- BACKUP:

- FORMATS:
Your main file listing is of HTML formatted files.
Some persons will prefer the re-formatted HTML version for its use of color.
The original files were in WordPerfect 7.0 format.
- CONVERSIONS:
The WordPerfect 7.0 version can be easily converted into more than 35 other program formats including ASCII DOS Generic Word Processor, HTML, MS Word for Windows, Rich Text Format (RTF).
Automated conversion to HTML is possible but very messy and requires extensive hand-recoding to get the format to resemble that of the word processed original version. A hand recoding to HTML has been done for your added convenience and an ease-of-access through many Internet browsers.
- FILE SIZING:
Early WordPerfect versions would not effectively use a file of over 300K.
The HISTORY files were, therefore, split into segments.
These Separate files provide a printed output of not more than 70 pages, and usually are about 50 pages.
An All-in-One compilation would require 10.0+ megabytes of memory to load (should you load and assemble the files into one file in another program) and has been difficult to display in some browsers.
The Separate files version requires a minimum of 280 K. free memory.
- PLUGIN:
A WordPerfect conversion plugin to allow for display of the original files in an Internet browser does exist but was found unable to handle all but the smallest of files.
- Most "Z" files are appendix files.
These are smaller than the history files and typically are of a summary or overview nature with extensive formatting.
- NOTE:
All WordPerfect functions are available to the user, in the included WordPerfect version.
You can personalize by adding your own comments, removing undesired entries, adding your own entries, changing the font style, font sizes, and font colors.
CAUTION:
Know that if you work with the original file and make changes that you want to undo, you will have lost that option once you leave WordPerfect, UNLESS, you have a backup copy, or, have saved your working copy under a different filename than the original.
- DICTIONARY / SPELL CHECKER:
Words within the report greatly exceed that of the WordPerfect dictionary:

Use of the Spell Checker on a global basis is NOT recommended for this reason, although doing so will provide you with an indication of what our culture considers to be unimportant -- the words not in the dictionary.
Many of these will be place names and person's names. There are many other words left out ... some common, some connected with a spiritual perspective, others.

- ACCURACY and BENEFIT:
If you have NOT purchased your Report from Online Timeline Reports, your report may have been altered and may be incomplete, corrupted or both. A small amount of information deleted from or added to the report may change the context of the events described and leave you open to great deceptions and manipulation.

You are hoping that your
experience of life will float YOU along in a vacuum and that the challenges which have had to be faced and coped with by others will somehow always avoid you. You can either choose to prepare for challenges, or, you can proceed in denial and feign surprise when the waves wash you out to sea.

IF you assess yourself as a person who has little will to survive, a complete narrow-minded aversion to the concept of a Supreme Being, or, you are a person who lacks courage -- STOP reading now and send the copy back for a refund with a statement of which factors apply to you. - AWARENESS BUILDING:

The relevancy of such a 3-D approach is like looking at a rotting lime on the ground and presuming that such a lifeform grows from the ground up, is never in a state applicable to safe consumption, and that it has no connection with the tree from which it has fallen.
A 4-D perspective would relate the tree to the fruit, the decay of the fruit to the aging of the growth cycle and the nutritional capacity to the appropriateness of the age of the fruit. If you continue to see, believe and respond to reality in a 3-D manner, you will die a tragedy - not having succeeded where you could have. A 4-D perspective will enable you
to bridge to a 5-D reality (spiritual) which can enable you to cope positively with all events and appreciate all aspects of life and the universe.

