During late July, 2005, they began to assist humans by utilizing a Superpowerful form of chiropractic treatment such that a few minutes of their attention was equal to 5 to 20 sessions from a variety of human approaches to chiropractic.

Their home is much different from the Earth.
As they are naturally innovative, they ask many questions about what different things are which are around us.

HUMAN SEXUALITY:
They are Very favorable to the Positive expression of human sexuality as they do not possess physical bodies, as we know it, and cannot share pleasure and acknowledgement in this manner.

The Klatics leave the Earth on August 15th to explore the rest of the solar system of the Earth.
They plan to return in 4 days, and do.

They continue as positive influences on an almost daily basis.
They extend their skills from structural realignment to ultrasonic surgery.
Like most of the other Visitors, they do not understand Viruses by the end of September, 2005, and ae becoming concerned that either natural mutations, human experimentation and ignorance, or Alien interference will introduce one or more extremely contagious and destructive viral forms.

2005-09-27 to 2005-10-06 Conference of Earth Visitors.
Time durations have been translated to human, 2005, terms, for human benefit.
A group of Visiting lifeform species joined together to resolve a problem which they shared a perception of:

Disharmony on the Earth resulting in a degradation of Spiritual energy radiation from the planet and a degradation, rather than an adaptation, of interspecies lifeforms and physical sustaining habitat.

Some of those invited included:
Florettes, Gosamers, Octopods, Klatics, Ziolaks, Jilbries, Dacclli, Facijbces, Hirbcirs.

They met to consider:

1. Harmony in the Universe;
2. Destructive influences on the Earth;
3. Origin of these influences;
4. Octopod-X influence;
5. Consensual resolution:
   • spiritual encouragement;
   • patient wait and review;
   • abandonment;
   • reduction of humans by self-destruction;
   • bioengineering of humans.

There was an expectation that if humans were left to continue their historical trends in behavior they would initiate the self-destruction of a large proportion of their numbers and provide an opportunity for redevelopment of a more spiritually harmonious attitude, behavior, and culture. Some ways in which this could occur, not exclusively separate, are:

• environmental toxicity leading to disease,
• nuclear war leading to environmental degradation,
• intergroup and inter-national genocides,
• bioengineered viruses,
• mutated viruses through environmental challenge,
• overcrowding leading to starvation/disease.

2005-10-05 Conference of Earth Visitors, Conclusion.

By late in the day on October 05th, 2005 (October 06th for half of the Earth), the attendees of the Conference had accomplished the following:

1. The attendees quickly reached an awareness that they were all seeking to assist in promoting HARMONY as defined by inter-species and species Contentment (low environmental, social and inter-species conflict) and Synchronicity (supporting a Balance of numbers and activities for Life and Survival with no resulting expansion in numbers or domination of others beyond that of material subsistency and relative good health and longevity).

2. During the first, second, and third days of the Conference, it became apparent to all that NONE of the participants had enough personal or historical experience to mandate one or more solutions which the other attendees could support, and in some instances, understand. If agreement could not be reached, they would be best to all leave and admit defeat in this challenge rather than make the situation worse. They began looking to other species in the Universe who might have more relevant experience in resolving the problem to a Long-Term Constructive outcome.

3. Invited the Joblixtic, Ibci, Tocliobcz and 5 other Extraterrestrial species to assist in resolving the self-destructive and Universe harmony authoritarian attitude/behavior of humans and Octopod-X. The former agreed to make the trip and contribute. The latter 5 declined on the basis of maintaining a focus on their own harmony.

4. The Joblixtic, Ibci, and Tocliobcz, are to provide leadership and coaching, based on their own experiences and on their sympathy and empathy for humans, and, empathy for the Octopod-X. They are aware of the potential long-term destructive influence of bioengineering and the usual destructive influence of materialistic authoritarian cultural patterns. Their development of Positive alternatives which induce harmony with responsible freedom, fit them to their requested Role. The other conference attendees agree to defer to their expertise and either assist their efforts, or, if disagreements arise, leave.

5. Returned to the Earth with an Agreement, Partnerships, and a Plan.
   
   1. Participation is by Choice.
   2. Contribution must be Positive by consensus.
   3. Prior Success is Acknowledged as Strength.
   4. Imposed strength is Destructive.
   5. Dissenters are to leave.

