Energy block formation, spirit weakening and health decline are usually perceived spiritually as destructive processes.
The Joprt's (Joe Pert) understand these capabilities as ways of REDUCING the destructive attitudes and behaviors of self-sabotaging humans ... these changes could reduce those actions they would otherwise take to bring conflict and aggression upon others. While this ATTITUDE can be understood within the realm of the hyper-rational and the Authoritarian, it is a danger to positive spiritual participation and we PRAY that they will appreicate this discernment.

The Ziolaks interrupt the ability for JRS to receive Spiritual Guidance in hopes that it will stop his work permanently and a major input into the possible survival of the human species. Their expectation is that without additional reports which he is preparing to produce, and Visitors currently present or yet to arrive, will have no basis for constructively assisting humans. On request, 3 Visitors (Joprt, Kxectidalezs, Xcruelites) choose to assist JRS by jamming the energies of the Ziolaks. The Joprts have not yet arrived, yet they receive the signal enroute requesting their assistance and choose to comply.

Like is so often in the universe, do not allow your mind to assume characteristics from the physical form.
Influence varies both according to the awareness of the Visitor concerned, of humans, their degree of Spirituality, their access to Spiritual Guidance, OUR perception of them (FEAR - CONFIDENCE), and their ability and desire to work together within their own group, as well as with humans, or, with other Visitors.

A human WEAKNESS, based in an original Energy Block, is that NO entity (stranger, friend, intimate, relative, enemy, official, God, even oneself [paradoxically]) is influential on our lives, UNLESS, they possess an image of benevolence, and, are IMPOSING.
