2017-09-11: The Kipouvivs arrive with a frequency radiated history of the human species for the pasrt 220 years.
That is, the calm-to-violent energy spectrum radiated into space and reaching them, both at home and during their travel to this planet, provide them with a historical context of a lifeform in overall balance, a dying lifeform, or, an overall destructive and life endangering lifeform. There are few, less than 1%, of lifeforms in the universe which radiate, by attitude and behavior, an overall longer-term consistency of life endangerment energies. The human species, as it has genetically existed, over the past 175 years, is one of those. The Kipouvivs have made their trip with the motive of "turning OFF" this malfunctioning and energy spectrum disturbing source.

The Kipouvivs began their interaction with humans by working AGAINST 6 persons including ANNA and JRS.
Their interference was noted by the symptom of great tiredness and some weakness leading to a difficulty at focusing and concentration. Three Positive Visitors, the Mulzs, Vagids, and, Xcruellites, volunteered to assist and were requested to restrain the Kipouviv. Stating the phrase "Be Gone" by the humans was also helpful.

2017-09-22/23: The Kipouvivs continue their assault against JRS, in particular, as he makes efforts to recover from the side effects of a Urine Heavy Metals Challenge test. They DECREASE the rate of discarding, or of restoring, the excess toxins out of, or away from, the blood supply and their DIRECT influence on organs, nerves, and muscles. The result continues to present INTENSE pain to the left kidney/left hip area of JRS. With their success at partially BLOCKING JRS from Spiritual Guidance, JRS is left to presume the effects are resulting from a significant toxin dump ... which may be slowly clearing, has replacing blocked nerves with temporary pinched nerves, or, has replaced blocked nerves with long-term pinched nerves.

ANNA assists by discerning that the effects are largely due to the interference of the Kipouvivs, and, requesting the assistance of the Mulz, VAGIDs, XREULITEs, and DACCLIs to assist in protecting JRS on the 22nd. The Kipouvivs, after little redirection of their energies by Spiritually STRONGER Visitors, reactivated their negative influences on and throughout the 23rd. Eventually, with the discernment of ANNA, from a considerable distance, JRS was able to discern factors which were repulsive to the Kipouvivs and request assistance again from available Positive influencing Visitors who could contribute to lessening the destructive effects of the efforts of the Kipouvivs.

Playing the tinkchas, using the INTRUDERS OIL spray, and positioning the negative energy absorber (black base, copper rods, crystals) close to oneself were repellent to the Kipouvivs. The following Visitors assisted: Mulz, FIREFLAMEs, PHIFEFs, UNJEVRUZ, VAGIDs, VIOPNOS, XCRUELITEs, ZCSARs. They had to be reminded that it would be necessary, if possible, for at least 2 of them to remain present longer term to deflect the negative energies streaming from the Kipouvivs back to their source, if, they were to remain helpful for JRS.

2018-08-28: The Kipouvivs begin to bother spiritually positive persons in an expectation that by doing so they can accelerate the catastrophic demise of humanity. JRS informs them that if they want the negative radiated energies to stop from the Earth, they will be much more influential and constructive if they elect to assist those Visitors who have been preparing a Rapture to remove the more spiritually positive humans from the Earth. Influencing a few spiritually positive persons will not provide much influence to the timing of the events in progress towards self-extinction by humanity. Neither will an attempt to influence spiritually negative persons towards the positive, for there are far too many leaving the result to be of minor benefit. Also, negatively influencing spiritually positive persons will only bring More spiritually negative energies onto them. Again, the most effective activity the Kipouvivs can undertake is to seek out and assist those Visitors planning the Rapture, and, if communication with those Visitors is a challenge, they could seek one or more 3rd part mediator Visitors to provide translation services.

Like is so often in the universe, do not allow your mind to assume characterisitics from the physical form. Influence varies both according to the awareness of the Visitor concerned, of humans, their degree of Spirituality, their access to Spiritual Guidance, OUR perception of them (FEAR - CONFIDENCE), and their ability and desire to work together within their own group, as well as with humans, or, with other Visitors.

A human WEAKNESS, based in an original Energy Block, is that NO entity (stranger, friend, intimate, relative, enemy, official, God, even oneself [paradoxically]) is influential on our lives, UNLESS, they possess an image of benevolence, and, are IMPOSING. This satisfies the symbol of the rescuer, miracle worker, and savior .. who takes OUR Responsibility from us .. to lift the Burden of Irresponsibility imposed by the First Energy Block .. which grew from Visitor bioengineering. MOST Visitors, and humans, will never understand this, UNLESS, they become familiar with the concept and reality of Energy Blocks, expressed in the Balancing Therapy described on zoerh.info and the result of such sessions.
