2005-10-05 Conference of Earth Visitors, Conclusion.

By late in the day on October 05th, 2005 (October 06th for half of the Earth), the attendees of the Conference had accomplished the following:

1. The attendees quickly reached an awareness that they were all seeking to assist in promoting HARMONY as defined by inter-species and species Contentment (low environmental, social and inter-species conflict) and Synchronicity (supporting a Balance of numbers and activities for Life and Survival with no resulting expansion in numbers or domination of others beyond that of material subsistency and relative good health and longevity).

2. During the first, second, and third days of the Conference, it became apparent to all that NONE of the participants had enough personal or historical experience to mandate one or more solutions which the other attendees could support, and in some instances, understand. If agreement could not be reached, they would be best to all leave and admit defeat in this challenge rather than make the situation worse. They began looking to other species in the Universe who might have more relevant experience in resolving the problem to a Long-Term Constructive outcome.

3. Invited the Joblixtic, Ibci, Tocliobcz and 5 other Extraterrestrial species to assist in resolving the self-destructive and Universe harmony authoritarian attitude/behavior of humans and Octopod-X. The former agreed to make the trip and contribute. The latter 5 declined on the basis of maintaining a focus on their own harmony.

4. The Joblixtic, Ibci, and Tocliobcz, are to provide leadership and coaching, based on their own experiences and on their sympathy and empathy for humans, and, empathy for the Octopod-X. They are aware of the potential long-term destructive influence of bioengineering and the usual destructive influence of materialistic authoritarian cultural patterns. Their development of Positive alternatives which induce harmony with responsible freedom, within their own species/culture, was considered sufficient to fit them to their requested Role. The other conference attendees agreed to defer to their expertise and either assist their efforts, or, if disagreements arise, leave.

5. Returned to the Earth with an Agreement, Partnerships, and a Plan.
   

   1. Participation is by Choice.
   2. Contribution must be Positive by consensus.
   3. Prior Success is Acknowledged as Strength.
   4. Imposed strength is Destructive.
   5. Dissenters are to leave.

2005-10-29 The Bixlans, Gosamers, Facijbces, Hirbcir, Joblixtics, Octopods, Reds, continue to assist Spiritually Guided persons while the Ibci continue to sabotage this by imposing excessive tiredness on their targeted humans.

2005-10-30 The Crystals, Greübies, Facijbces, Hirbcir, Joblixtics, Myrhines, Octopods, Reds, and Tlislies continue to assist Spiritually Guided persons during their moving residence. The Ibci and Swaptabs are frustrated by the teamwork of those working to honestly benefit humans.

2005-11-23 The Klatics and Joblixtic are astounded by the destructive interference of the Ibcis, and Swaptabs against several Spiritually Guided humans. Today, the latter have continued to induce headache, gastrointestinal and oral gum pain to disable and discourage these persons.

2005-11-26 The Gosamers, Hibcir, Myrhines, Octopods, Reds, and Violets observe the Joblixtic inducing excessive tiredness and disorientation in a Spiritually Guided person. The latter have decided that it is better to support the more powerful participants and that the substantial improvement in humans required to effect a noticable positive improvement in the energy radiations from the Earth is, nearly impossible.

2005-11-29 The Facijbces, Greübies, Hirbcir, Reds, and Violets observe ion cleanses and intravenous hydrogen peroxide treatments being taken by Spiritually Guided persons to improve their health and resist the continuing and pervasive destructive influences from the Ibci, and Joblixtic.

2005-12-03 The Facijbces leave the Earth. They are disappointed in the destructive spiritual contribution by some of the most powerful of Visitors and their manipulation and deception of many others. They do not consider the Ibci, Joblixtic, Swaptabs, Tocliobcz, and any other negative energy contributors as capable of positive influence in the direction of Spiritual strength and refuse to degrade their own values to those of conflict, coercion, and violence.

