Positions held in society are most often powerful in reality but low in visual exposure or scrutiny: scientists, nurses, doctors, alternative health practitioners, New Age leaders and presenters, ministers, priests, executive assistants, sub-senior officers in the military.

They are aware of other alien types and their influence on humanity.
They are aware of suggested future scenarios regarding the Earth.
They intend to confound the aims of the Grays in their last stage, and,
unopposed by the REDHAIREDs, enslave what remains of humanity after a biological Armageddon. The "AIDS virus" is one of several "experiments".

They consider their position as eventual benevolent masters of superior intelligence sent to colonize the Earth as rejects from their galaxy: on Earth, social rejects were the major colonizers of North America, parts of South America, Australia, Siberia.

They know that they cannot achieve their goal until 90% of current humanity is destroyed with births thereafter being maintained at a replacement-no growth level. The REDHAIREDs accept the BLONDS as the lesser of 2 evils over the GRAYS.

I.
The only deterrent influence against the BLONDS is accurate Spiritual Guidance and the choice to accept it. To this end, the only external influence positive to this empowerment is that of the RED spirit walk-ins.

The BLONDS, and all other forms of Universe Visitors, can only discern other-than-human influence as a distortion of the physical image of humans, that interacts with humans. To this end, they cannot perceive the spirit influence of the REDs, and, unless revealed before full activation, they cannot deter that positive influence. Of course, human cultural and political patterns can and have lessened and delayed that influence.

PRESENCE:
BLONDS visited and impacted the human species long before the 1900s but in those instances did not stay and form a historical presence. They changed that degree of interaction in 1979 when they believed that humanity was close to self-annhilation.

Their purpose of influence was to encourage humanity to self-destruct with a whimper rather than a bang. The result would be less physical destruction of resources and structures, to their future benefit of use. To this end, they influenced multiple governments preoccupation with the development of germ and chemical warfare weapons.

Other BLONDS encouraged the passive, self-defeating, self-sabotaging belief structures often refered to as "New Age." By NOT physically joining in, such persons would present no viable opposition to the human authority structures which have always proven easy to deceive and manipulate due to their reliance on fear and pride --- the weaknesses of low self-esteem and energy blocks.

The Strategic Outcome of the above two tactics promoted the amplification of aggressive political groups focused on imposing their authority, and, passive aggressive groups focused on imposing authority on themselves and thereby draw energy from the former. The predictable outcome has been for the aggressive parties to become increasingly more insecure and seek to impose their authority more fully, more quickly, more aggressively --- ECONOMICALLY, and, militarily: terrorists.

In predictable secondary reaction, the passive groups have become increasingly intense in their demonstration of non-acknowledgement, of self-obsession, of pride, of denial, and, of fantasy imbued rationalizations --- the more complex, colorful, and separate from reality, the more hypnotic.

The conclusion of these efforts is an ever increasing intensity and push towards greater and greater destructiveness, both of the physical and the emotional environments for humans. The predictable result of a continuation of this trend is eventual self-destruction of most if not all of the species, likely by means of biowar, neutron bomb, or chemical weapons and resources either used with intent, or released by accident, and reacted to with intent.

In 1985, there was a marked increase in underground base construction and sharing between Americans, GRAYS, and BLONDS. The focus was on constructing an infrastructure to survive the expected coming global war whatever form it took.

In 1987-88, the BLONDs and GRAYs, while working together with humans in a military research setting, fell into opposition. The GRAYs wanted to finalize the destruction of humanity by means of global nuclear war and nuclear power station dysfunction and meltdown pollution; the BLONDS greatly opposed this direction for its result would yield an inhospitable environment for them also. The BLONDS more than doubled their presence with an intent of eliminating the GRAYS. Before a stalemate was achieved, about 600 BLONDs were killed and about 800 GRAYs.

By 1988, the BLONDs assessed that their degree of success in advancing their above-noted strategy of hypnotic imprinting of individual humans (not yet understood at all by humans nor perceived of by many) was not advancing fast enough by replication between humans and they temporarily made plans to leave the Earth. A BLOND only requires as little as 10 minutes exposure to a newborn (perhaps a nurse, doctor, baby-sitter, therapist) in order to "pattern" it for New Age susceptibility.