ALL entries, except those in italics, are virtually word-for-word excerpts from other references.
In a number of situations, wordings have been abbreviated or modified in accord with the exclusion of derogatory names, irrelevant assumptions and as confirmation of other more complete or more accurate descriptions. Many entries are corroborated by multiple sources; specifying the sources for each entry would have expanded the report by double in size and made it cumbersome to use. Names of witnesses to UFO incidents are more often substitutes by the investigators at the request of the individuals or made on behalf of the individuals to protect them from the too common dual responses of media sensationalism and community ostracism.
- DIGITAL PUBLISHING:
The computer data diskette method of publishing was originally chosen in order to provide you the customer with a low cost source of extensive research in a format which enabled numerous personalized choices for hard copy. That was later changed to a consideration of USB memory stick, and then SDHC memory cards, and, by 2013, open publication for any similar information had been permanently sabotaged through developments in computer technology, Internet services, and a continuing intensification of the principles and values of the Money Empire. IF you are able to acquire a copy of the REPORT, the other guidelines noted here will be beneficial to you.
Within the capabilities of WordPerfect you may change the printer selection and the fonts in accord to your printer access, visual preference and budget. This also pertains to the quality and colour of the paper stock you wish to print on. Printing outlets can frequently run off a copy for you on their equipment if you want laser print copy and do not have direct access to a laser printer.
As of 2013, The Foundation-4-Health Package, with a copy of the Project Earth Report (P.E.A.R.) original WP-7 and HTML files is unlikely to be published and made widely available for direct human benefit.
- FILE PROTECTIONS:
Cumbersome protection techniques have not been used.
This allows us to provide you with the most useable reference.
You can add entries, delete entries, search entries: bear in mind that once your original is corrupted, it cannot be restored. Experiment with a copy.
- REGISTRATION:
Registration is no longer required to obtain the Report as the time has elapsed within which it could be prepared in the desired finished form for maximum benefit in relevant time period. You can still gain considerable benefit from the awareness gained from reading through the REPORT.
The several persons and funding required to adequately promote and complete the Report could not be found, trained, and effectively activated. This is a HUMAN problem. There were 3 sets of teams which failed and a number of financial sources were neither Spiritually Guided nor courageous enough to take the risk involved.
- VALUE:
The value of this report, relative to the 2003 market, is that in size you are receiving in excess of 70 times as much as is commonly sold in a package costing $6 to $8 dollars - for $40 (or less) dollars! You are receiving information from sources which are not always available, some of which cost in excess of $40.00, in a syntax that has minimized prejudicial phrasing.
The latter are those terms which have been used in references as a mirror to fear or ignorance as opposed to fact. Personalized comments within the text of this report are easily differentiated by a separate typestyle thereby reducing the possibility of disinformation, common in this genre, and usually in the form of mingling observation with judgements tinged with fear or pride.
- SOURCES:
Approximately 5000 references have been utilized in this report: only a small number of references are provided in a Bibliography as a factor of time and space, which must be related to the cost and availability of the result. If you are sincere and require the resource, you will find it - knowing that it exists.
- SUBJECT FREQUENCY:
You will notice periodic changes in the frequency of subjects and this is due to the following factors:
- early histories are often sources with poor linguistic ability;
- early history resources are available in few libraries;
- 1940s sources are primarily military and restricted;
- during the 1950s, civilian sources were discredited;
- organization of civilian sources has been poor until 1980s or even 1990s;
- most witnesses have no scientific preparation for observation;
- most investigators have poor interviewing and empathic skills;
- most witnesses have no understanding of the phenomena, and view in fear;
- most related government source materials have a 30 year+ secrecy ban;
- Alternative 3 data is under highest security enforced by assassination;
- Alternative 3 data updates are largely unavailable since 1978;
- political background records are somewhat unreliable for the U.S.S.R.;
- most non-military investigators have little access to technology;
- many countries do not keep records on this subject; others are illiterate.
- QUESTIONS:
Consider the answer to the following questions as you read the information:
1. What are the human patterns which have led to human-generated misery?
2. If I were a visiting spaceperson monitoring humans, what would I conclude?
3. If any of half a dozen catastrophes were to happen, what would be the most valuable skills, knowledge and contacts that I could have which might assist my survival?
- CAUSES or INFLUENCES? :
If you have been educated and imprinted to expect one simplistic answer to every question, this report invites you to consider reality as a starting point to future decision-making. Many human cultures with institutionalized educational systems have mandated a theoretical approach to decisions: cause-effect. The ignorance behind such an approach is that a multitude of factors which do influence the conclusion are ignored and not made part of our awareness.
For example, we can calculate how many units of heat when added to a container of water will make the water boil. We can infer that the addition of that number of units of energy forced the water to boil. What have we missed that "influenced" the behaviour? Some of the larger obvious factors include these: water temperature to begin with; method of
application of the head; air pressure on/around the water; presence of other objects or materials in the water. As long as we look at only what appear to be obvious to us, we miss the forest for the tree in front of us: we miss opportunities because our obsessions place us in a state of unawareness.
Survival and happiness will not be yours if you cannot see the opportunities and if you lack the courage to improve your awareness and your skills.
- REALITIES:
Please note the following:
A) Reference to individuals notes the capacity of a human to modify history;
B) Reference to wars indicates priorities - four times as many have happened;
C) Reference to abductions is an indication of the nature of 1000% more;
D) Reference to sightings of UFO phenomenon are 100 times more reported.
- INTER-RELATIONSHIPS:
On a different note, related subject matter is provided to afford you a sense as to whether UFO data has any correlation to human political historical events or to natural disaster events or to scientific development events. In general, the findings are these:
- non-human spacebeings have no influence on natural disasters;
- some non-human spacebeings have positive concern for our future;
- some non-human spacebeings have a negative concern for our future;
- most non-human spacebeings view us simply as would a sightseer;
- there are at least 12 known kinds of space visitors to the Earth;
- most human problems are the direct result of our spiritual ineptitude;
- this report will provide you an understanding of human basic history;
- fear is your worst enemy; pride is your second worst enemy.
- EXPERIENCE TRIGGERS:
For those of you who have the experience of age, historical annual HIGHLIGHTS are provided beginning in the 1940's. Humans can more easily remember the time period if they have memory joggers. This may provide you with a greater appreciation for the developments happening at that time. Those indicators chosen are purely on the basis of popularity and have little significance to the other data. Notations of inventions, discoveries and developments are also included for the purpose of providing a guideline to the level of intelligence of homo sapiens relative to their achievements. Reminders and Precautions in the Care and Handling of your Diskettes
Diskettes are magnetic recording media.
The instructions and data on them is changed by magnetic fields.
Safeguard your diskettes by keeping them away from magnetic sources.
Common examples of magnetic sources include these:
- note post-up magnets
- decorative magnetic emblems and crests
- magnetic paper clip holders, paperclips and staplers
- telephones (ringers)
- loudspeakers
- vehicle engine hoods
- appliances (motors)
- magnetic signs
- magnetic tie tacks and jewelry
- magnetic pens
- magnetized tools
- airport inspection devices
- clothing tag demagnetizers
- power lines and power generating equipment
- broadcast antennae
- magnetic door latches and locks
In addition, avoid dropping your diskettes: a sharp physical shock may influence the magnetic field on the diskette.
Also keep your diskettes secure from dust, heat and humidity.