They do understand the nature of Spiritual Guidance, unlike many of the more Spiritually oriented Visitors, yet they do not receive it themselves. Many others are unaware of the availability of Spiritual Guidance for them, or, their God does not afford them it. Without a common ground of Spiritual Guidance to unify them together with the ability to communicate with all of the others, the only option for opposing the negative contributors, other than departure, would be aggressive action.

2005-12-02 The Bixlans, Glosbies, Reds are growing tired of trying to assist Spiritually Guided persons against the destructive interferences of the Joblixtic and Tocliobcz.

2005-12-04 The Jilbri, Myrhines, and Violets send positive energies to two Spiritually Guided persons who the Joblixtic are trying to panic with a health challenge.

2005-12-10 The Joblixtic believe that even Spiritually Guided persons are easy for the destructive Visitors to control and that the destruction of humanity will not be very difficult.

2005-12-12 The Fredlings and Violets continue to learn from the further investigations being carried out by a Spiritually Guided person on human health problems. The Joblixtic see this new information (physical effects of long-term destructive imprinting and/or energy blocks) as only more support for their quick solution of species extermination.

2005-12-14 The Bixlans, Hirbcir, Jilbri, Klatics, Nilids, Reds, and Violets review the Health Recovery strategy documents newly compiled by two chronically ill Spiritually Guided persons. The Joblixtic also consider this new information and further expect that human systems are too archaic to offer much benefit to these persons or any others with health problems of similar complexity.

2005-12-15 The Fredlings, Gosamers, Klatics, Nilids, Octopods, Roberlings (just returning), and Tlislie observe a lower torso MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scan being run on a Spiritually Guided person. The high flux pulsed radiation is of particular benefit to the health of the tested person. The Nilids can induce this form of treatment on individuals in the future. The Joblixtic and Swaptabs focus on enhancing the health difficulties of the other Spiritually Guided person present who is not having an MRI.

2005-12-17 The Jilbri leave the Earth, for the same reasons as the Facijbces.

2006-01-03 The Joblixtic leave the Earth.
They wish to return home and exchange crews for the period ahead.

2006-01-06 The Joblixtic return to the Earth.
A new crew arrives with the hope of assisting Spiritually Guided persons.
They discover, increasingly, that their constructive efforts are continually being sabotaged by the Ibci and Tocliobcz and that other Visitor groups have left the Earth with a perception of having been deceived and manipulated against their values.

2006-03-27 The Joblixtic leave the Earth.
They must return home for another crew change.
The atmosphere of the Earth and the considerable negative energy emanations here are very demanding on their health.

2006-10-17 The Joblixtic return to the Earth.
They decide to support the destructive attitudes of the Ibci and Tocliobcz which are not to support human spiritual improvement and Spiritually Guided persons. That perspective supports neither allowing humans to destroy themselves nor assisting humans in the hope that a few can turn the tide of negative energy emanation from the Earth towards a more positive one.

The Joblixtic now support simply destroying humanity.
They begin disrupting the efforts of Spiritually Guided persons today.
They can disable or disrupt any energy shield provided by other Visitors to protect selected humans from destructive energies being directed at them by other Visitors.

2014-04-29 The Joblixtic are interfering with the Spiritual Guidance which specific humans are requesting and receiving. Additional cross-checking, time involvement and energies are being required for confirmation of accuracy and relevancy.

Like is so often in the universe, do not allow your mind to assume characterisitics from the physical form. Influence varies both according to the awareness of the Visitor concerned, of humans, their degree of Spirituality, their access to Spiritual Guidance, OUR perception of them (FEAR - CONFIDENCE), and their ability and desire to work together within their own group, as well as with humans, or, with other Visitors.

A human WEAKNESS, based in an original Energy Block, is that NO entity (stranger, friend, intimate, relative, enemy, official, God, even oneself [paradoxically]) is influential on our lives, UNLESS, they possess an image of benevolence, and, are IMPOSING. This satisfies the symbol of the rescuer, miracle worker, and savior .. who takes OUR Responsibility from us .. to lift the Burden of Irresponsibility imposed by the First Energy Block .. which grew from Visitor bioengineering.
