During 998,203 B.C., the Carqlists visited the Earth on a ecological anthropological scientific mission.

During 4737 B.C., they re-visited the Earth.
They found humans in a much spiritually diminished form from their previous visit.
They took a concern back to their civilization that something had altered the genetic base of humanity to infuse a potentially increasing material and security addiction which was generating increasing levels of conflict, environmental degradation, and species self-destructiveness.

The Carqlists returned to their federation of 32 planets to extend their data into possible scenarios with predictive outcomes and determine if a constructive influence could and should be made at a later time.

During 29 B.C., they re-visited the Earth a third time.
They came with an intent to update their earlier observations and to provide a positive spiritual influence to the species cultural group which possessed the biological and political heritage with the potential to infuse the greatest alteration of humanity towards negative spirituality in the future.

2006-09-22 Conducting brain analysis of selected humans.
They can regulate hormones through brain stimulation yet are cautious and want to learn fully before becoming involved in assisting humans. They can be endocrine gland facilitators and could provide UVB-Blood phototherapy influences to enhance white blood cell health in selected humans.

2006-09-23 They begin providing blood transfusion-like treatments for humans.

During late March, 2006, the Tocliobcz implant a 6-week delayed action implant in the chest of at least one human receiving Spiritual Guidance clearly. When triggered, it will result in increased tension in the central chest and back of the individual and produce a burning pain. Lung, heart, spleen, and lymphatic functions will be reduced encouraging an increased toxicity and viscosity of the blood and reducing brain clarity.

This will provide enough Reptilian Structure distraction such that conscious focus and thought will be made difficult and further access the Guidance almost impossible. This interference will often last for hours. Some form of electromagnetic interference from the implant will also result in erratic nearby computer operations after a period of 4 months, beginning in early August. The trigger mechanism remains unclear.

On September 29, 2006, the presence of the implants are discovered by humans and the information is relayed to the Qirellis, Carqlists, Xcrullites, and Padckyslts. The Qirellis remove an implant from one Spiritually Guided person during a multiple UVB-Blood treatment, with the help of the Padckyslts and Xcrullites. This reduces the blood viscosity of the human involved below near critical levels.

2006-10-06 The EMERALDs and the Carqlists diffuse a 4th Tocliobcz implant from a Spiritually Guided person.

2006-10-07 The EMERALDs and the Carqlists, with the Padckyslts and Xcrullites observing, diffuse a 5th Tocliobcz implant from a Spiritually Guided person. A 6th and final Tocliobcz implant is removed some hours later with the Spiritually Guided person using a HotHouse infared therapy unit for several hours to assist them in locating it.

2006-10-09 The Carqlists reveal to a Spiritually Guided person that they are interested in Earth animals yet have no liking for birds.

2006-10-11 The Greubies, Carqlists, SAPHIREs, and Padckyslts work on placing a pyramid form over the house where two Spiritually Guided humans live in an effort to protect them from the intense negative energies continuing to be directed at them by the Ibci. They succeed for 55 hours after which the Ibci find a way of dismantling the protective form.

2006-10-12 The Carqlists and Padckyslts will monitor the serotonin levels of two humans who receive Spiritual Guidance and raise one by 20% above current low level and the other by 16%.

The Eicwaldz are assisting the health of Anna, friend of ANNA, as a gift to the latter.
The next day, 24th, after a night of disturbed sleep, ANNA requests assistance with her physical energy. The Qizzts, Salmoniques, work on the physical. The Bukaholis, Eicwaldz assist with improved spiritual clarity. The Salmoniques assist with the ability to focus. The Carqlist's release imprinting patterns and effect some chromosome repair. The Culwzi's become available after 4:00 pm to offer their assistance.

The Bixlans, Carqlist's, Pleiadians, and, PYRAMIDs accompany ANNA and JRS on their roadtrip to Vancouver, British Columbia, where they are going for health therapies, including a form of Lightning Process Therapy.

2010-01-xx The Carqlists are assisting in the repair and reversal of negative Visitor interference and placing a sensor to emit signals to them when the negative Visitors begin interfering.

The Abaetdibs terminate their Energy Block release efforts when they become aware of the realizations of JRS and the destructive complications which "spontaneous" releases impose. While such persons may experience almost immediate and significant Positive changes, the Negative Spiritual influence will often be one of encouraging their use of superstitious and magical thinking. They may "reason" that if they become/act "good enough" then their "wish" will be granted, WITHOUT reverence, humility, self-direction, contribution, awareness, patience, faith, or, compassion. Such a new Belief would actually leave the person WEAKER spiritually. NO benefit is worthy if it sabotages and leaves a destructive Net Result.

The disadvantages of assisting humans to unknowingly release Energy Blocks is now understood by 14 Visitors: Abaetdibs, Bank Cluster Corvis, Byns, Carquists, Dsact, Jfallac, Kozwerosoueb, Mulz's, Nilids, Padckyslts, Putrackmos, Qlysi, Tunbn's, Zeophilites. Without the awareness, coping skills, and other coaching which JRS or others provide during a Balancing Session to release Energy Blocks, any benefit gained could be easily lost. The Visitors are sad that this physical "complication" ensures that the "renovation" of humans is much more complex than they had presumed and that such Balancing cannot be effected faster and more widespread.

Of the 14, EIGHT (Abaetdibs, Bank Cluster Corvis, Carquists, Dsact, Jfallac, Mulz's, Nilids, Tunbn's) assess the current potential for a significant change in humans, even if only to "qualify" 125,000 for the Rapture, as impossible before humans effectively destroy themselves and/or plant ecology. These EIGHT are all leaving the Earth today, with no expectation of return. The others who are continuing to plan to assist with the Rapture are reconsidering timing and numbers on the basis of what is necessary, as minimums, to "pickle/preserve" the species until it can be bioengineered into a more harmonious and inter-dependent lifeform.

Preparing for a Rapture event: Five Visitors are interacting/experimenting with 12 humans in an effort to determine if, and how many, templates are best to detail in order to adequately provide a healthy environment for persons sustained in a temporary or longer term Rapture state. This can be alarming to the subjects, or which JRS is one, for the participation of the Visitors has been deemed best during the night, while the person is sleeping, and, when they are physically quite tired or stressed. If the person awakes, they find themselves to be Very Cold, tired, and in their sleep area which appears lighted. The Visitors present are only visible if the subject looks sideways, NOT by turning one's head but by directing the eyes to their sideways limit. By the 24th, the Visitors require 5 more nights of involvement to complete their "project/research".

The Positive Visitors are encouraged by ANNA to discern that, for humans, there is often a requirement for added motivation, stamina, and self-discipline and self-directedness, for a change in energy block attitudes and patterns to change .. if the use of Balancing Therapy is unavailable. This increase in self-participation is most important for their increase is self-awareness, self-esteem, self-empowerment, and reverence. If the Visitors simply RELEASE blocks, they will be effecting a "miracle" which preserves the subject as a Dependent, Passive, Needy person who looks to others for Direction and Control of their lives.
