Coma, and, his heart would have stopped. They justified their interference as a Positive act of saving JRS from the endless turmoil of assisting humanity, a self-sabotaging entity. Their TRUE concern was that JRS, might, with the help of GOD, find an answer to the GMO contamination of all humans.

Determining the above REALITY, and with the assistance of ANNA releasing the Attachments from the Physical ... JRS places SEVEN cotton swabs, in 7 specific locations around his accommodation. Each was saturated with a strong aromatic essence chosen spiritually for the location. SIX candles are also prepared and placed at specific locations according to Spiritual Guidance. The candles and strong essences will deter further Tocliobcz interference and assist in the physical recovery of JRS, along with the departure of the Attachments and the Awareness of the Plan and its progression.

The Tocliobcz are spiritually shamed as much by the awareness of their own self-deception as well as by their responsibility for IMPOSING this satanic (turning away from God) dynamic on JRS. Their repetition of this or a similar effort is diminished by THIS record. The remaining 6 chocolate pieces are now decontaminated.

The Tocliobcz seek to redeem themselves by acting in good intentions to "empower" JRS.

The Tocliobcz impose 13 genetic modifier "Implants" which are triggered after 72 hours of "rest", to activate for 24 hours. That is, after the GMO food collective transmutation of JRS, a food/substance reactivity has limited the "survival" foods which JRS can assimilate, without toxic consequences, to about a dozen rare-to-culture foods. Eating other foods triggers a GMO response which will range from indigestion, attitude & behavior reactivity, digestive toxicity, and, intensification of GMO genetic mutation of the human gut and other organs.

The 13 "IMPLANTS" enable JRS to use and assimilate 14 "danger" foods during a 24-hour duration.
This duration begins AFTER, the newly modified digestive genes in the organ tissues of JRS have been active, and largely absent of conflict with now reactive substances. The newly added genetic modifications are both TEMPORARY, and, LONG-Term. That is, they will only activate for 24 hours, and, only after the GMO food modified genes have been ACTIVE for 72 hours. Expressed differently, during every 4-day duration of Activity, JRS can assimilate a PRIMARY set of foods for the first 3 days.

Thereafter, for a further day, the Primary ACCEPTABLE foods become health destructive, and, a SECONDARY set of foods, previously toxic to JRS, become healthful and acceptable. These include: 12-Grain Bread, Plain Yoghurt, Carrots, Ground lean Beef, Chicken Breasts, Beer/Stout, Romaine Lettuce, chopped frozen Onions, small Potato Chips, Ginger Ale, Mayonaise, small Zucchini, Key Lime Pie, clarified Butter. After that fourth day, the cycle restarts ... with the PRIMARY food list becoming beneficial for another 3 days.

FASTING, interrupts and acts as a delay to the activities and can result in the 4-Day cycle becoming extended to new semi-permanent START and Completion times. Over the longer-term, the new gene modifier process DOES extend the HEALTHFUL Food list for JRS by making each of 2 sets of foods acceptable at different times.

While the exposure of JRS to GMO Foods resulted in the modification of intestinal tract and other tissue DNA, the Tocliobcz have introduced 13 viral gene modifiers with specific food, and, time-of-day triggers ... which activate food specific digestive enzymes for only a 24-hour period.

The overall changes to the behavior of JRS of the addition of the second dynamic further extend/retract the changes JRS found by AVOIDING the GMO modification symptoms through limitation to the Primary Food List, to demonstrate these:
