Following their assessment, they decide to plan for the destruction of humanity as a God-created species which was "contaminated" by the irreverent action of bio-engineering effected by proud and ignorant Visitors more than 20,000 years ago. They understand that it is not for any supreme deity to rescue the mistakes that "satanic" self-appointed gods impose on their creations. Effecting "miracles" removes the element of Choice and self-direction, originally conferred to humans, and, worse, it removes the responsibility from and further emboldens the original spiritually weak participants who imposed the "contamination".