A decision to increase their impact by the promotion of technical persuasive approaches through the mass media resulted in a 10-year plan. Implicit in the outcome was the development and global expansion and use of Internet-based media (New Age, pornography, gambling), digital preoccupation and deception (digital games, music, videos, special effects), and decreasing interpersonal communication and interaction.

This simple strategy of multiple tactics was intended to further dissassociate intimate couples, families, age and gender groups, races, cultures, and occupational groups. The intended result was increasing social disharmony, inconsistency, and dependency. The dependency on electronics, electrical, and addictive patterns of substance use and behavior would all produce an easily deceived and manipulated (enslaved) species.

Every human under the influence of the BLONDs has the potential to influence, in some degree, 10 to 500 other humans. This is an EVIL influence by definition as it deceives individuals to turn away from the Spiritual and to revere themselves, a human god, or complex idealised teachings that result in denial of reality, rejection of self, or dependency on materialism. The results may be experienced in combinations, not only separately.

INFLUENCED directly or indirectly, the co-dependent human becomes predictable in response, as if hypnotised, and can easily be manipulated or further deceived.

The 1979 assumed goal was that 212 well placed BLONDs would be able to INFLUENCE 482 million individuals in approximately 9 years leaving a TAKEOVER DATE of 1988. The BLONDs do not understand the impact that Energy Blocks have on humans and did not allow for that RETARDING influence. Working with adults proved to suggest great results which were short lived. Persons with Energy Blocks found it difficult, even impossible, to modify their reaction patterns into action choices.

Prior to adequate Internet popularity beginning in 2002, the development of infrastructures to promote BLOND induced attitudes was time and resource consuming relative to the quantity of contacts and the degree and permanence of influence. Previous structural development was more focused on the creation of cults, ashrams, self-development courses, peace and women's movements, television serials, and, occasional movies.

If the governments of the USA, Canada, and Australia had not implemented major Internet expansion programs shortly after 2000, the BLONDs would have left the "hopeless" humans for GRAY domination or destruction.

By early 2002, the BLONDs had developed the ability to modify their physical image, not their physical selves, so that they could APPEAR to be like any other human. This allows them to assume a color, shape, size, and hair design which can have them appear as an race, although oriental racial characteristics are still difficult for them. They are often detected by sensitive and spiritually oriented persons according to their disconnect features, including:

• a voice that does not match the apparent gender;
• a hair style that does not match racial color;
• inconsistent representation of a racial minority;
• eyes which seem unconnected with the inner life;
• a feeling of unease, anxiety, nausea in their presence.

During late 2003, BLOND mutants became capable of giving birth to human-like babies.
This was the extension of 40 years of test-tube genetic modeling beginning with a human bio-engineering technical capability of where human technology could reach, at human technology advancement rates to the date of 2003, in the year 2054. These are infertile clones which are implanted by means of artificial insemination in a female BLOND. As these CHOSEN BLONDs are always married to a human male, the human is conditioned to never become aware of the nature or parentage of "their" child.

This mutation success has given confidence to the BLOND leadership that they can now populate and manage the Earth with no human requirement. Their continued efforts to brainwash humans into passive co-dependency will now be relaxed. Energies will now be increasingly focused on assisting rogue military and intellegence agency humans as well as terrorist elements ... to provide opportunities for extensive and fatal bioware activities ... similar to the scenario dramatically presented in the movie, "12 Monkeys".

There are only several effective defenses against BLOND mind warping.

A spiritually strong individual, family, and culture which reveres and acknowledges God and requests Spiritual Guidance, receives it clearly, and elects to act on it --- IS protected.

Humans who are aware of the differences between a Spiritual Perspective and a Humanist-BLOND Perspective know the deceptions involved and willingly reject the latter. Such awareness is often hampered, and may be made impossible, by the presence of energy blocks.



When the BLONDs become aware of what Energy Blocks are, they will decide to abandon humanity. They will quickly reason that their effective influence has been so dismal because of the blocks and that this could only become productive by devoting adequate resources to eliminating Energy Blocks from the human species WITHOUT making a Spiritual Perspective available.

Further study will quickly reveal to them that removing energy blocks usually results in the individual spontaneously regaining a Spiritual Perspective. Further development into accessing and choosing Spiritual Guidance may not be undertaken by the majority of individuals unless encouraged by the culture.