2005-10-26, The Dacclli, FireFlames, and Klatics, observe a Spiritually Guided person, while the Ibcis, and Swaptabs encourage the person to make a huge mistake from their distorting the Guidance he is receiving on whether to apply for a VOIP service. The Dacclli, FireFlames, and Klatics do not realize the destructive involvement of the Ibci at this point and expect that the Ibci are assisting the human in getting clear Guidance ... in accord with their expressed intent at the Conference of Visitors.

2005-11-12, The Bijhavics, Crystals, Facijbces, Fredlings, Glosbies, Greübies, Klatics, Myrhines, Rust-Likes, Spirals, Violets (just returned), reappear in the awareness of distracted Spiritually Guided persons. The Ibci, Swaptabs and Ziolaks, continue to destructively influence this couple with dental and sinus infections together with computer and telephone malfuntions.

2005-11-19, The Bixlans, Crystals, Dacclli, Facijbces, Glosbies, Klatics, Octopods, Tlislie and Violets continue to provide support to Spiritually Guided persons. The Ibci continue to induce electronic interference with Internet signals.

2005-11-23, The Klatics are astounded by the destructive interference of the Ibcis, Joblixtic, and Swaptabs against several Spiritually Guided humans. Today, the latter have continued to induce headache, gastrointestinal and oral gum pain to disable and discourage these persons.

2005-11-24, The Bikliranyl, Bixlans, Facijbces, Gosamers, Klatics, Rust-Likes and Violets monitor the coping skills of Spiritually Guided persons. The Ibci contribute to physical pain and infection to distract and minimize the efforts of a Spiritually Guided person.

2005-11-30, The Crystals, Dacclli, FireFlames, Fredlings, Gosamers, Jilbri, Klatics, Myrhines, Octopods, Tlislie, and Violets continue to find themselves largely helpless in trying to assist Spiritually Guided persons against the destructive intents of the Ibci and Joblixtic, who continue to encourage pain and illness in two Spiritually Guided persons.

2005-12-04, The Bixlans, Hirbcir and Klatics observe the positive coping skills of two Spiritually Guided persons while the Ibci continue to frustrate their health and attempt to disrupt their accuracy of Guidance.

2005-12-09, The Gosamers, Klatics, Ziolaks, and Swaptabs provide a positive influence to Spiritually Guided persons. The Swaptabs are acting by deception to try and determine what other Visitors are doing to assist with their intent to sabotage this contribution.

2005-12-14, The Bixlans, Hirbcir, Jilbri, Klatics, Nilids, Reds, and Violets review the Health Recovery strategy documents newly compiled by two chronically ill Spiritually Guided persons. The Joblixtic also consider this new information and further expect that human systems are too archaic to offer much benefit to these persons or any others with health problems of similar complexity.

2005-12-15, The Fredlings, Gosamers, Klatics, Nilids, Octopods, Roberlings (just returning), and Tlislie observe a lower torso MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scan being run on a Spiritually Guided person. The high flux pulsed radiation is of particular benefit to the health of the tested person. The Nilids can induce this form of treatment on individuals in the future. The Joblixtic and Swaptabs focus on enhancing the health difficulties of the other Spiritually Guided person present who is not having an MRI.

2005-12-16, The Bixlans, Klatics, and Violets try again, in vain, to assist their Spiritually Guided contacts against the destructive influences of other Visitors.

2008-10-18
The ZCSARs, Klatics, Halkts, Gosamers, and Emeralds assist the health of dog, Chelsea, at request of ANNA, by performing spinal surgery, vibrational healing, imprinting and hidden block removal, and diffusion of implants with the prospect of providing her with up to 5 more years of Quality life experience. This was possible because ANNA had energetically released Chelsea to be able to take in all that is available from other caring individuals. Kira and Andrew will also be encouraged to request assistance for Chelsea. The Bikliranyls and Salmoniques are asked to provide medicines as they are willing.
The health of Chelsea noticeably improves the next day, 19th.

The Positive Visitors are encouraged by ANNA to discern that, for humans, there is often a requirement for added motivation, stamina, and self-discipline and self-directedness, for a change is energy block attitudes and patterns to change .. if the use of Balancing Therapy is unavailable. This increase in self-participation is most important for their increase is self-awareness, self-esteem, self-empowerment, and reverence. If the Visitors simply RELEASE blocks, they will be effecting a "miracle" which preserves the subject as a Dependent, Passive, Needy person who looks to others for Direction and Control of their lives. Much more spiritually positive to empower someone than to reinforce their dependency.