- DISPLAY & PRINT WIDTHS:
These comments apply to the WordPerfect files.
Page width formatting is set for economical printing.
Screen width in the .HST files will not allow display of descriptive text AND date on a standard monitor, IF accessed with the "RETRIEVE FILE" function. Use the "LOOK" command. At your preference, print if possible, scan as is, or attempt to globally change the 2 major left-right margin designations to narrower settings. Reducing margin width and/or increasing font size will add to the number of pages printed. The opposite may also be done.
Optimizing your Printer Settings for this report.
This report was structured for printout on a Canon BJ-200 Bubblejet printer, one of the commonly available, less costly laser-like printers which uses regular bond paper. The driver used was Epson LQ-500 (additional). The major characteristics are these:
- paper size: 8-1/2 x 11 inches
- font: Arial, San Serif, Times New Roman
- cpi: 12
- lines per page: 55 plus header and trailer: 63
Most laserprinter and bubblejet drivers should be capable of these settings.
If you find that you cannot use these settings with the driver for your printer consider having this report run off on another printer (at a friend's, associate's or at a print shop); otherwise, you may find that reformatting for page separations in the document and several special formatting situations will be necessary and time consuming - if a
professional style of printed document is desired.
Utilizing a later version of WordPerfect
- a)
: From your FILES menu, OPEN the file of your choice;
- b)
: At the beginning of the file, select the FORMAT menu and the FONTS submenu;
- c)
: Many modern softwares elect to impose default automatic document settings
including size of document, font size, font type, and page margins. Whenever you use files which have been formatted for another printer, your default settings may require a change such that the originally formatted pages print on equal pages on your own printer.
A failure to verify this alignment, by printing 2 or 3 pages or by scrolling down through the document a page at a time - can result in page overlaps in your printout. That is, you may have smaller or larger margins at the top and bottom of each of the pages output resulting in each of the original pages occupying either more or less than 1 page in your printout. Adjustments, if required, can be easily and quickly made:
From the FONTS submenu, select 12 as the CPI size, and, select Times Roman or a similar font;

: Return to the main FORMAT menu and select HEADERS and FOOTERS -
Try a Header, top-of-the-page margin of 0.75 inches, and,
a Footer, bottom-of-the-page margin of 1.0 inches;
Note that depending upon which printer you are using, which driver, and which hardware defaults - you may have a pre-selected margin for each of the above which may not align the pages correctly. You can adjust these until you get a working setting, note that setting, and insert it into the beginning of each file. A working setting enables you to print out the first 2 pages without further formatting changes once the FONT size and type have been selected.

: If you wish to add additional entries to the history (.HST) files, the following formats for left and right margins are those frequently used in the document. These can be set up with ALT Macros, see your manual.
0.25, 0.75 ---- left margin, right margin - in inches this setting is for all dates beginning the entries in the history files.
1.10, 0.75 ---- this setting is for all entries in the history files, except the date and first line.