For the effectiveness of the BLONDs, either the presence of Energy Blocks OR a Spiritual Perspective will be enough to sabotage their efforts. With these revelations, the BLONDs might have left the Earth, excepting the developments of late 2003.



IF the BLOND-encouraged strategy of global biowarfare is successful in coming to a conclusion, humanity will destroy itself and the GRAYs and BLONDs will divide the spoils.

IF the GRAY-encouraged strategy of global nuclear warfare and nuclear power plant dysfunction are successful, humanity will die out within 30 years, the BLONDs will have to leave for almost 500 years, and the GRAYs will inherit the Earth. If it will be possible for them to find a cure for their genetic illness with human genes, they will do so within that time.

IF the GRAYs find their biological antidote, they may simply leave the Earth and the dreadedly crude and ignorant species they know of as humans. With the influence of the energy blocks humans have acquired from the abductions and tests carried out by the GRAYs together with the encouragement for militarization and political adversity which both the BLONDs and the GRAYs have promoted, humanity will still, eventually, destroy itself, accidentally, or, intentionally.

IF the REDs spirit-driven influence can bring HOPE to some humans by making an awareness of what Energy Blocks are available, by defining a process by which Energy Blocks can be released, by describing what a Spiritual Perspective is, by describing and encouraging an awareness and use of Spiritual Guidance, and, by revealing the truth of the history of the human species so that a context of Reality can be gained by which to discern relevancy --- some of humanity will be "rescued" for re-seeding elsewhere in the universe, before the major time of self-destruction.



In the Fall of 2004, the REDs left the Earth and took with them the spirits they had gifted to a few humans. There was much interference at the time from other Visitors, some of whom wished to destroy humans; others wished to assist humans. The REDs chose to leave and avoid the conflict. They may return later.


The BLONDS decided in early July, 2005, to leave the Earth on August 21st for a new location they found which is only 16 lightyears away. They will abandon all of the half-humans they have birthed during recent years. They are unaware of the arrival and presence of the other Visitors since the Fall of 2004, nor of their intentions towards humans and the Earth.

2007-07-29 The Blonds returned to the Earth.
They were able to find a Remedy to their biological difficulties and desires elsewhere, with the Prayers and spiritual assistance of several humans. They are returning now with the intent of assisting humans in some way. Until late 2009, they are undetected and unknown to most humans.

The Blonds appreciate being acknowledged now for making a transition to participation in a Positive/Constructive manner with humans with the intent of making amends, as and when possible, for their destructive interference with humanity in the past.

The Dotz's, Blonds, LiteRings, Myrhines, Pleidians, RI's, and, Ysllis assist ANNA to remain calm, access Spiritual Guidance more clearly than usual, and have a very enjoyable day.

The Positive Visitors are encouraged by ANNA to discern that, for humans, there is often a requirement for added motivation, stamina, and self-discipline and self-directedness, for a change is energy block attitudes and patterns to change .. if the use of Balancing Therapy is unavailable. This increase in self-participation is most important for their increase is self-awareness, self-esteem, self-empowerment, and reverence. If the Visitors simply RELEASE blocks, they will be effecting a "miracle" which preserves the subject as a Dependent, Passive, Needy person who looks to others for Direction and Control of their lives. Much more spiritually positive to empower someone than to reinforce their dependency.

Like is so often in the universe, do not allow your mind to assume characterisitics from the physical form. Influence varies both according to the awareness of the Visitor concerned, of humans, their degree of Spirituality, their access to Spiritual Guidance, OUR perception of them (FEAR - CONFIDENCE), and their ability and desire to work together within their own group, as well as with humans, or, with other Visitors.

A human WEAKNESS, based in an original Energy Block, is that NO entity (stranger, friend, intimate, relative, enemy, official, God, even oneself [paradoxically]) is influential on our lives, UNLESS, they possess an image of benevolence, and, are IMPOSING. This satisfies the symbol of the rescuer, miracle worker, and savior .. who takes OUR Responsibility from us .. to lift the Burden of Irresponsibility imposed by the First Energy Block .. which grew from Visitor bioengineering. MOST Visitors, and humans, will never understand this, UNLESS, they become familiar with the concept and reality of Energy Blocks, expressed in the Balancing Therapy described on zoerh.info and the result of such sessions.
