SPECIAL INCIDENTS:
They initiated a number of "accidents" in the Tonasket, Washington, USA region in late July, 2007. They interpreted a person's "energy focus" as representing what the person wanted. An experienced small plane pilot devoted a lot of energy to being careful and proactive to avoid flight crashes during their flights. It was interpreted that they "wanted" to crash, and they did. A person who was afraid of water moved into the region from the New Orleans area of flooding, and died of drowning. Their FEAR was interpreted as a sign of what they WANTED.

On Friday, August 3rd, several Spiritually Guided humans drove to a site located half way between Oroville and Chesaw in Washington State and conveyed to the Jlitke that this "understanding" and assumption of these energy beings was resulting in destructive results. To their surprise, many humans devote a large amount of energy to FEAR, DESPAIR, and HATE -- all of which encourage destructive outcomes. This makes the intent of the Jlitke much more complex and difficult to achieve.

Many humans devote very lttle energy to their Mission, of which less than 2% of humans are aware.
Little energy is also devoted to LOVE in the positive state for such is a support for and grows from calm, acceptance, acknowledgement, pleasure, and harmony -- all of which conserve energy and utilize it in the most efficient manner. Love, in a negative or destructive spiritual and physical state, often elicits a considerable degree of energy through lust, degradation, and vengeance -- as reactions to experiences of rejection, abandonment, imposition, degradation, materialism.

The Jlitke now became more understanding of and discerning about the energy demands of humans and the dissociation between this straightforward devotion of resources and that which encourages and finds expression as Love and Harmony.

Tannis A. Holst, 13, Tonasket, drowned in the Okanogan River July 29 about 5.5 miles south of Oroville.

The Positive Visitors are encouraged by ANNA to discern that, for humans, there is often a requirement for added motivation, stamina, and self-discipline and self-directedness, for a change in energy block attitudes and patterns to change .. if the use of Balancing Therapy is unavailable. This increase in self-participation is most important for their increase is self-awareness, self-esteem, self-empowerment, and reverence. If the Visitors simply RELEASE blocks, they will be effecting a "miracle" which preserves the subject as a Dependent, Passive, Needy person who looks to others for Direction and Control of their lives. The DOVEVIX, over 3/4 of the way through were able to "Read" the materials, once any required re-editing was completed. A short time later, with their assistance, the other attendees were also able to "Read". The DOVEVIX attempted to signal this to me by suddenly making me Very Sleepy and forcing a break. This meaning was not discerned by me until I was more than half way through PEV-38, after item 14. This slowed the completion of the Session some, yet enabled the inclusion of the video references.

Other attendees who wish to attend similar sessions in the future, who do not have this skill, will be assisted in gaining it. My part will now revert to making the Spiritually Guided selections and their order, reviewing & editing any texts requiring same, obtaining external Resources, as and when Best, and viewing videos. In the latter, they will continue to use a brainwave transfer data communication, as previously, and as assisted to more recent arrivals and attendees who may not have developed this communication technique yet.

Like is so often in the universe, do not allow your mind to assume characterisitics from the physical form. Influence varies both according to the awareness of the Visitor concerned, of humans, their degree of Spirituality, their access to Spiritual Guidance, OUR perception of them (FEAR - CONFIDENCE), and their ability and desire to work together within their own group, as well as with humans, or, with other Visitors.

A human WEAKNESS, based in an original Energy Block, is that NO entity (stranger, friend, intimate, relative, enemy, official, God, even oneself [paradoxically]) is influential on our lives, UNLESS, they possess an image of benevolence, and, are IMPOSING. This satisfies the symbol of the rescuer, miracle worker, and savior .. who takes OUR Responsibility from us .. to lift the Burden of Irresponsibility imposed by the First Energy Block .. which grew from Visitor bioengineering. MOST Visitors, and humans, will never understand this, UNLESS, they become familiar with the concept and reality of Energy Blocks, expressed in the Balancing Therapy described on zoerh.info and the result of such sessions.