: Note the earlier comments if you wish to consolidate all of the files into one or two larger files - leaving and modifying only the FORMAT settings at the beginning of the first of the history files, and ensuring that the COLUMNS and any other special settings in the APPENDICES are retained. These can always be easily checked by using the REVEAL CODES setting from the VIEW menu at the beginning of the file in question.
A Note on the Author(s):
- SPIRITUAL DIRECTION:
This report was begun at a point when spiritual skills had been developed and they were being relied upon as superior to any other form of human decisionmaking. Such selfless inquiry and reverent perspective guided the author(s) to access a small amount of information which had been collected over a period of decades without particular interest connecting the subjects.
- GUIDED EXPERIENCES:
Other information was gained when Spiritual Guidance took the author(s) to a part of the world (not the first instance) to which the author(s) had never been and where they were unknown. From that general location the author(s) was "Guided" to 2 specific locations which were complicated and desolate to reach and which held no special visual characteristics to set them apart as unique.
At the first of these locations there was astonishment by what was there.
At the second, all of my(our) spiritual strength had to be called on to keep from a state of panic and horror.
Returning home with considerable motivation to find an understanding to these experiences, there was the expectation that such a study would be complete in several months of intensive research.
- SPIRITUAL DEFINITION:
Following Spiritual Guidance requested and received, sources were read, facts were culled, the obvious was reflected upon, and data was entered into an ever expanding set of files over a much longer than planned on period of time. No such endeavour could have been rationally undertaken and justified. The confidence to persist could only come from
faith for the duration of the journey was beyond normal perspectives. Information was "discovered" in a particularly non-linear fashion with certain insights raising shock and questioning about their relevance.
Other information followed to answer those questions -
usually in a manner and in a direction which could not have been rationally expected and often in a direction which could never have been imagined. Sometimes, events would be recorded into the document which appeared to hold no relevance to the others already there. As the time-holes became filled, the picture became clearer.
- INTELLECTUAL INTERFERENCE:
Intellectualizing about what the significance of an incident had to be humbly supressed because such almost always led to incorrect conclusions - additional records would extend, clarify, confirm, modify or reverse the suggested significance of some time-threads.
- INDEPENDENCE:
Throughout the period of development of the REPORT, the financial resources available were minimal and the time commitment substantial. The nature of the work precluded any discussion of it with anyone else - for a "rationalized" conclusion was not sought, the work was evolving, and few humans have been gifted to appreciate work-in-progress. Human appreciation is usually replaced by obsessional patterns of judgement, and, judgement is often based on either expected or desired end results, or the assumed projected end result.
- FAITH INSPIRING:
The faith required was tested and confirmed and strengthened many times.
On numerous occasions, a point was reached when all food or the money to pay bills and provide for the research had dwindled to nothing - then, a sum of moneya glut of paid employment, or, some resources .. would arrive from a source and by a means which could not have imagined, let alone rationalized.
- RELATIONSHIP BENEFITS:
Valuable relationships, which rationally would easily have been expected to end under the strain of such a commitment, continued. Valued relationships which were expected to continue revealed their lack of spiritual basis and died.
- DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT:
Opportunities to extend the research in terms of confirmation of data and access to information, arrived at opportune moments when the continuation or abandonment of the project was to be decided on within hours. At times, difficult experiences occurred for which there was no immediate understanding nor for which the benefit could be appreciated - only to have such confirmed later.
- SPIRITUAL SYNCHRONICITY:
What you have in front of you of you was not planned or structured to confirm or discount any theory or perception. The author(s) had no interest in or opinion about the core threads of the document before it was begun. Professional experience and interest in many of the usually segregated "themes" of the document was shared by the author(s), but had not been seen to have much "connectedness" as important to a theme of life satisfaction. Each of these areas of life and work participation had appeared to have been dead-ended at a point when knowledge, experience, and expertise had been obtained. Challenge had appeared to make such critical changes opportunities for solutions. INTEREST has been Personal; SELECTION has been Spiritual.
Without this wide range of training and
experience, it would have been impossible for the truth to continually be targeted as the core of the project. Rather, it would have been easier to be attracted to or selective about the degree of dramatic, imaginative, or marketable image being presented in the information. These superficial elements could have made the report a bestseller - though useless, and a further contribution to the already great amount of disinformation.
- COMMON KNOWLEDGE:
The report has been assembled by spiritual forces; the author(s) have "volunteered" to be the medium through which the work could be done to bring that truth to you.
The report is not authoritarian in structure: it presents facts; it summarizes the spiritual; it concludes the consistent. These "obvious" aspects, however, are not obvious until you have the facts.
Neither will you be motivated to constructively cope with reality until you have the facts.
